Cybersecurity awareness plays a vital role in protecting individuals and organizations from cyber-attacks. The research aims to evaluate the level of awareness of cybersecurity and the readiness of the study-community at the College of Administration and Economics/ University of Mosul to take actions that would prevent or reduce electronic risks and cyber-attacks. The study adopted the descriptive analytical method. A questionnaire survey was used to collect data for this study. The sample size was 100 respondents distributed between teachers and employees with different academic qualifications and years of service. Several statistical methods were used to analyze the data, such as arithmetic means and standard deviations to determine the level of awareness of cybersecurity among the answers of the sample studied, and to conduct One-Way ANOVA tests between the variables of the study and determine the differences in the level of awareness of cybersecurity between groups of one variable. The study concluded that there is a good level of awareness of cybersecurity and electronic safety among the members of the College of Administration and Economics at the University of Mosul. The results of the variance analysis showed that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of awareness of cybersecurity among the college’s members due to the variables of gender, class, academic qualification and years of service.

Business organizations today are exposed to many problems that are transmitted to them from other organizations operating in the same environment in which they operate. These organizations are able to continue to provide their work when they possess organizational immunity based on its dimensions (organizational learning, organizational genes, organizational memory), which requires Treatments with administrative tools to achieve this. Among these tools is creative behavior in its dimensions (authenticity, flexibility, fluency, sensitivity to problems). Therefore, the current study came to clarify the impact of creative behavior in enhancing organizational immunity in Al-Hadbaa Food Industries Limited Company in Nineveh Governorate.
To reach the goal of this study, the questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for collecting data. Its questions were directed to Al-Hadbaa Company employees, who numbered (110) employees out of (132) workers. Through the statistical laboratory and the required statistical tools, a number of results were reached, the most important of which is the presence of Correlation and impact between innovative behavior and enhancing organizational immunity in Al-Hadbaa Company, in addition to presenting a number of proposals..

The current research aims to diagnose the dimensions of lean leadership represented by (culture of improvement, self-development, qualification, Gemba, Hoshin Kanri) at the University of Dohuk, adopting the questionnaire as the main tool for collecting data, and relying on the statistical program (SPSS, Var. 27) for Analyzing the data, which amounted to (153) respondents as a sample representing the administrative leadership in the organization under study, using statistical methods (percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and intensity of response), and a set of conclusions were reached that confirm the availability of these dimensions at varying levels in the researched organization, in addition to presenting proposals, the most important of which is the need to pay attention to adopting lean leadership in the dimensions most expressed in order to achieve the organization’s desired goals.

The study aims to demonstrate the importance of applying the International Financial Reporting Standards (IAS\IFRS), and to identify the extent of the ability of Iraq companies to apply international standards and to identify the obstacles that prevent this, it also aimed primarily to study the requirements of Iraq companies to adopt and apply the International Financial Reporting standards (IFRS8) related to by identifying the operating sectors and its role in measuring and disclosing them in sector report, and the extent of its ability to provide appropriate information that helps users of financial statements to make the right and appropriate decisions.
To achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, the researcher followed the deductive approach on the theoretical side, and the inductive approach on the applied side. Finally the study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are;

The research aims to know promotional strategies and their role in enhancing tourism excellence in a number of tourism organizations in the administratively independent city of Zakho, considering that promotional strategies can help tourism organizations make sound decisions based on experience, ability and knowledge to deal with various tourism events there. The research relied on promotion strategies as an independent variable across four dimensions, namely (advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, and public relations). The research focused on three dimensions to measure the dependent variable (tourism excellence), which are (quality of service, reputation of the organization, and appropriate price), The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to reach the research objectives, relying on the questionnaire form as the main tool for collecting data from the field investigated. (60) questionnaires were distributed to the research sample represented by tourism organizations, and statistical methods were used represented by (frequencies, percentages, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and relative importance), the results were analyzed and the hypotheses were tested, Accordingly, the research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is: the existence of a significant relationship between promotion strategies and tourism excellence. It was found that promotion strategies have a significant role and influence in promoting tourism excellence. The research recommended a set of proposals, including: the need for the researched tourism organizations to pay attention to promotion strategies for by enhancing the relative importance of those strategies and variables; Because this will contribute significantly to organizations crystallizing the dimensions of tourism excellence in the tourism organizations studied.

