The present study is designed to diagnose the giardiasis from cattle and patients with
diarrhea arrivals to Maternity and Childhood Teaching Hospital and General Education
Hospital in Al-Qadisiya Governorate by using direct wet smear method as well as knowledge
of the rate of prevalence of giardiasis in Al- Diwaniyah province, and study the effect of age,
sex and nature of residence in the proportions of infection and investigate the genotypes of
Giardia lamblia from human and animal feces ,100 samples were collected (50 stool samples
of human and 50 feces samples of cattle).
In human, the result showed that the infection rate was 54% (27). The age group of 2-4 years
showed the highest rate of infection (40.7%), while children aged 8-10 years showed the
lowest rate of infection (3.7%). The results showed that 16 (59.2%) out of 27 and 11 (47.8%)
out of 23 of males and females were positive respectively, so the rate of females cases were
higher than males , with non-significant differences at p > 0.05 . It was found that the
majority of cases (66.6%) were from rural areas.
DNA was extracted from positive samples (25 samples of human and 25 samples of cattle )
then after amplified using primers for triosephosphateisomerase (tpi) gene that specific for
genotyping A and B, the result showed that 17(68%) were genotype B and 3(12%) were
genotype A, while 5(20%) were both genotype A and B.
However in cattle, the result showed that the infection rate was 70% (35). The age group of
<6 month showed the highest rate of infection was (45.7%), while calves aged 6month-1year
showed the lowest rate of infection was (22.8%). The results showed the number of positive
cases according to the sex were 14 (40%) and 21(60%) in male and female respectively that
showed higher positively of females when compared with males with significant difference at
p<0.05.
The result of distribution of genotypes of Giardia lamblia in cattle showed that 16(64%) were
genotype B and 5(20%) were genotype A while 4(16%) were both genotype A and B.

In this research, thin films of CdO: Mg and n-CdO: Mg/ p-Si heterojunction with thickness
(500±50) nm have been deposited at R.T (300 K) by thermal evaporation technique. These
samples have been annealed at different annealing temperatures (373 and 473) K for one hour.
Structural, optical and electrical properties of {CdO: Mg (1%)} films deposited on glass
substrate as a function of annealing temperature are studied in detail.
The C-V measurement of n-CdO: Mg/ p-Si heterojunction (HJ) at frequency (100 KHz) at
different annealing temperatures have shown that these HJ were of abrupt type and the builtin potential (Vbi) increase as the annealing temperature increases.
The I-V characteristics of heterojunction prepared under dark case at different annealing
temperatures show that the values of ideality factor and potential barrier height increase with
the increase of annealing temperature.

Calculations of sputtering yield for Lithium,Sodium and Krypton bombarded by the
same own ions are achieved by using TRIM program.The relation of angular dependent of
sputtering yield for each ion/target is studied. Also, the dependence of the sputtering yield of
target on the energy of the same ion is discussed and plotted graphically. Many researchers
applied polynomials function to fit the sputtering data from experimental and simulation
programs, however, we suggest to use Ior function for fitting the angular distribution of the
sputtering yield. A New data for fitting coefficients of the used ion/target are presented by
applying used function for the dependence of the sputtering yield on the ion energy.

In this paper a new fusion method is proposed to fuse multiple satellite images that
are acquired through different electromagnetic spectrum ranges to produce a single gray
scale image. The proposed method based on desecrate wavelet transform using pyramid and
packet bases, the fusion process preformed using two different fusion rules, where the low
frequency part is remapped through the use of PCA analysis basing on covariance matrix
and correlation matrix, and the high frequency part is fused using different fusion rules
(adding, selecting the higher, replacement), then the restored image is obtained by applying
the inverse desecrate wavelet transform. The experimental results show the validity of the
proposed fusion method to fuse such images with equally representation comparing with the
general wavelet fusion method that fuses the high frequency parts only.

In this study porcelain was prepared by using composition consisting of raw materials
with in following fractions , 50% kaolin , 25% feldspar, and 25% silica( SiO2) tested by XRay diffraction (XRD) method .Study the effect additives at different concentration from
zirconia (ZrO2) (2,5,10,15,20) Wt% on some physical properties of porcelain, the sample is
prepared by the conventional manufacturing method , It is found that some physical properties
of porcelain changes considerably with the substituent sample, It was found that the increase
of zrconia (ZrO2) additive of all our sample produce. Increasing in dielectric constant and
bulk density and decreasing with open porosity and dielectric loss tangent.

