Abstract
Arabic, my research entitled (The narration of unknown persons and their impact on the narration of the Noble Prophetic Hadith) has shown through the issues covered by the research through the five demands: 1- Definition of ignorance linguistically and technically 2- I explained the types of ignorance and explained them in detail 3- Definition of the unknown person and the ruling on his narration 4- Definition of the unknown person and the ruling on his narration 5- Definition of the concealed person and the ruling on his narration, and I concluded the research with a conclusion and the most important results that I reached, including: Those who say that the narration of the unknown person and the concealed person are acceptable, have provided evidence from the saying of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. As for those who rejected the narration of the concealed person, they said: The statement of accepting the narration of the unknown person requires evidence, and the origin is the absence of evidence, and that doubt in justice is an obstacle to accepting the narration, so the unknown person’s information is not accepted in the narration according to the possibility of the corruption of lying, and the types of unknown narrators are divided into two sections: 1- The unknown person: He is the one who His true existence has not been proven, and it appears in the chains of transmission in various forms. 2- Unknown status: They are those whose identity is known and whose existence is confirmed. Abstract
بحثي الموسوم (رواية المجاهيل وأثرها في رواية الحديث النبوي الشريف) قد بينت من خلال المسائل التي شملها البحث من خلال المطالب الخمسة: 1- تعريف الجهالة لغة واصطلاحاً 2- بينت اقسام الجهالة وبينتها بالتفصيل 3- تعريف مجهول العين وحكم روايته 4- تعريف مجهول الحال وحكم روايته 5- تعريف المستور وحكم روايته , وختمت البحث بخاتمة واهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها ,ومنها : ان لقائلين بقَبول رواية مجهول الحال والمستور، استدلوا بقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم, وما أمَّا الذين ردُّوا رواية المستور، فقد قالوا: إنَّ القول بقبول رواية مجهول الحال يستدعي دليلًا، والأصل عدم الدليل، وأن الشك في العدالة مانعٌ من قبول الرِّواية، فمجهول الحال لا تُقبَل إخبارُه في الرواية وَفْقًا لاحتمال مفسدة الكذب , وان أنواع الرواة المجاهيل ينقسمون إلى قسمين:1- مجهول عين: وهو مَن لم يثبت تحقّق وجوده حقيقةً، ويأتي في الأسانيد على صور , و2- مجهول حال: وهم مَن عُرفت عينه وتحقق من وجوده,, والحمد لله رب العامين.
