In this research, the concept of variable selection method was studied by employing penalty methods in the multiple linear regression model. Four methods of organization (penalty) were addressed, and these methods are (Ridge method, Lasso method, adaptive lasso method, and elastic net method). Each penalty method was also clarified by studying its mathematical formula as well as the most important characteristics and disadvantages of each method.
In order to study these methods, one simulation experiment was conducted in this research, assuming the existence of a real vector of the parameters to be estimated in order to measure the accuracy of the work of each method, this experiment was conducted assuming the generation of different sample sizes, where the observations of the explanatory variables were first converted to the standard values to decipher the correlations between them, in addition to the conversion of the observations of the response variable to centering values. In other words, the study assumed that there are different values of correlations between the explanatory variables. The results in the simulation experiments indicated that the Elastic Net method showed the lowest value of the quality criterion of estimating the parameters called the mean absolute difference average, and therefore this method can be considered as the best method in terms of the accuracy and interpretation of the model.
In order to show the efficiency of the work of the above-mentioned penalty methods, real data collected from Nasiriyah Teaching Hospital were analyzed to represent a sample of patients with stroke, considering that the response variable in this study represents the size of the stroke and a set of (17) explanatory variables, and the relationship between the clot size variable and the explanatory variables is represented by a multiple linear regression model in order to identify the most important factors or variables that affect the size of the stroke. The results also showed that the Elastic Net method is the best rewarding method at the level of variable selection or at the level of the interpretive power of the model.

The importance of the study is highlighted in the fact that it deals with a real phenomenon that is one of the most influential problems on the reality of urban structure, as most cities in developing countries suffer from the problem of the spread of slums, and its negative effects on services, substantive structures, and the planning aspect, as well as the effects on land uses in cities, hence this study came under the title of (Sustainable Urban Development as a Framework for the Development and Neighborhoods of Poor Areas (Kufa - Case Study) This phenomenon was studied in four chapters, the first chapter included the conceptual aspect of the subject of the study, the second chapter was concerned with the reality of the phenomenon of the spread of slums in the city, as it included the most important geographical factors affecting the spread of the phenomenon and its geographical distribution, and the third chapter focused on the study of the spatial patterns of the phenomenon of informal housing in the city of Kufa, as it included the analysis of the urban, social and economic patterns of the city's slums, while the fourth chapter dealt with the most important negative effects on the city, and also included the presentation of suggestions To address this prevalence, which still exists until now, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the field study method to collect data and information .

The spread of informal housing in the city of Kufa came as a result of the suitability of the natural characteristics of the city's location and location with its religious importance, which attracted the attention of immigrants to it and the establishment of informal residential communities, in addition to the growth of the city's population and the high rates of migration accompanied by the lack of housing stock, as well as the unorganized spatial expansion of the city, as the researcher concluded. The study also proved the possibility of addressing the phenomenon of informal housing in the city of Kufa through the use of some methods such as the method of complete and partial removal and the method of developing slums, and then the research came out with a set of recommendations.

Since the pre-Islamic era, the Iraqi land pilgrimage route was used as a trade route between two Arab cities, Kufa and Hijaz, and in the eras that followed, it was used for Hajj to Mecca, where they built stations for the rest and accommodation of pilgrims on it, in addition to digging wells to supply water, and in the Ottoman era, in addition to its religious importance as a route for pilgrimage, it was used in the economic aspect, as some pilgrims who went to the Holy Lands were merchants and accompanied with them their goods to trade in them on the way, in Najd and Hijaz. It is necessary to highlight the animal nutrition factor (fodder plants) from the group of field grain crops and the group of feed crops, as it is one of the main components in the animal production process affecting the breeding of cows, as it includes the optimal use of the available feed materials and is an economical and palatable and balanced forage with the necessary materials and nutrients for the breeding of ruminant animals, including the cows under study in the study area.