The removal of chlorpyrifos pesticide from aqueous solutions was achieved by adsorption using low cost agricultural residue as adsorbent surface; barley husks. Several variables that affect the adsorption were studied including contact time, adsorbent weight, pH, ionic strength, particle size and temperature. The absorbance of the solution before and after adsorption was measured by using UV-Visible spectrophotometer. The equilibrium data was suitable with Langmuir model of adsorption and the linear regression coefficient R2 = 0.9785 at 37.5°C was used to knowledge the best fitting isotherm model. The general shape of the adsorption isotherm of chlorpyrifos on barley husks consistent with (H3-type) on the Giles classification. Several thermodynamic functions such as (Gibb's free energy, enthalpy and entropy) of the on-going adsorption process have also been estimated. ( H°=0.0080 ) ,( The results of the pesticide adsorption process on barley husks indicated that the adsorption process is endothermic. The positive values of propose the increasing randomized. The negative values indicated the spontaneous process of adsorption.

This research includes the synthesis of new series of heterocyclic compounds. Reaction
of 2-nitro benzylidene)thiosemicarbazide(1) with ethyl chloro acetate gave (2-nitro
benzylidene amino)-2-thioxomidazolidine-4-one(2) ,treatment(2) with methyl iodide to
give(3)which was reacted with hydrazine to give 2-hydrazinyl-1-[(2-nitrobenzylidene)amino]-
1H-imidazol-5(4H)-one, andreation of compound(2) with aromatic aldehydes to give 5-
arylidene -3-({2-nitro benzylidene}amino)2-thioxo-3,5-dihydro-4H-imidazole-4-one(5a,5b),
which was reacted with ethyl aceto acetate to give 4-aryl-1-[2-nitrobenzylidene, amino -6-
oxo-2-thioxo octa hydro-1H-benzo[d]imidazole-5-carboxylate and followed synthesis of βlactamederivtives(9a,9b) by treatment derivatives(8a,8b)schiff bases with chloro acetyl
chloride .some new compounds were characterized by of some protone NMR of them and IR
spectroscopy.

Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II), and Cr(III) metal complexes with the ligand (L) [3-(2-
nitro benzylidene) amino-2-thioxoimidazolidin-4-one] have been prepared and
characterized in their solid state using the elemental micro analysis (C.H.N.S), flame
atomic absorption, UV-Vis spectroscopy, FT-IR, magnetic susceptibility measurements,
and electrical molar conductivity. The ratio of metal to ligand [M:L] was got for all
complexes in the ethanol by using the molar ratio method, which produced comparable
results with those results obtained for the solid complexes. From the data of all
techniques, octahedral geometry was proposed for Cr(III), Mn(II), and Co(II)
complexes, while tetrahedral structure was proposed for Ni(II), Cu(II) complexes.

A number of aqueous samples were collected from river Tigris in Baghdad city, enriched
~1000 times using solid phase extraction (SPE), then extracted the trace concentrations of some
polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) using an aqueous two-phase system (ATPS) composed of 1-
Methylpyridinium chloride [MePy]Cl and KH2PO4 salt. High performance liquid
chromatography technique coupled with ultraviolet (HPLC-UV) is used for the quantification.
Extraction under the optimized conditions of pH, solvent composition, duration and
temperature has given with a yield of PCB about 91%. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of
quantification (LOQ) for analyses are 0.11-0.62 µg.L
−1 and 2.67–3.43 µg.L−1 respectively with
relative standard deviations (RSD) ranging from 2.9-7.6 %. The method can be applied for the
analysis of other PCBs and bimolecular traces in aqueous media.

