from the Arab linguists since it is the basic unit that has the features of the language.
I decided to study one of the types of the sentences in Arabic which is the nonsentences.
The non-independent sentences in Arabic are classified into three types:
1- Non-independent sentence by origin.
2- Non-independent sentences by a reason.
3- Non-independent sentences by artificially.
The chapter is called "The Non-Independent Sentence in Arabic Artificially". Its
"conceptual function" and it divided into introduction, two chapter and preface.
Chapter One: The sentences in which swear is ellipted, such as: Ellipting the
swear which is referred to by speech. Ellipting the swear which is referred to by
meaning or its speeches are treated as swear.
Chapter Two: Ellipting the verb after the imperative conditional sentence such

The present study aims at investigating the effect of teaching reading
comprehension strategies on Iraqi EFL College learners’ reading comprehension
performance and on the development of their reading comprehension strategies use .
To fulfill the purposes of this study, 40 first-year students were chosen to be the
sample of the present study. Twenty students were enrolled in an experimental group
that received instruction on reading comprehension strategies. The other twenty
students were enrolled in a control group, which was taught reading by the use of the
conventional way of teaching reading comprehension. The findings after instruction
indicate that the experimental group subjects' performance in reading comprehension
has been found to be better than that of the control group subjects on the reading
comprehension post-test and that the experimental group subjects show statistically
significant increases in the use of reading strategies on the post-administration of the
reading comprehension strategies survey. On the basis of the results obtained , it is
recommended that reading comprehension strategies should be an integral part of
reading instruction courses at the college level.

members of the board of the directorate during specific period inorder to test the hypotheses descriptive statistics , a multi-regression and simples were used . The

1 – There are average estimate of the efficiency dimensions of e-services and was

mean was ( 3.37).

3- There was no positive effect is statistically significant to the overall dimensions of
efficiency of electronic provided on customer satisfaction .
This study included a number of recommendations including :
1–The government should start the development stages of application of egovernment
in the various sectors and initiatives simple here and there .
2-Involve the customer (beneficiary) of electronic services in the electronic
transformation process and this reflected on the overall dimensions of the efficiency
of electronic services , where there was not any positive effect on satisfaction .
3–Urged the authorities applied to e-government initiatives taking measurement
