The Contribution of Certain Physical Abilities to the Selection of Athletes for the 110m Hurdle Race (Youth Class)

Abstract

The 110 meters hurdle race is one of the sports of athletics. It represents the standard sprint which requires distinctive physical abilities, especially during the race itself, in order to accomplish the best results. The significance of this research lies in the fact that it is an attempt to identify the essential physical abilities and their importance and influence, according to the game's requirements. These requirements contribute to the development of the game itself, and function as dependable indicators when selecting athletes for the 110m hurdle race.

تعد مسابقة ركض (110م) حواجز إحدى مسابقات ألعاب القوى والتي تمثل الأركاض السريعة والتي تحتاج إلى صفات بدنية مميزة وخاصة بالمسابقة يحتاجها العداء وفق متطلبات المسابقة للوصول إلى أفضل إنجاز ، وتكمن أهمية البحث بكونه محاولة للتعرف على أهم القدرات البدنية ونسب مشاركتها وأهميتها وفق متطلبات اللعبة والتي تعد بمثابة مؤشر يمكن الاعتماد عليه في عملية انتقاء الناشئين بركض (110م) حواجز من أجل تطوير اللعبة . ويهدف البحث لـــ :
1- تحديد المتطلبات البدنية لعدائي ركض (110م) حواجز للشباب .

Abstract

The psychological factors of sporters has become an important concern of sport psychologists, for sport offers a great opportunity to observe the human behavior. In order to set out the limits of these psychological factor, all efforts were focusses on being as objective as possible.
Sport psychology plays a great role in solving many problems concerning the sporters themselves and their performance, and its effect is greater on individual sports rather than team sports. In individual sports, the player has to depend on his own abilities and capabilities, meanwhile this responsibility might be shared between the members of the team in team sports (dividing it over the players will lessen the psychological burdens of each individual player).
The purposes of this research are:
1- Identifying sport frustration for the advanced athletes of season
2014-2015
2- Pointing out the achievements of the advanced athletes on the middle-distance run, long-distance run and sprints.

قد زاد الاهتمام بين علماء النفس الرياضي حول اهمية قياس الجوانب النفسية للاعب ، وأن المجال الرياضي هو معمل خصب لدراسة السلوك الإنساني واستمرت الجهود نحو المزيد من الموضوعية في القياس النفسي في المجال الرياضي لوضع ابعاد القياس التي يمكن عن طريقها بذل الجهد لتحقيق الانجازات.
وجد من خلال المتابعة العلمية ان لعلم النفس الرياضي الدور الكبير في معالجة مشكلات كثيرة جداً تهم الرياضيين والمستوى المنشود لهم لجميع الفعاليات الرياضية ، ولهذا العلم التأثير المباشر في الألعاب الفردية عنه في الألعاب الفرقية ذلك لان الالعاب الفردية توجب من اللاعبين الاعتماد على القدرات والقابليات الشخصية في حين ان ذلك ممكن أن يكون بمسؤولية مشتركة في الفعاليات الفرقية وتوزيع المسؤولية يقلل من الاعباء النفسية على لاعبي الفعاليات الفرقية عنها في الفعاليات الفردية .
ويهدف البحث الى :
1- التعرف على الاحباط الرياضي لدى لاعبي العاب القوى المتقدمين للموسم 2014-2015.
2- التعرف على انجاز لاعبي العاب المسافات القصيرة والمتوسطة والطويلة المتقدمين .
3- التعرف على العلاقة بين الاحباط الرياضي والانجاز لدى لاعبي العاب القوى .

Abstract

Considering the importance of certain visual and auditory effects on fencing and their influence on the fencer's success, in addition to the researchers' aim to present precise information that might contribute to accomplishing better results in this sport, this research will be an attempt to identify the dominant elements that affect the fencer's performance, and which mostly have been overlooked and neglected by other researchers. For instance, the visual and auditory effects and their impact on the improvement of fencing's effectiveness, and this forms the problem of the research.
The purpose of this research is to identify the levels of reaction speed of fencers of the three competitive scenes (Foil, Épée, and Sabre) under the influence of certain visual and auditory effects. The researchers used the descriptive methodology, and their research population is represented by twelve members of the provincial sport team of Missan (advanced class – 20 years and up). The researchers tested the research population by means of an instrument (designed by the researchers themselves) that measures the fencer's reaction speed under the influence of visual and auditory effects.

