When an employee commits an illegal activity or is accused of committing criminal acts, he is referred to the competent courts for investigation and trial. As a result of these procedures, the public employee may be sentenced to penalties derived from the general penal code according to the type of crime committed. These rulings are binding with regard to his professional conduct and legal status. These penalties may also be followed by complementary and subsidiary penalties according to the ruling.
These penalties include dismissal and removal, each of which has a different impact on the employee’s legal status and rights, whether material or moral.

This research aims to review the status of Arabic novel writing, its study, and its future in light of recent developments in the field of electronic technologies and artificial intelligence applications. It attempts to clarify how the novel creates its artistic world through computer technology, focusing on how modern technologies can be used to improve the teaching of Arabic novel writing and its automated processing.
The Arabic novel, as one of the arts of literature, is considered a human adventure (a special absolute truth), or an artistic adventure beyond the borders of the world, practiced within the limits of freedom, creation, innovation, creativity, in a specific time and place, and with different events and characters, the understanding and production of which requires individual creativity and a clever, educated recipient; as the Arabic novel is characterized by its narrative complexity.
Its unique composition makes studying the impact of artificial intelligence on it a topic of great importance. Therefore, this research aims to explore the current reality of artificial intelligence applications in the field of Arabic novel production, and to identify the challenges and opportunities these applications present in their analysis and critique.

The name of the martyr Muhammad Baqer al-Sadr was associated with the history of Islamic work in Iraq during the second half of the twentieth century, as he is an exceptional figure as an intellectual and a mujahid and was able to break the barriers of the intellectual stone that was practiced in Iraq for a long time, so he took a distinguished position in the conscience of the nation, as the most wonderful apostolic pioneer in terms of status and height, until he became the title of the Islamic reference work in Iraq.
The Islamic Revolution in Iraq was linked to the idea of Martyr Al-Sadr, and he was the active axis in the events of his time, which caused a qualitative shift in the reality of Iraqi society as a pioneer, thinker, teacher of a generation, consciousness maker, and a source of radiation and giving.
Based on this importance of Mr. Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr, our study came, as the research was divided into two articles and a conclusion that included the most important conclusions reached by the researcher, the first article was entitled (Biography of Mr. Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr), while the second article was entitled (Ijtihad of Mr. Muhammad Baqir al-Sadr).

At the heart of the digital transformations that are reshaping human existence, cyberspace emerges as a mirror reflecting the contradictions of modern society. It is a space that encapsulates the aspirations of liberation and innovation, but reproduces forms of domination and conflict in complex ways.

The melody is a bad phenomenon in the Arabic language. Abu Al-Aswad Al-Du’ali (d. 69 AH) and other grammarians and linguists feared it, so they set requirements for grammar and morphology to protect children who memorize the Qur’an from distortion and misprinting. Five books were written for it, and Arabic was honored and glorified by God, who sent it as the language of revealed revelation. Most of the books written on incorrect pronunciation and its resistance do not stop at mentioning the error and its correctness, but rather provide evidence from poetry, prose and news. It deals with an important linguistic phenomenon related to the soundness of the language and extends beyond it to the soundness of the Qur’anic people. The incorrect pronunciation has moved from the language to the Qur’an, and from here the researcher wanted this study to serve the Arabic language.

This study aims to examine the impact of TikTok on the behavior of adolescents in the city of Ramadi and to identify the key content patterns that adolescents in Ramadi follow on the platform. The researcher divided the study into three main sections. The first section outlines the methodological framework, including the research problem, scientific and societal significance, study objectives, and a review of previous studies. The study employs a purposive sample of 150 adolescents from Ramadi, using a questionnaire as the primary research tool.
The second section presents the theoretical framework, addressing TikTok’s emergence, concept, and its social impact on adolescent behavior. The third section consists of a field study analyzing and interpreting the responses of surveyed adolescents in Ramadi, the capital of Anbar Province, Iraq. The study’s key findings include that high school students represent the most engaged demographic with TikTok. Additionally, it was observed that adolescents tend to prefer isolation while using TikTok.

The current study focuses on how Corona pandemic was portrayed in Al-Sabah newspaper's media coverage during Corona pandemic. This study utilized descriptive research, and especially a content analysis to analyze 281 item, starting from the first infection case in Iraq 24/2/2020 till 17/3/2020 the official lockdown in Iraq. The significant of this study comes from the exploration of Al-Sabah newspaper's coverage to the image of the Corona pandemic and how its handling this subjects, to increase the public's awareness about the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the important aim of the study is to identify the image of media coverage in Al-Sabah newspaper during Corona pandemic. The study found that Al-Sabah newspaper deal with the media coverage neutrally, due to the scene difficulty during the Corona pandemic and the fast increasing for situation locally, regionally and globally.

