Reading comprehension has several levels. Each level includes a group of skills that can be divided into levels. These levels are: Deductive Comprehension Level, Critical Comprehension Level, Taste Comprehension Level and Creative Comprehension Level.
This study is concerned with developing the skills of these high levels through a combination strategy based on Extensive and intensive reading to develop reading comprehension levels for preparatory stage female students in Iraq. This strategy is based on four pillars:
a- The students should take responsibility to choose what text to read, study and analyze, aiming to enable them to reach the required reading comprehension levels.
b- The students should choose the books they prefer to read without imposing texts or books on them.
c- When choosing books the students should read, many criteria should be relied on to seek guidance on the selection. Some of these criteria are: chosen books' compliance with society values, variety of topics, commitment to a minimum number of books to read, commitment to a minimum number of pages per book to read, as well as being an interesting, easy, short and diverse book.
d- Using modern assessment methods to assess the students' comprehension of the text they have read. In this regard, the students should prepare written reports about the texts they have read. Also, teacher-students and students-colleagues meetings should be heldto discuss the read texts. Therefore, the assessment method used here is different from the conventional method which is written exams.
The study problem has been determined as weakness of reading comprehension skills among preparatory stage female students, lack of modern strategies to develop these skills; such as a combination strategy based on Extensive and intensive reading. In order to solve this problem, the study has answered the following questions:
1. What are the suitable reading comprehension levels and skills for preparatory stage female students in Iraq?
2. What are the bases of constructing a combination strategy based on Extensive and intensive reading to develop reading comprehension levels among preparatory stage female students in Iraq?
3. What is the combination strategy based on Extensive and intensive reading to develop reading comprehension levels among preparatory stage female students in Iraq?
4. How effective is the new teaching strategy?
5. How strong is the impact of the combination strategy based on Extensive and intensive reading on developing reading comprehension skills and levels in Arabic language among preparatory stage female students in Iraq for the experimental and the control groups in the test performed after the implementation on one hand, and in the experimental group in the tests performed before and after the implementation on the other hand?
In order to reach answers for the above subsidiary questions, this study followed some steps as follows:
1- Determining the suitable reading comprehension levels and skills for preparatory stage female students in Iraq, making a list of these levels and skills, demonstrating them to a group of judges to determine their relative weights and reach their final forms, and formulating the reading comprehension skills test for preparatory stage female students in light of this list.
2- Determining combination strategy steps and procedures based on Extensive and intensive reading to develop reading comprehension levels for preparatory stage female students in Iraq, and constructing a list of these steps.
3- Determining bases for constructing a combination strategy based on Extensive and intensive reading to develop reading comprehension levels among preparatory stage female students in Iraq.
4- Constructing the combination strategy based on Extensive and intensive reading to develop reading comprehension levels among preparatory stage female students in Iraq, including strategy objectives, its content, activities, educational and assessment methods.
5- Measuring the effectiveness of the combination strategy based on Extensive and intensive reading to develop reading comprehension levels among preparatory stage female students.
Some of the most important conclusions reached by the study:
The effectiveness of the combination strategy based on Extensive and intensive reading to develop reading comprehension four levels as a whole among preparatory stage students is proven. The results have shown statistical variances of 0.05 between the averages of students grades in the experimental and the control groups in the tests performed after the implementation on one hand, and between the experimental group in the tests performed before and after the implementation on the other hand, in favor of the after-implementation measure.

This research will study the impact of the climatic conditions in the province of AL-Najaf on human heat comfort. To illustrate the most influential elements on the human climatic comfort. Some factors were applied to measure the thermal comfort, including the presumption affecting the heat tempreture, the presumption of wind, and the outline of Singer for the purpose of access to determine the levels of comfort in the study area. As it indicated by the evidence relied on this research to determine the best months thermally comfortable for humans and to determine the months that will be uncomfortable during the day and the night and the whole day to give more realistic result of the thermal comfort in the province of Al- Najaf.
The study concluded that each of the months (April and October) are ideal for the convenience of the human comfort among the rest of the months of the year in most of the evidence used in the province of Al- Najaf . The proportion ranged comfortable months in this stusy was between (16 - 58. %) of the months of the year. While the discomfort months was ranged between (42-84%).

