Our research entitled ((The Absent Propositions in the Institutions of Arabic Rhetorical Discourse)) is an integrative methodological project based on critical cultures in the field of Arabic rhetoric. Its importance lies in crystallizing a monitoring and diagnostic system for the most prominent rhetorical propositions that were intentionally or unintentionally absent, and clarifying the implications of this monitoring in developing a procedural treatment that assumes the inevitability of the cognitive maturity reached by the concepts, terms, and theories of contemporary Arabic rhetoric, through research probes that extended to the old and relied on it in linking the connection between heritage studies and contemporary rhetorical analysis methods, which confirms the value of these propositions and supports them with living evidence and evidence revealing multiple viewpoints and shared visions that sometimes diverge. It meets in its constants that the wise critical mind does not deny.
The study sought to highlight the role of the cognitive accumulation of Arabic rhetorical discourse from many aspects, and to open files of contemporary rhetorical issues that have taken their paths in rhetorical thought since its first spark was ignited.
Here, the approach led us to discuss the opinions and perceptions of rhetoricians and what was built on them, what was absent from them, and what are the alternatives to the absence and the unthought of, relying on the mothers of Arabic sources and references, which crowned the study with a set of results and proposals, whatever came in it of deficiency is from myself, and whatever it contains of addition is by the grace of God Almighty, we ask Him at its conclusion for acceptance and success.. This research revolves around the orbit of the analytical study of the structural methods in the poetry of Al-Hakam bin Abdul Al-Asadi (d. circa 100 AH), a poet from the Umayyad state who was known - among the poets of his class - for satire, and through which he dealt with many situations and events in that era, so he deserves attention, study and analysis of his poetic production. This research aims to show that the Arabic language is one of the richest languages in terms of grammatical and rhetorical rules, In addition to the multiplicity of speech and expression styles, then revealing the poet’s difficult life – the research model – and his disability that made him a satirical poet with a malicious tongue, about those who consider him a distinguished poet, advanced in his class, in addition to revealing the rhetorical structural styles in Al-Hakam’s poetry, most notably interrogation and negation, and how interrogation formed an influential semantic dimension due to its structural characteristic based on the use of interrogative formulas. The same applies to the negation style, as it performed a rhetorical function that revealed the poet’s intentions; its purposes and methods varied according to the variety of those intentions that he wanted to convey to the recipient, then revealing the prominent semantic and structural characteristics in the styles of presentation and delay, which are considered effective stimuli that the poet employed to express his intention, in addition to the definition and indefiniteness and how they formed an important rhetorical feature to express the poet’s ideas.

The research entitled Religious Sects in Mosul and the Levant in the Era of the Zengid State (521-615 AH / 1127-1218 AD) dealt with an important aspect of the religious aspects that had an impact on organizing scientific and jurisprudential life in a solid society such as the Islamic society in the era of the Zengid State during an era that witnessed political roles that alternated in appearing at the helm of government in the Zengid State, which reached the peak of its power during the reign of King Al-Adil Nur al-Din Mahmoud, as the Zengid State witnessed after him princes, some of whom wanted to preserve the continuity of the Zengid State and its pillars, and some of whom followed a different approach due to the emergence of factors that led to a change in the prince's view of the religious sect as his predecessor had viewed it. The research dealt with religious sects through two axes, the first of which focused on the educational aspect, while the second focused on the administrative aspect.

The research focuses on the topic of “Intellectual Contemplation” as presented by Imam Al-Haramayn Al-Juwayni in his works across various disciplines. The significance of this study lies in its relevance to the Muslim community's need for intellectual revival and civilizational progress by establishing foundational principles of knowledge. These principles are essential for avoiding errors in thinking and managing constructive dialogues to reach the truth. The study is limited to discussing intellectual contemplation from Al-Juwayni’s perspective, with a comparison of his views to those of other prominent scholars in the field. The research concludes that Muslims need to reflect on the surrounding cosmic and theoretical signs to abandon blind imitation and mere repetition of others' statements without reasoning or consideration. It also emphasizes the necessity of adhering to the logical frameworks established by scholars for managing debates and dialogues effectively to attain correctness.

The research focuses on the issue of protecting the environment and ways to sustain it, as it is an important element in the safety of the land on which the individual lives, the development of his economy, the prosperity of his civilization, and the strengthening of the elements of societal development as well. The Sunnah of the Prophet abounds in talking about this aspect and pays great attention to it, and this interest can be seen and examined by following the hadiths. Which individual desires to pay attention to environmental care. In all its aspects, it gave different types of beautiful reward and a huge reward to whoever showed that concern in his daily life, and in return, it frightened the individual of his negligence in addition to caring for the environment, so it showed the dire consequences of that negligence and the extent of its negative impact on his life and livelihood, and perhaps it resulted in sins whose consequences would be borne by those who were negligent. An important result is obtained, which is an explanation of the extent of the Prophet’s legislation’s interest in protecting the environment.

