Our contemporary research has been scarce in research on the morphological level in its general form, and research on its forms in particular has been rare, and this is due to an old complaint about its merit and difficulty, so that its people who are devoted to it often make mistakes in it, and this matter prompted me to write and research in what is rare, and there is another matter behind the choice, which is the abundance of opinions that have been said about the form (Maf'ul), so the title of the research was ((The form Maf'ul between the Arabic language and the spoken Semitic languages), as I tried in the second part to regurgitate the title of Dr. Ibrahim Al-Samarra'i in his book: (A Historical Lesson in Spoken Arabic)) and it does not go beyond a linguistic comparison between these languages ​​for what it contains of scientific benefit.
The nature of the research required that it be divided into seven paragraphs that were consistent with the opinions of scholars on this formula - for the most part - and they are: -

The first: The non-occurrence of (maf'ul) in the speech of the Arabs, and this opinion represents the oldest and most famous opinions that have reached us.

The second: The occurrence of (maf'ul) in the speech of the Arabs, and this opinion is opposite to the first opinion, and scholars differed on this paragraph

The paradox is an old one that goes back to the story of the creation of Adam and Eve and their descent from heaven because of the sin of disobedience. It entered literary studies in the eighteenth century, and the Arabs became acquainted with it through translation in the books of D. C. Mueck (The Paradox) and (The Paradox and Its Characteristics). It formed a solid foundation in the poetry of Abu Nuwas as a stylistic mechanism based on the contradiction between a familiar prevailing structure and the culture of Abu Nuwas, who departs from the norm in life within a comprehensive view of all aspects of society.

This thesis is dealt with the subject of " Angles, Devils and Elf in Ignorance and Islamic Literature".
The importance of this thesis is to compare between ignorance (early Islam) literature about these metaphysical creatures which are brimful of legend, illusion, fiction and fantasm and also Islamic literature indicating Holy Quran and the realities was inserted in the Scripture. The standpoint of Arab to these metaphysical creatures is not irrelevant to the viewpoint and beliefs of around nations and ineffectiveness of their life environment. Ignorance (early Islam) poetry restated about these metaphysical creatures in different manners and drew a legendary image from them.
The innovation of the present thesis is that these three creatures have been studied together and from the viewpoint of ignorance and Islamic literature and in analytical-descriptive method.
As far as the author knows, such research has not been already conducted.

The Arabic and Islamic heritage especially the literary one is still rich in treasures of knowledge waiting for inspection and to be taken out of safes and manuscripts to the world of printing and publication so that students and art amateurs can make use of them. Our work investigates one of the manuscripts of this heritage, especially the rhetorical, and comments on it. It is the “Letter of Relation” by Mahmood AL-Antaki. It is a concise letter consisting of three research fields of Al-Bayan science (science of statement) which are “truth”, “metaphor” and “metonymy”. The author of this letter investigated the definitions of the terms of these research fields and the divisions ramifying from them in the light of the ends of the term and the relationship between the original lexical meaning of the word and the metaphorical and metonymical meaning of the same word. The author also pointed out to the controversy between the inspectors and rhetoricians in referring some kinds of allegory to their sources. In addition, he collected 28 of metaphorical relations that were scattered in the writings of the rhetoricians and compared them to his relations of the scientists of basics. He exemplified for each question he investigated, either from the Holy Quran, poetry, a saying, or an educational example. AL-Antaki did not divide his letter according to research points. We undertook this task by dividing the letter into sections according to rhetorical term and according to the opinions of the scholars the author dealt with. In the introduction, we referred to the author’s life and what relates to him. We also stated our approach of inspection and what was available of manuscripts to us. We ask Almighty Allah that we were successful in inspecting and commenting on this letter.

This study consisted of an introduction and two chapters. The introduction dealt with the concept of separation and connection and their status in Arabic rhetoric. As for the two chapters, the first chapter included the positions of separation and their applications in the blessed sermon, and included three axes. The second chapter included the positions of connection and their applications, and included two axes. Finally, there was the conclusion, which included the results of the study, followed by a list of sources and references.