Monetary authority intervenes to determine the value of its currency to ensure the improvement of economic situation in general and the trade balance in particular, many countries devaluate its currency (raise of exchange rate) and cause intended shock to maintain its competitive position in the international markets, But the devaluation process may not achieve their objectives If it carries out randomly. This study tried to workout standards more accurate and more realistic to determine the exchange rate, based on the method of purchasing power parity and the way trade balance, these standards have been applied at four countries, namely Pakistan, Kenya, Morocco and Mexico, which followed a fixed exchange rate system and has devaluate their currencies in different years. The studied countries failed to determine the appropriate time to devaluate of their currencies that does not succeed in achieving remarkable results of the mentioned economies, but on the contrary flipped operation in Mexico into an economic crisis.

It practiced a number of major European powers to exercise the fundamental and influential role in shaping international politics, which formed so prominent feature since the late nineteenth century until the beginning of the twentieth century, but the developments of the post-World War I (1914 - 1918) and political compromises that accompanied in light of the deteriorating economic conditions, hampered greatly that role. And noon that the impact of the growing role of the United States and Japan and their impact is clear in the course of that war, and the nature of their policy objectives Foreign which intersected beyond. Accordingly, the research represents an attempt to reveal the nature of the American competition - the Japanese in the Far East in the light of the Washington Naval Conference, who represented one of the most prominent stages.

Search section into three main axes, the first axis cared for Japan on the eve of the Washington conference, presenting a summary of their role in World War I and its quest to ensure gains in the Far East, holding them several treaties with relevant countries in the region. The second axis and studied the reasons for the conference and the nature of the external and internal conditions that forced Japan to participate in it. While the latter axis explained the results of the conference and its impact in Japan, especially after the attempt by the United States and Europe, to extract most of the gains obtained in the Far East.
It seems that Washington Naval Conference an important historical point of international relations in the Far East and the world, and the first successful step in the process of disarmament. It was not only for Japan to participate in the conference being the major countries and meet the demands of its economic and public opinion as well as the impact of the international bloc against it. As the United States became more role in international affairs being conceived the idea of holding the conference and its director, and succeeded in encircling Japan in the Far East after becoming (open door policy) is part of an international law of select European countries and interests of activity in the region, at a time to make way for the United states of America move in China, and rein in Japan's expansionist policy and its economic interests there.

During the First haif of the sixteenth century, the European countries witnessed unstalbe situations in all aspects of life due to the radical changes which negatively affected the relationship which combined the European countries. Asaresult, historians described this century as the (transformation century), as we find that each country tried to build its political and regional entity on the expense of its neighbouring country. This made the political borders change from time to tine, especially after the entrance of France the war with the Holy Romanian Empire and what accompanied it of politicad and diplomatic denelopments which ramged between charters and treaties, on one hand, and conflicts and wars on the other hand.
Scientific motives, knowledge aspiration, understanding the French Policy towards the Holy Romanian Empire, and what accompanied it of historical events, treaties, military alliances that changed the course of the European Policy especially the conflict which the Italian lands witnessed at the end of the fifteenth century and the first half of the sixteenth century. Besides the topic has not been investigated before by Iraqi researchers, all these constitute the motive which made the researcher choose this subjech entitled (The Policy of France towards the Holy Romanian Empire in the reign of kiv) Francois I (the first)- The researcher made the time extending between the year 1515 which represented the holding of François I the throne of Framce and 1547 which was the end of François I reign on France due to his death,the timeframe of this research as it is reharded astage which was standg on its own and witnessed importamt historical enents.
The nature of the Study has required dividivg it into an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion.
The first chapter deals with the regional policy of France (1483-1520) and it includes two sections (parts). The first section focuses on the regional policy of Framce during the period (1483-1515). The Second section, on the other hand, inrestigates the regional policy of France in the reign of king François I (1515-1520) iaclnding subpoints.