The world is heading towards a dangerous and new phase of remarkable digital transformations, which are worrying at the same time, driven by several technologies. Among these technologies is what is now referred to as artificial intelligence (AI). AI is no longer a fictional concept; it has become a reality, and the world is strongly moving towards it. Therefore, it is essential to keep pace with this development, taking into account its implications both positively, by benefiting from it, and negatively, by regulating its use in accordance with the principles of Islamic law.
This study, titled "Artificial Intelligence: A Maqasid Perspective in Light of Islamic Law," aims to provide a maqasidi perspective on the term artificial intelligence and to examine the potential damages and harms that could result from using this technology concerning the five necessities (religion, life, intellect, lineage, and wealth). It also seeks to find ways and methods to utilize these technologies in a manner that achieves and develops these objectives.
The research is organized into an introduction, two main sections, and a conclusion. The first section defines the terms in the title, while the second section discusses the role of artificial intelligence technologies in preserving the five necessities. The conclusion includes the main findings, alongside a list of sources and references.

The Arabian Gulf region has maintained a historically close connection with India, which, in turn, has upheld a strategic vision towards the Gulf. This is due to the geographic, demographic, trade, and security linkages between the two regions. The relationship deepened further with the oil boom and the influx of Indian labor into the Gulf, alongside growing international competition over the region. Conversely, the Gulf's need for skilled and affordable Indian labor, as well as India's globally competitive technology, has strengthened this connection. This dynamic, supported by successive Indian governments, has fostered a complementary relationship between the two sides.

The enemies of Allah from among those who follow misguided sects and religions continue to plot against this religion and its followers, but may the cycle of misfortune fall upon them. Since exposing the falsehoods of these religions and revealing their distortions is an integral part of defending Islam and demonstrating its greatness by showing the weakness of other religions, this research has been undertaken. It is a concise study focusing on the New Testament of the Bible, adhering to brevity without compromising on the subject matter. The main reasons for choosing this topic are summarized as follows:
1. To demonstrate the flaws within Christianity by revealing the deficiencies in their most revered book, as far as possible, and Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity.
2. To attempt to counteract the Christian missionaries who relentlessly call people to their faith.
3. To strengthen the faith and certainty of the believer in this protected religion, free from distortion and alteration.
4. To understand the causes and factors of misguidance, as a lesson to avoid and guard against them.
The research is divided into an introduction, a preliminary section, two main sections, and a conclusion:
- Introduction: This includes an explanation of the importance of the topic, the reason for choosing it, and the research plan.
- Preliminary Section: This provides an overview of the title of the research and its sections.
- First Section: Presentation of the New Testament.
- Second Section: Critique of the New Testament.
- Conclusion: A summary of the main findings.
In conclusion, this is a modest effort. If I have succeeded, it is by the grace and favor of Allah; if not, then I am content in knowing that I spared no effort in striving to reach the highest level possible. In this research I discussed the ruling on the marriage of minors from a legal and religious perspective in Iraq, where I explained that Islamic law permits the marriage of minors under strict condition, the most important of which is achieving the interest and not harming the girl as for Iraqi law, it has set the legal age for marriage at eighteen years , with exceptions that allow marriage for those between 15-18years with the approval of the judge and the guardian ,the research also reviewed the negative effects of the marriage of minors, indicating the need for community awareness and the development of legislation to protect the rights of girls and ensure their future.

This research, entitled (Terminological Accompanying in Arabic Grammar), is concerned with showing the accompaniment that surrounds grammatical terms, similar to linguistic accompaniment. This means: that one term is linked to another in a masculine connection in the same context, and the mention is inevitable. Since speech is not complete except by their meeting verbally or in estimation, as in the terms (subject and predicate), (verb and agent), and (adjective and described), or mentally, such that as soon as you mention the term, the second comes directly to your mind, such as (declinable and indefinite), (definite and definite), and (intransitive verb and transitive verb), then it is a process of association that occurs between grammatical terms, such that they are closely linked mentally or mentally, and it is also the process of recalling the term by merely mentioning the other that shares some of its qualities and is compatible with it, and accompanies it in memory or mind, such that they are accompanied to the point of sharing presence when one of them is called upon, and two forms of terminological association have been identified, which are (mental association) or (mental association). The study of stylistic poetics (literary stylistics) is a branch of applied linguistics that bridges the gap between language and literature, especially in analyzing literary texts. It inevitably focuses on the structure of the linguistic material, in addition to reflecting a specific ideology of its own. It deals with how language works by selecting the specific language that expresses the text. Stylistics is concerned with linguistic choices, and the stylistic structure is studied to determine how the form interacts with the function. Each approach has its theoretical foundations, whether dealing with phonetics, syntax, or semantics. However, the applied stylistics that concerns itself with literary texts often presents an ideal model for understanding these linguistic techniques, especially with the help of phonetic or acoustic stylistics and statistical stylistics. The researcher has showed the most prominent elements of these two techniques in the chosen text as well as the most prominent results he has reached.