The work solicits readers\' attention to balancing a tightrope of sanity and madness, stigma with mental health, and authenticity in a world of conformity. Ultimately, Veronika Decides to Die serves as a revealing case-study where the individual agency is at the behest of the restraints by society while trying to better understand the forces behind human behavior.

This research is concerned with tracking down the most prominent hypotheses and theories that have attempted to explain the emergence and follow-up of this phenomenon, and attempting to investigate its truth, nature, and patterns, as well as the opinions expressed about it, the different hypotheses regarding it, and the patterns and types known about it. The book is an essential reference thanks to its comprehensive methodology and use of multilingual sources, achieving global acceptance as a valuable addition to the Arabic library.

This study examines the persuasive techniques employed in televised talk shows in addressing Iraqi social issues, through an analytical study of the program "With Rafif Al-Hafidh" on I News satellite channel. The research problem is framed through the central question: "What persuasive techniques did the program 'With Rafif Al-Hafidh' on I News utilize within its media message when tackling social issues in Iraq?"
From this main question, several sub-questions emerge, covering various aspects of the research. The study aims to achieve several key objectives, most notably: identifying the persuasive methods used by the program "With Rafif Al-Hafidh" on I News in addressing social issues; determining the main themes of the social problems presented in the program; diagnosing the persuasive appeals employed within the media message; and inferring the dimensions of social responsibility in light of the two variables—professional values and media performance—within the content of the program "With Rafif Al-Hafidh."
This research is classified as a descriptive study, aiming to provide an accurate depiction of the phenomenon under investigation, identify its components, and explore the relationships between these components and other related phenomena. The researcher employed the survey methodology in both its descriptive and analytical forms.
The study relied on the design of a content analysis form as the primary research tool. The research population was defined as the media content presented in the program "With Rafif Al-Hafidh," through which persuasive techniques were employed to address social problems in Iraq. As for the research sample, the researcher adopted a purposive (or judgmental) sampling method, selecting 36 episodes for analysis out of a total of 144 episodes broadcast within the specified research period, from January 1, 2023, to December 18, 2023.
The researcher arrived at a number of key findings, most notably the following: Regarding the category of main topics related to social issues addressed in the program "With Rafif Al-Hafidh" on I News satellite channel, the category “Violence against women” ranked first, with 18 occurrences, representing 28.57%. The second place was occupied by the category “Marital disputes” with 13 occurrences (20.65%), followed by “Victims of family disintegration” in third place with 11 occurrences (17.46%). The category “Crimes under legal oversight” came in fourth with 10 occurrences (15.87%), while “Divorce: Causes and Indicators” ranked fifth with 8 occurrences (12.70%). Lastly, the category “Martyrs Foundation Law” ranked sixth with 3 occurrences, accounting for 4.75%.

It is an attempt to combine two types of sciences, the first is law and the second is economics, to produce a new type. This can be achieved by revealing the relationship between each science and the other, and the mutual influence between the two sciences, which will clarify the functional role of the relationship between the rules of private international law through their impact on the management of state funds (increasing foreign human capital) and diversifying it with increasing national capital. Therefore, before delving into the above, it is necessary to define the study and explain the reasons for choosing it, its problem, hypothesis, methodology and structure, which we will l learn about in sequence.

This study addresses the issue of poverty and the poor in Iraq during the period from 1958 to 1963, focusing on the stance of Abd al-Karim Qasim. His position was deeply influenced by his social and intellectual background, which shaped a distinct social policy toward the underprivileged. Qasim himself came from a poor and socially diverse background, which made him more empathetic to the suffering of marginalized groups.He worked to improve the conditions of farmers, laborers, small tradespeople, and residents of informal settlements. He openly expressed pride in his roots among the poor, a sentiment he frequently conveyed in both his domestic and international speeches and interviews. Moreover, Qasim translated these values into immediate and concrete actions aimed at alleviating the hardships of the poor, which in turn strengthened the bond between him and the impoverished classes—so much so that they came to affectionately call him the \\"Father of the Poor.\\"

