This research study the relationship between oil price in international markets and securities market indexes in these market, BRENT price was chosen as oil price index , while securities market index for Saudi Arabia and Kuwait chosen as oil export states and NYMEX as an index of USA securities market, as oil import state , then the relationship between oil price and securities indexes was studied for oil export states and oil import state. The research found a number of conclusions , the most important one was ( oil price rise leads to securities indexes value in oil export state while this relationship was not very clear for securities index for oil export state).

Exchanged funds in any country must be identified the source which means the ownership of monetary funds and goods must be legality in observed . The owner of inlegal funds cannot used it , being against law , So he tries to use a number of operating to veil its source . The user will precede to use funds without being notice an operation called money laundering

inflation is one of the most important economic indicators that revolve around the process of formulating macroeconomic policies, because of its undesirable effects on the activities of economic units and the rates of economic growth. This study investigated the relationship between government spending and inflation in Iraq within the period (2005-2010), quarterly and monthly data, using modern econometrics methods in the analysis of time series represented in the form of Co-integration Model and Granger's Causality. The results of the study revealed the existence of long-term equilibrium relationship between the variables mentioned, Causality test is also indicated the importance of government spending in the interpretation of the path of inflation during the period of study.

Two Variables interacted to form the intellectual and philosophical framework of this study, which is represented by "Recruitment Strategy, Sustainable tourism development". The planning of active Recruitment Strategy for the human resources will lead essentially and effectively to point out the right thoughts of the managers and the hotel institutions towards their activities, and affect the existence and continuity of these establishments focusing on their past experience to face the future through their attempt to achieve distinction .
The study started with exploring the problem which is expressed through a number of theoretical and applied questions. The response to these questions is meant to explain the theoretical philosophy and the notional concepts of these variables as they are new subjects in Arab environment, in general, and in Iraqi environment, in particular. Then, there is testing the co-relationships and the impact relationships and the possibility of achieving them in the area of application which is constituted of the five-star hotels in Iraq. The sample of the study consists of (89) managers. The importance of the study involves in establishing a philosophical and notional evolvement for the nature of the variables of the study depending on the efforts of applying the study on the actual nature of the recruitment strategy for achieving the Sustainable tourism development. In order to achieve this, nine main hypotheses are formed, all are tested and accepted by a set of non-instructed statistical tools, and questionnaire is used as a way to collect the data and information from the sample of the study, The study also presented a set of recommendations the most important of which is the concern with putting a strategic work program depending on establishing continual and strong relations with the working personnel which leads to the contribution in recruiting of what the hotel needs of the qualified people, their number and their qualifications .

policy of economic liberalization and the adoption of market mechanisms and integration into the global market to address these imbalances, so the interest in the government fiscal deficit policy and its role in balancing internal and external is appeared, therefore it becomes important to focus on the study of the effectiveness of this policy and the factors affecting them and their economic effects to develop appropriate strategies in which to address the structural imbalances suffered by economies, the study tried to answer a range of questions, including:
1- Is The structural imbalances in the nature of the economy impact on the budget deficit?
2- Is The stability of monetary policy and low inflation effect on the budget deficit? .
3- What are the alternative policies needed to correct the structural imbalances.
The hypothesis of the study include that the structural internal and external imbalances have an important impact on the budget deficit. To verify the validity this hypothesis we use the method of time series analysis and forecasting to release the economic relations between the budget deficit and the factors influencing it for the period 1990-2010 .. as well as developing strategies for macro-economic policies proposed to address the structural imbalances in the budget deficit in Iraq. the importance of the study lies in its attempt to provide an analysis of the nature of the Iraqi economy and the problems suffered by the result of reliance on oil as a major supplier to finance government spending, in which is reflected in the imbalance of the real sector as well as the weak role of the private sector. This is requires standing on the potential effects of the government deficit policy in economic activity and factors influencing them in light of unstable economic conditions
The study includes three chapters, the first of them includes the theoretical framework of the concept of the budget deficit while the second chapter analysis the relationship between the budget deficit and the factors affecting it and predict paths of these variables for future period, where Chapter III explained the future alternative macroeconomic policies to develop the structural imbalance suffered by the Iraqi economy.

The search had reached a set of conclusions that proved its hypothesis, stressing that the budget deficit is determined by factors and macroeconomic variables have on economic policy makers and decision-makers to take them into account when formulating fiscal policy to achieve internal and external balance
