Abstract
The research tried to specify the effect of Stages of reengineering business
process concering the quality product dimensions ( An Exploration Study to Some
Views of a Sample of industrial cooperated companies Managers in Ninevah
Governerate ) . It is important for the organizations to follow the approach of re
engineering business process which the employees , Its departments reengineering ,
its machines and equipment. leads the organization to survive by re-designing its
structure and re positioning. re-engineering business process method could be
applied in its five steps represented in ( preparation , limitation , vision , solution and
transmission ) . These steps play a major role in achieving re-engineering business
process in the sample of organizations of the research , as it is impossible to conduct
any of the processes . in the absence of one or more of the these steps. According to
what had been mentioned previously ’ the fulfillment of these steps in the sample of
organization of the research is associated with the quality obtained finally by
measuring its dimensions represnted in ( Reliability ‘ correspondence ) The research
attained that there is a necessity to develop the content of quality dimensions
continuously which place the organization in a strong competative position compared
to the operating organizations in the same field .

سعى هذا البحث إلى تحديد اثر مراحل إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال في أبعاد جودة المنتوج ) دراسة استطلاعية لأراء المدراء في عينة من الشركات الصناعية / محافظة نينوى ) إذ أن اتباع المنظمات منهج إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال هو من الأمور المهمة التي تقود المنظمة إلى الاستمرار في دورة حياتها من خلال إعادة التصميم في هيكلها وإعادة التوزيع في موظفيها وأقسامها الوظيفية وإعادة الترتيب في مكانتها ومعداتها ، حيث يتم تطبيق منهج إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال من خلال مراحه الخمسة والمتمثلة في ( التحضير ، التحديد ، الرؤيا ، الحل ، التحويل ) ، وتلعب هذه المراحل الدور الأكبر في تنفيذ عمليات إعادة هندسة الأعمال في المنظمات عينة البحث إذ لا يمكن تنفيذ أي عملية من عمليات إعادة هندسة الأعمال في غياب واحد أو أكثر من المراحل السابقة، واعتماداً على ما سبق فان تنفيذ تلك المراحل في المنظمات عينة البحث يكون مقترناً بالجودة التي يتم الحصول عليها في النهاية من خلال قياس أبعادها المتمثلة في ( المعولية، المطابقة ) ، كما توصل هذا البحث إلى انه من الضروري تطوير محتوى أبعاد الجودة بصورة مستمرة والتي تجعل المنظمة في مركز تنافسي قوي مقارنة بالمنظمات العاملة في نفس الميدان .