The current study includes (130) T2DM patients (group P) [51 males and 79 females with an ages range (35 to 55) and ages mean 49.89 years], they are sub-grouped into three categories according to their HbA1c value. patients with HbA1c less than 7 are considered as good controlled diabetic patients (30 patients) (group P1), while patients with HbA1c between 7 and 8 are considered as medium controlled diabetic patients (40 patients) (group P2), and the patient whom their HbA1c more than 8 are considered as uncontrolled diabetic patients (50 patients) (group P3). The patients group results are compared to control healthy subjects (35 subjects) (group C) [14 males and 21 Females with age range 45.51 years] matched for age, gender and BMI were included in the study. Patients and controls groups were characterized in terms of age (year), duration of DM (year), body mass index (BMI) (Kg/ m2) , serum insulin (μIU/ml) , fasting serum glucose (FSG) (mg/dl), Homeostatic model assessment (HOMA) parameters using HOMA2 calculator, MDA (mmol/L) using TBA reaction method, and EC-SOD activity (U/ml) , using riboflavin/NBT method. were measured for patients and control subjects. The HbA1c, FSG, FSI and I.R have been found to be significantly higher in diabetic patients group (P) in comparison to group C. The HOMA parameters (S% and β%) have been found to be significantly higher in group C as compared to diabetic patients group (group P), serum specific SOD activity, EC-SOD activity found to be significantly higher in control group C in comparison to patients group P. Serum MDA level showed a significantly higher value in diabetic patients group P in comparison to control group C. The FSG, FSI and I.R have been showed that they are increased as HbA1c increase, i.e. these parameter were higher in group P3 compared with group P2, group P1 and group C. HOMA parameters (S% and β%) have shown a significant decrease as HbA1c increase, i.e. these parameter were lesser in group P3 than group P2, and were higher in group P2 than group p1, although these parameters were lower in patients group P than control group C. and serum EC-SOD activity were decreased as HbA1c increase, i.e. SOD activity, specific SOD activity and serum EC-SOD activity were found to be significantly higher in group P1 comparing with group P2 and P3, while serum MDA level in group P3 was significantly higher than group P2, and P1. The serum MDA level in group P1 and group P2 showed a significant positive correlation with age. In group P3, MDA showed a significant negative correlation with serum Cr level, while, a significant positive correlation was observed with age, duration of DM, and HbA1c.We can conclude that the T2DM patients have a risk of oxidative stress due to increasing the level of serum MDA and decreasing EC-SOD activity. The HbA1c value between 7 to 8 % can not be considered as an acceptable HbA1c value, due the severing of oxidative stress rising manifested clearly in this patients group.

The synthesis and characterisation of new macrocyclic binuclear metal(II) complexes
derived from dithiocarbamate (DTC) ligand are reported. The reaction of a bis-secondary
amine, CS2 and KOH resulted in the formation of the free ligand. Two approaches were
implemented to synthesis the macrocyclic bis(dithiocarbamate) complexes; (i) from the
reaction of the free ligand with a metal ion, and (ii) via a one-pot reaction. In the free ligand
approach, complexes were obtained by the reaction of dithiocarbamate salt with the metal
ions; CoII, ZnII and CdII. However, the one-pot reaction is based on the mixing of the bissecondary amine, CS2, KOH and metal(II) chloride. Physico-chemical analyses were
implemented to characterise the ligand and its complexes. These include; elemental analysis,
thermal analysis, FTIR, UV-Vis, mass spectroscopy, magnetic susceptibility, conductance,
melting points and 1H, 13C- NMR spectroscopy. These studies indicated the formation of
binuclear macrocyclic complexes of the general formula [M(L)]2 (M= CoII, ZnII and CdII), in
which thier geometries about metal centers are tetrahedral. Antibacterial activity of the metal
complexes indicated that they have more activity against investigated bacterial strains,
compared to the free ligand.

Tridentate Schiff base ligand L2
and its complexes with nickel(II), cobalt (II), copper (II),
manganese (II) and mercury (II) ions have been synthesized by the condensation of 4-
Aminoantipyrine, Benzoin, then the ligand (L1
) and 3-amino benzoic acid. The ligand and its
complexes were described by 1H-&
13C-NMR, UV-visible, FT-IR, (only ligand), molar
conductance elemental, analysis and magnetic susceptibility, calculations. It has been set that
the ligand acts as (N, N, O) neutral tridentate forming chelates with stoichimetry (metal:
ligand) (1:1). all metal complexes is suggested Octahedral configuration. Most of the
prepared compounds show antibacterial activity to (Staphylococcus aureus),(Escherichia
coli), (Bacillussubtilis) and (Pseudomonas aeroginosa).

