The world lately has witnessed great concern in the subject of
quality and its assurance and the enterprises and different corporation
have put in front of their eyes the competitive advantage especially with
the overwhelming invasion of the globalization. Any establishment cannot
stabilize or maintain its competitive position without attaining the quality
and confirming it in all of its domains. This competition and the persistent
striving for achieving the assurance of quality is not restricted only to
commercial and industrial enterprises but it overcomes to the organization
and corporations providing services too. We also don’t overlook the
reality which state that the educational enterprises that graduate the
human cadres are really required themselves to achieve the highest quality
in order to convey the caravan in the shadow of the openness in the labor
market and the changes in the technological developments. These
enterprises cannot survive and continue in its field unless they present
high quality educational service which should be accepted in satisfying the
needs of the candidates from on side and should together with the
requirements of the environment working with from the other side, and
they also getting the satisfying of the faculty of these educational
enterprises.

The problem of managing and investing both its tangible and intangible assets in order to raise the efficiency of its performance and then enhance its competitiveness to ensure its survival, growth and prosperity. Oliver Sheldon has emphasized the necessity of achieving a balance between those assets (material and human dimensions) at work.

Agricultural disunion trade through its different directions facing
many problems and difficulties, which basically resulting from the
decrease of production size and not to be achieving the self-sufficient for
agricultural products. Adding to that, the Arab countries are out of the
arrangement for agricultural policy. Therefore, we should work hard to
meet the local market needs for some agricultural products which
characterized by needing the least quantity of water, specially, some kinds
of fruits that is cleared in table(1), however, in general, we can say that the imported size of agricultural products is much more that the exported
one. In another word, the balance of agricultural trade is negative through
the research period. This reflects the declining level for the abilities of
agricultural sector in Arab countries. The results of data analysis
concerned with entire export and import for agricultural food during the
research period have exposed in the balance of agricultural trade that
these were contrariety direction.

In order to know the effect manner of various factors on a certain phenomenon ,
there will be a clear and direct effect for some of them, while the others are listed
with the same importance , but these effects can not be determined according to the
direct relation between them and the phenomenon under study. But the nature of this
indirect effect that is resulted by one mediator factor or more of the explanatory
factors with direct effect.
This concept is represented by path analysis method which has been used in this
research for a new method exposition of categorical data analysis ( multi- response).
These data depend on the accounting rather than gauging for the study of the direct an
indirect effects of the affected factors ( sex, age , habitation) on the anemia infection
that infect people who are under eighteen years old ( ill- nutritional, iron deficiency,
and Thalassemia ). This could be done by study of the conditional multi- limits logic
model and determining the causal relations among the variables under study of the
fully recurrent causal system.
It has been elucidated that anemia infection has a strong relation with the age
factor and then sex factor where the most male infections are concentrated on the age
group (10 -13 ) years old, while for the female are concentrated on the age group that
is more than (13) years old.
