قواعد الأخلاق في تحديد مضمون العقد

Abstract

The subject deals with the legal relation ship between the moral values and the civil contract, but not the philosophical relation ship. It runs through a concept that remains obscure for a long time . It is the concept of moral values with in the contract through showing the moral values of a contract between individuals, beside the influence of the moral rule upon the legal rule. The subject also in bodies this relation ship.
That is because the moral rule is one of the relative, developed concepts. It is in a changing and differing form as the time and place changes and differ.
Then the subject shows the influence of this change upon the content at the contract .

Abstract

ان الموضوع يعالج العلاقة القانونية، لا الفلسفية بين القيم الاخلاقية والعقد المدني،وانه يعالج مفهوما لطالما بقي مبهما، وهو مفهوم قواعد الاخلاق في العقد من خلال اظهار القيم الاخلاقية التعاقدية بين الافراد وتاثير القاعدة الاخلاقية على القاعدة القانونية وتصور هذه العلاقة. كون القاعدة الاخلاقية من المفاهيم النسبية والمتطورة،وتتغير وتتبدل باختلاف الزمان والمكان وبالتالي مدى تاثير هذا التغير على مضمون العقد.

Abstract

This paper deals with behavioral finance through behavior irrational finance Managers facilities in financial decision-making through the analysis of their positions of preference or risk aversion,and the main objective of the research is determined to clarify and test the role of behavioral finance through patterns of behavior in different positions and through preferences taken by managers and investors about the risk and the contrast between the rational behavior and irrational behavior and its impact on the decisions made by the managers on the level of investment , finance.
The search is based on the problem stand out by reviewing many of the recent literature in financial management seems that the research variables of ( funding behavioral and financial decisions ) are still under construction and intellectual debate on the level of theory and application researchers did not reach to the level of maturity of knowledge , in these concepts , including helping to determine their impact on achieving the goals of the facility and absorb the intellectual propositions that came out .A search and adopted on the premise Hypothesis is no correlation between the effect of the behavior patterns of financing ( of risk preferences ) and financial decisions of ( investment decisions and funding decisions ) and the research sample consisted of a group of banks listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange . The research was presented an explanation and clarification of the variables and the researcher used a set of statistical tools to analyze and manipulate data through software (SPSS) and the researcher found to a set of conclusions among which the correlation effect between the variables of the research as the researcher presented a set of recommendations, including increased communication and interaction between the administration of the facilities and centers academic and research to increase understanding of behavioral factors to improve decision-making .

Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث التمويل السلوكي من خلال السلوك غير العقلاني لمدراء التمويل في المنشآت في اتخاذ القرارات المالية من خلال تحليل مواقفهم من تفضيل او النفور من المخاطرة,وكان الهدف الرئيسي من البحث يتحدد بتوضيح واختبار دور التمويل السلوكي من خلال انماط السلوك في المواقف المختلفة ومن خلال التفضيلات التي يتخذها المدراء والمستثمرين ازاء المخاطرة والتباين بين السلوك العقلاني والرشيد والسلوك غير العقلاني وانعكاس ذلك على القرارات التي يتخذها المدراء على مستوى الاستثمار والتمويل.
ويستند البحث على مشكلة تبرز من خلال مراجعة العديد من الادبيات الحديثة في الادارة المالية يبدو ان متغيرات البحث المتمثلة (بالتمويل السلوكي والقرارات المالية) مازالت قيد الجدل والبناء الفكري على مستوى النظرية والتطبيق ولم يتوصل الباحثين الى مستوى نضج من المعرفة,في هذه المفاهيم بما يساعد على تحديد تأثيرها على تحقيق اهداف المنشأة واستيعاب الطروحات الفكرية التي جاءت بها.واعتمد البحث على فرضية رئيسة هي عدم وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير بين انماط التمويل السلوك (المتمثلة بتفضيلات المخاطرة) والقرارات المالية المتمثلة (بقرارات الاستثمار وقرارات التمويل).
وتألفت عينة البحث من مجموعة من المصارف المدرجة في سوق العراق للاوراق المالية. كما قدم البحث تفسيرا وتوضيحا المتغيرات واستخدم الباحث مجموعة من الادوات الاحصائية في تحليل البيانات ومعالجتها من خلال برنامج (SPSS) وتوصل الباحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط وتأثير بين متغيرات البحث كما قدم الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات منها زيادة التواصل والتفاعل بين ادارة المنشآت والمراكز البحثية والأكاديمية لزيادة فهم العوامل السلوكية لتحسين اتخاذ القرارات.

