Praise be to Allah, the Revealer of the Book as insight and a reminder for those of understanding, and prayers and peace be upon the shining lamp to whom Allah gave wisdom and the ability to make clear the truth, our Master Muhammad, the unlettered Hashemite Arab Prophet, the possessor of miracles, and upon his family and descendants and all his companions and those who follow them in righteousness until the Day of Judgment, and peace be upon them abundantly.Now then:The scientific miracle of the Prophet is an established fact that no one disputes except the stubborn or the obstinate. The Messenger of God (peace be upon him) spoke of many issues in which he contradicted the prevailing customs, or the common beliefs in society, or about which ignorance was widespread, then scientific discoveries came after about a thousand years or more to confirm what the truthful and trustworthy (peace be upon him) had spoken. Every now and then, a person appears from this side or that, denying these facts, either seeking fame, or driven by ignorance in his claims, especially in our current times, as many means have spread to promote ideas, and some of them give rewards to those whose pages receive a large percentage of views, which is known as the trend, which has encouraged the circulation of statements or sayings, especially the strange ones or those that attack religion, as people rush to these pages out of curiosity, or in accordance with the nature of some people who are eager for strange news.Recently, some people who wear the garb of religion have made statements indicating that the cat and its saliva are impure, which is a violation of the noble prophetic hadith. Therefore, it was necessary to clarify this fact in this research titled: (The Prophetic Miracle in the Purity of the Cat).Importance of the Research:The research aims to prove the prophetic miracle in the purity of the cat and the purity of its saliva.

I took on the task of extracting the Qur\'anic vocabulary found in the book Al-Masa\'il Al-\'Ududiyyat by Abu Ali Al-Farsi and explaining them according to the knowledge that Allah has granted him, within an eloquent study that Allah has enabled me to conduct. I compiled his interpretative statements, arranging them according to the order of the Qur\'an, while examining and clarifying the obscure ones and attributing the statements to their respective scholars. The research consists of an introduction, a conclusion, and three sections, with each section potentially containing multiple subtopics.The introduction, following the scientific method, includes praise and thanks to the Almighty Lord of Glory and Majesty, blessings and peace upon Prophet Muhammad, his family, and companions, as well as a discussion about the book, the reasons for its selection, its objectives, previous studies, and the research methodology.The first section contains a biography of Imam Abu Ali Al-Farsi, divided into several subtopics in which I discussed his name, his works, his upbringing, his scholarly travels to different lands, followed by his teachers, students, and his death.The second section contains the interpretative statements of Abu Ali Al-Farsi, which I gathered from his book Al-Masa\'il Al-\'Ududiyyat and arranged them according to the order of the Holy Qur\'an. I then explained, referenced, clarified, justified, and highlighted what the text required. The third section highlights the interpretative efforts of Imam Abu Ali Al-Farsi through the interpretations he mentioned in his book Al-Masa\'il Al-\'Ududiyyat. I found in them elements related to theological, linguistic, and rhetorical approaches, as well as his method of scholarly digression, a form of exciting elaboration, and his guidance on Qur\'anic recitations through the vocabulary he introduced, and their impact on interpretation.\"

