فإن رسالة السيرة النبوية العطرة هي بلاغ الله الأخير لأهل الأرض، وميثاقه المنزل الذي يرسم المنهاج الصحيح لرحلة الإنسانية الكبرى، وهي الأنموذج والمثال والمرجعية والمعيار، ودستور الحياة، وديوان الحضارة الإنسانية الراقية في أبهى العصور وأزهاها، حيث يتجلى أثر الإسلام في الحياة البشرية التي أرسى قواعدها على التوحيد والعدل والبر والرحمة والحرية والكرامة والتسامح والمساواة واحترام التنوع، ورعاية حقوق الآدميين وكرامتهم.. فضلا عن مركزها الدستوري لفهم القاعدة الثنائية: العناية بالروح والاستخلاف البشري لعمارة الحياة

The objectives of the research included: To identify the effect of the proposed curriculum and implemented by using two teaching methods in teaching some basic skills of football for the halls (handling - rolling - scoring). The students were randomly chosen by two groups of experimental and experimental groups (15). The main experiment was conducted from 16/11 to 7/12/2016 and the statistical data were processed. We have reached several conclusions that the method of brainstorming has a fundamental role in developing creative abilities and developing independence to reach goals and invest time and effort. The researcher pointed out that the Ministry of Education should introduce modern methods in the curricula of physical education to be formulated in ways that activate the creative abilities of motorists in school girls

Today's traditional leadership styles are no longer useful in many organizations, especially organizations of academic nature, such as schools and universities. They require a pattern that is concerned with the human nature of these organizations, so the present research aims to identify important concepts in the business world, both in leadership with love and counterproductive work behaviors. The research was carried out in the technical colleges in Basrah (Engineering Technical, Administrative and Medical College), and a sample of the administrative leaders in these faculties reached (70) individuals represented by the deans, the assistants, heads of departments, and officials of the divisions and units.
The research was based on a main hypothesis: "There is a significant relationship and effect between the leadership with love and counterproductive work behaviors, and the research used a number of statistical means of arithmetic mean And standard deviation and path analysis through the AMOS,SPSS program. The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is that adopting a leadership pattern with love would reduce anti-productive behaviors

إنّ الشّخصية كإحدى العناصر المهمّة في النّصوص المختلفة من الشّعر والنّثر، لها أهميّة خاصّة؛ إذ أنّ أغلبيّة القضايا والحوادث الجارية في النّص تدور حولها. إذن تبدو من اللازم معرفة هذا العنصر الأساسي وكشف الفنون المستعملة المتعلّقة بها، والتّعرف على أنواعها المتعدّدة، وأشكالها المتميّزة في تلك النّصوص؛ من الشّخوص الحيّة الإنسانيّة إلى أنواعها الجامدة اللاواقعيّة وأنواعها النامية والمسطّحة التي نلمسها في الكثير من نتاجات الكتّاب علی مرّ العصور.
إنّ الشّاعر السوري سليمان العيسى والمعروف بشاعر الأطفال، كتب الشّعر بدايةً في المضامين الإجتماعيّة وأدب المقاومة، ولكن بعد نكسة عام 1967م وأزمة فلسطين والأراضي العربيّة، تحوّل شعره ونزع إلى الشّعر الطّفولي كنوع يحتاج إليه الصّغار لنموّهم العقلي ولتقدّم بلادهم العربيّة، بعد جمود سيطر على عقليّة هذه الفئة الحسّاسة، ويرى الشّاعر هذا الجمود سبب لذلك الفشل والنّكسة. فنحن في هذا المجال انتخبنا شعره الطّفولي، خاصّة في مجموعتي "ديوان الأطفال" و"النّعيرية قريتي"، للدراسة والبحث في أنواع الشّخصيات الموجودة، النّامية والمسطّحة، وقمنا بالوصف والتّحليل، لنصل إلى رؤية جيّدة بالنّسبة إلى نتاجات الشّاعر الطّفولية. فتوصّلنا إلى أنّ الشّاعر، نظراً حاجة متلقّيه الصّغير، يستخدم الشّخصيات المسطّحة أكثر من النّوع الّذي يقابلها، وهو النّوع المتغيّر النامي

اظهرت نتائج الدراسة الى دخول نحو (14 نوع) من النباتات الطبيعية البرية الغازية شكلت نسبة (26,9%) من مجموع النباتات الغازية في العراق والبالغة (52 نوع) و (13 نوع) من النباتات البرية المهددة بالانقراض شكلت نسبة (1,4%) من مجموع نباتات محافظة البصرة البالغة (950 نوع) , كما ادت الظروف البيئية الى انقراض نحو (4 انواع) من النباتات البرية شكلت نسبة (0,4%) من مجموع نباتات محافظة البصرة , كما اظهر من نتائج الدراسة الى دخول (5 انواع) من النباتات المائية الغازية , فضلا" عن تهديد نحو (11 نوع) بخطر الانقراض واختفاء نحو (9 انواع) من النباتات المائية التي كانت سائدة لعدة عقود ماضية