Abu Hayyan al-Andalusi (d. 745 AH) is one of the most prominent scholars of grammar and language in the Arab heritage, leaving behind a rich scholarly legacy that testifies to the breadth of his knowledge and the depth of his approach. Among his many works, \\\\\\\\"Manhaj al-Salik fi al-Kalam ala Alfiyyah Ibn Malik\\\\\\\\" and \\\\\\\\"Irtishaf al-Darb min Lisan al-Arab\\\\\\\\" stand out as two major works that reflect the development of his grammatical thought and his analytical approach. This study presents a comparison between the two books. In terms of objectives, methodology, content and characteristics.
The book \\\\\\\\"Manhaj al-Salik fi al-Kalam \\\\\\\\'ala Alfiyyah Ibn Malik\\\\\\\\" is a commentary on Ibn Malik\\\\\\\\'s Alfiyyah, one of the most important grammatical texts in the Arab heritage. In this book, Abu Hayyan aims to explain the Alfiyyah and clarify its grammatical issues, with a focus on the differences between the Basran and Kufic schools.
As for the book “Irtishaaf Al-Darb Min Lisan Al-Arab,” it is a comprehensive grammatical encyclopedia in which Abu Hayyan collected the sources and tributaries of grammar up to his time, presenting a broader and more comprehensive vision of Arabic grammar, with important methodological and linguistic additions.
- The book “Manhaj Al-Salik” relies on the objective presentation of grammatical opinions in many cases without preference, as the study found that Abu Khayan did not prefer many of the controversial issues that were addressed in his book (Manhaj Al-Salik), but rather was satisfied with presenting opinions. As for his other book “Irtishaf Al-Darb”, his opinion appears clear and more daring in preference and criticism, as he presents a unique method that blends the Moroccan and Eastern cultures. It also relies on comparison between Semitic languages to solve some linguistic problems.

Also, the approach of Al-Salik was focused mostly on the grammatical issues mentioned in Ibn Malik’s Alfiyyah and his explanation of the verses of the Alfiyyah, with his attention to mentioning the disagreement between the two main grammatical schools and between individuals of one school. As for his book Irtishaaf Al-Darb, we see him go beyond grammar to broader fields that include morphology, language, and semantics. with his special interest in the diversity of grammarians\\\\\\\\' opinions, the preference for one group, and the other\\\\\\\\'s inclusion. He also presented the views of grammarians throughout the ages in an extensive manner.
We should not forget that in his book, \\\\\\\\"The Way of the Traveler,\\\\\\\\" he relies heavily on citations from the Holy Qur\\\\\\\\'an and classical Arabic poetry, but he pays little attention to the wisdom of the noble poets and their authors. From another section, we heard that his citations of the Prophetic hadith and proverbs are comparable to those of the Qur\\\\\\\\'an and poetry.
As for his book, Irtishāf al-Darb, he used the widest of chapters to cite more diverse sources, reflecting the breadth of his linguistic culture. Irtishāf al-Darb is also considered a comprehensive grammatical encyclopedia, as it blends Moroccan and Eastern grammatical culture and is more diverse in its sources, citations, and standard and auditory evidence.
Through our study of the two books, it becomes clear that \\\\\\\\"Irtishāf al-Darb\\\\\\\\" represents a more mature and developed phase in Abu Hayyan\\\\\\\\'s grammarian thought, combining the cultures of the East and the West and presenting a more comprehensive and integrated approach to the study of Arabic grammar. Meanwhile, \\\\\\\\"Manhaj al-Salik\\\\\\\\" remains an important work, but it is limited in explaining the millennium and clarifying grammatical differences. Together, the two books reflect the development of Abu Hayyan\\\\\\\\'s thought and his approach to the study of grammar and language.
However, the importance of this comparison lies in highlighting the development of Abu Hayyan\\\\\\\\'s grammatical thought and the extent to which it was influenced by the various scientific environments in which he lived, from Andalusia to the Levant, which enabled him to form a unique encyclopedic grammatical vision.

The current study aimed to find out the effect of the Mathematical Talk strategy on mathematics achievement among sixth-grade primary school students. To achieve this, the researcher chose (Al-Groob Boys’ School) affiliated with the General Directorate of Education in Babylon/Hashemitic Education Department for the academic year (2024-2025). The sample amounted to (60) students from Sixth grade primary students (30) students for each of the two research groups. The two groups were equal in variables (previous achievement in mathematics, previous knowledge, intelligence). The researcher prepared an achievement test consisting of 30 objective items of the type of choice from Multiple, validity and reliability were confirmed, and after completing the experiment, the achievement test was applied to the two research groups at the same time, and after processing the data statistically using the statistical bag, the study reached the superiority of the students of the experimental group who studied according to the Mathematical Talk strategy over the students of the control group who studied according to The usual method.

The Holy Quran contains clear and precise references to the lofty positions that are unique to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and not to any other creation. This demonstrates the honor of his status, his lofty status, and the special nature of his relationship with his Lord.
The research addressed the most prominent stations mentioned in the Quran, such as the Praised Station, which is the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) greatest intercession on the Day of Resurrection, a status God has bestowed upon him over all other prophets and messengers. The verses also demonstrate God's selection of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) from among His creation, elevating his status in this world and the hereafter, and supporting him with divine revelation and guidance.
The research also pointed to the greatness of the Prophet's character, as described by God in His words: "And indeed, you are of a great moral character," indicating the perfection of his psychological and practical qualities. Another aspect of the Prophet's Quranic status is his closeness to his Lord, as in the incident of the Ascension to Heaven, where he attained a status no one before him had attained.
The verses also indicate that the Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, does not speak from his own desires, but rather that he is guided by revelation. This indicates that he is connected to God in all his affairs and that he is the perfect model of human beings in obedience and conveying the message. All of these passages affirm the greatness of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and the necessity of venerating and obeying him.
In conclusion, understanding the status of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) through the Qur’an is not merely theoretical knowledge. Rather, it is a means of strengthening faith, instilling sincere love for the Messenger of God in the hearts of Muslims, venerating his Sunnah, and defending his noble status at all times.