Second: his policy after holding the throne and it also sheds light on his intenior policy and his policy towards the church and religion men.
Third: his regional expansion in Milan and Gerog, The second chapter inchudes France Policy towards the Holy Romanian Empire (1521-1533) It includ Sections – The first deals with the Holy Romanian Empire in the period (1515-1525), The second section inchudes Madrid treaty in 1526 and its influence on the policy of the European countries (England, Ottoman State, and Pope Clement VII, and his role in kojnak nato). The third section presents France Position towards the invasion of the Italian lands by the Holy Romanian Empire and its effects (1527-1533).
The third chapter is devoted to the influence of the French- Ottoman alliance on the policy of the Holy Romanian Empire and its allies, It is divided into three sections. The first section investigate the French – Ottomanian nearness and its influcnce on the policy of the Holy Romanian Empire (153401536). The second section studies the French – Ottomanian alliamce and its influence on the policy of the Holy Romanian Empire and its allies (1537-1540). The third section deals with the French Position towards the greeds of the Holy Romanian Empire in North Africa (1541-1547).
We have concluded that relation of France with the Holy Romanian Empire during the era which preceded the advent of king François I (the first) to the throne of France in 1515.I had been characterized with calmness one time and with tension another time and with tension another time. The was what the inrelatiternal circumstances of the two counties had determined and their erlations with the other European countries. The conflict between the king François I and the Emperor Charles V had formed an importamt episode from the episodes of conflict and competition which Europe witnessed in the first half of the sixteenth century,and it had been reflected on the tension of the French-European relatiors.
The study ends with documenting the referemces used in writing the research. These references have been arranged alphabetically. In addition, illustrative maps have also been included which represent the most important events which accompanied the policy of France and its allies towards the Holly Romanian Empire and its allies. We hope that this study presents a clear image about the history of France during this period.

Aim of the research to identify the impact of learning strategies in (small learning groups) and (Think - Pair - Share) in the collection of university education students mathematical knowledge and to achieve the goal of a promising researcher Search achievement test of multiple choice Has been applied to a sample of students in the fourth year of mathematics at the faculty of Education for women University of Kufa, a population of 46 students reached and by 23 student experimental group first studied according to the strategy of education in small groups and 23 student second experimental group which studied according to the strategic thought - coupled – Participated. The researcher has used averages, standard deviations, and samples t test for data processing and analyzed,. Results showed
1 . There is a statistically significant difference between the arithmetic mean and medium premise answers to the experimental group first.
2 . There is a statistically significant difference between the arithmetic average and average premise Answers to the second experimental group.
3. There is no a statistically significant difference between the averages of the sample answers in the two experimental groups.

After reviewing the images of heaven and hell in the holy Qur’an we might deduce that the place is a key part in these images and scenes. Any image could not be formed without a place where it can be, it is the space occupied by the material and are formed inside it.
The sacred text has been segmented the place in images of paradise; it has mentioned its public place and this place is occupied by the gardens which beneath the rivers and also mentioned the special place as a kind of bliss distinctive places there.
The particular of place and what it is containing were a basic part of for making believable image or the scene in the imagination of the receiver, which aggravated to entice that image. It is the underlying function behind the imaging of images in paradise in the holy Qur'an.
The connotation of location was displayed on the psychology of the receiver. The place is a friend and a lover who longed by man in his dreams and his wakefulness. He finds comfort, serenity, tranquility and happiness with it and this is what the sacred text means. It characterizes to the human being the most beautiful place he can imagine and want it, to entice him to conduct the goodness way in the world life to win that bliss in the afterlife.
But the connotation of place in the form of hell in the afterlife has had a prominent role in the intimidation process on the receiver, because the place is mentioned in those pictures was a hateful, adversary and horrible place for man, which represents the hell place, suffering, darkness, cruelty and everything imagined by man as a place without life, comfort and stability.
The sacred text has pictures the public place of hell, similar to the deep pit finite as big and grandeur so as not to see the dimensions and sees its bottom, inflamed a greatest fire inside it with high flames, intense heat, spewing out culprits, tossing them with its flames and burning them with its heat, and they see only the darkness.
The text as well as characterizes images for special places of hell, the torment doubled and the darkness and cruelty increased. So the sense of intimidation doubled at the receiver when imagined, fearing and frighten may be that shuns sin in his life, and exhibits through the way of goodness that Almighty Allah ordained to him.
The image of the place in hell came with few details, blurry, and black color to increase the significance of fear at the recipient in exchange for a photo of place in paradise, the ones that come accurate detailed, dimensional imaging and assorted colors to increase the significance enticement at the recipient.
Finally, the stability of place was much significance in overflow the tranquility, serenity and comfort to the recipient at the pictures of paradise as a kind of bliss there. As opposed to the instability of the place, but not mentioning any place that man could put his step on in hell. He fluctuates between the flames of fire in hell. There is no settle and he does not know or distinguish the dimensions and trends inside it as a kind of torment and increasing anxiety and pain there. We seek refuge with Allah and beware.

