The research titled (The importance of contemporary jurisprudence according to fundamentalist rules and its impact in limiting the spread of Corona - Quarantine as an example) highlights the importance of the science of the principles of jurisprudence and its rules in relation to Islamic jurisprudence to be able to deduce Sharia rulings from its detailed evidence in order to achieve its goals, given that the rulings were not legislated except for those The goals are interests (bringing benefit and warding off harm), and these interests do not remain constant; Rather, it changes from time to time and from place to place. Unless the jurist understands these rules, he cannot easily explore the provisions to address all incidents. The research also highlighted that the evidence for rulings includes the original transmission, which is (the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet), and among them is the rational dependency, which includes (qiyas, approval, recommendation, interest, blocking pretexts, legislated by us) and others, and the rational dependency evidence has the main role in dealing with issues for which we did not find a text. Specifically and clearly, neither in the Holy Qur’an nor in the Sunnah of the Prophet, as if we searched for a ruling on the Corona virus disease called (Covid 19), but by relying on rational consequential evidence, including analogy, we can find a ruling on the issue about which the text was mentioned, which is the disease (the plague). Due to the similarity between it and the Corona virus in terms of causing harm to human life, we can discover several provisions that must be taken into account for prevention and how to deal with this deadly virus, including quarantine, social distancing, and not mingling

This research sheds light on the most important aspects in Arabic language. After Iraq was subject to the British Mandate system in accordance with international decisions, Britain focused its efforts on practicing colonial policies in Iraq under the mandate of the mandate.