In present investigation, removal mechanism of methylene blue (MB) dye from aqueous
solution by using Avena fatua seed husk was investigated at 308K by batch method. Effect of
float/dry time, contact time, adsorbent dose, MB initial concentration, pH and temperature
was achieved to get the adsorption optimum condition. Equilibrium data were tested by
Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms and the data fitting well with Freundlich model . Kinetic
data analysis by pseudo-first order, pseudo-second order and intraparticle diffusion model and
the result shows better fit with pseudo-second order. Arrhenius equation at 298, 308, 318
and 328K was used to get the activation energy and found to be 23.57kJ.
. The
thermodynamic values of standard free energy, enthalpy and entropy show negative sign
exhibit spontaneous, exothermic and decrease the randomness respectively. The pH at point
of zero charge, specific surface area and FTIR spectra was measured for adsorbent and the
desorption process which achieved to regenerate the adsorbent after adsorption process.

This work is based on the synthesis of Cobalt(II) and Cadmium(II) mixed-ligands
compounds obtained from the reaction of N'-(4-methylsulfanyl-benzoyl)-hydrazine
carbodithioic acid methyl ester as a ligand and using ethylendiamine (en), 2,2'-bipyridine
(bipy) or 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) as a co-ligand. The synthesis of ligand (HL) was based
on multi-steps synthetic procedure. The reaction of 4-methylsulfanyl-benzoyl chloride with
hydrazine gave 4-methylsulfanyl-benzoic acid hydrazide. This compound was reacted with
carbon disulfide and potassium hydroxide in methanol to yield N'-(4-methylsulfanylbenzoyl)-hydrazine potassium thiocarbamate, which upon reaction with methyl iodide
resulted in the formation of the ligand. A range of physico-chemical techniques was used to
characterise the new ligand and its mixed-ligand metal complexes. These include; IR, UVVis, 1H, 13C NMR, elemental micro analyses, magnetic susceptibility, atomic absorption,
chloride content, and melting point. The physico-chemical analyses indicated the formation of
complexes of the general formula [M(L)2X], (X = ethylene diamine (en), 2,2`
bipyridine`(bipy) and 1,10 phenanthroline` (phen)), in which the coordination sphere about
metal centre is octahedral.

Objective of this work is the mixing between human biometric characteristics and
unique attributes of the computer in order to protect computer networks and resources
environments through the development of authentication and authorization techniques.
In human biometric side has been studying the best methods and algorithms used, and
the conclusion is that the fingerprint is the best, but it has some flaws. Fingerprint
algorithm has been improved so that their performance can be adapted to enhance the
clarity of the edge of the gully structures of pictures fingerprint, taking into account
the evaluation of the direction of the nearby edges and repeat.
In the side of the computer features, computer and its components like human
have unique characteristics. A program has been produced in the Visual Basic
environment. The goal of this program is to get the computer characteristics and merge
them with human characteristics to produce powerful algorithms of authentication and
authorization can be used to protect the resources that are stored in the computer
networks environments through the creation of software modules and interactive
interfaces to accomplish this purpose

This work presents a symmetric cryptography coupled with Chaotic NN , the
encryption algorithm process the data as a blocks and it consists of multilevel( coding of
character, generates array of keys (weights),coding of text and chaotic NN ) , also the
decryption process consists of multilevel (generates array of keys (weights),chaotic NN,
decoding of text and decoding of character).Chaotic neural network is used as a part of the
proposed system with modifying on it ,the keys that are used in chaotic sequence are formed
by proposed key generation algorithm .The proposed algorithm appears efficiency during the
execution time where it can encryption and decryption long messages by short time and small
memory (chaotic NN offer capacity of memory), also the system uses secret keys with array
of keys (weights of NN), that change at each iteration.

The present study aimed to try to find natural substances stimulate the production of bacteriocin, as well as "for detection of bacteriocin producing isolates. Two hundred and eighty ( 280) bacterial isolates, gram negative only, were collected from 760 different pathogenic samples, consist: (Urinary tract infection, septicemia, Vaginal inflammation and diarrhea).
The isolated bacteria are: Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia Pseudomonas aeruginosa,,
Salmonella typhi, Enterobacter cloacae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Serratia liquefaciens, Citrobacter freundii, Proteus mirabilis and Serrattia odorifera.
Cup assay method was used to detect bacteriocin production. Locally media prepared ( Nutriernt agar + Brassica rapa roots extract ) to detect bacterial bacteriocin production, compared with ( N. agar ) only. The results showed, the percentage of bacteria production of bacteriocin were (28.57%)/(80) isolates only on N. agar, while the ratio reached to (82.5%)/ (231) isolates by local media.Also this media gave (45 mm) in dimeter of inhibition zone in E. coli. Brassica rapa roots extract was used to stimulate bacteriocin production compared with mitomycin-c (Mt-c ) in five isolates of the E. coli. It was found the extract emulate Mt-, in dimeter of inhibition zone , protein concentration and activity. But it was better than Mt-c in some isolates.

