Abstract:
This article is concerned with reviewing previous studies that dealt with positivity in the thought of the ancient Arab poet with his various subjects, and showing the role of those studies as positive strategies that contributed to directing meaning in the thought of the ancient Arab poet.

Abstract:
Child protection is one of the most important pillars of building a healthy society, as children are the nucleus of the future and the driving force behind human development. With the exacerbation of domestic and social violence in Iraq in recent decades, it has become essential to highlight the legal framework that governs child protection. National legislation and international conventions have given considerable attention to children and ensuring their full enjoyment of their human rights, foremost among them the right to life, safety, and proper care, free from all forms of violence.

Abstract:
This article reviews previous studies that addressed grammatical deviation in its various forms within the verses of the Holy Quran, and demonstrates the role of these studies as argumentative strategies that contributed to guiding the speaker’s meaning and enhancing the power of Quranic discourse.
