The relationship between the speaker and the listener is well manifested in practicing language in the social life as it becomes an implied bond between them. Language carries much of the shared knowledge which sustains and strengthens the relationship between the speaker and the listener. Here, meaning springs as a function in a social context and a result to the shared knowledge which is framed by the principles of cooperation, loyalty, respect of the implied bond of a living practice of language, and emphasizing the importance of reporting and politeness alike for both interlocutors.
Guaranteeing the success and continuity of the process of communication and interpreting its implied content both depend on the nature of shared knowledge and the clarity of what generates from it such as the pragmatic, customary and contextual meanings. In light of the mentioned above, shared knowledge seems like a yardstick that enhances the mechanism of interpretation and highlights the meanings and intentions of the discourse. Forgetting about the literal meaning and heading towards the changing usage of language give the interlocutors the opportunity of diversifying dialogue styles since the meaning is no longer literal but implied, necessitated and contextually moving.
This research tackles meaning in accordance with the relationship between the speaker and the listener from a pragmatic perspective. This relationship is considered integral in interpreting any text (written or spoken) and in understanding its meaning and aims.
The shared information between the speaker and the listener lessen the distance between them and this contributes to the continuity of their communication. This also enables them to reach the hidden or implied meanings in the texture of the text through the manipulation of the pragmatic tools, which are designed for the interpretation and the construing of meaning. A questionnaire was built that consisted of two axes: the first measures the degree of dimensions of the learning organization, and the number of its paragraphs was (30) paragraphs, and the second axis measured the dimensions of strategic leadership, and the number of its paragraphs was (18) paragraphs distributed at a rate of (6) Paragraphs for each dimension, and the validity and stability of the study tool was confirmed by applying to the survey sample. The study concluded that the practice of the dimensions of the educated organization in the total degree (medium) from the point of view of the sample members and leaders at the Northern Border University in Arar, with an average of (2.92), and all dimensions appeared with a medium degree of practice, and the learning dimension came in the first rank and with an average Arithmetic (3.05), then the dimension of knowledge (2.96), then the dimension of organization (2.94), then the dimension of technology (2.90), then "the dimension of individuals in the last rank with an arithmetic mean of (2.75) as it was found that the practice of leadership dimensions The strategy, from the sample members’ point of view, was “medium” with an arithmetic average of (3.34), the “entrepreneurial thought” dimension came in the first rank (3.37), then the “entrepreneurial culture” dimension came in the second rank with a medium degree (3.33). While the dimension of "entrepreneurial leadership" came in the third rank, with a medium degree of (3.32), and it was found that the highest degree of contribution was to the dimension of learning (38%), individuals (27%), technology (15%), knowledge (11%) and organization (7%). Training leaders with strategic leadership skills according to adopting the approach of educated organizations and working to build clear and specific standards that contribute to increasing opportunities for innovation, creativity and initiative to achieve global leadership strategy.
