Abstract:
This article is concerned with reviewing previous studies that dealt with positivity in the thought of the ancient Arab poet with his various subjects, and showing the role of those studies as positive strategies that contributed to directing meaning in the thought of the ancient Arab poet.

Abstract:
Child protection is one of the most important pillars of building a healthy society, as children are the nucleus of the future and the driving force behind human development. With the exacerbation of domestic and social violence in Iraq in recent decades, it has become essential to highlight the legal framework that governs child protection. National legislation and international conventions have given considerable attention to children and ensuring their full enjoyment of their human rights, foremost among them the right to life, safety, and proper care, free from all forms of violence.

Abstract:
This article reviews previous studies that addressed grammatical deviation in its various forms within the verses of the Holy Quran, and demonstrates the role of these studies as argumentative strategies that contributed to guiding the speaker’s meaning and enhancing the power of Quranic discourse.

Abstract
This study investigates the impact of urban sprawl on the decline of agricultural land in Fallujah District, Al-Anbar Governorate, Iraq, which has historically been one of the region’s most fertile agricultural areas. The research is based on demographic and urban analysis, comparing changes in population size, average household size, number of households, and built-up areas between 2000 and 2025. The findings reveal that the reduction in average household size, combined with rapid population growth and unplanned urban expansion, has significantly increased housing demand, leading to the conversion of fertile agricultural land into residential areas. The built-up area expanded from approximately 4.81 km2 in 2000 to about 7.17–14.57 km2 in 2025, depending on whether the city or metropolitan definition is applied. Additional factors, including weak urban planning, infrastructure development, and security-related issues, have further accelerated this process. The study concludes that uncontrolled urban sprawl poses serious threats to agricultural productivity, food security, and environmental sustainability in Fallujah District, highlighting the urgent need for integrated urban planning policies that balance population growth with the preservation of agricultural land.

Abstract
Live news coverage on television has undergone significant transformations amid escalating political, security, and humanitarian crises, along with the rapid flow of information and heightened public demand for immediate updates. Managing live coverage constitutes a complex organizational and professional process that requires continuous coordination between editorial and field teams to ensure delivery of accurate and balanced information under high-pressure conditions.This study aims to analyze the nature of managing live news coverage during crises and to identify the organizational and professional mechanisms employed by media institutions to respond to rapidly unfolding events. It examines ethical and professional challenges associated with crisis reporting.The research employs a descriptive–analytical methodology, reviewing previous studies on newsroom management and media coverage during crises, and analyzing professional practices and organizational structures within television channels.Findings reveal that the effectiveness of live news management largely depends on coordination between newsrooms and field teams, as well as the decisive role of editorial leadership in selecting information and setting broadcast priorities. Time pressures and the influx of unverified information constitute major challenges, highlighting the need for robust verification procedures and enhanced professional training for newsroom personnel.

Abstract:
This study aims to shed light on an important aspect of the biography of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), the journeys and travels he undertook prior to the Prophethood which had a profound impact on shaping his distinctive personality and preparing him to bear the final message of Islam. These journeys served as educational, spiritual, and practical milestones that contributed to refining his noble character, enhancing his awareness of the social, economic, and political realities surrounding him, and deepening his understanding of human relations and the conditions of various nations.The study examines and analyzes the most prominent journeys undertaken by the Prophet during his childhood and youth, such as his journey to the Levant (Al-Sham) with his uncle Abu Talib, and his major commercial expedition in the trade of Khadijah, may Allah be pleased with her. It also explores the experiences and lessons derived from these travels, which contributed to the development of the system of values and ethics for which the Prophet was known prior to the Prophethood, including honesty, trustworthiness, and good conduct.The study relied on a range of authentic sources and references in the Prophet’s biography, providing a systematic scientific perspective that highlights the importance of this stage in shaping the noble character of the Prophet. This period is viewed as one of psychological, intellectual, and social preparation, which had a significant impact on the success of his mission and his ability to bear the heavy responsibilities entrusted to him after the revelation. The study also aimed to elucidate the lessons learned from this phase and how they can be applied in contemporary education to develop leadership personalities capable of positive engagement with society.

