Abstract
The research seeks to know the importance of financial flexibility and its relationship to banking risk in banks and this is done through studying the causal relationship between variables of financial flexibility through its indicators (financial leverage, cash balance ratio, employment rate) as an independent variable and banking risk as a variable dependent on its indicators (risk) Credit, liquidity risk, capital risk, market risk). he research problem was determined by the nature of the relationship between financial flexibility and banking risk, which is a problem in itself. And the methods used in banks to study the risks and knowledge of the extent to which indicators of financial flexibility can be applied in banks were studied, and what is the level of relationship between indicators of the study variables and their nature? This relationship was tested between Iraqi banks and Emirati banks using the quarterly financial statements for the period (2011-2018) and the study was applied to a sample consisting of (32) views. The research sought to test the hypothesis related to the cause relationship between its variables in order to reach the goals and objectives and diagnose the level and role Financial flexibility in the banks, the research sample, and specifying the mechanisms and practices that underpin the research variables. In order to process the data, the Cranger Casualty test was used.

The present research seeks to determine the nature of the relationships of influence and the link between the moral intelligence of the leader and strategic ambidexterity at the level of universities and private colleges in the province of Babylon To achieve this, the leader's moral intelligence has been relied on four sub-dimensions (integrity, forgiveness, responsibility, and empathy) while strategic ambidexterity was measured by two dimensions (Exploratory strategy, Exploitative strategy), The Descriptive And Analytical Methodology was used to present the research topics, The sample was (200) worker. A Variety Of Statistical Methods And Tools Have Been Used In Data Analysis It Was, Assertive Factor Analysis, Descriptive Statistics,(Pearson) Correlation Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling,& Path Analysis & These Methods Have Been Used On Statistical Programs (Amos,V,23, SPSS V.25), The research has reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which: that the ability of the leader and the extent of his enjoyment of a high level of moral intelligence in turn enhances the level of strategic ambidexterity of faculty members,the research concluded with a number of appropriate recommendations.

Abstract:
The aim of this study is evaluation the role of using the (Six sigma) in achieving the organizational activity. And to reach this goal, a hypothesis was studied and evaluated about the relationship between different variables. The (six sigma) applied on the present study as a constant variable with a five important different dimensions included (control, analysis, improvement, definition and measurement). In addition to another six dimensions represent the variable that determine the achievement of organizational activity and include (academic improvement of students, career improvement of students, personal improvement of students, the academic staff work improvement, the administrative and academic staff agreement and the openness to community). A questionnaire was applied by (35) academic lecturer and included (59) sections. Data analysis was obtained by (SPSS) program. the present study concluded that the academic committee show an agreement with importance of using the (six sigma) in achieving the organizational activity within the academic community.

Abstract
The study seeks to explore the role of financial technology in enhancing the effectiveness of financial inclusion. The study problem focused on a major question: Does financial technology have a role in enhancing the effectiveness of financial inclusion? The study assumed that there are correlations and impacts between financial technology and enhancing the effectiveness of financial inclusion. The study chose the Mosul Bank for Development and Investment as a community to implement the study, and its sample included (39) respondents from its employees, and the study used the descriptive and analytical approach to measure and complete its requirements, depending on the questionnaire as a main tool in data collection, and was analyzed through the statistical program (spss.Ver-19) The study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are:
1- That financial technology has an active role in enhancing the effectiveness of financial inclusion.
2- There are significant correlations and effects between financial technology and its dimensions and between enhancing the effectiveness of financial inclusion. The study suggested that banks in general should pay attention to financial technology and its applications because of its importance in providing financial services, accessibility to them and their great role in enhancing the effectiveness of financial inclusion.

Abstract
This research highlights one of the important influences on money, namely, is viral marketing as a modern concept in the field of marketing studies and research, and in the implementation of marketing functions, directly or indirectly, in increasing the sales of insurance policies? Therefore, the research was based on the hypothesis that viral marketing components have a significant effect on the financial, economic and social performance of national insurance companies by varying the performance of viral marketing according to temporal and spatial data.
By addressing the most important axes that constitute the conceptual and philosophical framework of this concept and conduct field research also through the design of a questionnaire distributed to a sample of Internet users from the staff of the universities of Babylon and Qadissiya. The research was based on analytical descriptive method. A questionnaire was developed and developed to measure the objectives of the research and test hypotheses. It consisted of two parts, the first part of which was represented in viral marketing with its indicators, the second part included insurance with its indicators, and the statistical analysis program (SPSS) The statistical package for social sciences and descriptive statistical methods to describe the research data, as well as the statistical method for the measurement of the research objectives and the hypothesis test. 50 questionnaires were distributed by 25 questionnaires distributed to Babil University staff and 25 were distributed to university employees Qadisiyah, where 48 forms were retrieved from (50) distributed forms.
Therefore, the study came out with a set of conclusions. What is the connection between the concept of viral marketing and the spread of advertising messages to national insurance companies via websites.
The researcher also aims to provide a number of ulcers to the National Insurance Company and the most important: the need to make the most of viral marketing as one of the most successful means of marketing through the adoption of its activities and dissemination of information about its products through the websites, which has a widespread spread.

Abstract:
Jensen (1986) first proposed the concept of free cash flow in the context of the agency's problem; however, he did not propose a specific account of free cash flow. Since then free cash flow has become a common measure for academic researchers and users of financial statements, but there is considerable variation in how free cash flow is calculated.
The present study seeks to determine the ability of the free cash flow model to measure the financial performance of the company by determining its ability to interpret and evaluate the returns of shares, by comparing the free cash flow model with the traditional accounting indicators of financial performance represented by the ratio of share price to net profit To achieve the objectives of the study, a sample of the 8 companies listed in the Iraq Stock Exchange were selected within different sectors during the period (2013-2017) and analyzed the results by the statistical program (SPSS). protrude A study outweigh the free cash flow model on the rest of the performance indicators in explaining stock returns for companies study sample.

Abstract
This research reflects a detailed picture of the economic reality of the use of Iraqi airspace. Therefore, the research divided into five main axes, the first axis defined airspace. The second axis addressed the reasons for charging wages for traffic in the airspace of the state and the services provided for those wages. The third axis devoted to revenues of Iraqi airspace. The fourth axis explained the relative importance of the revenue Iraqi airspace compared to the revenues of the Civil Aviation Authority and finally concluded with an oriental vision followed by conclusions and recommendations.

Abstract:
Commercial banks represent an essential pillar in the economy because of their significant role in achieving progress and development for the country. In the midst of the transformations that Iraq witnessed after 2003 and the trend towards a market economy, the financial markets in Iraq began to take a greater role than before in order to provide the necessary financial resources for the development process Economic. Commercial banks have endeavored to occupy a privileged position in the financial markets through their inclusion in the market, and in this context the research seeks to evaluate the financial performance of the Development and Finance Bank during the period 2015-2018 to identify its financial conditions and evaluate them and know the extent of what has been achieved from success, in addition to identifying points The strength and weakness of the bank. The results of the analysis of the financial performance evaluation indicators showed that there is an average performance of the bank during the period 2015-2018 due to the violence and instability that Iraq was exposed to that led to the suspension of the bank's activity for a long time.