The present study included the impact of the follow-up variation in the temperature of aqueous medium in the vertical migration behavior of different groups of Zooplankton, consisted species Cyclops vernalis, Daphnia magna, Diaptomus dilopatus, that have been grown in controlled in terms of light and pH laboratory conditions, so choosing temperature of respectively 16,20,24,28, and 32 ˚C.
The result showed a clear change in the migration behavior of testing planktonic species, it was a negative relationship between temperatures arises and individual of D. magna in the water column.While being appositive relationship with individual of C. vernalis and the same with D. dilopatus.
Also, the result revealed a different impact of transaction with different levels of temperature in swimming and activity of movement, as observed reduction in swimming and activity of movement for individuals of species D. dilopatus and C. vernalis when getting down to the bottom of the water, whenever the temperature rose, while the behavior of individuals of a species D. magna contract and characterize the maximum activity at higher temperatures.

In this study, the bacteria from sputum specimens of patients with respiratory tract
infections were isolated in IbnSina Teaching Hospital, Mosul city, Iraq. The bacteria were
subjected to phenotypic and biochemical tests necessary for identification. Twenty five
isolates of six different bacterial species were obtained, they are : Staphylococcus aureus,
Streptococcus pneumonia, Moraxella cattarhalis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pnuemoniae
and Pseudomona saeruginosa with ratios (64%, 12%, 8%, 8%, 4% and 4% ) respectively. The
sensitivity and resistance of these isolates to 12 antibiotic were studied, where the
Gentamycin appear to be more effective on most of the isolates while all the isolates showed
resistance to Nalidixic acid with 100% percent . Also, Plasmid DNA content showed different
sizes of DNA bands in four types of these isolates.

The study current included histological structure of stomach of Liza abu , anatomical
results found that stomach represent the expander non-convoluted part of gastrointestinal tract
it is located between the end of the esophagus and the beginning of the intestine , the average
length of stomach was (1.5) cm , composed of two parts : cardiac stomach which is represent
the anterior part and be thin- walled , the other part was pyloric stomach or gizzard and the
walls were thick . The internal surface of cardiac and pyloric stomach contain longitudinal
folds numbering (7), folds branching to finger shape structures extend inside the lumen .
Histological study showed that stomach wall composed of three main histological layers :
mucosa , sub mucosa , muscularis and externa serosa , the epithelial tissue that lining stomach
was simple columnar with thickness of (15)μ and (13)μ. In cardiac and pyloric stomach
respectively. Lamina propria of cardiac stomach contain tubular gastric glands , pyloric part
do not contain gastric glands at all sub mucosa was dense connective tissue extend from
mucosa to muscularis externa with thickness of (49)μ and (84)μ in cardiac a nd pyloric
stomach respectively. Layer with muscularis externa composed of smooth muscle fibers
arranged in two layers : internal circular thickness of (288.7)μ and (1666)μ in cardiac and
pyloric stomach respectively and external longitudinal layer with thickness of (157.5)μ and
(31)μ. In cardiac and pyloric stomach, serosa was a thin layer of loose connective tissue
surrounding by squamous epithelial cells with a thicknessof (10.5)μ .

A study was conductedto determine thethe effects of two insect pathogenic
fungiMetarhizium anisopliae and Beauvaria bassiana In biological control and comparing,
insecticide, Icon, on larva , pupa and adults stage of house fly was tested. The results
revealed non-significantly superiority differences in the percentages of cumulative death
between the recommended concentration of Icon and the M.anisopliae(2 × 1011), but the
results showed, significant difference in accumulation death between M. anisoplia ( 2 × 1011 )
and B. bassiana were found at the same concentration, the accumulation death of
M.anisoplia reached to 100, 80, 95% for larval, pupa and stage after 96 hours respectively,
compared with the accumulation death of B. bassiana ( 2 × 1011 ), 77.5, 70,82.5%, after
96hours respectively.The pesticide showedA significant impact on the larval and adult as the
ratio of the cumulative death reached two phases of 100% after 24 hours of treatment,While
the pesticide did not show a significant impact in the pupa stage as mortality rate reached 5%
at this stage after 96 hours of treatment, possibly due to the nature of the pupa that do not feed
as in the larval and adult.

