Abstract

يعد حق التقدم و حق التتبع من المزايا التي يتمتع بها الحق العيني أذ يمنح حق التقدم او مايعرف بالاولوية لصاحبة التقدم على باقي الدائنين المرتهنين التالين له في المرتبة و كذلك التقدم على الدائنين العادين في أستيفاء دينه من ثمن المال المرهون .
فهي مزية تكون بمواجهة الدائن المرتهن التالي له في المرتبة ، أما وعاء التقدم فيقصد به المال الذي يتقدم به الدائن المرتهن وهو أصل الدين فضلا عن الفوائد عن سنة سابقة و سنة لاحقة من تاريخ المطالبة لحين التنفيذ .
أما مزية التتبع فتكون في مواجهة من أنتقلت اليه ملكية المال المرهون أو أي حق عيني عليه
لذلك أن هذه المزية لاتمارس أذا مابقي العقار عند المدين الراهن فضلا عن أن مزية التتبع في الرهن الحيازي تكون بشكل معنوي كما ذكر أحد الفقهاء لان الحيازة هنا تنتقل للدائن المرتهن طوال فترة الرهن .
أن لكل من التقدم و التتبع أجراءات لابد من أتباعها لذلك سوف نبين تلك الإجراءات في هذا البحث و الأثر المترتب عليها .

Abstract

"Jean-Paul Vignaux" and "Jean D'Arblay" are famous theorists in translation criticism. In their book titled French and English Stylistics: A Method for Translation, published in 1995, they presented seven techniques and criteria for appropriate and acceptable translation. These techniques are beneficial for every translator. The use of these techniques by the translator, and studying the extent of their application, reveals the translator’s style, whether it is direct or indirect translation. This research, in its theoretical aspect, discusses the theory of "Vignaux" and "D'Arblay" while analyzing the Persian systematic translation of Arabic verses and quatrains by Hafez Shirazi. The descriptive-analytical method is used to evaluate the quality and translation approach of the translator. The results of the research show that the translator rarely employed direct techniques like borrowing, paraphrasing, and literal translation, which can be justified by the approach the translator adopted in translating poetry. At the same time, the four other methods related to indirect techniques were used, which made the translation fluent and smooth.

Abstract

«جان بول فيني» و«جان داربلنه» من مُنظري نقد الترجمة المشهوريَن؛ في كتابهما المُعَنون بـ «الأسلوبية الفرنسية والإنجليزية المقارنة؛ طريقة للترجمة» الصادر عام 1995، قدّما سبعة تقنيات ومعايير للترجمة المناسبة والمقبولة؛ هذه التقنيات يستفيد منها كُلُّ مُترجم. إنّ استخدام المترجم لكلٍّ من هذه التقنيات، ودراسة مَدی هذا الاستخدام، يُبين أسلوب المترجم، سواء الترجمة المباشرة أو غير المباشرة. فهذا البحث يَصفُ فی الجانب النظري، نظرية «فيني» و«داربلنه» دارسا الترجمة الفارسية المنظومة للأبيات العربية والملمّعات من حافظ الشيرازی مُستخدما المنهج الوصفی التحليلی و ذلک من أجل تقييم الجودة الدقيقة و طريقة الترجمة للمُترجم. أمّا نتائج البحث، فتظهر أنّ المترجم قليلا ما استعان بالتقنيات المباشرة مثل الاقتراض وإعادة الصياغة والترجمة الحرفية؛ وهو ما يمكن تبريره بالنظر إلى ما انتهجه المترجم من مناهج فی الترجمة الشعرية؛ هذا وفی الوقت الذی استخدم الأساليب الأربعة الأخری المتعلقة بالمناهج غير المباشرة، مما جعل ترجمته فصيحة وسلسة.

اختراع الأجنحة هي رواية أمريكية شبه سيرة ذاتية بقلم سو مونك كيد. تسلط القصة الضوء على العذاب الجسدي والعقلي الذي يعاني منه المستعبدون. من خلال النقد الأمريكي الأفريقي، يناقش هذا البحث كيف تصور الرواية شرور مؤسسات العبودية والجهود المبذولة نحو التحرير من قبل الشخصيات السوداء. كما تقدم منظورًا نفسيًا لمؤسسة العبودية، وتسلط الضوء على موضوعات الممانعة والهوية والحرية. علاوة على ذلك، تحدد الدراسة أهمية الرواية في فحص التناقض بين الجنس والعبودية مع تقديم رؤى جديدة حول تصويرها للاضطهاد والتمرد.

Abstract

By giving advice, people receive guidance on how to perform things in better ways. However, others’ opinions might be difficult to digest because some people do not usually accept being directed on what to do or not to do. This requires the language users to attenuate their advice to reduce the negative effect on the addressees by using specific linguistic devices to avoid placing imposition on the hearer or addressee, thus expressing politeness. However, the speech act of advice and how it is transformed by linguistic devices like hedges to communicate politeness has received very little attention. For that purpose, the current study aimed to examine how Iraqi EFL undergraduate students perform the speech act of advice and their use of hedging devices in two different contexts: student-instructor, and student-student relationships. An open-ended questionnaire in the form of a Discourse Completion Test (DCT) was used to collect the data from twenty-five Iraqi undergraduate students at the University of Tikrit. For data analysis. Hinkel’s (1997) taxonomy of advice types was used to find out how these students give advice linguistically, and Holmes’(1984) taxonomy of hedges categories was also used to examine the hedging devices performed by the participants to modify their advice with their achieved pragmatic functions. The results showed that the students used hedged advice more frequently when they advised an instructor while tended to use more direct advice to a friend. The highly frequent hedges device used in student-instructor relationships was personalized hedging to state opinions by using the parenthetical verbs while advice to peer friends included high rates of lexical devices that had the knowledge of the speaker as a stem to show cooperation and to elicit the hearer’s agreement. The findings highlighted the importance of understanding the social context in communication. The results of the study provided some insights for teachers on how pragmatic competence and cultural aspects aided students in becoming successful language users.