تواجه اسماك المياه العذبة المعرضة والمهددة للخطر الى جملة من المشاكل الناجمة بصورة رئيسة عن تعديل او تغير الموائل بسبب النشاطات البشرية وما ينجم عنها من زيادة في عملية التلوث البيئي الذي يلعب دورا" في الحد من تنوع الاسماك لدرجة ان تعرضت مجمل الاصناف الى التدمير بسبب الاضطرابات الحاصلة في تغير الخواص الطبيعية للمياه مما سمح في انتشار نحو (15) نوع من الاسماك الغازية التي لم تكن موجودة في مياه شط العرب وتهديد نحو (6) انواع من الاسماك المحلية بالانقراض, فضلا" عن سيادة الانواع البحرية في مياه شط العرب

Urban use maps are concerned with the representation of jobs and services within the urban space of the city, which reflects the image of human interaction with its spatial environment, and since each city has its own distinctiveness from other cities, we may find dominance for use without the rest of the other uses.
Thus, the study of the spatial variation of the uses of urban land gives the real picture of the optimal or worse use of land. In Umm Qasr, there is a great disparity, as shown by the digital maps derived from the high spatial accuracy of the space between the basic design area of the city and the area of urban space, Which is the goal of research in land uses. For example, the area of Umm Qasr city is 3633 ha, while the area of urban space only is 902.6 ha, which forms 24.2% of the city area and the rest is empty land

بدأ المسرح كشكل طقس حيث قام الانسان الذي أنبهر بمحيطة بترجمة الطقس الى اسطورة، ولتكن الصورة مقدمة للفكرة التي ولفت ألية الحراك العفوي للأداء الوظيفي للجسد (غريزي)، ثم الانتقال بهذا الحراك الى محاولة التحكم به عبر أداء طقوس دينية (سجود، ركوع، تأمل....)، او فنية (الرقص في المناسبات والاعياد) اي ولادة حركات تمثيله أداها الانسان البدائي للخروج من مألوفة. اذ منذ البداية كان الجسد عبر الحركة له خاصية مهمة ومملاَ لتوليد إشارات وأفكار التقطتها فيما بعد الاغريق وأسسو مسرحهم التراجيدي لنقل انشطتهم (زراعة، بناء، حروب، .... الخ) ومن ذلك الحين والمسرح يشكل عنصراَ فنيناَ اساسياَ في المجتمع، ويرصد جوانب مختلفة لحياته ومع كل مرحله جديدة له. حيث ويعتبر الطقس صيغة من العرض الأسطوري الذي يجسد فهم المجتمع ومحاولة لتعريف الانسان وعلاقته بالعالم، لابد من العودة الى التاريخ المسرحي والتقاط بعض الصور عما يجري في تلك العروض من ممارسات وملامح طقسية تحت مفهوم الفرجة يقيمها العرب كالاحتفالات الدينية وصلوات الاستسقاء والألعاب والكرنفالات والزار وغيرها اذ تعتبر تراثا حكائيا للكلمة وتراثا للصورة الطقسية لقد استثمرها الكثير من المخرجون الذين تعاملوا مع الممثل كجسد له قدرات وذاكرة ميثولوجيه وتعبيرية لإنتاج لغة جسدية طقسية تتواصل مع المتلقي

This research aims to determine the Arab cultural references, which formed the critical discourse in the third and fourth centuries AH in the Arab environment. In addition to revealing, the patterns that emerged in these references affecting transformation of criticism from orality nature. On the literary and social heritage prevailing in the Arab environment before the third and fourth centuries AH to the literacy nature that benefited from the emergence of authorship in the sciences, and knowledge among the Arabs the spread of writing, and the translation of other nations' knowledge into Arabic

1- Prayer, in the Islamic shari'a, divides into two parts:- obligatory prayers, all have certain time, in their time, they are divided into daily and non daily, and recommended and this are uncountable; the best of which are the supererogatory.
2- Prayer had been mentioned in the holy Qur'an (67) times, the jurists and interpreters had distinguished the obligatory and the recommended, they also distinguished the verses that refer to the daily prayers on the levels of numbers and timing, they could not define the exact time of starting or finishing without referring to the holy tradition.
3- The major jurists had deduced from His Almighty say: (To do prayer at the sunset…) that the daily prayers should be done at the beginning of their time, while Abu- Hanifa, and his followers, had disagreed with them as they had different meaning for the sunset.
4- The Imamy jurists had deduced from the verse (To do prayer at the sunset…)that the sundown and supper (Maghreb and Eshaa) prayers have to be done directly after the noon and afternoon prayers without a separate period, Imam Malik and Al Shafi'y had agreed with him while Abu- Hanifa had disagreed