The significance of this research, titled "The Grammatical Impact on Establishing the Meanings of 'Invention' and 'Care' as Mentioned in the Holy Qur'an", lies in illustrating how grammar plays a role in establishing these doctrinal concepts in the mind of the reader, free from philosophical or theological disputes. The study of the Qur'anic text will focus purely on grammatical aspects. Since some Qur'anic verses emphasize the meaning of "invention," others highlight the meaning of "care," and some combine both meanings, the research is structured into three sections to distinguish between verses that focus on one meaning and those that combine both. Islamic Shariah rulings aim to achieve the welfare of people in both this world and the hereafter, with one of these goals being the preservation of human life. Military training holds significant importance in building armies and assessing the strength of soldiers. The use of flogging as a training method should be avoided, although it may be utilized in certain cases as a form of punishment and discipline. The use of branding with fire in military training is strictly prohibited in Islamic law, as it is considered an unjustified assault on the trainee, even though it may be permissible for medical purposes. Trainers must refrain from insulting or cursing trainees during training, but they may reprimand those who fall short in their performance. The topic of this research was chosen under the title "The Islamic Jurisprudential Perspective on Verbal and Physical Abuse in Military Training," and it has been divided into two sections and a conclusion. The first section addresses the definition of verbal and physical abuse and military training, while the second section focuses on verbal and physical abuse within the context of military training. The pens of the early and contemporary scholars have generously contributed to the service of the language of the Qur’an, through learning, teaching, and writing. Their efforts stand out as remarkable, reflecting an organized intellect and unparalleled dedication, which has amazed both near and far. These efforts have encompassed various aspects of the language, including grammar, morphology, phonetics, and lexicography. In each of these areas, they have produced fruitful studies and advanced opinions.The research aims to highlight the importance of the methodology adopted by contemporary scholars in their authorship on particles of meaning and to examine the contributions they have made to the Arabic library with works focused on the study of these particles. The research concludes that particles of meaning have received serious attention in contemporary studies, following a methodology that both agrees and differs in certain respects from older studies. Contemporary works on particles of meaning are characterized by the modern linguistic approach, which includes refinement, organization, citation, and documentation. One of the most notable features of contemporary studies on particles of meaning is their connection to other sciences, leading to the development of branches such as "Particles of Meaning in the Qur’anic Text" and "Particles of Meaning and Their Impact on Jurisprudence and Usul (Islamic legal theory)." The research reveals the methodology and content of contemporary studies on particles of meaning through a descriptive and comparative study. It draws comparisons between contemporary and ancient studies concerning particles of meaning, highlighting the main features that distinguish contemporary authorship from ancient authorship in this area. The research paper aims to identify the Maqasid interpretation in the Holy Qur’an, what is the truth of Maqasid interpretation and its relationship to other interpretations, the types of Maqasid interpretation, and the components and purposes of Maqasid interpretation. Maqasid interpretation; It is the knowledge of the revelation of the verse, its surah, its stories, and the signs revealed in it, then the order of its Meccan and Medinan verses, the decisive ones and the similar ones, the abrogated and abrogated ones, the specific ones and the general ones, the general ones, the general ones, the general ones, and the ones interpreted. As for the types of interpretation of objectives: It is the general purposeful interpretation, which is the interpretation that examines the general purposes and generalities of the Holy Qur’an. The specific purposeful interpretation is the one that examines the specific purposes of one of the various areas of the Holy Qur’an, the specific purposes of a surah, and the detailed purposes of the words of the Holy Qur’an. As for the components and objectives of Maqasid interpretation: He must have the tools available to advance to this interpretation, and the tools of the interpreter of the Qur’an, especially interpretation by purposes, is understanding the Arabic language, contemplating the Holy Qur’an and extracting the benefits and lessons in it that help one know what God Almighty intends from these noble verses or surahs in the Holy Qur’an. 

It can be said that the study on advancing and delaying zakat and their economic impacts is an important topic in light of the rapid economic changes affecting the nation. In this research, we defined the terms in the title: delaying, advancing, and zakat. Then, we discussed the ruling on advancing zakat before reaching the nisab (minimum threshold) and the passage of a full year (hawl). All jurists agree that it is not permissible to advance zakat before owning the nisab. However, regarding advancing zakat before the passage of a full year, jurists have two opinions. The more valid opinion, supported by the majority, permits advancing zakat. As for the ruling on delaying zakat, jurists also differ into two opinions, with the majority view being that delaying zakat is not permissible except in cases of need or necessity.

This research explores the efforts of Sheikh Fakhr al-Din Qabawah in tafsir (Qur'anic exegesis) and Qur'anic sciences through his interpretation, "Al-Wafi al-Mufid li Fahm al-Qur'an al-Majid". Utilizing a methodology based on induction, description, and analysis, the study is organized into an introduction and five sections. In the first section, the researcher provides an overview of the life of the author and the book itself. The second section discusses his efforts in interpreting the Qur'an through the Sunnah. The third section examines his contributions to Qur'anic sciences. The fourth section focuses on his work in presenting linguistic issues, while the fifth section highlights his style and approach to utilizing sources. The sixth section elaborates on his method of tafsir. The study concludes with a summary of the most important findings, followed by a bibliography of sources and references.

