The research community was represented by the players of the first-class football clubs for the applicants, and they were chosen by the intentional method, and after conducting tribal tests and applying exercises to the sample, the post tests were conducted and the statistical data processed.
Several conclusions were reached, the most important of which are:
1. The exercises prepared on the mechanical system had a positive effect in bringing about an improvement in the values of the mechanical variables and the kinematic ranges of the ankle and foot joint.
2. The exercises on the mechanical apparatus reduced the differences between the injured leg and the healthy leg in comparison between the values of the pre and posttests in all study variables and in favor of the post tests.
3. The diversity in increasing the moments of resistance during rehabilitation by lengthening the resistance arm once and through the resistance again contributes to the positive effect of strengthening the muscles working on the foot and the ligaments of the ankle joint and thus contribute to improving the condition of the foot and joint after injury.
