Jurisprudential rules are standards and balances that regulate all new and emerging
scientific issues that require legal rulings. Whenever an era comes، issues arise and
calamities diversify، and this is the duty of scholars to strive to find solutions to them،
relying on legislative evidence and jurisprudential rules. This era was characterized
by the emergence of the phenomenon of emptiness in the lives of the individual and
society as a result of youth unemployment. The development of electronic games
appeared in terms of their manufacture and unprecedented spread of all kinds، as
hardly a home was devoid of them. They became a general source of entertainment
for members of society، and from this standpoint it was the role of jurists to rule.
These games are disasters، so the jurist needs the jurisprudential rules that include
most branches of contemporary jurisprudential issues، and from this problem and its
importance، I named my research (Jurisprudential rules and their impact on ruling on
electronic games).

The Holy Quran contains some different assumptions, which varied in their results,
both positively and negatively, and the personality of those who made the assumptions
differed, as the assumptions were issued by the righteous and others.
This topic, entitled (Assumptions in the Holy Quran – An Objective Study), sheds
light on a pattern of proactive or future thinking expressed through assumptions.
The topic is broad and complex, but I intended to point out some of the topics in
the Holy Quran that are suitable for expansion, so I limited myself to mentioning
three evidences in each topic. And I hope that the topic will find an echo from other
researchers to expand it.
The importance of assumptions is hardly hidden from intellectuals, as they draw
future visions, and their success is an important factor in future planning, and it falls
within the circle of planning, which is the making of the future.
I adopted the analytical approach to extract the meanings associated with the assumptions,
which are from the researcher’s understanding of the Quranic verses in
light of the statements and approaches of the interpreters, as the books of interpretation
and the books related to them are devoid of these topics.

The research aims to know the effectiveness of teaching the concepts of the foundations
of geography and its techniques with the strategy of the systemic approach in
the achievement, visual-spatial intelligence, and natural intelligence among the fourth
literary students. The research sample amounted to (60) students. The research used
the experimental research method. A test paragraph, and the visual-spatial intelligence
scale, which numbered (20) paragraphs, and the natural intelligence scale, which
numbered (20) paragraphs, and the apparent validity was extracted by presenting the
research tools to a group of specialized experts, and the stability of the research tools
through the equation ( Kyuder - Richardson formula (21), and after completing the
research experiment, the research results were analyzed through the statistical package
for social sciences (SPSS), and the results of the research showed the superiority of
the students of the experimental group over the students of the control group in the
post achievement test, the visual-spatial intelligence scale, and the natural intelligence
test. The researcher concluded that the use of the systemic approach in teaching provided
an opportunity for the students of the experimental group to benefit from the
information and knowledge that exist in the students’ cognitive structure. Organizing
them in a way commensurate with the new information and knowledge that is presented
to them, which made recalling information easier and easier, and the development
of aspects of education in an integrated manner and thus increasing their achievement
capacity. The research came out with a set of recommendations, including training
teachers before actual service on how to teach using the systemic approach. Conducting
other research, including the effect of the systemic approach on achievement and
the development of intelligences other than the ones that have been studied currently.

Findings of the Research:
• *The differences between Imam Abu Hanifa and Ibn al-Humam naturally vary;
sometimes they agree on the principle of permissibility but differ on what is preferable
or more appropriate.

Since Imam Al-Raghib Al-Isfahani was one of the prominent scholars of the Ummah,
excelling in all fields, we rarely find a contemporary study that does not rely
on Al-Raghib’s sources. Therefore, writing about him and verifying certain issues
concerning him is among the important research tasks. In the past, it has been widely
spread and mentioned in sources that Imam Al-Raghib was associated with Mu’tazilism
or Shi’ism and that he was not among the Ahl al-Sunnah wa Al-Jama’ah. People
are keen to know the beliefs of eminent scholars; hence, I have investigated this
matter, which is (the belief of Imam Al-Raghib), and I have proven with evidence and
texts from Imam Al-Raghib’s book on beliefs – a book unknown to researchers – that
he was among the Ahl Al-Sunnah wa Al-Jama’ah.

Al-Hafiz, the son of the AL_Sakan , may God have mercy on him, is one of the
advanced imams of the hadith, and the owner of many classifications in the science
of the hadith, from translations for men, and others, and he also has rulings on the
hadiths and the statement of their eam, including his saying: (In his attribution of a
look) and because this phrase there is a need for a statement of his purpose because it
came out of a great imam that led to the loss of his works from making his scientific
personality shrouded in mystery. This research came to reveal his intention of his
saying this with his comparison with the statements of the applicants, contemporaries

a result commensurate with the subject of the subject of the study and its problem.