The situation of women in the Arab Gulf in general and the coast of Oman in particular reflects the reality of our societies which experienced great economic , political and social changes since the end of world war II and subsequent conditions especially after the discovery of oil in the region .
The study is divided depending on these variables and socio-economic development into introduction, two sections and a conclusion.
The first section studies the development of women’s role in the coast of Oman before the time of oil discoveries by studying the most important social variables which women passed by in the region since the pre-Islamic era to the era of early Islam and the social variables they passed by in the pre-oil discovery , and we continued in the second section the evolution of the role of women in the coast of Oman after the oil era .We highlighted in this section on the most important changes that occurred in the reality of women especially after entering the field of education that has contributed to change society’s perception of her. Thus women became an effective element of development
witnessed by the emirates of the coast of Oman.

The Sheikh Bouamama Revolution is one of the most important popular revolutions that opposed French colonialism at the end of the last quarter of the nineteenth century (1881-1908). The first section includes the autobiography of Sheikh Bouamama, while the second section deals with the stages of the Bouamama Revolution 1881-1908. The first stage was the military stage 1881-1883. The second section dealt with the political stage 1883-1900. The third section dealt with the third stage, which was the stage of weakness and collapse 1900-1908.

God Almighty wanted to change the course of the history of life and to save man from his ordeal and misery, so He sent His Messenger Muhammad (may God bless him and his family) with guidance and the religion of truth. He (may God bless him and his family) set out to those peoples. The oppressed to guide them to the path of goodness and righteousness on correct and sound foundations, he tried to direct tribal fanaticism in a constructive direction and eliminate all elements of deviation in it, so he called for honoring parents and maintaining kinship ties, and made it one of the duties in order to connect the Muslim nation to one another, at the same time he condemned all fanaticism for other than the truth and denounced it and punished it, and considered it one of the stinking calls of ignorance.

The Islamic world faces major challenges in the era of globalization and in the shadow of a unipolar international system in which the United States dominates the world, which has produced cultural values ​​and a dangerous economic, social and strategic reality, such that American-Western strategy experts have been able to formulate geostrategic theories to direct the course of conflict in the world according to their plans. The most prominent of these theories are (the clash of civilizations, the end of history, creative chaos and the failed state), all of which are theories directed against the Islamic world. At the same time, the Islamic world faces discord, fragmentation and disunity and has become faced with a dangerous reality. The civilizational project of the Islamic nation has disappeared and its cultural and scientific elites have been absent due to the political reality dominated by dictatorial and totalitarian regimes whose only concern is maintaining power and rule, and this is what represents the problem of the research. As for its hypothesis, it is represented by the absence of an Islamic civilizational project and strategic thought that defines the political, economic, cultural and security challenges targeting the Islamic world and develops a comprehensive strategy to confront them intellectually, economically, culturally and security-wise.

The aims of this study ,to shed light upon the phenomena of poverty in Al-Muthanna governorate and special analysis to the variation of its indicators at the districts of this governorate . And to investigate the economic and social factors associated with poverty.
Poverty is not only a sign of low incomes but also deprivation of basic and non-essential needs. The study rely on the quantitative analytical methodology from official data. the percentage of poverty increased from ( 48.8% to 56.2 %) in 2007 and 2016 respectively. From these result ,obtained most of 50% popular governorate lived under the poverty line, furthermore, the study observes variation between the Governorates of the province, Al-Salman- the highest between the other province is (76.5 %) and Al-Samawa is (48.7%) under the poverty line.

The (Poverty Gap) is reached to (5.7%) that means the poverty deep is not too much in this case study .finally, the conclusion of this study, should be assist the poor to reduce the poverty rate rapidly. The suggestion of this study, the government should be play the important role to increase the economy and the social aspect for the people , contribution to rapid the income of the citizen and provide them essential services to decrease the poverty line.

