The research addresses the phenomenon of drugs as a dangerous scourge that
threatens the individual and society, analyzing it in light of the Shariah objectives of
Islamic thought. It aims to highlight the gravity of this issue from an Islamic perspective,
based on the Shariah principles of protecting the five essentials (religion, life,
intellect, progeny, and property). The research emphasizes that criminalizing drugs
is not only due to their inherent prohibition but also because of their disruption of
these objectives, especially the preservation of the intellect, which is the basis of accountability.
The study also reviews the devastating effects of drugs on the individual,
family, and society, and provides a comprehensive Shariah perspective for addressing
it, encompassing preventive, therapeutic, and punitive aspects. The research concludes
by emphasizing the necessity of combining individual and institutional efforts toconfront
this scourge, stemming from the shared responsibility of achieving the objectives
of Shariah.

Our noble Prophet Mohammed (may God’s prayers and peace be upon him) is
described in the Holly Qur’an in a specific way, nobody could describe with a description
like him. God honored him by describing him with many qualities. The most
important of them and the closest to the heart is the quality of mercy. The Lord of
Glory has mentioned that he sent his noble prophet Mohammad (may God’s prayers
and peace be upon him) as a mercy to the worlds. . His mercy is a general and comprehensive
for all creatures, humans and Jinn, Muslims and infidels, adults and young,
parents and children, and even animals, plants and inanimate objects, as a mercy in
this world and mercy in the afterlife for his nation, his fear for them, his crying, his
hope and his please to his Lord to save his nation from Hell.
Is there anyone who takes heed?

This research presents an analytical study of the Qur’anic sciences as reflected
in the intellectual legacy of Imam Ali ibn Musa al - Ridha (peace be upon him).
It explores his methodological approach to interpreting the Qur’anic text, focusing
on key concepts such as the circumstances of revelation (asbab al - nuzul), abrogation
(naskh), the clear and ambiguous verses (muhkam and mutashabih), and other
foundational principles. The study draws upon reliable classical sources, most notably
Uyūn Akhbār al - Riḍā, al - Iḥtijāj, and al - Tamhīd fī ʿUlūm al - Qurʾān. The
findings reveal that Imam al - Ridha (peace be upon him) established a balanced interpretive
methodology combining transmitted reports (naql) and reason (ʿaql). His
contributions significantly influenced the evolution of the Imami exegetical tradition
and continue to serve as a rich source of Qur’anic understanding.

This study examines the particle if of suddenness as it appears in the diverse contexts
of the Holy Quran. It elucidates the indications and meanings for which if of
suddenness is associated with the clause in which it occurs. Through an analysis of
these contexts, the research concludes that this particle functions in support of the
situational context, reinforces the rhetorical stance, and adds a heightened level of
vividness to the intended meaning.
A survey of the occurrences shows that if of suddenness appears in contexts related
to the Day of Resurrection and its terrors that come upon servants unexpectedly; in
contexts of punishment and retribution that befall past nations in a sudden manner;
in contexts depicting the reversal of the human condition and its transformation from
one state to another in an unforeseen way; in contexts highlighting Allah’s power to
alter affairs abruptly; and in contexts describing the miracles of the Prophet of Allah,
Moses, peace be upon him, which manifested suddenly and in unprecedented forms as
confirmation of his prophethood and support for his message

This paper examined the study of Imam Abubakar al - Bazar, one of the most
prominent scholars of Hadith and Jarrah and Modification, focusing on his critical
methodology in assessing the narrator. In the first paper, he reviewed the scientific
biography of Bazaar and character, explained his methodology in wound, modification
and explanation of different languages, such as ‘Characteristics”, ‘Records” and
‘Notifications”, which provided a deeper understanding of his critical style. The second
research focused on Rawaters who differed saying that they were six outstanding
narrators.

This study presents and examines a valuable manuscript authored by Yahya ibn
Muhammad ibn Muhammad ibn Abd Allah al - Shawi al - Maghribi al - Jazaʾiri al
- Maliki. The treatise is devoted to the grammatical analysis of the expression “illa
dhiraʿan” (except a cubit) within the broader framework of exception (alistithnaʾ) in
Arabic grammar.
The author discusses the concept of exception and its related issues, including its
classifications and its syntactic relationship to sentence structure. He also addresses
stylistic features of Arabic expression, particularly foregrounding and postponement
(taqdim and taʾkhir), and their impact on grammatical interpretation.
The discussion is concise and precise, avoiding unnecessary elaboration while
maintaining analytical depth. The author supports his arguments with examples drawn
from the Noble Qurʾan, Prophetic hadiths, classical Arabic poetry, and rare linguistic
usages found in both language and hadith literature.
The manuscript consists of a limited number of folios. Some difficulty was encountered
in deciphering certain words due to the nature of the handwritten text. Nevertheless,
the author’s methodology is characterized by clarity, simplicity, and avoidance of
excessive complexity or lengthiness, reflecting a systematic and balanced grammatical
approach.