Research aim to identify effect of a training program according of sportsman interlinks in procuring of 3rd students mean & fatalist thinking, following hypothesis were formula : There is no statistically significant differences at level of (0.05) between average scores of empirical group taught in using educational props & average scores of control group taught according to the normal method in procuring & fatalist thinking tests .In order to verify validity of two hypothesis , Researcher conducted an empirical for a whole semester (2023-2024). Experiment confined to 3rd students level. He depended on partial design empirical & control groups with posttest. School chosen for experiment is Al – Nahda school boys. Sample included(62) students who were subdivided into two subgroups contains (33) piloted group &(29) control. Two groups were matched in variables intelligence , procuring & test of fatalist thinking. Requirements were determine study content , analyzing them ,objectives for both groups , building a test for attaining including (20) items & fatalist thinking (24) items. After termination of teaching items according to plan prepared for two groups posttest was applied & posttest of acquisition test on sample of two empirical & control groups. Results after analysis using (t-test) for two showed excel of empirical group over. Quester recommend necessity of including algebraic skills in learning outcomes used in teaching math .

As for when we studied the threshold of the writer or the file, we found that the poet had stated her explicit name in it without any encryption, which indicates a statement of the poet’s civil status, in addition to the fact that she deliberately placed her name at the bottom of the cover page, introducing the literary work and giving it importance as an accomplishment. In addition to that, there are other thresholds in addition to what was mentioned, including the threshold of introduction (beginning), where the importance of interpreting the introduction included in Lamia’s poetry, and the threshold of introduction: which the poet also begins with, and the threshold of the page space: and because critics in semiotics studied the page space or its whiteness and that was important in poetry, I stopped at this threshold in Lamia’s poetry and analyzed his division of the spaces of the page and the distribution of his poems and verses on it. The cover was of two types: The front cover was red, on which the titles were distributed, and the back cover, which represented an introduction to the poet Lamia, as she is with other poets.

The city of Al-Musayyib is considered one of the Iraqi cities that suffers from the accumulation of solid waste, and it has become prominent as a result of the lack of financial allocations to the city, which leads to a clear failure in the service of the city’s municipality. al levels, as public health and the environment are threatened. In solid waste management and disposal at landfills, reliable forecasts of the rate and composition of municipal solid waste generation are essential. Therefore, proper planning for municipal solid waste management through forecasting is required for a sustainable solid waste management system in the future. This study addresses solid waste in the city of Musayyib and predicts its future quantities using artificial intelligence techniques. The study includes two phases of work. The first phase focused on descriptive theoretical analysis based on data analysis.

This research sought to uncover the mechanisms of environmental culture in Iraqi theatrical performance, as an intellectual and aesthetic component that contributes to enriching the directorial vision. The theatrical director, with his accumulated awareness and experience, interacts with the environment as an incubator of meaning and a source of artistic inspiration, which gives the theatrical performance a cognitive dimension that connects the human being with his natural surroundings. The importance of environmental culture lies in its ability to enhance the artist’s aesthetic and human awareness, which is reflected in the directorial treatments that embody the live interaction between theatrical aesthetics and the environmental context. The research is divided into four chapters. The first chapter includes the research problem, which is centered around the following question: (How was environmental culture manifested aesthetically and philosophically in the Iraqi theatrical performance?). The importance of the research lies in shedding light on environmental culture as one of the intellectual and aesthetic components that influence the formulation of the Iraqi theatrical performance. The aim of the research was to reveal the philosophical and aesthetic foundations of environmental culture, and to determine the mechanisms of its presence and employment within the Iraqi theatrical performance. The second chapter includes two topics. The first topic deals with (the philosophical aesthetics of environmental culture), while the second topic deals with (environmental culture and the aesthetics of its employment in The third chapter included the research community and the sample, which, as the title indicates, is the play (White Curse) by director Muhammad Hussein Habib, the research tool, then the research methodology according to what is appropriate to the nature of the current research, and then the analysis of the research sample. The fourth chapter included the research results, and the research concluded that the use of environmental culture is not limited to the visual form of the show, but rather goes beyond that to intellectual and philosophical levels that highlight the artist’s connection to his environment, and contribute to building a contemporary theatrical discourse that carries environmental awareness that reflects the challenges of local and global reality, and then a set of conclusions, while the research concluded with a list of research sources and references.
