Abstract
Aban Bin Abi Ayyash, is one of the characters whose documentation was disputed, and the author of the book that Salim Bin Qais Al-Hilali handed to him is one of the companions of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) when his death approached him, and who did not see it from Salim Bin Qais except Aban, he is the only witness to the mentioned book, and due to the importance of this book, there is a need to study these Hadiths The general specialization is Islamic sciences and the exact specialization is a hadith of the Prophet.

Abstract:
Tests that are constructed and codified on samples representing the beneficiary community are more appropriate than others that are constructed and codified on samples that represent another community, no matter how similar the two communities are. Failure to achieve the objectives within the time limit during the test of different skill, and therefore the possibility of applying the process of combining the different skills of different games during the test can be the best solution to reach good results and effective. In addition providing appropriate tests through the ideal time is a solution to this problem. The research aims of test to measure the performance of the boat carrying the ball game (football, basketball, handball), setting a standard for test scores and levels.
The researcher dealt with the theoretical framework of the stage of building the test and its classifications. including middle school students, the research sample was selected by stratified random method, where the number of application sample (101) students, this number represents (9.35%) of the research community, the number of students (1080), the researcher used the questionnaire, interview and test as a means of collecting information, as well as the use of the following scientific coefficients: persistence method re-test virtual honesty and subjectivity, and objectivity, and the researcher used statistical methods: mean, deviation correlation coefficient, test(t) for independent and equal samples, percentage,loom,torsion coefficient, adjusted standard percentage score (6-&) .
Some of the main findings of the researcher are as:
1 - Reach the tables of the standard levels and test scores.
The most important recommendations were:
1 - Relying on the standard tables shown by the research in evaluating the students level and evaluating it.
2 - Benefit from this test by physical education teachers during practical exams.

Abstract
In the research, we try to reach the conclusion of the issue of sin, that it entered Christianity through Greek philosophies, or specifically the ancient Greek religions such as Orphism and Denisos. We also find it in almost all parts of the Bible, both in its Old and New Testaments, and also stand on the term original sin and how Augustine is the first talk about it , and how both Augustine and Thomas Aquinas see that the original sin, that is, the sin of Adam, peace be upon him, is a great sin, and it is transmitted to human beings through heredity, from which no one is saved except through faith in the Lord Christ, peace be upon him, whom God sent, who is his only son for our salvation. Through the redemption of all humanity, and this way is the way of killing and crucifixion of Jesus Christ, so that this would be our salvation.

Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the level of productive desire in mathematics among tenth grade students in the city of Dohuk according to the gender variable. A random sample was chosen from the tenth grade students, who were (200), consisting of (100) females and (100) males .The researchers prepared a mathematical desire production tool consisting of (38) paragraphs, and the apparent validity of the tool was verified by (85%).With the approval of the opinions of professors specialized in educational and psychological sciences, the reliability coefficient was by the re-test method (0.82), and the data were analyzed using a one-sample and two independent t-test and Pearson's relationship. showed the results obtained That the research sample does not have a productive desire in mathematics, and that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of productive mathematical desire between the students of the research sample and the students of the research sample in favor of females in light of this, the researchers came up with a set of recommendations and proposals for future research to complete this research.

