This study is a study and an investigation of the book (The Student’s Guide to Knowing the Rules of Parsing) by Sheikh Abi Al-Hassan Ali Bin Muhammad Al-Qurashi Al-Qalasadi (D 891 AH), and a statement of the grammatical efforts made by the author in collecting the grammatical material and bringing it closer to the students. It is one of the useful and important grammatical contents, and it was considered among the lost ones, until it was found, investigated and published by the researcher, to be a scientific, quantitative and qualitative addition in the Arabic grammar and its abbreviations.

This research examines the semantic dimensions of proverbs found in Al-Ayn, a seminal work of Arabic dictionaries by Al-Khalil ibn Ahmad al-Farahidi. The study aims to uncover the semantic dimensions of proverbs within this dictionary and to demonstrate their role in interpreting words and clarifying their meanings. The research employs a descriptive-analytical approach, examining the proverbs in Al-Ayn and analyzing them semantically and linguistically to reveal their functions. The results show that Al-Khalil ibn Ahmad utilizes proverbs as linguistic and semantic evidence that contributes to solidifying and expanding meaning, linking it to the actual usage of the language. Furthermore, the study reveals that proverbs play a significant role in the transition from abstract lexical meaning to practical meaning connected to human experience..

This study aims to illuminate the Bani Ghani dialect through a comprehensive linguistic analysis, positing that dialects constitute a vital resource for investigating phonetic evolution within the Arabic language. The significance of this research lies in its multidimensional examination of the dialect, encompassing phonological, lexical, morphological, and syntactic aspects, thereby contributing to the understanding of language development and the preservation of cultural identity.
The primary objectives of the study are to document the Bani Ghani dialect, analyze its linguistic features, and highlight the region\'s cultural identity alongside diachronic dialectal changes across generations. This endeavor seeks to enrich studies in philology and dialectology while documenting folk heritage. Methodologically, the research adopts a descriptive approach to depict and analyze linguistic phenomena, referencing both classical and contemporary historical and grammatical texts.

Grammatical reasoning represents a significant intellectual effort exerted by Arab grammarians to uncover the philosophical underpinnings of the Arabic language and to understand the linguistic intuition (ʿarabiyya) behind the utterances and expressions of native speakers. This endeavor reached a level of sophistication that astonished even the most erudite scholars of Arabic. It also served as a means for grammarians to access the innate linguistic faculty and the abstract linguistic structures formed in the Arab mind.
Grammatical reasoning constitutes one of the foundational pillars upon which Arabic grammar was built. Its study is considered a vital entry point for evaluating the grammatical tradition as a whole. To completely reject grammatical reasoning, or to cast doubt on its value, is in essence to reject Arabic grammar itself, given its central role in the theoretical framework of the discipline. Conversely, accepting grammatical reasoning without subjecting it to scrutiny and critical examination leads to intellectual stagnation and impedes the development of grammatical thought

Objectives: This study examines the informative clause following the vocative (Jumlat al-Munāda Lahu al-Khabariyya) in the poetry of Nizar Qabbani, focusing on its syntactic structure and rhetorical significance. It is based on the hypothesis that, although these clauses appear to be declarative on the surface, their true function is performative (illocutionary). Thus, the research seeks to reveal how Qabbani employs the declarative structure to serve various expressive and emotive purposes that transcend mere reporting toward conveying emotional intensity and implicit requests.
Methodology: The study adopts a descriptive-analytical approach by examining selected samples from Qabbani’s poetry and analyzing the informative clauses following the vocative within them, drawing on grammatical and rhetorical frameworks. Technological developments have contributed to the competition of media institutions with all their means to cover various events, especially issues that have a significant impact and resonance on world or regional security. This coverage is in accordance with a specific policy specific to the medium, which may be affiliated with a certain party or independent. Also, some of the wars witnessed by the region have a wide impact if they continue. What we notice regarding the Iranian-Israeli war today is that media institutions have deliberately covered this event through their websites, framing it according to what they see and what governs them from their own policy. The research problem represents a study of the media treatment frameworks on the Middle East website regarding the Iranian-Israeli war. In addition to that, the website is considered one of the most important electronic media sites. The researcher analyzed the content of the news related to this matter, using the survey method through the content analysis method, and a sample of (210) news. The research aims to explore how media organizations handle various events and issues. The research reached several of the following conclusions:

The aim of this research is to shed light on the potential repercussions of the collapse of the Syrian regime on anti-drug efforts in Iraq, focusing on the security and social dimensions of this issue. It also aims to identify the role of the media in addressing these repercussions by raising community awareness, supporting government policies, and enhancing regional cooperation. To achieve this goal, the descriptive analytical approach was used. Data were collected through a questionnaire as one of the scientific research tools. The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of the research community, which numbered 79 individuals, who answered the questions of the electronic questionnaire form. The study concluded that there is a strong, statistically significant, direct correlation between the collapse of the Syrian regime and anti-drug efforts in Iraq at a significance level of 0.05. It is evident that there is a statistically significant direct effect of the collapse of the Syrian regime on anti-drug efforts in Iraq. It was found that every time the level of collapse of the Syrian regime increases by 1%, the level of anti-drug efforts in Iraq increases by 0.636%. Therefore, the study recommends the need to consider concluding security agreements between Iraq and neighboring countries to enhance anti-drug efforts

The study aimed to shed light on the impact of live broadcast of breaking news on the audience of Iraqi satellite channels. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach through a questionnaire on a random sample of the audience of Iraqi satellite channels. Due to the difficulty of conducting a comprehensive census, the study used the simple random sampling method to obtain the study data. The number of study sample members was 237 individuals who answered the questions of the electronic questionnaire form. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the existence of a strong direct correlation with statistical significance between live broadcast of breaking news and the audience of Iraqi satellite channels at a significance level of 0.01. The study recommended the need to work on increasing the awareness of community members of the positive role that Iraqi satellite channels can play in disseminating breaking news

The research aims to highlight the impact of media on the collapse of cognitive boundaries, and to understand how digital environments have changed the concepts of documentation and credibility. In the research, we adopted the field survey method, and we relied on the use of the questionnaire tool to collect data in the scientific research. The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of the public, which consisted of 387 individuals. The research yielded several key findings, most notably a statistically significant positive correlation (p < 0.01) between the interactive nature of social media platforms and the increasing difficulty in distinguishing between real news and personal opinions, and a statistically significant effect of the interactive nature of social media platforms on the increasing difficulty in distinguishing between real news and personal opinions. This study, entitled “The Impact of Using Digital Technologies in Visual Media on the Health of Media Practitioners,” aims to identify the level of digital technology use in visual media among media practitioners, to determine the most prominent physical health effects resulting from continuous exposure to digital devices, and to reveal the psychological effects associated with intensive digital media work.
The study adopts a descriptive approach and employs the survey method. A questionnaire was designed to collect data based on a three-point Likert scale. The research sample consisted of (124) media practitioners working in Iraqi visual media who are members of the electronic group of the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate.
Among the most important conclusions reached by the researcher are the following:
1. Digital technologies are integrated into all areas of work within visual media institutions in Iraq.
2. Despite the importance of digital technologies and the growing need for them in media work, their excessive use has resulted in significant and multiple negative effects on the physical and psychological health of media practitioners, which in turn negatively affects their overall quality of life
