The objective of the current research is to determine the nature of the relationship between organizational variables in reducing the impact of the trauma in the organizations and understanding how to avoid them, and because of the limitations of the previous foreign studies and their scarcity in the Arab world, which dealt with the current research variables, as well as the lack of one study that combines the current variables. The theoretical findings have been shown a knowledge gap to clarify the nature of the relationship between the current research variables of organizational resilience and organizational trauma in the organizations in general and in the hospital in particular. The practical findings also revealed a positive and moral relationship of organizational stability to organizational trauma.

The objective of the current research is to identify some of the teaching methods of Imam Jafar Sadiq (AS) and the extent to which the faculty members of the University of Kufa know the differences in the teaching methods of the teaching staff at the University of Kufa according to the variables (gender - specialization) Second: the design of a tool where the first of (20) method of teaching was established by Imam Jafar Sadiq (p) distributed to a group of arbitrators and then applied to the research sample Consisting of (200) members of the faculty at the University of Kufa, and after the completion (0.877). The correction was performed by the Spearman-Brown equation to adjust the resolution of the questionnaire, with the value after adjustment (0,934). The researchers used the weighted mean and the percentage weight to analyze the results, as well as the T-test for two independent samples As statistical means.The results of the first objective showed that Imam al-Sadiq (AS) used various methods of teaching during his teaching to his students As for the second goal, the results showed the knowledge of the teachers of the University of Kufa some methods of teaching at Imam Jafar Sadiq (p).
As for the third objective, the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between (scientific and human) and gender (males and females) at 0.05 level. In light of the results, the researchers presented a set of recommendations and suggestions

The importance of historical culture is due to the fact that we live today in a society that has undergone many social, economic and technological developments, and has been invaded by diverse cultural trends, which have led to a dangerous social and cultural schism - especially among young people - so Shiite thinkers were aware of the urgent need for a historical culture that contributes to rooting this belonging. History is considered one of the most prominent topics that have received special attention from Shiite thinkers, and opinions differed regarding the interpretation of historical events, especially with regard to the history of Shiism. The main idea of ​​this paper is to highlight the historical opinions of Shiite scholars published in the magazine Risalat al-Islam issued by the House of Rapprochement between Islamic Schools of Thought in Cairo, which focused on historical events that were the subject of discussion and controversy and the differing opinions of historians about them, including what relates to the doctrine of the doctrine of some Islamic sects. The importance of this issue lies in removing the ambiguity among some historians who wrote about Shiism and the Shiite sects, thus giving a clearer vision of historical issues. The researcher discussed the opinions of five of the most prominent Shiite scholars and compared them with the readings of historians from the modern era. It can be said, without falling into the trap of historical paradox, that the historical viewpoints of Shiite scholars are closer to a group of thinkers in the modern era after the old ideas were dominant in the Old Testament. The study came to answer several questions that came to the researcher\'s mind, including, for example, what is the role of the Zaidi Shiite writers who presented their beliefs in a historical style? What is the role of the Risalat al-Islam magazine in these beliefs? How did the Risalat al-Islam magazine deal with historical topics? What is the ultimate goal of Shiite scholars publishing their efforts in the Risalat al-Islam magazine? Green areas in neighborhoods are considered an essential and necessary element, which must be planned already. They are so important in urban land use, so this paper has focused on this use from environmental, climatic, as well as aesthetic aspects.
This paper also sheds light on geographical distribution of the green areas in An Najaf AL Ashraf City as well as explaining the national and international standards, which determine the share of each individual of these green areas. This is all to find out whether the green areas conform to international standards or not on the basis of the city neighborhoods.
A comparison is made between population distribution in the city neighborhoods from one side and the percentage of green areas as located in An Najaf master plan. Another comparison is also conducted between the green areas as located in the master plan and the actual green areas in the city.

Both types may have some influence upon the receiver. They do not only describe a phenomenon, an event, or a person. They have, moreover, a pragmatic dimension implied in the selection and sequence of expressions, giving prominence to some details other than others.

The research deals with strategic vigilance as an independent variable through its dimensions (technological vigilance, competitive vigilance, business vigilance and environmental alertness), and marketing excellence as a dependent variable through its dimensions (mutual benefit between the seller and the customer, innovative communication services, competitor analysis and market leadership capabilities). Iraq is one of the countries in which financial and administrative corruption has been rampant since the inception of the Iraqi state at the beginning of economic sanctions against lraq marked the beginning of the significant expansion of this phenomenon corruption worsened after 2003 with multiple factors having affected the spread of Iraqi state facilities and economic institutions to take multiple images and become challenges to nation building and the advancement of economic realitiesIt is therefore imperative to address such a phenomenon and reduce its proliferation , especially at the current stage ,when lraq aspires to build adevastated economy , will that seeks to lift the country out of corruption

1. The aim of the research is to identify the impact of strategic intelligence through its dimensions (vision, vision and motivation) in achieving marketing flexibility through its dimensions (distribution, promotion, pricing and product).