بالنظر لأهمية مجموعة من المؤثرات في رياضة المبارزة ومنها المؤثرات السمعية والبصرية ودورها الفاعل في تحقيق اللمسات القانونية وما يترتب على ذلك من تحقيقاً للفوز وايماناً من الباحثان لتقديم ادق المعلومات التي يمكن الافادة منها لتحقيق الانجاز الامثل في هذه الرياضة بعدما اشبعت الدراسات بالبرامج التدريبية وجرعات الاحمال التي يمكن ان تحسن الانجاز جاءت فكرة بحثنا في التعرف على ما يحيط بالأداء من عناصر قد اغفلت ولم يتم التركيز عليها ومنها المؤثرات الصوتية والسمعية ودراسة دورها الفاعل في تطوير فعالية المبارزة لتكون مشكلة بحثهما, وقد هدفت الدراسة في التعرف على مستويات سرعة الاستجابة الحركية بفعل تأثير المؤثرات السمعية والبصرية لدى لاعبي اسلحة المبارزة الثلاث (سلاح سيف المبارزة, سلاح الشيش, سلاح السيف العربي) حيث استخدام الباحثان المنهج الوصفي وحددا مجتمع بحثهما وهم لاعبي منتخبات محافظة ميسان بالمبارزة وللأسلحة الثلاث فئة المتقدمين بأعمار فوق سن (20) سنة وبواقع (12) لاعب, اذ اجرى الباحثان الاختبارات على مجتمع البحث وفق جهاز مصمم من قبلهما لقياس سرعة الاستجابة الحركية بتوفر مؤثرات سمعية وبصرية, وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة استنتج الباحثان الآتي, حققت مجموعة سلاح سيف العربي تفوقاً في سرعة الاستجابة الحركية بتأثير المؤثر السمعي مقارنةً بالأسلحة الاخرى , وكذلك اظهرت مجموعة سلاح الشيش تقدماً بسرعة الاستجابة الحركية في نتائج الاختبارات بتأثير المؤثر البصري مقارنةً بالأسلحة الاخرى, في حين لم تحقق مجموعة سلاح سيف المبارزة تقدماً ملحوظاً بسرعة الاستجابة الحركية بتأثير المؤثرات السمعية والبصرية مقارنةً بأسلحة المبارزة الاخرى.

Abstract

Individual competitive exercises are considered to be important and essential exercises for any sporter (whether he competes with himself, with external forces or face to face with another sporter), in order to achieve the best results possible by using these suggested exercises. Fencing requires specific physical abilities, therefore, the importance of this research is to implement the suggested exercises as part of the sporters usual training units. A female fencer needs variety in her daily training session, for following the same training pattern over a long period can result in an impediment of her activity. Thus, the researcher decided to design a training plan of physical and tactical exercises by using the individual competitive method, in order to leave the common training routine and to develop this sport.

