The study aims to show one of the most important matters that Sheikh Al-Tusi (460 AH) dealt with in resolving the contradiction that occurred between the hadiths and narrations. Sheikh Al-Tusi was not satisfied with using evidence to resolve the difference that occurred between the hadiths, but rather he resorted, as is the custom of the hadith scholars, to interpreting the hadith itself to remove the contradiction between the hadiths. Interpretation according to him is divided into three sections: interpretation by referring a single word to a specific linguistic, usage, and customary interpretation, interpretation based on the possibility of interpretation, and interpretation based on interpreting a single word by comparing it with a single word used in a customary usage and more clearly in another hadith, and the third section is the target of the descriptive study.

This research addresses the educational structure of Surah Al Imran through an interpretive and analytical study focusing on the surah's doctrinal, moral, and social dimensions. It has been demonstrated that the surah establishes a comprehensive educational approach that combines encouragement and intimidation. It presents punishment for the unbelievers as a punishment for their denial, while promising the righteous Paradise and eternity. It also affirms the oneness of God and His testimony to His Lordship, a fundamental pillar of educational construction. It then explains that sustenance is in the hands of God alone, and He grants it to whomever He wills without measure, thus fostering in the believer a spirit of trust. The surah addresses the case of Jesus, son of Mary, peace be upon him, to refute claims of divinity and prove his humanity and prophethood. It also presents the position of the People of the Book regarding disbelief and turning people away from the path of God, thereby revealing the danger of doctrinal deviation.
These studies reveal that Surah Al Imran bears the hallmarks of a balanced educational approach based on building faith, purifying the soul, and connecting humans to God Almighty, while addressing doctrinal and historical deviations. The study concludes that the Surah provides a comprehensive Quranic framework for Islamic education that remains valid for building the individual and society across the ages.
This study is based on the premise that Surah Al Imran was formulated according to an integrated educational structure aimed at building correct belief and instilling moral and social values. This is achieved by combining encouragement and intimidation, and presenting historical and doctrinal models, making it a fundamental reference in formulating the Islamic educational curriculum.

Today, artificial intelligence (AI) tools have become among the easiest and most important tools used by individuals in general and Islamic societies in particular, in various fields and contexts. This research addresses a set of ethical foundations that regulate the use of these tools, preventing their misuse. Its goal is to establish these foundations in the founding Islamic texts of both the Quran and Hadith.

This research addresses the topic of "The Essential Movement between Emanation, the Muhammadan Truth, and the Perfect Man," one of the most complex topics in Islamic philosophy and theoretical mysticism. It attempts to provide an analytical reading that reveals the dialectic of the relationship between God, the universe, and humanity. The research is based on the premise that divine emanation, the Muhammadan Truth, and the perfect man are not separate concepts, but rather integrated links in the chain of existence, understood through the structure of the essential movement that moves being from imperfection to perfection, and from potentiality to action.
Philosophers have addressed these concepts within their theory of essential movement and rational emanation. They considered the Muhammadan Truth an expression of the First Intellect and the principle of the emergence of multiplicity from unity, while mystics viewed it as a luminous origin embodied in the perfect man, a mirror of the divine names and attributes, and a bearer of emanation in spiritual time. In the comparative approach, it has emerged that the perfect human being is the point in which the Muhammadan truth is embodied and through which divine emanations interact, becoming an existential mirror that unites eternity and time, truth and creation.
Thus, the research demonstrates that the essential movement is not merely a theoretical philosophical topic, but rather a framework for understanding the relationship between the continuous emanation, the Muhammadan truth, and the perfect human being. This framework reflects the philosophical and mystical schools' conceptions of existence, monotheism, and the human being as the center of the circle of possibility and the manifestation of the comprehensive name.

The concept of "the appropriateness of the ruling to the subject" constitutes a fundamental pillar in the methodology of Imami jurisprudence, as it serves as a non-verbal cue influencing the formation of legal manifestation and contributing to the determination of the implications of legal evidence. This study aims to analyze this appropriateness as a rational basis for manifestation, elucidating its probative value and pivotal role in the process of jurisprudential deduction, supported by an applied examination of examples from Quranic verses and narrations from the Infallibles (peace be upon them). The study addresses the concept of "the subject" in obligatory and situational rulings, clarifying its relationship with the ruling and its referents. It details the modes of extending the ruling to broader contexts, such as extension through explicit reasoning, refinement of the rationale, and appropriateness, focusing on the latter as an internal cue that expands or narrows the scope of the subject based on the understanding of common convention or the jurist’s discernment due to their expertise. The study highlights the probative value of this appropriateness as an instance of manifestation, grounded in the rational convention, where the understanding of common convention or the jurist’s discernment is deemed valid evidence. Furthermore, it explores its extensive role in jurisprudential and methodological issues, such as specification, generalization, resolving conflicts and prioritization, implied requirements, and the elimination of particularity. The study seeks to address a gap in treating this concept as an independent source of manifestation through an analytical approach rooted in rational principles and established methodological frameworks, emphasizing its distinct contribution compared to prior treatments by focusing on its foundational role in the structure of legal signification, thereby enhancing the precision of jurisprudential deduction and broadening its horizons.

