The aim of this research is to determine the effect of strategic flexibility as an independent variable throughout its dimensions (human capital flexibility, information flexibility, and expansion flexibility) in achieving the strategic performance as a dependent variable by adopting three dimensions(customer, internal operations, growth and learning aspects), and starting from a major problem that was embodied through a question that is, what is the role of the strategic flexibility of the national card departments in achieving the strategic performance of these organizations? The descriptive analytical research approach has been adopted in presenting and interpreting research information, and the questionnaire was used as a main tool in collecting data and information on an intended sample that includedspecialized department heads, divisional directors, officers, and personnel by issuing the national card within a sample of the Baghdad civil status directorates / al-Karrada al-Sharqya, New Baghdad, and Al-Sadr City (numbered 130) the number is reached to130.
The research has adopted exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis as basic structural tests for the validity of the adopted standards, a set of descriptive statistical measures, Pearson correlation coefficient (Structural Equation Modeling) to measure influence relationships, these methods have been used by Excel statistical (Microsoft software Excel v.2010, SPSS v.24, Amos v.23).
It was through the research that a set of recommendations was reached, the most important of which is that the National Card Affairs Directorate must pay more attention a great importance to strategic flexibility through the flexibility of human capital, the flexibility of information, and the flexibility of expansion due to its great role in achieving the strategic performance that will be reflected positively in the service of citizens.

The present research aims to determine the impact relationships and the relationship between strategic thinking skills and strategic response processes at the level of a sample of medical and nursing staff working in private hospitals in the holy province of Karbala, where the measurement of strategic thinking skills through three dimensions are (meditation, organizational thinking and reformulation) Strategic response processes were measured in four dimensions (resource liquidity, business process maturity, business response to the environment and proactive business to the environment), and the research relied on a descriptive and analytical approach to the collection and analysis of research information. The questionnaire was used to collect data and information from a sample of (218) of the medical and nursing staff of the hospital staff. The natural distribution test, empirical factor analysis, descriptive statistics, simple correlation analysis (Pearson), structural equation modeling (SEM) were used. And Path Analysis through statistical programs (Microsoft Excel 2010, SPSS V.25, Amos V.23). The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which was the presence of a direct significant significance of strategic thinking skills in the strategic response processes, as well as a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to fully orient towards the development of strategic thinking skills of its members doctors and nurses in order to ensure the improvement of their ability To achieve strategic response to various environmental conditions.

The study aimed to measure the banking efficiency of a sample of Iraqi private commercial banks for the period from 2005 - 2016 and to know the concepts of banking efficiency and its relationship to performance, effectiveness and productivity, as well as an analysis of banking efficiency, and to achieve the goals of this study, the data envelope analysis method has been applied to the data of (10) Iraqi commercial banks Especially for the period 2005 - 2016 using the variable size return method (VRS).
The study used a set of financial indicators and statistical equations to reach its results, the results of the financial analysis indicated that there is a difference in the average banking efficiency of commercial banks for the study sample, and that the most important recommendations presented by the study, the need for commercial banks for the study sample to adopt scientific and objective methods and methods that are It would increase the efficiency of its banking operations.

This research aims to determine the impact of the Lean marketing system on the competitive advantage in some Iraqi private banks, as the research attempted to provide a theoretical framework for the most important topics presented by writers and researchers on research variables as well as an analytical practical framework for the views of a selected sample within the research community that included administrative leaders in banks (managers) Banks, their assistants, department heads, and people’s heads) The sample size reached (100) persons and represented the independent variable by Lean marketing in its six dimensions (reducing excessive marketing operations, reducing waiting time, reducing excessive processing, reducing unnecessary movements, reducing the brain Defective marketing requests, stimulating the untapped talent and creativity of workers) and the approved variable is the competitive advantage in its four dimensions (cost, quality, flexibility, delivery).
The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which (the main and subsidiary hypotheses related to the research were validated by the existence of a correlation and impact between the variables of the research). As for the most important recommendations (the need to take care of spreading the culture of eliminating waste in all its forms among workers in the various productive and service organizations, especially banking ones).