This research addresses one of the marginal notes (ḥawāshī) of Sheikh Ismail Haqqi al-Burusawi, which is a marginal commentary on Al-Baydawi's tafsir of Juz' Amma, specifically focusing on two verses from Surah Quraysh and two verses from Surah Al-Ma'un. The research is structured into an introduction and two main chapters. In the first chapter, which is the study chapter, I divided it into four sections: The first section introduces the author of the marginal note, the second section covers my work in the verification process, the third section provides a description of the manuscript, and the fourth section includes images from the manuscript.The second chapter contains the verified text, followed by the conclusion, where I outlined the most important findings. Those who study the lives of the prophets in delivering the message, in general, and the life of the chief of the messengers, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him and his family), in particular, observe that they approached people with gentleness, mercy, and compassion due to the people's ignorance of the benefits of faith in Allah and the punishment for disobeying Him. You will find that the prophets are distinguished by their patience when their people did not respond to them. The prophets were subjected to harm, torture, and even death by the communities they were sent to, yet they did not invoke punishment upon them—except for Noah (peace be upon him), who did so only after losing hope in them, and this was after a long period of delivering the message. He received the command from Allah Almighty that none would believe except those who had already believed. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "No prophet was harmed as much as I was." Yet, despite this, he was a source of safety for them from punishment. Allah Almighty commanded him to call people with wisdom and good advice, and to argue with them using sound reasoning. This is because the sins and transgressions they committed were a barrier to accepting the truth. Allah Almighty would comfort His Messenger (peace be upon him) by reminding him not to rush their acceptance of the message, nor be distressed by their rejection, as they do not believe in Allah as he desires for them to believe. Moreover, because the Prophet was born pure, free from idolatry, he wished for all people to be believers, seeing the goodness in store for them both in this world and the hereafter. Therefore, a careful reflection on the Qur’an reveals that there is no compulsion in believing in Allah Almighty. Rather, the call to faith was always made with kindness. In this study, we will present some Qur'anic verses that indicate that there is no compulsion on people to accept the prophets’ call to faith, including that of the Messenger (peace be upon him), to believe in Allah Almighty. The esteemed Imam Radiy al-Din al-Rumi (may Allah have mercy on him) provided a commentary on the poem of Imam al-Nasafi (may Allah have mercy on him) concerning the differences among the Hanafi jurists themselves, as well as their differences with the Shafi'i and Maliki jurists (may Allah have mercy on them). I have edited and presented this commentary in the manner intended by the author. When there is a disagreement with non-Hanafi scholars, the opinion is attributed to the Hanafi school, indicating that Imam Radiy al-Din was an independent jurist within the Hanafi school, rather than a follower. My approach in this research involves the study and verification of this manuscript. The study begins with an introduction in which I explain the importance of the subject, the reasons for choosing it, and its objectives. The research plan that guided my study and verification is divided into two sections. The first section is the study portion, and the second section is the verification portion. In the first section, I have organized it into two chapters. The first chapter is dedicated to studying the life of the author of the poem, Imam al-Nasafi (may Allah have mercy on him), and it includes several topics such as his name, his title, his teachers, his students, and his death. The second chapter focuses on studying the life of the author of the manuscript, Imam Radiy al-Din al-Rumi (may Allah have mercy on him), covering similar topics like his name, title, teachers, students, and death, as well as a description of the manuscript copies. The second section is specifically for the verification of the manuscript, along with a listing of the sources and references used.