This research aims to identify the role of organizational agility in achieving strategic sustainability in Fayd Al-Qassim Company, a subsidiary of the Holy Shrine in Najaf Governorate, where the researcher used two main variables, namely the independent variable, which is organizational agility and its dimensions represented by (responsiveness, capability, flexibility, speed, and competition), while the adopted variable is strategic sustainability, and its dimensions represented by (environmental orientation, social orientation, and the economic orientation), to reflect the nature of the research hypotheses related to correlation and impact, as the questionnaire form was used as the main tool for data collection, and (70) forms were distributed to the research sample (administrative and technical leaders) out of the research population of (311), and (66) ready-made forms were received for the purpose of statistical analysis to represent the sample in full, and a number of statistical tools and methods were used to analyze the practical aspect of the research such as arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and confirmatory factor analysis. The Pearson correlation coefficient and the simple and multiple regression coefficient were analyzed through statistical programs (Smart PLS V.4.0.8.4, SPSS V.26), and the research reached a number of conclusions, including a clear acceptance by the leaders in Fayd Al Qasim Company regarding the availability of organizational agility.

We studied the multiplicity of opinions and grammatical positions described as arbitrariness wherever they existed, and in terms of comparison, balance, weighting of the right and the criticism of the wrong. This study dealt with the issue of the effect of language on the difference of jurists in sales, in two chapters, so in the first chapter it dealt with the definition of difference, the difference between difference and disagreement, its most important causes, and the importance of knowing the reasons for the difference, and divided it into three main reasons in three independent demands, each type branching into multiple reasons, and each reason presented a typical issue of jurisprudence, in two topics.
In the second chapter, the study dealt with the sale and the difference of jurists in it from the impact of language, starting with the definition of sales, its ruling, its pillars, conditions, and its various divisions with different considerations, in the two demands, in the first topic.
In the second chapter, the study dealt with the practical issues in sales based on the difference arising from the effect of language, in which the attitude of the schools of thought in each issue was presented, their evidence was presented in it, the evidence was discussed as much as possible, and the most correct statement was based on the legal evidence, in ten issues.
In conclusion, the researcher reached a number of conclusions, most notably: that the difference between the jurists is a reality with the unity of the source of legislation. The difference between the jurists stems from evidence and not from their own whims, and it is necessary for the jurist to know the reasons for the difference. The ability to acquire the right thing in what is reasonable, and the grammar industry is based on the tongue so that it can only be pronounced correctly, which is usually done by the people of a language.

Stylistics is a science that is concerned with objectively analyzing the style of literary works, and studying each of the linguistic features of the text, such as structures, sounds, and images, to reveal all the characteristics of the style in a particular text. The martyred writer Bint al-Huda is one of the Iraqi poets who historians and scholars neglected to write down their biography, despite It can be said that contemporary critics and researchers have not paid attention to its various literary texts. We can say that the poet is full of transparent poetic images, and she looks at social, political and cultural events with her leaping spirit, which is strengthened by the firm belief in the victory of her cause, which she has dedicated herself and her poetic voice to her. The poetry of the martyr was characterized by a religious character and sincere emotion, and its reflection of reality, as her literature was a clear image of her life and the mirror of her time, through which we find a full explanation of what she went through, and what she went through around her in terms of facts, wars, revolutions and turmoil in an accurate description, characterized by a smooth and clear style. In this university study, we analyzed the poetic and prose texts of the Iraqi poet at three levels: 1. Phonetic. 2. Al-Turkibi. 3. Semantic. The phonetic level is concerned with the study of the four axes (loud sounds, whispered sounds, phonetic homogeneity, and repetition), and among the results reached by the phonetic study: the predominance of whispered sounds over the vocal ones, the abundance of phonetic homogeneity in prose texts (with the condensation of anagrams), and repetition (as the point of focus in spreading their feelings and emotions and confirming their idea). As for the compositional level, we dealt with: the nominal and actual sentences, the tense of verbs, the manner of introduction and delay, and the topic of expertise and construction, and the most important results of it: the dominance of the actual sentences over the nominal, and the poet's departure from the familiar style of language by using structural methods such as command, prohibition, and questioning in the place of guidance and guidance, as well as: standing on the immediate sentences that are issued in the present tense. At the semantic level, we searched for the artistic image and how to use some of the novel improvements, including: alignment, division, and observance of analogies, and the most important data that we have reached: the abundance of eloquent simile (which is one of the most wonderful levels of simile in imagination and beauty), the predominance of mechanical metaphor over declarative (which has a fundamental role in enriching the element of imagination), the immediacy of the analogy and its effectiveness in prose, and the frequent observance of analogues, as well as: The poets desire to employ division to enrich the literature of her words. This critical study aims to reveal the most prominent phonetic, linguistic, compositional and semantic features that are unique to the literature of the martyr Bint al-Huda, as well as to shed light on what is exquisite or stylistically distinct in her poems.