The idea of the research is basically to shed light on the abbreviation symbols that have always been a reality that we live in all its details, until we got used to seeing them in magazines, newspapers, television, radio, and recently on social media sites and its various and diverse means. We find that the word that consists of disconnected letters, each letter of this word has a meaning for the word from which it was taken, so a new word is formed with these letters, such as:
[جج G G = plural of the plural), and ] ج مؤG M U = plural of feminine) and from the Symbols (! = exclamation mark symbol) and ({} = for the Quranic text in the paper version), and(* * = two stars, between which a line of poetry is placed), and from the abbreviation mentioned in the dictionary of the contemporary Arabic language such as: [ Gg = plural of the plural), and ( Gmo = feminine plural)... etc.
It is not hidden from anyone who follows this phenomenon (abbreviation symbols) that it is not a recent phenomenon; rather, it is a very old phenomenon that dates back to the beginnings of the emergence of Arabic studies. The first scholars of Arabic, Quranic readings, and men of the Prophetic Hadith relied on abbreviated symbols, taking them as signs indicating the names of countries, authors, and places... What we seek and are interested in showing from this research is to clarify the use of contemporary Arabic dictionaries for this ancient and modern phenomenon, according to what Dr. Ahmed Mukhtar Omar and his dictionary (Dictionary of the Contemporary Arabic Language) used. The intention of this research was to shed light on the symbols and abbreviations used in a contemporary dictionary so that the result would be a consecration and reinforcement of clarifying the prevalence of the phenomenon of symbols and abbreviations in the Arabic language and that the Arabic language is renewed and developed and is preserved and studies in its various and renewed aspects do not expire or cease.

This research falls in the context scholarly efforts undertaken by Muslem scholars in order to Preserve the Quran. One of these scholars is Iman Mustafa Bin Shaban Al- Sorrori(died 969 AH) who authored a collection of books in Arabic and translated from Turkish and Persiam into Arabic a host of other books000
The section on 'I'laal' (Morphological Alteration) is considered one of the most intricate areas of morphology and one that requires extensive practice and training. This is because 'I'laal' is one of the linguistic phenomena that demands deep contemplation and careful analysis. The study of this subject by morphologists highlights the precision and coherence of the Arab morphological methodology. This study aims to clarify some of the key morphological and phonological concepts and terms, as well as to identify the most significant changes that affect the concept of 'I'laal'.
The primary purpose of 'I'laal' is to ease articulation, reduce effort, economize in pronunciation, avoid laborious speech, and facilitate and diversify communication.

I chose the expressions of birds and matters related to them in the book (Mukhtar Al-Sahih); Because it is frequently mentioned in this dictionary, and there is no doubt that none of the Arabic dictionaries is devoid of the presence of these terms, but as far as I know and follow, they have not been studied before in a detailed manner, so I chose to study them among the words in the book (Mukhtar Al-Sahih).
I found that Al-Razi had mentioned the names of land and water birds, the characteristics of birds, the parts of the bird’s body, the sound of the bird, and the bird’s nest. The research plan came in two sections, the first for the names of birds and the second for matters related to birds.

This research dealt with Islamic education and its role in enhancing the moral aspect, by shedding light on Islamic education and the approach it contains to building an Islamic society in a sound manner in the moral aspect, and ways to activate it in our societies. The research reached a set of results, which can be summarized as follows:
1. One of the most important pillars of building a healthy society is to build good morals for the members of society and to improve interaction between people in many aspects, such as honesty, trustworthiness, kindness, forgiveness, tolerance and justice. The moral aspect is inseparable from the social aspect in dealing between people.
2. Correct human morals are considered one of the priorities of Islamic law, and one of the basics encouraged by Islamic education. Islamic law, through the Holy Qur’an and the noble Sunnah of the Prophet, has been concerned with strengthening these morals, not only in dealing between Muslims, but also in the Muslim’s dealings with other creatures without exception.