تعد التمرينات بالأسلوب التنافس الفردي من التمرينات المهمة والضرورية لكل نشاط رياضي سواء أكانت تمرينات تنافسية مع الذات أو تمرينات تنافسية في مواجهة العوامل الطبيعية أو في مواجهة منافسة وجها لوجه للحصول على أفضل ما يمكن تحقيقه من مستوى جيد من خلال تمرينات مقترحة بالأسلوب التنافس الفردي ، وتتطلب رياضة المبارزة قدرات بدنية خاصة، لهذا تكمن أهمية البحث في تطبيق تمرينات مقترحة بالأسلوب التنافس الفردي في الوحدات التدريبية في رياضة المبارزة . إن اللاعبة تحتاج إلى التنوع خلال تدريبها اليومي, إذ إنَ استمراره على وتيرة واحدة يؤدي إلى تقيد وإعاقة نشاطها الحركي، لذا ارتأت الباحثة إن تضع تمارين بدنية ومهارية بالأسلوب التنافس الفردي لتطوير هذه اللعبة للخروج من روتين التمارين التقليدية، يهدف البحث الى التعرف على أثر التمرينات المقترحة بالأسلوب التنافس الفردي في تطوير بعض القدرات البدنية والاداء المهاري لدى لاعبات المبارزة. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي بأسلوب الضبط المحكم (تجريبية + ضابطة) لملاءمته وطبيعة حل مشكلة البحث. تم تحديد لاعبات نادي فتاة بغداد في رياضة المبارزة لسلاح الشيش وعددهن (16) لاعبة، وقد تم استبعاد (4) لاعبات لإجراء التجربة الاستطلاعية عليهن، وثم تم تقسيمهن عشوائياً على مجموعتين (تجريبية + ضابطة( وبواقع (6) لاعبات في كل مجموعة. حيث إن المجموعة الضابطة تؤدي التدريب البدني والمهاري المعتاد عليه ، أما المجموعة التجريبية فإنها تؤدي المتغير التجريبي (التمارين بالأسلوب التنافس الفردي). وقد اجريت الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية ثم استخراج النتائج وتحليلها ومناقشتها. واستنتجت الباحثة ان التمارين التنافسية الفردية لها تأثير إيجابي في تطوير بعض القدرات البدنية الخاصة المهارات الهجومية لدى اللاعبات في سلاح الشيش لعينة البحث التجريبية. وتوصي باستعمال تمارين التنافس الفردي في تطوير بعض القدرات البدنية والمهارية للاعبة المبارزة في التدريب للوصول الى نتائج افضل في المنافسة.

Abstract

The teaching process has been developing continuously through the new researches and studies which lead specialists to several new perspectives and theories. These enriched the teaching and coaching process with various methods, for the essential aim of coaching is to carry out the best performance and achievements in as short a time as possible. Therefore, a training unit that consists of a number of exercises should be used accordingly to a gradual scientific plan or program (concerning the order of exercises, used method, number of repetitions and rests taken). This will let the players participate more enthusiastically in case it is not implemented in a monotonous way that evokes their boredom.

تطورت العملية التعليمية بشكل مستمر عبر ما يقدمه العلماء والباحثون من بحوث ودراسات توصلوا من خلالها إلى عدة آراء ونظريات أغنت العملية التعليمية والتدريبية بطرائق وأساليب مختلفة لأن الهدف الأساسي والجوهري من عملية التدريب والتعلم المهاري هو أن نحصل على الأداء الفني السليم والإنجاز الرياضي العالي في أقل وقت ممكن .
فالوحدة التدريبية والتدريسية التي تحتوي على عدد من التمارين لابد أن تتم وفق برنامج علمي مقنن لتطبيقها وممارستها من حيث تسلسل التمارين وطرق تنفيذها وتكراراتها وأوقات العمل والراحة فيها ، لكي يمارسها الطلاب بدافعية ونشاط أكثر مما هو عليه ، وان لا يتم استخدامها بشكل رتيب بحيث يبعث الملل والضجر في نفوسهم .
ويهدف البحث الى :
1- التعرف على أثر استخدام التمرين التكراري والفتري في تطوير بعض المهارات الأساسية بالتنس الأرضي.
2- المقارنة في الاختبار البعدي بين أثر استخدام التكراري والفتري في تطوير بعض المهارات الأساسية بالتنس الأرضي .