The ancient Arabs practiced arbitration long ago, as described by Al-Ya’qubi: “In
ancient times, the Arabs had judges to whom they would refer in their affairs and
disputes concerning their arguments, marriages, inheritances, water rights, and blood
feuds, because there was no religion with specific laws to follow. Therefore, they appointed
people of honor, truthfulness, trustworthiness, leadership, age, glory, wisdom,
and experience as arbitrators.” Consequently, those who were judged by these arbitrators
would comply and execute the arbitration decision under the influence of moral
authority, custom and tradition, or public opinion, or out of fear of the consequences
of conflict. There are numerous examples of resorting to arbitration among the Arabs,
whether to determine the best in poetry and prose, in case of debates between them,
or in disputes.

The study aimed to study the spatial analysis of primary education in Al-Ishaqi.
The schools are spread out and overlapping, and the joint schools’ service covered
large parts of the study area, so that the area served by the joint schools is approximately
(14) km2. This indicates that this service is ineffective for the population of
the study area, as there is a large area. The study area is devoid of this service, and
this resulted from the random cooperative distribution of each study area, and this is
a reflection of the randomness of population distributions among the various schools.

This research deals with an overview of how to deal with artificial intelligence
in light of the Prophetic Sunnah. With the emergence of these technologies and the
emergence of their contributions in the field of Islamic sciences, including the pure
Sunnah and its sciences, it was necessary for us to get to know these technologies, and
their implications for the Sharia sciences in general, and the Prophetic Sunnah in particular,
and clarify the efforts What is done in it and the relationship between it and the
Sunnah of the Prophet, as well as the most important common controls between them.
The study methodology followed is descriptive and deductive, with clarification of
what is going on in it by identifying the elements of each of the targeted aspects of the
study, which are summarized in:
- The relationship between the Prophet’s Sunnah and artificial intelligence.
- Controls for employing artificial intelligence in the Prophet’s Sunnah in accordance
with the requirements of reality.
The idea of choosing the research topic was in accordance with the continuous
daily dealings with what modern technologies have producedn the field of serving the
purified Sunnah of the Prophet.

Wisdom is the understanding of the religion of Allah, the Almighty, as some of the
predecessors interpreted it. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him
peace, said: “Whoever Allah wants good for, He gives him understanding of the religion...”
It is the lost property of the believer, wherever he finds it, he is more deserving
of it. This is what was confirmed by the Prophet’s, may Allah bless him and grant him
peace, supplication to Abdullah ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, when he
said: “O Allah, teach him wisdom.” The nation is in dire need of wisdom, now and in
the future, because no religion has been established and no call has been popular except
through calling to it with wisdom, knowledge, and awareness. Therefore, Islam was
keen to outline the features of the call with particularity and great care.

Prophet Muhammad, the mercy to the worlds, and upon his family and companions.
This research, entitled “The Significance of the Recognition of Lordship by the
Polytheists and Its Impact on Divinity: The Example of Surah Al-Mu’minun (Verses
84-90) - A Comparative Study,” delves into defining and explaining the key terms of
the subject matter. It explores the definition of “significance” (dalaalah), its different
types, and the specific type employed in this research.
The research also examines the concepts of “Lord” (rab) and “God” (ilah), and
whether they are synonymous. It explores the fact that the polytheists acknowledged
Lordship but denied divinity, leading to a general, rather than detailed, faith. The
study delves into the differences in opinion among scholars on this matter, through
a comparative analysis between the “mutakallimun” (Islamic theologians) and “Ahl
al-Hadith” (scholars of hadith), and presents findings aiming to clarify the connection
between Lordship and divinity through the concepts of creation, provision, and
governance of affairs. These concepts point to the fact that the existence of the Lord
is reliant upon the existence of God. The research then explores the perspectives of
various commentators, including those from “Ahl al-A’thar” (those who follow the
early traditions) and “Ahl al-Kalam” (those who engage in theological reasoning),
as well as the viewpoints of “mutakallimun” who argue for the deduction of divinity
from Lordship and vice versa.

This study aimed to identify the extent to which teachers benefit from educational
research and the obstacles they face from their point of view. To achieve the objectives
of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was followed by developing a
questionnaire and distributing it to a sample of (288) male and female teachers who
were randomly selected from the study population, and after conducting Statistical
analysis through the (SPSS) program. The study showed a set of results, the most notable
of which are: that there is a low degree of teachers benefiting from educational
research from their point of view, in addition to the presence of a high level of obstacles
that prevent teachers from benefiting from educational research, and the absence
of significant differences. Statistical significance at the significance level (α≤0.05)
in the sample’s responses about teachers’ benefit from educational research and the
obstacles they face according to variable differences in gender and experience, while
there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (α≤0.05) in the
sample’s responses about teachers’ benefit from From their point of view, educational
research is in favor of teachers with advanced degrees. The study recommended a set
of recommendations, the most prominent of which are: holding seminars and lectures
for teachers on the importance of employing educational research in improving the
educational process.

of inadmissibility of the lawsuit, its purpose is to deny the opponent the authority of
the plaintiff’s opponent to use the lawsuit, and this diversity in the lawsuit results in
the difference in the defense procedures and their power to influence. The effects of