This study addresses an important aspect of the rhetoric of the Quran, namely, the structures that are completely similar in both wording and meaning. These structures appear in the Quran as repeated sentences that have an identical repetition in both wording and meaning. This repetition comes in the form of septuple sentences, i.e., repeated seven times. The study focuses on this septuple structure by investigating its significance, secrets, and the reasons behind its repeated appearance. Therefore, the study is titled "The Septuple Repetitions in the Quran: A Study of Context and Impact."
The objective of the study is to contribute to defending the Quran against those who criticize its eloquence, using this repetition in the verses as an argument for claiming inadequacy or weakness.
The most appropriate methodology for studying this septuple structure in the Quranic verses, and investigating its purpose, secrets, and reasons, is the analytical-descriptive approach based on examining the context of the text in which this repeated structure appears. The study is divided into two sections: the first section addresses the concept of "septuple" and its definition, with the selection of three Quranic structures that are repeated as the verse’s punctuation. The second section presents four repeated structures that also serve as punctuation.

We searched for a topic related to the Prophet’s family and decided to stop at Lady Al-Zahra (peace be upon her). Writers have dealt with it in their works, and we particularly mention here the poets for various poetic purposes. Among them are those whose words are mixed with quoting from the Holy Qur’an in their poetry, which may be for sanctification or for emphasis and strengthening. The moral and linguistic image and the statement of their loyalty to the pure Ahl al-Bayt, and this stems from their nature, their religious belief, and their pride in belonging to this great edifice. They were organized for ancient and modern purposes, especially Iraqi poets, and we shed light on some Iraqi poets and showed the way they dealt with them. For the direct and indirect Quranic influence in clarifying the status of Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) and her influence in society; This great personality has an effective impact on society, and we recommend a comprehensive study of Iraqi and Arab poetry regarding this personality and various poetic purposes around the personality of Al-Zahra (peace be upon her) in particular or the family of the Prophet in general for the purpose of increasing and benefiting from her. O God, grant us her intercession in this world and the hereafter.

In this research, we have examined the rhetorical arts of the science of semantics mentioned in Surat Al-Mulk. The definitions of the scholars of rhetoric for these rhetorical arts, linguistically and technically, were presented, and then their evidence from Surat Al-Mulk was mentioned. As for the art that had more than one evidence, I mentioned one or two examples for it. The style of news in the surah was addressed, and many news items came in this surah, some of which were confirmed and some of which were not confirmed, depending on the state of the addressee. The concept of composition in the surah was also clarified, as it became clear that there are two types of composition: the imperative composition and the non-imperative composition. Surat Al-Mulk did not contain any styles of imperative composition except for the command and the question. The presentation and delay in the Surah were also addressed linguistically and technically. It was shown that presentation in the language indicates the meaning of making something in the forefront or forefront, and delay indicates its opposite. The rhetorical methods of presentation and delay in the Noble Surah were explained. As for definition and indefiniteness, they were explained linguistically and technically. It was shown that definition in the Surah is of three types: definition with the generic (al) or the comprehensive (al) and the covenantal (al). As for indefiniteness, it was found that it indicates the meaning of glorification and intimidation.

This study focuses on a noble topic: “Grammatical Inference through the Prophetic Hadith between Sibawayh and the Commentators on (The Margins of Sibawayh’s Book): An Applied Study.” The research problem lies in the critical view of the Prophetic Hadith by Arabic linguists, especially among later scholars, regarding its use as grammatical evidence. Their foundational stance has led to a weakened reliance on Hadith as grammatical proof due to their established principles. The key question addressed is: What causes this weakness in grammatical inference using the Prophetic Hadith among Arabic linguists?
The significance of this research lies in studying the Prophetic Hadiths concerning their use as grammatical evidence in the book (The Margins of Sibawayh’s Book). This provides a clear picture of the early grammarians’ stance on accepting or rejecting Hadiths as evidence.