Although the requirement of acceptance for all types of endowments has been adopted by some Imami jurists, this group of jurists has relied on various arguments to support their view, including: the necessity of the consent of the beneficiary; the invalidity of the endowment upon the return of the beneficiaries; its being a property; its being a two-party contract; its being a contract; its adherence to the principle of corruption in transactions; and its claim of consensus on this view.
However, many Imami jurists have disagreed with this view, and these are divided into two groups: one group, which specifically argued that acceptance in a general endowment is not binding; and another group, which denied the requirement of acceptance in all types of endowments.
The present study, using a descriptive-analytical approach, examines the foundations of these views. Its findings conclude that the evidence for the theory of stipulation faces substantial criticism, while the evidence against stipulation—such as the validity of a waqf in common usage as a waqf without acceptance, the absence of acceptance restrictions in narrations, Islamic practice, and other evidence—is more valid and convincing. Therefore, this view is defensible.

This research deals with a comparative study on the topic of the unity and diversity of religions, based on the Holy Qur’an and the Old and New Testaments, to reveal the points of agreement and divergence between these heavenly books. It aims to demonstrate how the Holy Qur’an presents the relationship between previous messages and the message of Islam in terms of the divine origin, human distortion, and the function of completion and correction performed by Islam. The study showed that there is an essential unity in the doctrinal principles, manifested in monotheism and prophethood, and that these principles appear in multiple forms in the three religions, while the divine origin remains common. The study also showed that the difference lies primarily in the legislation and theological concepts, especially in the Christian conception of Christ (peace be upon him), and in some of the biblical rulings that have been subject to change. The research proved, through the Qur’anic texts, that this religious diversity does not nullify the truth, but rather indicates a divine wisdom based on trial and testing, and that Islam came to confirm what came before it and dominate it, to bring together the divine truth in its final form. The study concluded that understanding Unity and diversity among the divine religions require a return to the original texts, free from late-stage theological interpretations. It also recommended promoting text-based dialogue and mutual respect among followers of divine messages

This research examines the Qur'anic approach to regulating relations with the People of the Book by presenting the rulings and positions contained in the Qur'anic texts. It focuses on the principle of justice and benevolence toward peaceful people among them، and warns against befriending aggressors and hypocrites. The Qur'an clarifies the possibility of coexistence، marriage، and the exchange of food، while preserving Islamic identity. The Qur'anic discourse highlights the call for dialogue through wisdom and exhortation، and instills the values of understanding without compromising faith. It also distinguishes between individual and public positions and links rulings to their real-life contexts. The Qur'anic approach relies on a balance between openness and principled stances، establishing relationships based on respect، not isolation or assimilation.

The Wise Remembrance was revealed in clear Arabic، which influenced the spread of the phenomenon of verbal ambiguity in the Arabic language to the Qur'an. This phenomenon is also influenced by the Qur'anic context، which gave multiple meanings to similar words، which are called "faces" and "parallels" in Qur'anic sciences.
The primary source of the research is the Holy Qur'an، in addition to Qur'anic science books، which explore the science of facets and parallels. It also includes exegetical books، which explain the intended meaning of a word according to its context.
The research adopted a descriptive approach، in addition to an inductive approach، to understand the meaning of a word in verses and the changes in this meaning according to context.
The research is divided into three sections: The first section includes a definition of concepts. The second section covers the factors influencing facets and parallels in the Qur'an. The third section explains the impact of parallels on the science of facets and parallels. It is clear that parallels have facets، and these facets have second parallels related to the first parallels. This reflects the unity of the themes in the Wise Remembrance، which revolve around a single theme: the Oneness of God Almighty as the Creator and Controller. The study attempts to highlight a few of the aspects and parallels established by scholars in Quranic science books، and demonstrates one aspect of the linguistic miracle of the Quran.

This research focuses on the musical formation in the poetry of Muhammad Rida al-Shabibi, identifying the Arabic poetic meters that this poet utilized in his poetic purposes. It also examines the rhetorical arts he employed, which contain within them a musical energy that supports and strengthens the external music of the text, achieving textual cohesion in his poetic texts.
This research consists of an introduction, a preface, and two chapters. The first deals with external music, which includes two components: poetic meter and rhyme. The second chapter examines internal music through five diverse arts that had a clear impact on the musical formation in Muhammad Rida al-Shabibi's poetry. These arts are: repetition, alliteration, the repetition of the second half of the line, the staccato, and antithesis.

This study demonstrates textual coherence in Abu Talib's poetry. Its importance is evident in transcending the commas or boundaries within the sentence itself, even extending to the boundaries of the text, as it constitutes a thematic unit that is linguistically and thematically consistent. It aims to demonstrate the features and images of textual coherence in Abu Talib's poetry. This is achieved by deconstructing the internal elements of the poem and demonstrating the degree of harmony and coherence of these elements with each other. We note that Abu Talib's poetic verses were interconnected between their internal elements through the poet's use of connecting tools such as ellipsis, vocatives, interrogatives, repetition, and other tools included in his poetry. The result, through these connections, was a coherent poetic text, revealing its meaning and articulating the connotations it conveyed