This research aims to determine the influential relationship between health information systems in its dimensions (independent variable) and the quality of health service in its dimensions, a dependent variable, as it was tested using the results of a field survey of a sample (226) of employees of the Nineveh Health Department. The Planning Department included (the Policy Division, the Statistics Division, and the Public Health, the Technical Matters Department, the Administrative, Financial and Legal Department, and the Inspection Department) and for the purpose of analyzing the responses of the members of the researched sample, they were tested with ready-made standards and various statistical tools to suit the requirements of the research, relying on the statistical program (SPSS, V26) to infer percentages, arithmetic means, standard deviations, and coefficients. Variation, response intensity, measurement reliability, common method bias, and internal consistency. The statistical program (Amosv26) was also used to analyze the influence relationship, and the descriptive and analytical approach was used as a scientific method in the research.
In order to excel in the quality of health service, the health organization must develop the level of quality of health service provided by adopting information systems as an important input in enhancing quality in a way that achieves the expectations of beneficiaries for the level of quality of health service or exceeds those expectations.
The study found that there is a significant direct impact relationship at the macro and micro levels of health information systems on the quality of health services.
The research recommended the need to pay attention to health information systems as they are the basic building block for making the appropriate decision and to take advantage of the available resources available in our health organizations to improve the level of quality of health service provided to beneficiaries.

The aim of the research was to determine the role of content marketing in achieving sustainable customer value among a sample of Asiacell app users. The study adopted content marketing as an independent variable, as well as addressing sustainable customer value as a dependent variable. Thus, the research problem was formulated with the following question: "To what extent does content marketing contribute to achieving sustainable customer value?"
To answer this question, a number of hypotheses were formulated and a questionnaire was designed to validate them. The study population consisted of faculty, employees, and students at the College of Management and Economics in the University of Mosul. A purposive sample of 175 individuals was drawn from the population of the study, with 13 invalid questionnaires excluded from the analysis, leaving 162 valid responses. Various statistical methods were employed using SPSS V26 and included: frequencies, percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficient, and simple linear regression.
The study revealed several key results, including a significant positive effect of content marketing on sustainable customer value and significant positive effects of each dimension of content marketing (relevance, credibility, emotion, value, and attractiveness) on sustainable customer value. The study also provided suggestions, emphasizing the Asiacell company should focus on content marketing due to its significant role in achieving sustainable customer value through its dimensions (relevance, credibility, emotion, value, and attractiveness), stressing the necessity for electronic content to be credible, relevant attractive, and meeting customer needs for all user segments at all ages,.

The current study sought to achieve green productivity, which represents a goal that industrial companies seek through investing in green intellectual capital. To achieve the purpose of the study, the correlation and influence relationships between these variables and their sub-dimensions were tested. Interviews and exploratory visits conducted by the researchers in the researched company (the General Company for the Manufacture of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Supplies/Samarra- SDI), which is represented by the administrative leaders and employees working in the capacity of administrators and technicians in the company from different administrative levels, who number (208) researched individuals, using the questionnaire form as the main tool for collecting data and information, and adopting Five-point Likert scale, which required the use of statistical software (SPSS Ver-26), (AMOS-26) in analyzing and processing the data.
According to the results of the statistical analysis, a set of conclusions were reached, perhaps the most prominent of which are: the existence of an impact of green intellectual capital on green productivity, at the level of the main variables as well as their sub-dimensions, which indicates the important role of intellectual capital in achieving green productivity in the company studied, and based on Based on these conclusions, a set of proposals were presented to the researched company along with their implementation mechanism, the most prominent of which is increasing interest in green intellectual capital, because of its effective role in achieving green productivity.