This research is a study of Dr. Mahdi Al-Makhzoumi’s approach to grammatical facilitation in his books, and it came under the title (Mahdi Al-Makhzoumi’s grammatical facilitation approach - a descriptive and analytical study).
The importance of the research lies in that it studies a serious attempt to facilitate grammar lessons for students, and this attempt by Dr. Mahdi Al-Makhzoumi is considered a reaction to the suspicious facilitation attempts that spread in his time and which called for rejecting the classical Arabic language and dealing with the colloquial dialect.
Al-Makhzoumi used his teaching experience to monitor the grammatical issues that school students struggled to understand.
In his study of grammatical issues, Al-Makhzoumi tended greatly to the views of the Kufic school, and saw in it the most appropriate approach to teaching grammar. This is because their approach - from his point of view - is descriptive and devoid of useless interpretation.
I proceeded in my study of Al-Makhzoumi’s approach in the light of the descriptive approach, and I sometimes tended towards analysis, so my study was descriptive and analytical, in which I relied on the most prominent works of Al-Makhzoumi in which he presented his facilitative opinions, along with a group of books by hadith scholars, and some research and scientific theses that dealt with Al-Makhzoumi’s approach. And his grammatical efforts in studying.

Artificial intelligence programs have a wide impact in many cognitive and scientific courses, at a time when the Arabic language, in all its richness, stands as a towering edifice in the world of languages, and it is distinguished by unique characteristics; There has been a growing interest in integrating artificial intelligence technologies into various fields related to the Arabic language in an attempt to increase the ability to analyze and understand the language in a way that mimics human intelligence.
The use of artificial intelligence to support the Arabic language is an interesting topic and how to achieve harmony between linguistic originality and scientific development. Likewise, the artificial intelligence program has cast a shadow over legal research, formulation of terminology, and analysis of legal documents, as traditional legal research takes a long time, requiring hours. From diligent work in studying case law, legislation and legal publications.
This research came to shed light on aspects including: the impact of artificial intelligence on the Arabic language in translating Arabic texts and analyzing them to extract meanings, as well as analyzing legal documents, allowing jurists to focus on the strategic aspects of their work and the possibility of prediction the likely outcomes of legal cases, the duration of trials and the potential costs involved; Extracting data from court records and legal documents, and providing insights into the performance of lawyers and judges. This helps in the case management strategy and preparing it for the conduct of litigation procedures.

Among its evils is the permissibility of abortion and the killing of an unwanted fetus, and among its effects is addiction, alcohol, and drugs. Addiction is not related to drugs and alcohol, but rather leads to addiction to technology, consumption, and buying modern things, As for his ruling in Islamic law, God Almighty has placed in man the enormous capabilities and energies that are suitable for him to be God’s successor on earth. Therefore, the heavenly and earthly universe is subjected to it. God Almighty said: {He has subjected to you all that is in the heavens and all that is in the earth}, and artificial intelligence is only a drop in the ocean of this divine subjugation of God’s successor on earth, which is man, The basic principle regarding things is that they are permissible and permissible until there is evidence of their prohibition, but the prohibition is only exposed in the ways in which it is used. As for medical technology, it is a means of preserving the soul, so its means have the same ruling as what it is sought for. Due to the generality of the Almighty’s saying: {And whoever saves a life, it is as if he had saved the life of all mankind}, and it is one of the complete causes of empowerment on earth, and it is a legitimate intention, and it is obligatory to find its means; Because what the legitimate purpose cannot be achieved without it is obligatory. Islam also imposes on the Muslim to keep pace with his era, and to work in a way that suits his time, in scientific progress and cultural industrial development in technology, but in terms of religious rules, fundamentalist colleges, and fundamental rulings, they do not change; Because it is from God Almighty, and finally, artificial intelligence, chat, the Internet, satellite channels, the telephone, and means of technology are a great divine blessing for the construction and reform of the earth, so do not disbelieve it by taking it as a means of evil, sin, and corruption.

Errors are made by humans, there is no escape except for those whom God Almighty has mercy on, due to negligence or a tendency towards a certain behavior or thought, and due to the intellectual and behavioral threats that invade our Islamic society as a result of modern openness. This invasion cannot be confronted except by returning to employing the pure Sunnah to treat those behaviors and ideas that are foreign to it. The pure Sunnah cared about the human being and respected his personality, as he is honored and weak, so he emits wrong behavior, then he repents and God forgives him. The prophetic treatment is the basis because it is consistent with the human nature, so it is effective in dealing with individual and collective problems to advance to the desired goal.
We find this in his guidance, peace be upon him, how he corrected the behavior of those who were with him, each according to his age and intellectual level. He would determine the cause of the error and then begin treatment, as he is the educator and teacher, and the correction is different, so its impact is different according to the style and behavior of the guide. Our teacher, peace and blessings be upon him, varied in his treatment in dealing between encouragement, intimidation, and teasing...etc.
If we can correct behavior and thought as the Prophet (PBUH) did, we will be able to enhance the role of our pure Sunnah in protecting society from intellectual conflict arising from alien ideas that threaten the Muslim faith especially.