Abstract:
This study examines security stability and its influence on enhancing Iraq›s tourist appeal, given that the tourism sector is a crucial component of the national economy and a significant means of diversifying income sources beyond dependence on natural resources like oil. The major problem is that tourism is going down even though Iraq has a lot of different tourist attractions, such as religious, historical, cultural, and natural places. Over the past few decades, the country›s security situation has been uncertain, which has made it less appealing to tourists and investors. The research aims to underscore the significance of security stability as the principal criterion considered by tourists and investors in their decision-making processes, as the perception of safety is a crucial prerequisite for the prosperity of tourism. It also aims to look at how security stability affects tourism attraction from 2020 to 2013, and to show how it affects attracting investments, building up tourism infrastructure, bringing in more visitors, and making Iraq a more competitive tourist destination. The research begins with the hypothesis that a direct correlation exists between the degree of security stability and the advancement of tourism activity; enhanced security conditions foster greater tourist confidence and motivate investors to initiate new tourism ventures, thereby benefiting the national economy. It also talks about the theoretical parts of the ideas of tourism, security, and tourist attractiveness. It stresses that tourism is a complete economic and social system that needs a safe and stable environment to grow in a way that lasts. The paper cites multiple prior studies that validated security as the predominant factor influencing tourist mobility. It also talks about how important security is for bringing in millions of tourists and how important religious and cultural tourism is in Iraq. It has proven that the rise in security over the past several years has helped the tourism industry come back, especially in religious cities. It has also helped attract more investment and improve services and infrastructure. It also shows how the state of the region affects tourism and stresses the need to offer more than just religious tourism. The research concludes by underscoring that security stability is a crucial prerequisite for tourism development, while also offering recommendations for the enhancement of the tourism security system, infrastructure improvement, investment encouragement, and tourism promotion enhancement, all of which are essential for achieving sustainable development and elevating Iraq›s tourism status.

Abstract :
This research examines the purpose of elegy in the poetry of the poet Sayyid Sadiq Al-Ta’ma, highlighting its prominent place in his poetic experience, especially in the elegy for the Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) and religious and social figures. His elegy was characterized by the sincerity of emotion and the warmth of feeling, with the adoption of clear language close to the recipient, and influential rhetorical images that contributed to embodying feelings of sadness and loss. The research revealed that the poet’s elegy is not limited to expressing sorrow and crying, but goes beyond that to highlighting the values ​​and principles that the deceased embodied, so that the elegy becomes for him a means of reflection and guidance, and a conscious extension of the elegy tradition in Arabic poetry within a contemporary intellectual vision .

This research seeks to explore the latent semantic energy within the grammatical construction of Elia Abu Madi›s poem «Smile.» Its primary objective is to reveal how the poet manipulated grammatical structures to perform psychological functions that transcend mere informational description, evolving into a form of «linguistic therapy» for the pessimistic self. Methodologically, the study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach within a psycho-stylistic framework; this involves describing the grammatical phenomena in the text first, then analyzing and interpreting them in light of the underlying emotional context.
The research procedures relied on categorizing the text into compositional, imperative, declarative, and conditional structures, tracing the impact of each construction in destabilizing the pessimist’s certainty and constructing an alternative culture of hope. The findings conclude that grammar in the poem was not a rigid mold but rather an integrated “psychological engineering.” Imperative sentences (commands and prohibitions) dominated to represent the driving force toward change, while nominal sentences embodied the stagnation of the previous psychological state. Furthermore, the results demonstrated that grammatical connectors and conditional tools functioned as a “rational persuader,” linking behavior (smiling) to the outcome (happiness) through an inevitable logical bond.
Based on these findings, the researcher recommends the necessity of adopting a “psycho-grammatical” vision in analyzing Mahjari literary texts and activating the role of “Text Grammar” in modern critical studies to link linguistic rules with emotional significance. Additionally, the researcher suggests future studies addressing the “semiotics of omission and mention,” the impact of grammatical shift (Adul) on shaping the worldview of the Pen League poets, and investigating the extent to which structural transformations influence the recipient’s response and psychological behavior toward real-life crises.

Abstract:
The concept of «economy» represents one of the most profound foundations of human thought in analyzing linguistic phenomena, as it reflects the interplay between cognitive efficiency and expressive elegance. In this context, a remarkable intellectual convergence emerges between the classical Arabic grammatical tradition, represented by Sibawayh’s Book, and contemporary generative linguistics, represented by Noam Chomsky’s Minimalist Program.
In the second century AH, Sibawayh recognized that language is not merely a sequence of words but a system governed by principles of «lightness» and «heaviness.» His grammatical explanations were grounded in the consideration of human effort, where the pursuit of ease justified processes such as deletion, assimilation, metathesis, and substitution. For Sibawayh, economy was not merely abbreviation, but a philosophical balance between the speaker’s tendency toward brevity and the listener’s need for clarity without ambiguity. This interpretive economy aimed to explain why Arabs preferred certain linguistic structures and replaced one expression with another, reflecting the linguistic ingenuity of minimizing phonetic effort while maximizing meaning.
In contrast, the Minimalist Program, introduced in the mid-1990s, revolutionized generative linguistics by shifting from rule description to the search for the biological optimality of language. Chomsky proposed that language is an optimal system governed by strict economic principles such as “Shortest Move” and “Minimal Links.” Here, economy is not merely linguistic ease, but computational efficiency that minimizes cognitive load, allowing only elements necessary for phonological or semantic interpretation to be generated.
The comparison between Sibawayh and the Minimalist Program is not an attempt to impose modern concepts on classical heritage, but rather to reveal a fundamental unity in the human linguistic faculty. While Sibawayh relied on inductive observation of Arabic linguistic usage to derive principles of ease, Chomsky employed formal modeling and logical reasoning to establish principles of economy.