لقد أولت الأنظمة التعليمية في مختلف بلدان العالم موضوع التقويم التربوي أهمية كبرى؛ نظراً لآثاره المهمة في العملية التعليمية، وتحقيقه أعلى مستويات الجودة. كما أوصت الكثير من المنظمات الدولية المعنية بالتربية الدول بإجراء تقويم دوري لتعليمها، وقد تضمن إطار عمل مؤتمر داكار للتعليم للجميع الذي عقد في إبريل عام ٢٠٠٠م، والذي اعتمدته جميع الدول المشاركة بوضع الاستراتيجيات، وتعبئة الموارد اللازمة لدعم الجهود الوطنية بالقيام بمراقبة أدق وأكثر انتظاماً لما يحرز من تقدم نحو تحقيق أهداف وغايات التعليم للجميع بما في ذلك إجراء عمليات تقويم دورية للنظم التعليمية، (اليونسكو ، ٢٠٠٠م)
تكتسب عملية التقويم أهمية خاصة في الميدان التربوي بمختلف مكوناته، وتبرز أهميته مع مشاريع التجديد وبرامج التطوير التي تستهدف جوانب العملية التربوية المختلفة، وتعد قضية تطوير المناهج من أهم القضايا التي شغلت الرأي العام بكافة الشرائح من المنتمين للميدان التربوي أو من خارجه، ولذلك فقد حظيت مناهج التعليم بنصيب وافر من دراسات التقويم على مدى السنوات الأخيرة

Streptococcus mutans is the main etiological agents of dental caries. The aim of the study was to isolate, identify, characterize, and determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and the inhibition zone of S.mutans from subjects to plant extractions.133 Swab samples were collected from dental caries, dental plaque and gingivitis subjects, processed and cultured on mitis salivarius agar (MSA). All the bacteria were subjected to morphotyping and the suspected colonies were identified by Biochemical tests and VITEK 2 compact and some isolates identified by 16S rRNA sequencing. The S. mutans strains were characterized by Sequence phylogenetic analysis. The MIC and zones of inhibition of plant extractions were determined by the double fold serial dilution and agar well diffusion methods. The study population, 56 isolates displayed typical colony morphologies of Streptococcus spp. The Biochemical tests and VITEK 2 compact results revealed that 14 isolates were S. mutans and 4 isolates were S. sobrinus. The 16S rRNA sequencing results revealed that the ratio of homogeneity between studied isolates and recorded strains ranged from 98%-100%. MIC of Alcoholic and Aqueous extracts to Capparis spinosa against S. mutans was 25mg/ml and 50mg/ml respectively. The average of zones of inhibition 11mm and 14mm to 50mg/ml and 16mm and 18mm to 100mg/ ml

The present study was performed to have knowledge of spatial variations of hydrocarbon compounds levels in water and sediment samples from some rivers in Misan province .The samples were collected from seven different locations during December 2017, three from them in Tigris river (Ali Al-grbi, maemal alzuyut and Qulat Salih ),whereas another four station distributed on the following rivers Al-Kahlaa , Al-Musharah , Al-Mijer and Al- Batiruh . By using spectrofluorometer the concentrations of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPHs)were measured. Results of the present study revealed that there are spatial variations of TPHs concentrations in water and sediment samples . Concentrations of TPHs in water samples ranged from 0.038 to 0.074 µg/L in Al-Musharah and Al-Kahlaa river respectively, whereas in sediments ranged from 31.35 to 96.13 µg/ gm .dry weight the highest levels in Ali Al-grbi station ,while the lowest in Al- Batiruh river .Also results of this study showed that TPHs levels in water was lower than in sediments in all locations

In this paper, we are going to focus on the role of organizational structure and strategy implementation and their significance and influence to rise up the organizational performance for any organization around the world. The strategic management has an essential role to develop the organizations and improve their performance in all fields (manufacturing, banking and service, communications, and agriculture …. etc.) (Hashim2008). Strategic management studies have to do with the relationship between organizations, their environments and the drive for profitability (Mintzberg, Ahlstrand, &Lampel, 1998). As a result of the dynamics of both the organization and the environment, the ability to adapt becomes even more important (Wheelen, & Hunger, 2014). In order to be competitive and remain in business, and with global innovative drive on technology and communication, it has become imperative for business to adjust accordingly to meet growing business demands. Organizations should be able to design strategies that are essential (vital) for their survival. Howbeit, these well-formulated strategies will not benefit organizations unless they are successfully implemented (Bhimmi&Smit, 2007). While the importance of implementing strategies by organizations have been noted, members of the organizations still lack understanding of actual implementation of these strategies (Noble, 1999)