Abstract:
One of the most important reasons which that have an effect in producing the modern criticismapproach is the diversity in the approaches of criticism study of: stylistics, structural, deliberative, semioticsand deconstruction, so these approaches had to keep their entity by using from other criticism approaches, what made every one of these approaches branches into other ones by counting on another different approaches, and the modern criticism didn't settle for these approach changes only, but rather it unfold the features of these approaches in old criticism and that helped in the enrichment of the old criticism system, and revive it again and from this premise the approach convergence happened between rhetoric and deliberation, so this research is seeking by that to chasing a new dimensions in deliberative rhetorical discourse, because the era of linguistic and intellectual communication has added something new to the modern linguistic and criticism studies apart from the others, and from this premise these approaches has been crossed and merged between themselves so they can have a massive effect so they can be among the system of modern approaches that have been racing and differentiate between themselves from where its power to initiate the communications linguistic figures, and based on this the interaction happened between the art of rhetoric and other of modern criticism arts that had a massive appreciation of saving rhetoric and manifest it from its old narrow domain to a new wide domain, so it engaged into the changes that accompanied modernity speech and after the modernity in the western societies and its manifestations in different societies.
The deliberative direction concerns about linguistics studies so a set of different fields of knowledge, the most important of them is: the art of pure linguistic, rhetoric, logic, linguistic philosophy, sociology, and other arts that concerned about the semantic part of the language.
This research is concerned about finding the relation between rhetoric and deliberation sometimes it reaches where the relationship between them is an agreement, because the deliberation has been grown from the same womb that the rhetoric has grown from, the deliberation has emerged from the researches of the modern linguistic classes and what related to it from, rhetoric basically is a linguistic phenomenon so the rhetoricphenomenon enters in the deliberative vision to the linguistic phenomenon besides that the rhetoric phenomenon is different from the other linguistic phenomenon because it includes hints and further semantics as much as this difference the proportion of the deliberative vision well be to make it approachable, in addition to that by it exceeds the exact literal meaning and it searches in the embedded meanings being the most appropriate to compare the rhetoric phenomenon in exceeding the literal meaning to the meaning of the meaning

Abstract:
Translation is one of the intellectual and scientific renaissance foundations. It occupies the top position in transfering knowledge and science in addition to their dissemination among nations. Sometime, there would be some obstacles that face the translator in choosing the suitable meaning. These obstacles lie in several levels: stylistic, linguistic, cultural and others. Therefore, the hermeneutic theory proposes an exploration of what is beyond the text, represented by what wanders in the mind of the writer before he writes his text, and the effort exerted by the translator in this way is much more than what he exerts when he is concerned only with the semantic aspect which is represented by phrases and expressions. In order to reach the meaning of the foreign text, the translator must depend on the mutual aspect of the acquired knowledge and experiences with the writer, to present a meaningful and strong text.

Abstract
The old Scottish Parliament was the most important institution in medieval and early modern Scotland, by which the people's representatives were brought together through estates representing their territorial districts. The Scottish Parliament prior to 1707 was a great model that represents life of Scottish and its various affairs. It exercised a judicial function with legislation to maintain law and order. The Parliament dealt also with the issue of taxes, control of economic policy, and foreign trade. As a result of the English navigation laws for the years 1660-1663, Scotland went through difficult economic conditions and critical financial circumstances. what follows is that the Anglo-Scottish Union had priority issue at that time on the agenda of the Scottish Parliament.
in light of the foresaid, this research endeavours to deal with the most important discussions Which took place in the Scottish Parliament and the negotiating committees that were formed between the kingdoms of Scotland and England regarding the union between the both Kingdoms and the role that was played by the representative of King Lauderdale regarding the failure of the union between Scotland & England.

Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the effect of a teaching strategy according to the mathematical formula in developing the compliant thinking of the students Eleventh grade students. Science, as well as identifying the statistically significant differences between the averages the matching thinking of the students of research sample, and to achieve the two objectives of the research, asample of female students was selected students of the eleventh scientific grade for middle schools in the city of Dohuk for the academic year(2020-2021) totaling (1025) female students distributed over (11)middle schools for girls. The researchers chose Aversarial intentionality (Hasar), for several reasons, and after choosing the school and determining the number of people the studentes and its extensions the researchers chose, in a simple random way, two study divisions, namely (D, and) and then By the same method, the (D) section was chosen, representing the experimental group, the number of its members is (16) students, in when the class (F) filled the control group, and the number of its members was (16) students. Then,female students were excluded. The repeaters from both groups (4,3) respectively, so that the number of the research sample members became(32) students, (16) their agein the experimental group, and (16) of them in the control group. The researchers prepared two tools the measure of dynamism f the students with a total of (36) paragraphs distributed over two domains, namely, recitatioand cable of ideas.The others marked with (18) paragraphs for the first field and (18) paragraphs for the second field. Then check the apparent validity Tool Anmad 80% and sell consistency ) coefficient of (81) degrees using the re-test method. Om Data analysis based on SPSS using Pearsons correlation coefficient law and t the sample is one ad two eyes are dependent. The search came out with the following results:
1.we find that the values of the probabilistic function (sig) for the dimensional and pre-paced thinking test are greater than the significant value (0.05), and this means that it is equivalent in thinking for both groups and in the interest of the group experimental.
2.There is no statistically significant difference between the average of the two group in the development of thinking in line with the research sample for the experimental group.
Suggestion for future research complementary to the results of this reseach were recommended.

