The modern critical methods sought to generalize their procedural tools to be valid for reading texts that belong to different walks of life. Perhaps the critical mechanisms that proved their presence in the modern critical arena were presented by the theoreticians of the semantic approach to provide effective tools to enable critics of comprehension . It seems that this study reflects the availability of two requirements required by a successful study i.e. the division and tabulation of the subject (Metn) together with the procedural tools, the Metn is a movie space for a short film in which the director takes the sound aside. This is the film 'Al-Arbanah (carriage) by Iraqi director Hadi Mahood, who produced and directed in 2012, in the Iraqi city of Samawah, The method is the semantical approach for the effectiveness of its tools in such context, and based on its structural constructs, which imposed itself in the selection of the study tools. Accordingly, the title is (Semiotics of the film discourse / Arabanah as a model):The study has concluded the following results.

After the grammarians had explored the utterance of Arabs and put its regulations and rules, they realized that there are many "irregular" texts in Qur`an and in the poetry and prose of Arabs which go "out" of the general arrangement and the uniform meter. They tried to trace back these texts to the circle of "ruling" by different ways; till Ibn Jinni said, "that you find in too many cases of poetry and prose both [word] parsing and meaning struggling; this is calling you for something, and that is preventing you from it. Whenever they quarrel for an utterance, you would catch the handle of meaning and felt comfortable to correct parsing;" because utterances are tools of meaning and they are meant for it not for themselves. This is why we find Arabs if tightly caught meanings, they would show tolerance in utterances, so we find them delete letters, put extra letters, and tracing according to meaning, when ensuring unambiguity. Grammarians tried to direct what came in contrast to uniformity by using different rules. One of such rules is tracing according to meaning, in which the justification for tracing according the meaning is the awareness of the addressee of the facets of what is being said and the amount of expansion in speech.
It is narrated by Al-Asmai that Abu Amro had heard a man from Yemen saying, "Someone is tyring; my 'writing' [masculine denotation] has reached him and he scorned it [feminine denotation]." We even find that Ibn Shahrashub went into tracing according to meaning before exhausting the solutions of tracing according to word in many places.

Approach of the Quranic text in the light of the deconstructions.

In this research, we examine the strategy of disassembly. We examine its foundations and the foundations that undermine it and its procedures in processing the texts and its expressions. In order to know the usefulness that this criticism can add to the detection of the empty areas in the text or the silence, Disassembly. The first topic dealt with the question of disassembly, which can not be applied to the Koranic text, and the other dealt with the deconstructionism that can be applied to the Koranic text.In conclusion, I discussed the main findings of the research. And finally a list of sources and references from which the research derived from his ideas and texts.

The paper includes chemical characteristics of waters of the Euphrates river, Shatt Al Gharraf and the marshes of both (Chabaish, Abu Zark, Al- Adil, and Al-Sanaf) in July and January for the period between 2017-2018. The rural area of Al-Khidr district has been studied in terms of geographical distribution and patterns of rural settlements. Several criteria were used to measure the spatial distribution of rural settlements, including the density of rural settlement amounting to (0,03) per km2 for the year 2016, which varies from one district to another. Moreover, the total residential density was estimated at (4,6) housing units per km2 for the study area of the same year. Direct observation and some quantitative methods were also used to determine the distribution patterns of rural settlements in a more precise and realistic manner. It appears hereby, that the majority of rural settlements in the study area take the collected pattern in its distribution, which is (67%) of all settlements of the studied area.

Conclusion .

Including to be a good role model in himself, and to deal with people according to their fate and knowledge, and to carry pity on them and compassion for them, which helps to deliver the right to them.

The study was conducted to identify the nature of the relationship between intellectual security and tolerance among university students, as well as to identify the differences between university students in the study variables according to the variables of sex and specialization. The study sample included (630) The theoretical and descriptive approach was applied to the measure of intellectual security (2017) prepared by the researcher, and the scale of tolerance (Shakir, 2010). The study reached many results, including: a positive correlation between intellectual security and tolerance among university students, Results showed statistically significant differences among university students (Gender and specialization) in favor of the male sample and the scientific colleges.
There were statistically significant differences between the students of the university in tolerance according to the variables of gender and specialization in favor of female sample and scientific colleges.