Abstract

Any scientific development should be based on an exact scientific basis, as it depends on the modernity of the research itself and the different types of problems it solves, including problems related to sport. As is known, training brings with it lots of functional and chemical changes in various systems of the human body (depending on the type of training), including chemical changes within muscular cells in order to release the required energy for the muscle to function appropriately. The development of the player's sport level is determined by the positivity of these chemical changes and the adoption of the body's systems to the new circumstances, as to deal with fatigue after a competition of training session. Among these significant chemical changes that affect the player's training are the buffers and the chemical indicators of fatigue. The buffers are sets of chemicals that control the hydrogen concentration of the blood in case it is higher or lower than it should be; it regulates the PH level of the blood and helps the body to regain its inner equilibrium. The buffers observed in this research are the hemoglobin, phosphate and protein buffers which are dissolved in the blood. The chemical indicators of fatigue are a result of muscular and physical efforts during a competition or training session. The chemical indicators observed during this research are the concentrations of lactic acid, urine the potassium ion and the sodium ion.

أن أي تطور علمي يجب ان يكون مبني وفق أسس علمية دقيقة ويعتمد على الحداثة في دراسة وحل المشكلات والمعوقات التي قد تواجه ذلك التطور في كثير من المجالات ومنها المجال الرياضي وكما هو معروف فأن التدريب يؤدي إلى أحداث العديد من التغيرات وتشمل تغيرات وظيفية أو كيميائية لأجهزة الجسم المختلفة وحسب نوع التدريب ومن بين هذه التغيرات التي تحدث لأجهزة الجسم التغيرات الكيميائية التي تحدث في داخل الخلية العضلية لإطلاق الطاقة اللازمة للعمل العضلي إذ يتوقف تقدم المستوى الرياضي للفرد على مدى ايجابية تلك التغيرات الكيميائية وبما يحقق التكيف لأجهزة الجسم وأعضائه لكي تواجه التعب الناجم عن التدريب أو المنافسة ، ومن بين أهم تلك التغيرات الكيميائية التي تتأثر بالتدريب هي المنظمات الحيوية ومؤشرات التعب أذ أن المنظمات تساعد الجسم على أعادة التوازن لبيئة الجسم الداخلية وهي عبارة عن مواد كيميائية تخفف من تركيز الهيدروجين في حالة زيادته أي في حالة الحامضية وحتى في حالة نقصانه آو ما يسمى بالقاعدية تعمل على موازنة PH الدم , والمنظمات الحيوية الكيميائية التي تم دراستها تشمل(الهيموكلوبين والفوسفات والبروتينات في الدم) أما بالنسبة لمؤشرات التعب الكيميائية هي النتاج الحاصل من خلال العمل العضلي والجهد البدني المسلط على الجسم نتيجة الاداء المهاري أثناء المباريات والتدريب ومؤشرات التعب الكيميائية التي تم دراستها هي (تركيز حامض اللاكتيك , تركيز اليوريا وأيون البوتاسيوم والصوديوم) .

Abstract

The purpose of this research is designing and implementing a therapy consisting of rehabilitation exercises. The researchers used the experimental methodology by setting one group for both pretests and posttests. The research population consists of two sporters with an ACL injury (aged between 24-30), and the research sample is selected purposively. This therapeutic program has been supervised by specialists and experts. The internet as well as Arabic and foreign references are used in this research.

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى تصميم وتطبيق برنامج للتمرينات العلاجي وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج التجريبي بتصميم مجموعة واحده ذات القياسى القبلي والبعدي ، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من الرياضين المصابين يتمزق الرباط الصليبي الامامي وكان عددهم اثنين مصاباً تتراوح اعمارهم من (24-30 سنة) وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة العمدية ، وتم عرض البرنامج على الخبراء والمختصين، استمر تطبيق البرنامج لمدة شهرين ،اعتمد الباحثان على المصادر العربية والاجنبية والانترنت .

Abstract

The purpose of this research is identifying the effect of medical instruments and therapeutic exercises on the rehabilitation of an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. According to the type of research, the researchers used the experimental methodology by taking pretests and posttests. The research population consists of ten patients of Al Rabbat teaching hospital ( state of Khartoum) with an ACL injury. The research sample is divided into two groups: an experimental group and a control group, each consisting of five participants aged between (22-44).