Vacillation between Identities in The Poetry of Theodore Roethke

Abstract

This paper investigates the ideas of the American poet Theodore Roethke (1908-1963) on identity and the mystical concept of identification in his poetry.
The paper is divided into three sections. Section one is an introduction that starts with a brief account of the poet's life and thought. This is followed by brief notes on the influences on Roethke's thought and poetry.
Section two contains the main body of the paper; in which the researcher reveals Roethke's vision of the cosmos in relation to its constituent parts. The discussion sheds light onto two aspects: the human self and the material world, and the human self and Divinity. The poems chosen for the study show the poet's attempt to reveal the bonds that tie the inner self with the physical world on one hand, and with divinity on the other; they also exhibit the fluctuation of the speaker's identity and his assuming different identities during his spiritual communion with the outside world.
Finally, the paper ends with a conclusion that sums up the findings of the study

Abstract

يعنى هذا البحث بدراسة افكار الشاعر الامريكي (ثيودور روثكي) (1908-1963) فيما يخص تذبذب الهوية وفكرة الاتحاد الصوفية في شعره.
يقع البحث في ثلاثة أقسام رئيسة؛ الاول منها هو مقدمة عن حياة الشاعر و فكره.يتبع ذلك ملاحظات عامة تلخص ابرز من أثر على فكر وشعر (روثكي) بهذا الخصوص.
أما القسم الثاني فيضم متن البحث.اذ يكشف فيه الباحث عن نظرة الشاعر الى الكون والوجود ككل وعلاقة هذا الكل باجزاءه المكونة.ويسلط النقاش الضوء على جانبين هما:النفس البشرية و العالم المادي، والنفس البشرية و الالوهية.وتكشف القصائد المختارة للدراسة عن العلاقة الوثيقة التي تربط ما بين النفس و العالم المادي من جهة وبين الالوهية من جهة اخرى. كما تظهر القصائد تذبذب هوية المتكلم في القصائد وتقمصه هويات مختلفة خلال تواصله الروحي مع العالم الخارجي.وينتهي البحث بخاتمة تلخص أهم النتائج التي خلصت إليها الدراسة.

Abstract

Investigating the fine arts in Mesopotamia reveals that concepts and the religious and social beliefs had been representing the cornerstone in the arts of the ancient Man in the pre-historical and historical eras. The arts of ancient Mesopotamia contained some spiritual, and mythical dimensions that could give logical interpretation for the relationship between Man and the universe, nature, and the pantheon of gods. These dimensions represented many of the opinions and fancies concerning everything around the ancient Iraqis. This had made them represent the images of gods, persons, and animals in the from of dummies and terracotta plaques made by pottery molds of different rorms and sizes.
The use of these dummies and terracotta plaques had been widespread among the inhabitants of Mesopotamia . They had been important artistic productions which had been used in the ritual and magic activities in the houses since the ancient Iraqis had believed that these artifacts could give them the good and protect them from the Evil.