Certainly Stylistics has a special place as a critical technique among contemporary researches.With the goal of discoveringthe aesthetic and artistic values in literary texts, this method analyzes the linguistic elements of texts and coherent relationship between them.This is due to the trust to stylistics on the harmonic levels of language, which includes the phonetic, syntactic, morphologicl ,and lexical levels.The phonetic level,is the first and most important one among these four levels since it reviews sound as a raw material for forming a language and other levels rely on it.
This study tries to match the phonetic level in the literary letters of Abdullah al-Nadim(1843 -1896), who is a leading figure in Egyptian history. This study has focused on rhymes and rhythms in a regular sequence of phonetic values that have a significant effect onartistic and literary beauty."Phonetic Rhythm in the Literary letters of Nadim: a Stylistic Analysis"is the name of an article that explores the most clear elements of phonetic rhythm “ repetition, pun,rhyme” in the literary letters which are distinguished for the sensible and intense rhymes and rhythms. This is obtained through theoretical and comparative axes: - The theoretical axis: Abdullah al-Nadim: his life and his literary developments, his works and his literary position ; stylistics: its creation, definition and levels; rhythm: definition and its types. -The comparative axis:phonetic rhythms in the literary letters: repetition, pun , rhyme. One of the most important results the study has achieved is that the literary letters are marked with phonetic rhythms so that Abdullah al-Nadim has dignified through them since he has used all the elements including pun,rhyme and repetition for semantic goals,building culture,training and bringing discipline. Therefore the literature of Abdullah al-Nadim is a technical literature that considers cultural and social reforms.
The method of this study is adjustment of stylistic theory of al-Nadim letters following the descriptive- analytic approach.

The current research aims to identify the effectiveness of Bayer's strategy to achievement and critical thinking to the fifth grade in literary history students.
To investigate the aim of the research hypotheses formulated researcher Elsafreeten:
1 There is no difference statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group that studied material history of Europe, students of modern and contemporary strategy of Bayer and the average score control group which is studying material history of modern and contemporary Europe in the traditional way students (normal) in the collection school.
2 There is no difference statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) shows the average scores of the experimental group students who have studied the material history of Europe modern and contemporary strategy of Bayer and the average score of the control group students who have studied the material history of modern and contemporary Europe in the traditional way (normal) in test Critical Thinking dimensional.
To investigate, the researcher chose determined experimentally a partial set a design with pretest and posttest equal groups and select researcher preparatory Hussein Ali Mahfouz for boys to be sample Current search amounted research sample (60) students from fifth grade literary students and the rate of (30) students per group of two sets Find (experimental and control).
Researcher conducted parity between the research sample in
intelligence and academic achievement for parents, and the information in
the previous test history variables students, and chronological age
measured in months for students and others from other variables.
Having identified the researcher scientific article of the first three chapters of the book material history of Europe, modern and contemporary, the researcher taught the two sets of search himself coined the researcher targets behavioral three chapters numbered (180) behaviorally target of six levels of Bloom's Taxonomy (memory, comprehension, application, analysis , installation, Calendar) and prepared a researcher plans to study the two sets of search and display models, including a group of experts and specialists in teaching methods and measurement and evaluation.