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مدى تأثير الاجهزة الطبية والتمرينات العلاجية في اعادة تأهيل التمزق الرباط الصليبي الامامي في مفصل الركبة ، وقد تم استخدام التصميم التجريبي بأسلوب القياس القبلي والبعدي لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث ، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من المرضى المصابين بالتمزق الرباط الصليبي الامامية بمفصل الركبة خلال العام (2014ــــ2015) في جمهورية السودان ولاية الخرطومو تم اختيار عينة البحث بطريقة العمدية من المصابين بتمزق الرباط الصليبي الامامي لمفصل الركبة ، المترددين على مستشفى الرباط التعليمى في ولاية الخرطوم وكان عددهم (10) وقد قسمت العينة الى مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية عدد كل منها خمسة مصاباً تتراوح اعمارهم ما بين (22, 44) سنة .

The Effects of the Self-Organized Learning Method on the Player's Body Movement Awareness and his Ability to Develop Certain Essential Volleyball Skills

Abstract

The purposes of this research are:
1- Discovering the effect of using the self-organized learning program, as well as the implemented method of gaining certain essential volleyball skills.
2- Pointing out the differences of the posttests between the experimental group (which is trained according the self-organized learning program), and the control group (which trained according their usual method of developing certain essential volleyball skills).
The research sample consists of two groups of 20 students each, which are selected randomly. The first group (A) is the control group, which follows their usual routine in training, and the other group (B) is the experimental group which implemented the self-organized learning method. All research participants are compatible in their physical and skill-related abilities. After performing the statistical processes, the body movement awareness scale was created, as well as a coaching plan according to the self-organized learning method. After implementing this program, the following skills were tested: overhand serving, spiking and blocking, and the body movement awareness was measures as well.
After collecting and analyzing the information of this experiment, the following results were considered:
1- The experimental group, which implemented the self-organized learning strategy, performed the tested skills (overhand serving, spiking and blocking) better than the control group, which followed their usual routine in training.
2- The body movement awareness of the participants in the experimental group (which implemented the self-organized learning strategy) was better than that of the participants in the control group.

هدف البحث الى :
- الكشف عن اثر برنامج قائم على التعلم المنظم ذاتيا والاسلوب المتبع في اكتساب بعض المهارات الاساسية بالكرة الطائرة .
- الكشف عن الفروق في الاختبارات البعدية بين المجموعة التجريبية التي تدرس على وفق برنامج قائم على التعلم المنظم ذاتيا والمجموعة الضابطة التي تدرس على وفق الاسلوب المتبع في اكتساب بعض المهارات الاساسية بالكرة الطائرة.
اشتملت عينة البحث على شعبتين احداهما تجريبية والاخرى ضابطة وعن طريق القرعة, حيث تمثلت شعبة (B ) بالمجموعة التجريبية والتي درست على وفق التعلم المنظم ذاتيا, واختيرت شعبة(A) لتمثل المجموعة الضابطة والتي درت على وفق الاسلوب المتبع من قبل المدرس, وبواقع (20) طالبا لكل مجموعة , وتم اجراء التكافؤ بينهما في بعض المتغيرات البدنية والمهارية.وتم بناء مقياس الوعي بالعمليات الحركية بعد اجراء الادبيات الاحصائية, كما تم بناء خطة تعليمية على وفق التعلم المنظم ذاتيا, وبعد تطبيق البرنامج تم اختبار المجموعتين لمهارات(الارسال المواجه من الاعلى- الضرب الساحق القطري-حائط الصد) كما تم قياس مستوى الوعي بالعمليات الحركية للمهارات, وبعد جمع البيانات وتفريغها تم التوصل الى النتائج الاتية :
- تفوق المجموعة التجريبية التي درست على وفق استراتيجية التعلم المنظم ذاتيا على المجموعة الضابطة التي درست على وفق الاسلوب المتبع في تعلم مهارات الارسال الموجه من الاعلى التنسي والضرب الساحق المواجه وحائط الصد.
- الوعي بالعمليات الحركية لدى المجموعة التجريبية التي درست على وفق استراتيجية التعلم المنظم ذاتيا كان افضل من المجموعة الضابطة التي درست على وفق الاسلوب المتبع.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is identifying the following:
1- The setting of specific gymnastic exercises for weightlifters (youth-class)
2- The effect of using gymnastic exercises on the maximum strength and the flexibility of certain body joints of the weightlifters
3- The effect of having limber joints and a high maximum strength on the weightlifters' performance and bar path
The weightlifters used the experimental research method by selecting two compatible groups, because it fits this type of studies well. The research population is represented by twelve weightlifters (selected purposively) from Al Diwaniya Club and Al Rafidayn Club, and they were divided into two groups (the control group and the experimental group). The researchers tested the weightlifters' performance, maximum strength, bar path and flexibility. Depending in the results of this experiment, the researchers concluded the following:
1- Using gymnastic exercises contributed to the enhancement of the weightlifters' joint limberness and affected their performance positively.
2- The enhancement of the weightlifters' flexibility affected their maximum strength and bar path positively.
The researcher recommends the following:
1- Coaches should include these gymnastic exercises in the training program of weightlifters, because it affects their maximum strength, performance and bar path during the snatch lift.
2- There should be more similar researches on high intensity exercises in order to improve the sporter's muscular power.

استخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي بأسلوب المجموعتين المتكافئتين لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة وحدد مجتمع البحث برباعي اندية محافظة الديوانية تم اختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية وهم رباعي نادي الديوانية ونادي الرافدين البالغ عددهم 12 رباع تم تقسيمهم الى مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية, تم اجراء التجانس والتكافؤ بين المجموعتين , اجرى الباحث الاختبارات الخاصة بالمرونة والقوة القصوى والانجاز برفعة الخطف , ومن خلال النتائج المستخلصة استنتج الباحث اهم ما يلي :
1- التمرينات الجمناستيكية ادت الى تحسين مستوى مرونة بعض مفصل الجسم بشكل اثر ايجابياً على الاداء الفني لرفعة الخطف .
2- ان تطور المرونة لدى الرباعيين اثر ايجابية واضحة بقيم القوة القصوى وكذلك في تحسن قيم المسار الحركي للثقل والانجاز للرباعيين.
ويوصي الباحث بان :
1- على المدربين تضمنين تمرينات الجمناستك خلال المنهج التدريبي للرباعين لما له من اثر ايجابي على القوة القصوى والمسار الحركي والانجاز برفعة الخطف.
2- اجراء بحوث مماثلة على الفعاليات التي تتطلب التمرين بشدد عالية لتطوير القوة العضلية

The Effect of Using Supporting Tools with Exercises for Learning the Flat Service Skill in Tennis

Abstract

The purposes of this research are:
1- Setting exercises using supporting tools to learn the flat service skill in tennis
2- Identifying the effect of these exercises to learn the students of the college of PE and sport sciences the flat service skill in tennis.
Depending on the type of the research problem, the researchers used the experimental research methodology by selecting two groups randomly (control group and experimental group) and taking pretests and posttests (whereby all factors and circumstances are constant and similar before and after the experiment, except for the tested variable). The research population is represented by 81 junior students of the college of physical education and sport sciences (University of Kufa) and the research sample consists of 20 students which are selected randomly and are divided into two groups of 10 students each (the control group and the experimental group). Thus, the research sample represented 24.6% of the total research population.
After testing the research participants, the researchers concluded the following:
1- Implementing these exercises by using supporting tools influenced the learning of the flat service skill in tennis effectively.
2- Using supporting tools during the performance is considered to have an effective influence on activating the role of exercises in training sessions.

هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد تمرينات بوسائل مساعدة في تعلم الإرسال المستقيم بالتنس , والتعرف على اثر التمرينات في تعلم الإرسال المستقيم لدى طلاب كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة . وخلالها أستخدم الباحثون المنهج التجريبي لملائمته وطبيعة المشكلة بتصميم المجموعة الضابطة العشوائية الاختيار ذات الاختبار القبلي والبعدي وهي من التصاميم التجريبية ذوات الضبط المحكم وهو تصميم يثبت فيه العوامل والظروف وجعلها متساوية في المجموعتين باستثناء المتغير المستقل وقصر وجوده في المجموعة التجريبية . حدد الباحث مجتمع البحث من طلاب المرحلة الثالثة لكلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة – جامعة الكوفة والبالغ عددهم (81) طالبا وأختار منهم عينة عددهم (20) طالبا بواسطة القرعة المتتابعة دون إرجاع ويقسمون إلى مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية وفي كل مجموعة (10) طلاب وبهذا تكون نسبة العينة (24.6%)

Abstract

The problem of this research is the difficulty of the 110m hurdle race which depends on the athlete's speed and performance, for it requires great acceleration in order to pass the hurdles and reach the final line. A mechanical relation between bio-kinematic variables is necessary for the athlete to pass the hurdles smoothly. The purpose of this research is identifying the values of certain bio-kinematic variables related to the ninth and tenth hurdle. The research sample consists of one of Iraq's champions in athletics. After performing the statistical processes, the researchers noticed a contrast in the values of the tested variables during the passage of the ninth and tenth hurdle. The athlete's speed and his launch angle before the hurdle affect the launching curve formed by the body gravity centre. The researchers' recommendation is reassuring the development of lengthening the athlete's speed during the hurdle race, for it affects the values of the tested variables greatly.

تمثلت مشكلة البحث في صعوبة اداء فعالية 110 م حواجز والتي تعتمد على السرعة والأداء الفني الذي يتطلب بذل اكبر سرعة لاجتياز الحاجزين والوصول الى خط النهاية , وعليه يجب ان يجتازهما بانسيابية وهذا لآياتي الا من خلال علاقة ميكانيكية صحيحة بين كل المتغيرات البايوكينماتيكية , وهدف البحث التعرف على قيم بعض المتغيرات في الحاجز التاسع والعاشر وطبيعة العلاقة بين المتغيرات , وقد تكونت عينة البحث من احد لاعبي أبطال العراق وبعد إجراء المعالجات الإحصائية الا أن هناك تباين في قيم المتغيرات لاجتياز الحاجزين التاسع والعاشر وان لسرعة وزاوية الطيران قبل الحاجز الأثر الأكبر في شكل قوس الطيران الذي يشكله مركز ثقل الجسم خلال الاجتياز وقد أوصى الباحثان التأكيد على تنمية صفة مطاولة السرعة لدى عدائي السباق لما لها من اثر في قيم المتغيرات .

The purposes of this research are:

The researcher concluded the following:

1- اعداد منهاج تدريبي لتنمية التحمل العضلي على بعض المتغيرات البدنية ومستوى اداء بعض الحركات من المرجحات السفلية على جهاز المتوازي للناشئين.
2- الكشف عن تأثير المنهاج التدريبي على بعض المتغيرات البدنية ومستوى اداء بعض الحركات السفلية على جهاز المتوازي للاعبي المجموعة التجريبية.
3- التعرف على الفروق في بعض المتغيرات البدنية ومستوى اداء بعض الحركات السفلية في الاختبار البعدي بين مجموعتي البحث التجريبية والضابطة.
وتوصل الباحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات :
1- اثر المنهاج التدريبي على مستوى اداء بعض الحركات من المرجحات السفلية، فضلاً عن تأثيرها على المتغيرات البدنية في كل من القوة الانفجارية (للذراعين)، القوة المميزة بالسرعة (الذراعين- الرجلين)، المرونة
(العمود الفقري - الأكتاف).
2- احدث المنهج التدريبي الذي نفذته المجموعة التجريبية تقدماً معنوياً في اختبارات مستوى اداء المهارات الحركية المؤداة من المرجحات السفلية (الدوكا، باسكت، موي، كب)، فضلاً عن اختبارات المتغيرات البدنية في كل من (القوة الانفجارية - للذراعين)، (القوة المميزة بالسرعة الذراعين- الرجلين)، (المرونة العمود الفقري-الأكتاف).