Abstract
Qum city is one of the areas in the East of the Islamic Caliphate. It is inhabited by many Shiea families and scholars who played a major role in spreading the sciences of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in Qum and other neighboring countries. What makes the scientific movement flourished more is that the stories about the pure Imams (peace be upon them) regarding the greatness and honor of Qum. This view makes Qum a safe corner for Ahl al-Bayt jurists (peace be upon them) after facing various forms of cruelty and terror from the Banu al-Abbas who mistreated them. Additionally, being under the government of Al Buyah princes for the period 334-447AH, who are Shiea and have tendency and loyalty to the people of Ahl al-Bayt (peace be upon them), all of this made the city of Qum a great center for jurisprudence.
This paper includes an introduction, two sections, and a conclusion. In the first section, we touch on Qum city: its location, the date of its establishment and the spread of Shieasm in it. As for the second section, it focuses on the most famous Shiea scholars in Qum city and their scientific effects. Finally the conclusion records the most important results of the research.

Marriage is regarded as a social system and a legitimate style for the establishment of a very cohesive and strong relationship between both husband and wife together for the sake of the meant family formation which, in turn, to establish limited and specific roles within the society and since the Iraqi community culture has encountered numerous social, family and economical changes within the latest decades as a result of the urbanization, technology and economy actual changes...etc and so many additional cultural, social and family factors which have been greatly defected and being accompanied by numerous changes which, in turn, changed the marriage point of view which is regarded as an essential and very important dimension of the family system within the Iraqi community. Meanwhile, it can be said, that the problem of the present study which has been precisely and accurately answered by the present research efforts including motives which stand in the way (path) of delaying the process of getting married. Does the numerical and relative distribution of the ages of the married woman very in Wasit province? Therefore, it can be added that the objectives on which such study has been depended including the revealing the level of age for getting married as far as the females are concerned. The research, through its meant problem will shed the light on the aspect of the difference in the ages of the females who are getting married in particular in Wasit Governorate and the process of linking the age of the married females with their educational levels for the purpose of arriving at very clear and a true relationships between the two basic population phenomenon, namely, the marriage of the females and the educational achievement for the purpose of being from familiarized or acquainted with the marriage phenomenon in Wasit province and being accompanied by the analysis of females marriage reality within the area of the present study

Marriage is a social population phenomenon known to human societies and has been called upon by our religion, and urged it to increase the offspring and the continuity of humanity, marriage means an increase in population fertility through births. This phenomenon has been associated with the level of education, which has negatively affected the reduction of the numbers of married females and sometimes shows its positive impact by raising those numbers and that the subject of education is of great importance to researchers in social sciences in general besides educational specialists in education, and the problem of study is a question to answer Research effort, including is the phenomenon of marriage affected at the educational level? Abstract:
This study aimed to investigate the impact of stress and bullying levels on English language learning. A control-group design was adopted in this quasi-experimental pretest-posttest study. The population of this study were Iraqi EFL students from Om Albneen secondary school, from which a convenience sample of 70 students was chosen. The experimental and control groups were assigned at random to 50 and 20 students, respectively. The experimental group members completed a 100-minute bullying behavior session after completing the performance evaluation instrument (Sudoku puzzle) as a pretest. Participants were instructed to complete a parallel Sudoku puzzle and the Lakaev Academic Stress Response Scale (LASRS) at the end of the session (2009). As shown in the study's findings ,short-term bullying behavior had a favorable effect on English language learning (p0.05) . There was no significant difference between students with different degrees of stress, demonstrating that stress has no effect on bullying behavior's effect on English language learning (p>0.05). In general, the findings demonstrated that bullying conduct has a favorable impact on students' learning achievement. This study's findings can be applied in both educational and occupational settings.