An experiment was conducted at the laboratories of College of Agriculture – Kerbala
University during 2016. The aim of this study was to the effect of water extracts of medicinal
plants germination percentage and development of plumule and radicle growth .The
completely randomized design with three replicates was usedin each experiment consisted of
water extracts (T1= Distilled water),(T2= Eruca sativa Eruca sativa L),(T3= Fenugreek
Trigonella foenum - graecum L),(T4= Sweet FennelFoeniculum vulgare.Mill),(T5=Borage
Anchusa strigosa Lab),(T6=Dill Anethum graveolens L) ,(T7=Black cuminNigella Sativa
L),(T8=Cumin Cuminumcyminum L),(T9= CorianderCoriandrum sativum L. ). Results of
Lab. Water extracts that T9and T8 treatments significantly increased the germination
percentage (96.70 and 95%) and germination speed (1.38 and 1.35 seed / day) .whileT9,T8
and T5 gave the high radical lengths (4.05,3.02 and 2.31 cm) respectively. The T8 treatment
was superior in giving the higher average of plumule length (7.53cm) and dry weight radical
(1.03mg). The T9 significantly gave the highest average of force seedling(958) and dry
weight plumule(3.00mg) compared with the T1 treatment (control) which gave the lowest
values of percentage, germination speed and high length of radical, length of plumule , dry
weight radical, force seedling and dry weight plumule (80% , 1.14 seed / day ,

The anatomical study showed the epidermis leaves of Ricinus communis L.glabrous and

The experiment was conducted in twodifferentsplaces, one of this experiment in the field
was not under salt stress and the other experiment field was under salt stress.Those
experiments were conducted in college of AgricultureDiyalaUniversity atautmyseason
(2015 - 2016)to study the salt stress by usingseeds soaking with Hydrogen Peroxide and
foliar application in different concentrations ofAbscisic acid.The experiment statistical
design as RCBD was with three replicates.Soaking the seeds withHydrogen

were as follows: The α -Tocopherol concentrations, Catalase Enzyme,Proline content and
percentage of Electrolyte Leakageincrease withsalt stress for soil,comparing with soil not
under salt stress. The results showed that fourth level of Hydrogen Peroxide
Soaking(20)superior on the levels (0)of α-Tocopherol concentrations, Catalase
Enzyme,Membrane Stability Index, proline acid concentration and leaves areaincreased in
values(78.88%, 135.54%, 17.47%, 34.04% ,16.36%) respectively with soil under Salt
Stress.The results show increase in α-Tocopherol concentrations, Catalase Enzyme and
percentageof Electrolyte Leakagewith low amount of Abscisic acid sprayingABA0(0 mg.L-
¹)comparing with the ABA1(15 mg.L-¹)and ABA2(30 mg.L-¹),but the treatment of spraying
abscisic acid outperformedsignificantly increasedin the Membrane Stability Index anproline
acid concentrationin leaveswith increase at the level ofABA2(30 mg. L

)compareing with

The current study was conducted to study some certain quantities of dates , apple and
white vinegar.
It was noticed that the percentage of acetic acid was (3.6%, 4.5%, 2.7%), for each and
respectively, it was found that vinegar has an inhibiter biological activity against bacteria
isolated from rectal fistula inflammation cases.
It was also noticed that vinger types have ability to increase healing anus fistula and show
no toxicity on laboratory mice.

In this research, we studied the structural and optical properties of In2O3 films which
prepared by chemical spray pyrolysis method on the glass substrate heated 400 . The effect
of annealing temperature 100 for one hour on theses properties are studied. The result of Xray diffraction showed the prepared films were polycrystalline and orientation was (222)
before and after annealing, optical properties study for prepared films by using (UV-VIS-NIR)
spectrophotometer in the wave length range (300-1100)nm, We found the transmission
increases after annealing to 90%. Sensitivity measurement of In2O3 films for gas (CO) and
optical detector showed that after annealing at temperature 100 .