Ibrahim Aslan's novel "The Heron" is a unique example in contemporary Arabic literature, where the skillful employment of time and place elements is evident in constructing a cohesive narrative fabric. This study seeks to explore the structural dimensions of these two elements and their impact on the novel's structure and implications. The study's problematic lies in analyzing the vital role played by time and place elements in building "The Heron" novel, and how they are employed to serve the narrative and semantic structure of the work. The study aims to answer questions related to how Aslan used these elements in shaping character identities and plot development. Study Objectives: 1. analyze the temporal and spatial structure in the novel and reveal its artistic and semantic dimensions. 2. The artistic ability of Salah Labaki stands out in crafting poetic images that create a deep impact on the reader and enhance the strength and appeal of his poems. Critics' interest in imagery emerged in their books and studies in the early 20th century, driven by the belief that imagery is the only way to transform the poet’s emotions and feelings from the realm of real life into the world of art and creativity. Imagery is considered the artistic embodiment of the poet’s emotions. Despite modern critics differing in their definitions of poetic imagery, they agree on its significant role in poetry.This study examines the poetic imagery in Salah Labaki's work, and the findings indicate that he succeeded in creating images that convey deep feelings of nostalgia, pain, and longing. The poet portrays the strength of nature and the steadfastness of the self despite changing circumstances, expressing his desire to remain unchanged and unaffected. The imagery used reflects Labaki's ability to express his experiences and thoughts creatively. His words and images suggest a connection between nature, the soul, and the divine, encouraging the reader to contemplate the essence of existence and the beauty of the universe. Labaki’s poetic imagery avoids ambiguity and strangeness, mostly drawing from memories of familiar images and meanings inherited from poets before him. His imagery often limits itself to describing the surface of things without delving into their depths. For example, when Labaki describes spring, he depicts its breeze, flowers, and sky adorned with soft clouds, and the warmth of its clear nights. His images here are merely faithful representations of nature’s scenery, indicating the poet’s inability to unite with the essence of nature.There are also some images that suggest Labaki’s tendency toward sudden descent from the universal and comprehensive to the small and insignificant. This research sheds light on the experience of love in the life of the Andalusian poet Abū al-Baqā' al-Rundī (d. 684 AH), portraying this experience as an emotional journey that produced a unique poetic expression. The elements of this expression are comprised of the authenticity of the event, the sincerity of emotion, and the poet's creativity in harmonizing what he feels with his poetic and visual abilities, as well as his musical creativity, to immortalize the impact of that experience on himself and others. The connection between the authenticity of experience and the excellence of expression is not something that every poet can achieve. In order to study his love poetry artistically, it was necessary to follow the steps of the descriptive and analytical method to understand his real and poetic experience in love and fascination with women in the rich environment of Andalusia, which was fertile with various stimuli for literary and artistic creativity. The research identified several aspects of his experience, including psychological, linguistic, rhetorical, and musical, and concluded with several findings that revolve around the poetic creativity of Abū al-Baqā' al-Rundī and the richness of his poetic experience on the theme of love and flirtation. Therefore, his love poems are considered some of the beautiful Andalusian love poems, as they embody human love feelings with complete sincerity and emotion, expressed through the tongue of a knowledgeable and scholarly poet who has no equal.Keywords: Andalusian literature. This research presents the coherence and harmony between doctrine (Ilm al-Kalam) and the humanities. The study discusses the possibility of an intersection between these two fields and the established foundations for proving the concept of creation through both textual and rational evidence. It argues that existence itself supports creation and negates the idea of coincidence. The research then addresses the concept of oneness (wahidiyya) and refutes the claim of coincidence, responding to atheists who assert that this universe came into being by chance and lacks a Creator, along with other baseless claims they have made. The study also presents the response of theologians to these misconceptions using both textual and rational evidence, as well as the intersection and support of statements made by scientists specializing in physics and earth sciences. For the importance of this issue in Islamic jurisprudence, after research and investigation among the evidences, the jurists differed in their rulings on several opinions. Among them, the majority of jurists permitted eating without the need for ablution from what has been touched by fire. The Hanbalis, the Zahiris, and the Zaydis held the opinion that ablution is required after eating camel meat. As for the third opinion from the scholars of Hadith, they ruled that ablution is required from what has been touched by fire, based on reports from some of the Companions, such as Abu Huraira and Aisha (may Allah be pleased with them) and others. The task of reform is not an easy one; it is fraught with difficulties, challenges, and hardships, and it may cost the reformer his life. Therefore, the reformer must arm himself with all the moral and material tools of reform, keeping in mind that the advocates of evil and immorality will not leave him alone, especially if his reformist call touches their suspicious gains or fervent ambitions. They will spare no effort or expense to remove him from their path. One of the most prominent tools of reform is the wisdom to seize the right time and place to pass on his message with minimal costs, relying after Allah (the Exalted) on addressing the general populace with evidence and argument, for when the masses speak their word, it carries great weight and a profound impact, known as 'public opinion.' If reformers can properly harness this tool, it becomes the strongest and best means of communication to spread their message, and a formidable barrier to protect their lives. Today, suspicious media machinery, represented by some of the visual, audio, and written forms of social media, is one of the key elements of corruption and its main supporter. These platforms follow the approach of 'what is repeated becomes established,' especially as some of them occasionally disguise themselves in the cloak of religion or emotion, and at other times under the guise of public interest. In this way, the general populace is anesthetized, seeing only what the corrupt media leaders want them to see. The Holy Qur'an did not stand apart from exposing such erroneous policies of exploiting, enslaving, and stripping people of their resources. Rather, it showed us how prophets and reformers dealt with such situations and called upon them to properly utilize the general populace for the optimal purpose: to liberate them from the servitude of creation to the servitude of the Creator. Spreading enlightened awareness and sound religion is one of the highest goals of shaping public opinion among true leaders and reformers, and this is what the researcher will focus on, seeking Allah's help to achieve His pleasure.

