Iraq's interest in using agricultural mechanization in agriculture has increased since the sixties, as it is one of the factors that contributed to increasing agricultural production and the development of the use of agricultural harvesters in the years (1995-2002) at a compound annual growth rate of (5.7%). Despite this, the number of agricultural harvesters operating in Iraq is small compared to developed countries, and it did not contribute to increasing agricultural areas in the country, but it contributed to increasing the average productivity and production.

The integration and unification of financial markets into a global conglomeration with its capabilities has led to money laundering becoming a truly global phenomenon. Organized criminal gangs and their operators have begun to take advantage of open borders, free trade zones, privatizations in weaker countries with less stringent laws and regulations, free banking centers, electronic transfers, debit, deposit and transfer cards to immediately conceal the sources of funds.