تَحري الفنون التشكيلية في بلاد الرافدين يكشف بان المفاهيم والاعتقادات الدينية والاجتماعية كانا يمثلان حجر الزاوية في فنون الانسان القديم سواء أكان ذلك في عصور قبل التاريخ أو في العصور التاريخية،اذ احتوت هذه الفنون ولا سيما تلك الاعمال الطينية الصغيرة(التراكوتا) التي تأتي في مقدمتها الدمى والالواح الفخارية بعض الابعاد الروحية والاسطورية التي يمكن ان تعطي تفسير منطقي للعلاقه بين الانسان القديم وطبيعة الكون والالهة.
واذا ركز الباحث على بعض الجوانب الاجتماعية في حياة الانسان القديم بالاعتماد على مجموعة من المصادر يجد ان هذه الاعمال الفنية كانت قد استعملت في مختلف النشاطات الطقوسية والسحرية عند الانسان في بلاد الرافدين،لاعتقادهم بان هذه المصنوعات الفخارية يمكن ان تجلب لهم الحظ الجيد وتحميهم من الشر ،ولهذا كانت واسعة الانتشار والاستعمال بينهم.

Abstract

The performance of athletic movements requires a degree of compatibility between the nervous system and muscular and highlights the importance of compatibility in handball through the player's ability to organize acts motor in the basic skills of the game,including the skills of the correction, and that the psychological skills have a significant role in the performance of the players and the accuracy of the style of the attack and correction through motivation and desire to engage in physical activity by the player and the link between the nervous and muscular compatibility psychological skills leads to the success of the team and the performance skills of the correction during games and competitions through the participation of their impact on the course of the game, with the availability of psychological skills.
And that the research problem identified by the lack of attention trained to focus on compatibility neuromuscular Unlike with qualities kinetic Other, as well as a lack of interest trainers aspects of psychological, including psychological skills and fit and size when building a training curriculum in a game of handball, and this is what has strengthened the role of the research problem difficulty in knowing the relationship between the kinetics agreed about the recipe with the psychological aspects and basic skills and specific skills and mental skill correction of jumping handball. And that the goals of research included knowledge of compatibility neuromuscular among handball players, as well as the psychological skills to the players, as well as to identify skill correction of jumping, and determine the relationship between compatibility neuromuscular and all of the skills and psychological correction of jumping to the players, handball, and the research community my players Handball Club denominator and Musayyib and Jordan , and the researcher adopted a descriptive approach and style grading standard relational ties in solving the problem of the search, and that the most important conclusions of the research are:
1-The values of consensus and psychological skills and performance skill correction within the average level among handball players.
2-correlation between compatibility and skill correction values rise correlation between compatibility and psychological skills.
3-The presence of a significant correlation between the compatibility of all the psychological skills and performance skill correction handball.

Abstract

ان اداء الحركات الرياضية يتطلب درجة من التوافق ما بين الجهاز العصبي والعضلي وتبرز اهمية التوافق في كرة اليد من خلال قدرة اللاعب في تنظيم الافعال الحركية في المهارات الاساسية للعبة ومنها مهارات التصويب، وان المهارات النفسية لها الدور الكبير في اداء اللاعبين وعلى اسلوب الهجوم والدفاع والتصويب من خلال الدافعية والرغبة في مزاولة النشاط الرياضي من قبل اللاعب وان الربط بين التوافق العضلي العصبي والمهارات النفسية يؤدي الى نجاح اللاعب في دقة التصويب اثناء المباريات والمنافسات من خلال اشتراك تأثيرهما على سير المباراة مع ظروف المنافسة.
إذ ان مشكلة البحث حددت من خلال قلة اهتمام المدربين في التركيز على التوافق العضلي العصبي خلافا مع الصفات الحركية الاخرى،فضلا عن قلة اهتمام المدربين للجوانب النفسية ومنها المهارات النفسية وما تتناسب وحجمها عند بناء المنهج التدريبي في لعبة كرة اليد،وهذا ما عزز من دور مشكلة البحث في صعوبة معرفة العلاقة بين صفة حركية كالتوافق مع الجوانب النفسية والمهارات الاساسية والمحددة بالمهارات النفسية ودقة التصويب من القفز بكرة اليد.
وان اهداف البحث تضمنت معرفة التوافق العضلي العصبي لدى لاعبي كرة اليد،فضلا عن المهارات النفسية لدى اللاعبين،وكذلك التعرف على دقة التصويب من القفز،والعلاقة بين التوافق العضلي العصبي وكل من المهارات النفسية ودقة التصويب من القفز لدى لاعبي كرة اليد،وان مجتمع البحث بلاعبي كرة اليد في نادي القاسم والمسيب والهاشمية،واعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب الدرجات المعيارية والعلاقات الارتباطية في حل مشكلة البحث،وان اهم استنتاجات البحث هي:
1- ان قيم التوافق والمهارات النفسية ودقة التصويب ضمن المستوى المتوسط لدى لاعبي كرة اليد.
2- العلاقة الارتباطية بين التوافق ودقة التصويب ترتفع عن قيم العلاقة الارتباطية بين التوافق والمهارات النفسية.
3- وجود علاقة ارتباطية معنوية بين التوافق وكل من المهارات النفسية ودقة التصويب من القفز بكرة اليد.