This research addresses one of the rulings in Hajj and Umrah related to women, specifically the Tawaf (circumambulation) of a menstruating woman. In our contemporary world, where Islamic rulings intersect with the changing realities of life, it becomes essential to understand how Islamic jurisprudence can be applied in cases of necessity that may arise. The principle of necessity is one of the fundamental principles in Islamic jurisprudence, serving as a foundation for easing certain rulings and obligations in specific cases that require it. These principles provide individuals with the flexibility to navigate complex jurisprudential issues, thereby enhancing the ability to meet individual needs without compromising the essence of Islamic rulings. Hajj and Umrah are among the most significant acts of worship that Muslims are obligated to perform, and the rulings related to them fall within the framework of established Islamic laws. However, a menstruating woman may face particular challenges when performing the rituals of Hajj or Umrah, as she is generally prohibited from performing Tawaf around the Kaaba during her menstrual period, according to general rulings. In such circumstances, the principle of necessity comes into play, offering solutions that balance adherence to Islamic rulings with the fulfillment of individual needs. In this research, the authors aim to explore how the principle of necessity is applied in Islamic jurisprudence, with a particular focus on the permissibility of Tawaf for a menstruating woman as a practical application of this principle. We will discuss how jurists have formulated rulings of concessions in response to necessities and examine how to achieve a balance between religious commitment and flexibility in dealing with emergency situations.

It is well known that the Maqasid (objectives) of Shariah is a great science and one of the sciences of the principles of Islamic jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh). It refers to the meanings and wisdom observed by the Lawgiver in all or most of the situations of legislation, which aim to bring about benefits and increase them, and to ward off harms and reduce them. This research is my attempt to clarify some of these objectives and to derive rulings from the Qur'an. I have taken the verse on retaliation (Qisas) as a model to explain the rulings and the benefits in the objectives of this legislation. I have also highlighted the relationship between different Islamic sciences. I structured the research into an introduction, two main sections, followed by the most important conclusions, and then listed the source. This passage outlines a research effort to explore the objectives of Islamic law through the lens of the verse on Qisas, emphasizing the benefits and wisdom behind its legislation.

The interpretation of the Qur'an began during the time of Prophethood. The companions transmitted to us hadiths from the Prophet (peace be upon him), in which he explained some of the Qur'anic verses to the nation. These texts came in the context of interpreting the Qur'an and explaining its verses, which Allah permitted His Prophet to clarify and convey to the people. Giving attention to and studying these hadiths is of great importance; for what is authentically transmitted from them falls under this category of Qur'anic interpretation.This research, titled "Hadiths Mentioned in the Interpretation of Surah Ibrahim in the Musnad of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal: An Analytical Study," aims to study the narrations related to the interpretation of Surah Ibrahim (peace be upon him). The objective is to evaluate the authenticity of these narrations, either accepting or rejecting them, and then to clarify the opinions of the scholars on them.
