The present research aimed at knowing the impact of inductive and deductive methods on developing some literary skills (Literary testing, language ability, memorization, literary criticisms) by fifth class literary Branch .

The aim of this research is to review the words urging thinking and their meanings in suras of Holy Quran . The importance of the research comes from the importance of thinking process for individuals and societies . Holy Quran urged people to mediate in the creation of heaven and earth , day and night , growing plants , fertilizing trees , the wonderful system of creating couples , creation of man himself and the modesty of his origin . All that leads in believing in God and to realize the scientific phenomena by examining and searching .

The research aims at the acquaintance with the effect of using Helda Taba sample in developing the erotic thinking of history department students in the college of education . The research community consisted of the second year male and female students in history department in the college of education at Mosul university for (2003-2004) , the sample invaded (54) male and female students distributecl randomly into two groups , the first one is experimental amounted to (27) male and female students who are taught by using helda taba sample , whereas the criterion group involved (27) male and female students who are taught by using the ordinary way , the two groups were equal in age , intelligence and sex , in order to measure the critic thinking , the researcher sought the hap of the method preaxial by Al-Samarraee in (1994) . The method was percentile to group of experts in education an psychology to find the visible truth of the way . According to firmness by repeating test amounted (0.87) . Statistical treatments were made , and the results indictable the existence of differences of a statistical meaning between the two groups for the experimental group which was bought according to helda taba method , also , the experimental group indicated excellency in inferences the acquaintance with the suppositions and ponstnlates contriving and proofs adjustment and the an explanation result space which is asperse of critic thinking , in the light of the results above , the researcher recommended a number of recommendations .

The present work aims at knowing the real situation in special education classes in Mosul from the view point of special education teachers. The sample consisted of 30 teachers (staff members) in 15 schools. To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher prepared a fifteen-item closed questionnaire characterized by validity and reliability. After applying the questionnaire on the subjects and the collection and statistical of data, the result showed that some items acquired an acceptability percentage of 60 % and more. They showed that female teachers of special education are satisfied with their work. Beside, administration and supervision (counseling) of these teachers should be encouraged. Moreover, classes of special education should be supported by the general directorate of education. Special education classes, therefore were a great success. The percentage of significance of other items ranged from 50 to 60 which is considered acceptable became special education in a practice in Iraq. Some of these items are concerned with the suitability of curricula and courses taught to special education classes the adequacy of training courses for the rehabilitation of special education teachers, the cooperation between school administration with the special education teachers to cope with the difficulties encountered by special education classes. The results showed that some schools administration pay special attention to ordinary classes at the expense of special education classes. Other items got a relative significance less than 50 % which is considered negative by the researcher. Some of these items are the weak cooperation between teachers of ordinary and special education classes, the disinterest of mass media in special education classes, the unavailability of visual-aids and educational technology necessary for special education in addition to some other negative aspects.

This research is intended to explain the concept of poetry to a number of abbasid poets through studying their poetic texts and their critical opinions mentioned in their own commentary in reply to what had been said in their private texts . this topic is studied according to certain axes used in the division of this paper such as : subjects of poetry , menning and pronunciation , truth and lie , eupheuism and concisness , poetic thefts , rhetoric arts .

The present study is concerned with revealing the objective and artistic aspects in al- Buhtri’s description of the residences of the caliph al-Muta-wakel ala- Allah. The subject is worth investigating since it is characterized by being accurate and precisc description, nice style besides incorporating some of the poet’s subjectivity when dealing with the subject under consideration.

This paper deals with the customs and conventions in China as they are mentioned in the books of geography during the Middle Ages.These geographical records have tackled the customs and conventions in China by means of direct views on the scientific journeys to China or indirectly through the information collected by the Moslem merchants who have reached China and brought back their own views to the Moslem geographers.This accurate information has reflected the importance of these records in talking about the non-Islamic customs and conventions and have kept a record full of events,concerning these nations.Books of geographt have talked of their cities planning,political regimes,and the method of state management in addition to the economic life in China.These records have not forgotten the customs and conventions,the topic of this study.

The research aims at:
- Quantitative specifying for somatotype components for a number of track and field teams which represent practical basic in Iraq .
- Recognizing the difference between the repetition of predominant somatotypes for players of each event.
- Recognizing the difference between the high and low level player in predominant elements of each event.
The research sample included (141) players represent Iraqi clops of games (100m, 200m, 110m hurdling, 400m hurdling, 400m, 800m, 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, 1000m, long jump, ternary jump, javelin throw, discus throw, hammer throw ,and shot put throw), whilst data collection representing somatotype components were collected by (Heath-Carter) Anthropometric method which is accredit at a number of Anthropometric measurement .the mean, standard division, ҳ² test, and ( Mann-Whitney ) test represented statistical tools.

Plenty of differences can be found in the cultures of different nations. The realization of a linguistic expression demands knowing what the expression means for the native speaker. To gain a growing comprehension of cultural meanings one has to undertake wide readings where words are met in a variety of contexts. The importance of culture is emphasized for language learning. Culture includes all the social practices that bond a group of people together and distinguish them from others. It is the accepted and patterned ways of behaviour of a given people. It includes ways of thinking, feeling, acting and doing things in certain ways. The aim of the work is to study the relationship between language and culture. The study attempts to incorporate culture into classroom by means of considering some techniques. What is said or accepted in a particular situation may not be said or accepted in a similar situation in a different culture. The stages of learning cultural context are identified. Differences in cultural meanings and semantic changes are also discussed. The ideal setting for teaching a language is the country where it is spoken. The teaching of culture should be an integral part of the foreign language instruction. A knowledge of behaviour of other people is important if the student is to communicate fully in the target language. Without the study of foreign culture, foreign language instruction is inaccurate and incomplete. Finally, the research provided some conclusions and recommendations for students and language teachers.

In this paper we report the result of investigation of the variation of discharge current in rectangular tube with discharge voltage for N2 and CO2 gases, these experiments are conducted for gas pressure from (0.75 Torr) to (7.5 Torr). Sparking voltages are measured for these gases over this range of pressure as well as the relations between electric field (E/P) with (P), variation of discharge resistance (R) with (P) and conductivity ()as a function of (P). These results show that the sparking potential vary with the product (pd) in accordance with paschen curve. The discharge characteristic is similar to the conventional discharge tube except the relation of (E/P) as a function of (P) .

The Present study investigates another way of transformation based on Transformational Generative Grammar . This transformation concerns a linguistic phenomenon which constitutes the problem of the research. This phenomenon discloses itself through the Arabic Musical Tune by which Arabic Songs are transformed into English .
The current study consists of six sections. Section One is the Introduction in which the role of Music in Language Learning is discussed, besides providing a general theoretical background about Language . Section Two provides some basics on Foreign Language Learning . Section three treats with the problem of linguistic phenomenon diagnosed by the researcher. Section four investigates, analyses and justifies the linguistic phenomenon. Section Five deals with conclusions drawn from the study ,while the last section Six provides some suggestions.