The problem of soil salinity pollution is one of the main problems facing the soils of Al-Rumaitha district. In order to identify its locations and determine the affected areas, the research relied on field work in addition to laboratory work and on the experimental and descriptive approach. It was shown through the study that the soil of the region suffers from an increase in the percentage of salt pollution due to several factors, most notably irrigation with salty water, high temperatures, and evaporation in the summer, with the variation in agricultural service and the lack of drains and their suitability for draining excess water and ridding the soil of it.

AL – Jarboa’aya Project is considered as an essential irrigation Project in Babil governorate it branches from AL-Hilla river south of AL-Qassim Province to the north throng AL-Qassim and AL-Taleea’a Provinces where it is sub-divided into the main brunches that distribute their water to irrigate an are of Predesigned agricultural Lands which about ( 23000 ) .
The study seeds the light on the special properties , daring properties both the pre-designed and the available one and the properties of solid daring represented by sand , clay , and alluvium segment , The study refers to the use of the water in this Project represented by the agricultural investment – which obtains the highest percentage of the Project's water , and human consumptive .
The regional approach is adopted in the study which focuses on the study of the geographical position properties and their role in identifying the special relation of water multiuses , the study includes map that shows the geographical shelf of the project and the area that it irrigates , then the systematic approach is used in discovering the advantages and disadvantages of the project by the use of the geographical factors both natural and human and their voles in such discovery so as to put the required plans for providing the increasing need of water now and in the future .
The results of the study indicate the decrease in the average of the amount of monthly water drains that of the project to half of the pre-designed amount which results from the decrease of water drains in AL-Hilla river , this is considered as an important factor that influences the sufficiency of the project negatively , the natural factors hare an influential effect on the sufficiency of the project which could be either positive or negative , these factors one variable in relation to space and time thus there is a variability in the sufficiency of the project .

Finally , the researcher has answered the following question : Is the prevailance of the materialistic matters over the non materialistic ones leads to the disappearance and vanishing of the religions values in the classical social milieu ?.
The answer is negative (no) depending on a number of opinions and thoughts set in this respect by the anthropologists and sociologists .
This means that sticking to the religions values has its impact on the behavior of the individuals and the need is still standing to religion so long as the secrets of the uviuers are still vague to man .

aimed at the study to identify the separation anxiety disorder of the children enrolled in kindergarten in Muthanna Governorate, and differences in the study variables depending on the variable sex (male-female), consisted of the sample study of , (400) have a baby girl, of them (192) males, 208 females and (%11.26) of the community kindergartens and non-governmental organizations in the province of Al Muthanna, the academic year (2016-2015), and the application of the measure of the study containing(32) a paragraph describing the disruption of the concern of the separation of children from the preparation of the researcher, having answered by mothers of children, the lack of capacity of children to answer; given the small age,(3-5) years, showed the study results rise turmoil indicators concern of the separation of the children enrolled in kindergarten in Muthanna Governorate, the study also revealed the existence of differences of statistical significance in turmoil Concern Separation of children according to the gender variable(male-female) , on the basis of these results, the Researcher,a number of recommendations and proposals.

By studying the relationship between these factors and the factors related to the child’s personality and society, we notice, for example, that the child’s age is inversely related to the rate of lying, i.e. the older the child, the lower the rate of lying, or the family’s financial status is inversely related to the belief that the child lies to achieve wishes that he cannot currently achieve, or with the belief that the child lies for the purpose of vanity and showing off in front of his friends and peers. The lower the family’s financial status, the more the child lies, and other factors that we are trying to study in this research.

This paper studies the organization and management of classroom interaction in second language classroom as an important feature of a teaching and learning process. The collected data is from an A-TR3- Class 3 in an ESL classroom in the ESL center of Kentucky University, Kentucky, USA, 12/04/2013, which is taught by an ESL native speaker teacher called (Harry) and three international students who were studying English as pre-sessional course for their Academic studying courses (1 male and 2 females) in conversation class for intermediate level.
The study deals with a particular aspect of social interaction which is the turn-taking in second language classroom of intermediate ESL classroom level at the University of Kentucky ESL language Centre, Louisville, Kentucky, USA. The study tries to show that the turn-taking in classroom conversation is an important feature of the teaching-learning process.