Abstract

The present study aimed to evaluate science teacher preparation programs in colleges of basic education through investigation of the availability of standards to prepare science teachers in trainer students and exploring the views of faculty supervisors students and principals of schools in which trainer students apply.
To achieve the objectives of the study prepared a questionnaire consisting of 36 items distributed on (4) areas:
1- personality traits and the number of paragraphs (5) paragraph.
2- professional requirements and the number of paragraphs (19) paragraph.
3- scientific and cultural requirements and the number of paragraphs (5) paragraph.
4- ethical requirements and the number of paragraphs (7) paragraph.
Resolution offered by arbitrators validity and reliability coefficient. The research sample consisted of (19) teachers (42) manager or director of a school. And to indicate the availability of standards has been calculated the weighted average and weight percentile paragraphs of the resolution after resolution on the distribution sample and calculate the frequencies of each paragraph and field.
Results showed that most of the criteria for teacher preparation available to trainer students under estimates the research sample of faculty and departments, schools, and get some of the criteria on the estimates low, especially "on the use of methods teaching modern because of the absence of the practical side where, as results showed match the views of both parties on the calendar some paragraphs of the resolution and the key components for identifying and teaching departments estimates were higher than the estimates of teachers for all paragraphs.

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى تقويم برامج اعداد معلم العلوم في كليات التربية الاساسية من خلال التقصي لمدى توافر معايير اعداد معلم العلوم في الطلبة المطبقين وذلك باستطلاع وجهات نظر التدريسيين المشرفين على الطلبة المطبقين و مديري المدارسومديراتها التي يطبق فيها الطلبة.
ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة اعدت استبانة مكونة من (36) فقرة موزعة على (4) مجالات هي :
1- السمات الشخصية وعدد فقراتها (5) فقرة .
2- المتطلبات المهنية وعدد فقراتها (19) فقرة .
3- المتطلبات العلمية والثقافية وعدد فقراتها (5) فقرة .
4- المتطلبات الاخلاقية وعدد فقراتها (7) فقرة .
عرضت الاستبانة على المحكمين كما حسب معامل الصدق والثبات . تكونت عينة البحث من (19) تدريسياً و (42) مدير او مديرة مدرسة.ولبيان مدى توافر المعاييرتم حساب الوسط المرجح والوزن المئوي لفقرات الاستبانة بعد توزيع الاستبانة على عينة البحث وحساب التكرارات لكل فقرة ومجال .
لقد أظهرت النتائج ان اغلب معايير اعداد المعلم متوافرة بالطلبة المطبقين بموجب تقديرات عينة البحث من التدريسيين وادارات المدارس,وحصول بعض المعايير على تقديرات متدنية وخصوصاً المتعلقة باستخدام الطرائق التدريسية الحديثة بسبب غياب الجانب التطبيقي فيها,كما واظهرت النتائج تطابق وجهات نظر الطرفين بشأن تقويم بعض فقرات الاستبانة والمكونات الرئيسة للاستبانة وكانت تقديرات الادارات التدريسية اعلى من تقديرات التدريسيين للفقراتجميعها.