Big Data Analytics and Machine learning refers to the intelligent and dynamic response by the software or embedded hardware programs depending upon the input data. Machine learning is the specialized domain that operates in association with the artificial intelligence to have strong predictions and analysis. Using this approach, there is no need to explicitly program the computers for specific applications rather the computing modules evaluates the dataset with its inherent behavior so that real time fuzzy based analysis can be done. The programs developed with machine learning paradigms focuses on the dynamic input and dataset so that the custom and related output can be presented to the end user. This manuscript underlines the high performance big data based execution and machine learning using effectual approach of Apache Mahout

This study examined the international treaty (The Treaty of Rome) from a Critical Discourse Analysis perspective. This study mainly focused on the use of language in the international treaties and the strategies employed by the signatory parties to manipulate and influence their countries. The analysis is based on Fairclough’s three-dimensional model. It demonstrates how the ideology of the ‘treaties’ is produced by using the first dimension depending in the analysis on the choice of lexical items

The textbook is one of the important elements of curriculum. It is necessary to have the quality standards that makes it plays its effective role. Therefore, this study aims at evaluating English textbook "English for Iraq" for fifth primary in the light of quality standards. The sample consists of (130) English teachers and (413) pupils of fifth primary. In order to achieve the above aims, two checklists have been constructed one for English teachers which contains of (74) items, while the another for pupils which consists of (12) items. Both of these instruments have been exposed to a jury of experts who agreed on the face validity. The reliability of two checklist for teachers and pupils are ensured through applying spilt-half method it yields (0.92) and (0.81) Respectively. Some of the findings which reached in this study are: the teachers perspective was positive in General Shape Domain and was negative towards some items in Objectives Domain and Content of the Textbook Domain such as some vocabularies are long and unsuitable to the most pupils, some grammatical constructions are difficult and there is many exercises in the textbook also the pupils perspective was positive. In the light of the obtained results, some recommendations and suggestions for further studies are introduced

Ulcer is a common gastrointestinal disorder which is seen among many people. It is basically an inflamed break in the skin or the mucous membranes lining the alimentary tract. Ulcerations occurs when there is a disturbance of the normal equilibrium caused by either enhanced aggregation or diminished mucosal resistance. It may be due to the regular usage of drugs, irregular food habits, stress, and so forth. Peptic ulcers are a broad term that includes ulcers of digestive tract in the stomach or the duodenum. 15, mature male rabbits, of 1-2 years old, weighing 1-1.9 kg were used. After acclimatization for a period of 2 weeks to animal house conditions, left ad libitum to food and water. Basal diet was alfalfa and concentrated food. Rabbits were fasted for 24 h prior to the experiment, but allowed free access to water except for the last hour before the experiment. The animals were randomly classified into 3 groups (5 rabbits each). Rabbits of 1st group not treated with extract, nor exposed to aspirin, as control group. While those of 2nd group, not treated with plant extract but exposed to aspirin at a dose rate of 300 mg / kg b. wt. mixed with 2 ml water orally, meanwhile in 3rd group animals were pretreated with aqueous – methanol (30:70%) extract of pomegranate peel for 9 day at a dose rate of 300 mg / kg. b. wt. orally before aspirin administration at a dose rate of 300 mg / kg in 2 ml water orally. The animals were killed with an ether overdose three hour after aspirin administration. Immediately after the animals were sacrificed, their stomachs were dissected out, cut along the greater curvature and the mucosa were rinsed with cold normal saline to remove blood contaminate, if any. The surface area of each lesion was counted and scored. The ulcer index for each rabbit was taken as the mean ulcer score. The percentage of ulcer protection (%UP) was calculated.
The results of current study revealed that aqueous- methanol extract of pomegranate peel exhibit high protective effect in protection of stomach from ulcer induced by exposure to aspirin

In this work were determind the level natural radioactivity by using gama ray spectrometer Nal (Ti) detector were determind Ra226 , Th232 and K40 activity concentrations . natural radioactivity level of 12 samples of soil and sediment rock in Wasit Provence (Iraq) .
The samples were collected from the east of Wasit Provence.
Also complete determind the absorbed dose rate (D) for samples in study region were the results for above value is 374.52(nGy/h) in sample S8 and were less value is 83.74 nGy/h.

In this study thin films of un doping P3HT and (1% ,3%,4% ,5% ,7%,10%) Orang G doping P3HT have been prepared using spin coating method . The prepared films were characterized under FTIR .The FTIR spectra of un doping P3HT and pure (O.G) shows principle functional group as recorded in literature . The electrical conductivity (σ) due at (I-V) characteristic for un doping and O.G – doping found to be increases with increasing temperature, for all sample . Shows is Organic semiconductors behavior
