Open Access Policy

The research submitted for publication is evaluated by experts and researchers specialized in their fields who have a distinguished balance in academic production. The research submitted for publication is subject to the following mechanisms:

1. Preliminary examination and evaluation by the editorial staff.

2 - The secret assessment by two arbitrators, and in the event of conflicting results of the evaluation, the search is sent to a third arbitrator for the purpose of weighting.

3. The validity of the research shall be determined in the light of the reports of the arbitrators.

4 - Send the reports of the arbitrators to the researcher to make the required amendments, provided that the amendments be returned within a maximum of one month from the date of receipt of the search, otherwise the magazine is not obliged to publish it.

5 - Examination by the editorial staff to make sure that the necessary amendments.

6- Language evaluation is done by the specialized experts of the magazine and in both languages (Arabic and English).

7. The researcher shall be informed of the results of the arbitration and the decision of the editorial board regarding the research submitted for publication under one of the following alternatives:

1.Unconditional acceptance of publication.

2. Acceptance for publication after making the amendments.

3. Apologize for publication for reasons related to the approved evaluation criteria and include the following:

First: Research methodology in terms of originality, innovation and non-repetition.

Second: Search Content:

Second. Printing Instructions and Financial Matters:

1. If the research is extracted from a Master\'s thesis or Doctoral dissertation, the researcher\'s name should be the first name.

2. The research should be submitted electronically as a single, undivided copy via the website:

3. Sources should be cited in APA format within the body of the research as follows: (Author\'s Name, Year of Publication: Page Number).

4. The publication fee is 125,000 for a 20-page research paper, and 10,000 for each additional page.

5. The research is subject to plagiarism detection by the journal, with a fee of 15,000 for the check. Plagiarism.

6. Publication fees, extra page fees, and plagiarism fees are payable upon submission of the research. The research cannot be accepted without this payment, and the publication fees will be recorded with an official receipt. The researcher is not entitled to a refund, even if the research is rejected.

Third. Revisions:

 The researcher must make the revisions requested by the reviewers to their research within a maximum period of one week.