من خلال إعطاء النصائح، يحصل الناس على إرشادات حول كيفية أداء الأمور بطرق أفضل. ومع ذلك، قد تكون آراء الآخرين صعبة القبول لأن بعض الأشخاص لا يقبلون عادةً التوجيهات حول ما يجب فعله أو عدم فعله. وهذا يتطلب من مستخدمي اللغة تخفيف نصائحهم لتقليل التأثير السلبي على المرسل إليه باستخدام أدوات لغوية محددة لتجنب فرض الضغط على المستمع أو المتلقي، وبالتالي التعبير عن اللباقة. ومع ذلك، فإن فعل الكلام الخاص بالنصيحة وكيفية تحويره باستخدام أدوات لغوية مثل عبارات التحوط للتواصل بلباقة لم يحظَ باهتمام كبير. لهذا الغرض، تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى فحص كيفية أداء طلاب اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية في الجامعات العراقية لفعل النصيحة واستخدامهم لعبارات التحوط في سياقين مختلفين: العلاقة بين الطالب والمُدرس، والعلاقة بين الطالب والطالب. تم استخدام استبيان مفتوح على شكل اختبار إتمام الخطاب (DCT) لجمع البيانات من ثلاثين طالبًا جامعيًا عراقيًا في جامعة تكريت. لتحليل البيانات، تم استخدام تصنيف هينكل (1997) لأنواع النصائح لمعرفة كيفية تقديم هؤلاء الطلاب للنصيحة لغويًا، وتم أيضًا استخدام تصنيف هولمز (1984) لفئات التحوط لدراسة العبارات المستخدمة من قبل المشاركين لتحويط نصائحهم مع الوظائف البراغماتية التي حققوها. أظهرت النتائج أن الطلاب استخدموا النصائح المخففة باستخدام تعابيلر التحوط بشكل أكثر تكرارًا عند تقديم النصيحة لمعلم مقارنة بالنصيحة للأصدقاء. وكانت أداة التحوط الأكثر استخدامًا في العلاقات بين الطالب والمُدرس هي عبارة التحوط الشخصية للتعبير عن الآراء باستخدام الأفعال الاستطرادية، بينما تضمنت النصائح المقدمة للأصدقاء معدلات عالية من الأدوات المعجمية التي تستند إلى معرفة المتكلم لإظهار التعاون والحصول على موافقة المستمع. أكدت النتائج على أهمية فهم السياق الاجتماعي في التواصل وقدمت نتائج الدراسة بعض الأفكار للمعلمين حول كيفية مساعدة الطلاب على تطوير الكفاءة البراغماتية والجوانب الثقافية لتصبح مهارات اللغة أكثر نجاحًا.

The Impactof Blended Learning in EFL Teaching Grammar for Intermediate School Students

Abstract

The study shed light whether the blended learning can affect the improvement of students’ outcomes in learning grammar rules in EFL education. Ninety male participants of first-year intermediate school students at AL-Sediek Intermediate School for Boys, Diyala Governorate, Iraqi public schools were utilized to decide any variances in students' achievement that might be connected with the blended learning . Grammar pretest and posttest were employed to evaluate the effect of blended learning on students’ achievement. The findings indicated that students were useful and succeeded towards applying blended learning, and thus, it may lead to developing learning of grammar structure. The study was performed with a quasi-experimental design and continued for 8 weeks. While the empirical group was exposed to treatment through the first course of the academic year(2021-2022) , the control group was taught by using regular learning strategies. The results pointed out that blende learning strategies affected the development of foreign language in the grammar tests' outcomes

تسلط الدراسة الضوء على ما إذا كان التعلم المدمج يمكن أن يؤثر على تحسين نتائج تعلم القواعد النحوية للطلاب متعلمي اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة أجنبية. تم استخدام تسعين مشاركاً من طلاب الصف الأول المتوسط في مدرسة الصديق المتوسطة للبنين، محافظة ديالى، في المدارس العراقية الحكومية لتحديد أي فروق في تحصيل الطلاب قد تكون مرتبطة بالتعلم المدمج. تم استخدام الاختبار القبلي والاختبار البعدي في القواعد النحوية لتقييم اثرالتعلم المدمج على تحصيل الطلاب. أشارت النتائج إلى أن الطلاب نجحوا بشكل مفيد في تطبيق التعلم المدمج، وبالتالي قد يؤدي إلى تحسين تعلم القواعد النحوية. أجريت الدراسة بتصميم شبه تجريبي، واستمرت لمدة 8 أسابيع. بينما تعرضت المجموعة التجريبية للمعالجة خلال الكورس الأول للعام الدراسي (2021-2022)، تم تدريس المجموعة الضابطة باستخدام استراتيجيات التعلم التقليدي. أشارت النتائج إلى أن استراتيجيات التعلم المدمج أثرت بالتأكيد في تحسين اللغة الأجنبية لدى الطلاب في نتائج اختبارات التراكيب النحوية