In this research, some characteristics of the Exponiated Perks distribution and survival function were studied and Two methods of estimation were used, namely the Maximum Likelihood method and the least squares method, and these estimation methods were derived to arrive at formulas of their capabilities. A comparison was made between the capabilities using the simulation method, as the simulation experiments were carried out using a set of samples of different sizes (10, 50,100) and each experiment was repeated (2000) once to achieve the goal and for three different models. The results were compared using one of the most important statistical measures, which is the average of the integrative error squares (IMSE). The best methods were found for each model and for each sample size. The results of the mean of squares of the integral error of the survival function were known, and a comparison was made between those results and all models where the result appeared in the best possible way. As for the applied side, a practical application was made of a random sample of data with a size of (200) Watching times of deaths per month for breast cancer patients in Basra Governorate where they took their survival period, and this sample was applied to distribute Exponiated Perks,Through the results, it became clear that the Maximum Likelihood method gave more appropriate capabilities for the data studied.

The research aims to develop an integrated mechanism and practical steps on how to apply strategic analysis of operating income to arrive at the laboratory's ability to rely on the results of the analysis to make administrative decisions (strategic, operational and organizational) and to calculate the elements of strategic analysis in a more accurate manner. The process of calculating the deviations and distributing them on the basis of strategic analysis has been relied on (growth component, price recovery component and productivity component in Kawa Carpentry Factory in Erbil Governorate for the manufacture of wooden counters for kitchens based on the existing information The operating income obtained from the laboratory records The research sample for two years (2018-2019).

This study aimed to know the role of business process re-engineering as the independent variable in the development of the new product as the variable adopted in the Union Food Industries Ltd. in Babylon.
The goal of the study was manifested in two dimensions, the first of which is the theoretical dimension which represented the conceptual framework of the study variables, and the second is the field dimension represented by the willingness of Iraqi organizations (the company under study) to implement business process re-engineering by providing its basic requirements (strategic vision, processes, information technology and human resources).
In order to achieve the aims of the study, a hypothetical chart has been constructed that shows the nature of the relationship between the study variables and has resulted in three main hypotheses that define the impact and correlation between the study variables.
The questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data as well as personal interviews, hypotheses were tested and results were extracted using the SPSS.

Therefore, the current research sheds light on two basic variables (organizational symmetry and sustainable strategic performance) by determining the level of correlation and impact of organizational symmetry with its dimensions (loyalty, affiliation, similarity) on sustainable strategic performance in its dimensions (financial perspective, customer perspective, internal processes, innovation and organizational learning. Measuring the level of their application to the sample under study, and in order to achieve the goal of the research, the research started from a problem expressed in a number of intellectual questions. Is there an employment of organizational symmetry in thought and behavior commensurate with the development in sustainable strategic performance? The questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. A intended sample consisted of (52) individuals from different levels represented by (managers, heads of departments, directors of divisions and units and some employees) in the two companies (Pepsi-Cola Company and Coca-Cola Company) distributed to them, and in order to prove the validity of the hypotheses, the statistical program (SPSS) and the test (T) were used. ) And (F), and the research was launched with a number of conclusions, the most prominent of which is the existence of a correlation and influence between organizational symmetry and sustainable strategic performance, which has become a source of global concern. All competing organizations seek it. As for the most important recommendations, the need to pay attention to organizational symmetry, as it represents a positive emotional behavior and feeling and an urgent humanitarian need to regulate the relationship between the workers themselves and between the workers and the organization.

The research aims to achieve harmony and eliminate differences in the preparation and development of audit plans in the Office of Financial Supervision of the Kurdistan Region at all levels by applying the requirements of the No. (1300) standard issued by INTOSAI and international auditing standards and local evidence and laws and legislation, which requires the auditor to perform the audit process and make Due diligence and commitment to quality audit plans.