In order to analyze the search results used researcher appropriate statistical methods to achieve the objectives of the research, the research found the
following results: superiority of modern and contemporary experimental group students who have studied the material European history according
to Bayer's strategy to control group students who have studied the same material in the usual way in critical thinking and academic achievement.

One of the conclusions reached by the current research are:
1 The results showed that Bayer's strategy to impact positively evident in academic achievement and critical thinking among literary fifth grade students.
2 requires Bayer's strategy of teacher doubly effort to manage the panel discussion and dialogue among students.
3 Bayer's strategy to generate in students the ability to interpretation, analysis and criticism, listening and discussion.
In light of the search results, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations including:
1 adoption of Bayer's strategy in the teaching of European history of modern and contemporary literature at the fifth-grade students.
2 attention to preparing for pre-teacher at all levels of education, especially in the colleges of education so that the focus is on aspects of thinking, especially critical thinking skills.

1. To identify the effectiveness of the guided discovery style and the style adopted in learning some of the motor skills on two devices (Uneven bars and the balance beam) for the students of the second stage College of Physical Education.
2- To identify the differences between the two styles of the guided discovery and the style adopted in learning some of the motor skills on two devices (Uneven bars and the balance beam) for the students of the second stage College of Physical Education.
The researcher used the experimental method for suitability to the nature of the research problem, the research was conducted on a sample of students in the second year of the academic year 2015- 2016,the sample was chosen by purposively method in the College of Physical Education / University of Salahuddin and of their number was (32), a student, has been divided into two simple random way by lot and by (16) students and the experimental group was (16 students) for the control group, an application program took (8) weeks by educational unit once a week, it was appropriate statistical data means through the statistical treatment of the bag ٍSPSS.
Through the search results was reached the following conclusions:
1. That the two styles of guided discovery and the style adopted (demonstrate and explain) has had a positive effect on learning some skills under study on the two devices (balance beam and different parallel height.
2-The results showed that the learning style of the guided discovery was the most effective from adopted style (demonstrate and explain) in learning the skills under study on the two devices (balance beam and different parallel height).
3- The results showed that the control group which used the adopted style (demonstrate and explain) that there is a development appear in learning the skills under study on the two devices (balance beam and different parallel height).

1. Many different demonstrations can be appeared in Egypt that they have very vital role in the Egyptian community which included many things that one of them is women and they have too much respect and consideration for their distinguished estate in the community and different fields of daily life. As well as the evident role in changing the requirements of living through freedom of expression that women should have at that time.
2. The Egyptian community had too much demonstration of luxury which had been shown through the dresses of its community and they had been made the best quality of cloth in Egypt at that time . as a result these demonstrations had also shown the economic progress which Egypt had had in the age of Al MaMalik's.

Looking at the great integration between the chemistry books and the teachers of this subject in the educational process and what leads to such integration of the suitable and profitable results, the researcher tries to shed the lights on the availability of the standard ethics of science in the chemistry books and to recognize the rate that (the future chemistry teachers) possess to these ethics.
To achieve the objectives of the research, the scholar has prepared two tools to examine. It has been asserted of its validity and stability.
One of these tools is a classification table to analyze the content to detect the standard ethics of science in three main books (academic, applied, and humanity) including (17) sub-fields. As it has been analyzed (310) pages of the three samples books in the research.
While the second tool, which is the measurement of the scientific ethics includes (43) positive and negative items. It has been applied on (37) female senior students of the chemistry department who are the sample of the research. After the data has been processed, the results has referred to the following:
• The books of chemistry for the second and third year do not include the standard ethics of science, while these criteria were available in the chemistry books of the first year of intermediate school only and in a level that is more than suggested by the specialists and experts.
• The standard ethics of science has been varied in the main field and the three books of the research’s sample.
• The students of the chemistry department in the college of education for girls from the research’s sample have these standards with a large rate that reached (94,5%) from the sample. This attribution obtains the highest scores of the suggestion criterion by the experts and the specialists, which reached (75%) degree. The study has reached to a number of conclusions and recommendations.