In this research we prepared thin films from pure polymer (polyvinyl alcohol
PVA )and doped with CuO with concentration 8% ,and Fe2Cl3 at different
concentrations (1,5,8)%.This films were prepared by casting method and placed
in Britidish (4cm diameter )with thickness(200±5)μm.Through the investigation
of(X-ray )diffraction it is found all that the samples have polycrystalline
structure .Also we measurement the optical properties from this films such as
absorption ,transmittion spectra ,absorption coefficient ,energy gap ,extinction
coefficient ,refraction index ,finesse coefficient ,the dielectric constant with two
parts the real and the imaginary and the optical conductivity .

Various types of heterogeneous five membered rings were prepared from the reaction of
the compound chloro Di Fluro acetic acid with Schiff bases (which was prepared using
different Aldehydes, Ketones, and amines [H10-H1] and five membered rings were prepared
(derivatives of Oxazolidine-5-one, and the presence of Tetrahydrofuran (THF) [H20-H11].
Melting points of the compounds were measured. The prepared compounds were diagnosed
spectrally by using UV-Visible and Infrared spectroscopy, and (1H-NMR) Spectrum for some
compounds. The results confirmed the validity of the proposed chemical compositions.

The study aimed to identify the extent of contamination of some imported canned meat to
Iraq through the assessment of the level of certain hormones, antibiotics and parasites which
included canned food samples and different types of canned beef and luncheon meat beef and
canned luncheon and canned chicken.

The results showed for the level of certain hormones progesterone hormone that has a
high level of these models in terms of its value ranged from (21.7-34.5) ng/ml and either
hormone testosterone was within allowable level where its value ranged from (1.4-4.4) ng/ml
As for antibiotics , there has been effective inhibitory in all canning toward the bacterium
Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa and E.Coli and by ranged between 10-
20 mm indication of the presence of the antibiotic tetracycline , and as for the parasites , we
did not find any parasite in this canned meat . It is clear from the foregoing that the need for
all kinds of imported canned meat subject to continuous detection of contamination with
antibiotics and hormones because of its direct impact on the preservation of public health.

In research we prepared electrical conductive polymer mixture wich consisted of three
polymers [pectin, poly vinyl acetate and poly Aniline] was prepared then doping silver
nanoparticles.
Meaning it was conducting research on the three stages the first is Preparing triple polymer
blend , Preparing silver nanoparticles and Tchoub mix triple Article nanoparticles in different
proportions to get (Nanopolymer composites), and Preparing and making chips complexes in
(casting method) for the purpose of measuring electrical conductivity her. Also we examined
samples spectrum infrared (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction), SEM microscope and atomic force
microscopy AFM. Electrical conductivity of the device chips have been measured (LCR)
results showed that the electrical conductivity values of chip made from polymer mix are
triangular (0.514 s/m) either the connectivity nanopolymer composite Increased to (1.66 s/m).

The aim of this study was to measure the concentration of some heavy metals (Lead,
Cadmium ,Iron and Cupper) in blood samples of workers who operate the diesel generator in
Baghdad city(Dora, Harthya, Bayaa and Hay al Jameaa ) ,and their effects on Testosterone
hormone. The study included two groups: the first control group consisted of 20 normal male
(non workers and non smoking), and the second consisted of 20 male (generator workers).
Blood samples were collected from each two groups, where each sample was divided into two
parts, the first part estimated blood concentrations of heavy metals while the second tested
testosterone. Data were treated statistically using (Statistical Analysis System 2012) program,
and the averages of the studied values were compared by least significant difference (LSD) at
the P< 0.05 level of probability.The results showed that the impact of exposure workers diesel
generators for vapors emitted from generator exhausts have a high concentration of heavy
metals which are significantly increased compared with the controlled group at probability of
P <0.05,that significant difference was (0.351,0.133,0.358,1.276) for Lead, Cadmium, Cupper
and Iron respectively which have significant effect on the testosterone hormone concentration
that significant difference was (0.947) at the level of probability P< 0.05.

In this paper simulation technique plays a vital role to compare between two
approaches Maximum Likelihood method and Developed Least Square method to
estimate the parameters of Frechet Poisson Lindley Distribution Compound. by
coding using Matlab software program. Also, under different sample sizes via
mean square error. As the results which obtain that Maximum Likelihood
Estimation method is better than Developed Least Square method to estimate
these parameters to the proposed distribution.