Abstract

The research aims to identify the first - orientation competitive with players clubs Sulaymaniyah in track and field, secondly - competitive behavior among players clubs Sulaymaniyah in the arena and in the field, the relationship between the orientation competitive and competitive behavior among players clubs Sulaymaniyah in the arena and in the field, the relationship between the orientation competitive and accomplishment among players Sulaymaniyah clubs in track and field,As for the research community and appointed have been identified research community of players clubs Kurdistan in track and field and of clubs (Servani Noi, Beshmh hip, Dohuk, and Sulaf, beer micron, Khanaqin), totaling (42) player was chosen (36) players distributed events the following (ran 100 m, 1500 m running, broad jump, javelin, discus, high jump), by (6) the effectiveness of each of the players,The means of data collection was used measure of competitive orientation and scale competitive behavior, and accomplishment on completion of the players in the Kurdistan athletics championship in 2013 and were processed data using statistical bag,Was reached several conclusions, including the following: first - appeared to have a correlation coefficient positive between orientation competitive and competitive behavior among players effectiveness (the enemy of the 100m and ran in 1500 and javelin), secondly - appeared to have a correlation coefficient positive between orientation competitive and accomplishment among players effectiveness (enemy 100 m and ran in 1500 and javelin), third - did not show there is a correlation between the orientation competitive and competitive behavior among players events (broad jump and high jump and discus).

هدف البحث الى التعرف على اولاً- التوجه التنافسي لدى لاعبي اندية إقليم كوردستان بالعاب القوى، ثانياً- السلوك التنافسي لدى لاعبي اندية إقليم كوردستان بالعاب القوى، العلاقة بين التوجه التنافسي والسلوك التنافسي لدى لاعبي اندية إقليم كوردستان بالعاب القوى،العلاقة بين التوجه التنافسي والانجاز لدى لاعبي اندية إقليم كوردستان بالعاب القوى. اما مجتمع البحث وعينته فقد تم تحديد مجتمع البحث من لاعبي اندية كوردستان بالعاب القوى والمتمثلة بـاندية(سيرواني نوي، بيشمةركة،دهوك، وسولاف،بيرةمكرون،خانقين)،والبالغ عددهم(42) لاعباً تم أختيار(36) لاعباً موزعين على الفعاليات الاتية(ركض 100م، ركض 1500م، الوثب العريض، رمي الرمح، رمي القرص،القفز العالي)،بواقع (6) لاعبين لكل فعالية، اما وسائل جمع البيانات فقد استخدم مقياس التوجه التنافسي ومقياس السلوك التنافسي،وانجاز اللاعبين في بطولة كوردستان بالعاب القوى في عام 2013 وتمت معالجة البيانات باستخدام الحقيبة الاحصائية وتم التوصل الى عدة استنتاجات منها الاتي: أولاً- ظهر لدينا هناك معامل ارتباط ايجابية بين التوجه التنافسي والسلوك التنافسي لدى لاعبي فعالية (عدو 100م وركض 1500 ورمي الرمح)، ثانياً- ظهر لدينا هناك معامل ارتباط ايجابية بين التوجه التنافسي والانجاز لدى لاعبي فعالية (عدو 100م وركض 1500 ورمي الرمح)، ثالثاً- لم تظهر هناك علاقة ارتباط بين التوجه التنافسي والسلوك التنافسي لدى لاعبي فعاليات(الوثب العريض والقفز العالي ورمي القرص).

From here show up idea research wherever this research aimed to explore the effect of teaching approach (STSE) in achievement and the moral Judgment among students second grade intermediate in order to do so the researcher developed the following two null hypotheses must be validated:
1- There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average degrees of the female students taught by approach (STSE) and the marks average achieved by the students taught by the ordinary method in the achievement.
2- There is no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05)in the moral Judgment between the average degrees of the female students taught by approach (STSE) and the marks average achieved by the students taught by the ordinary method in the test moral Judgment
The researcher using an experimental design was selected with partial control, groups were selected randomly select the female al rafaa secondary in Karbala holy in 2012- 2013 The sample consisted of (60) female students, (30) female students for an experimental group that number (56) was studied by using Laboratory , and such( 30) female students for the control group was studied by the ordinary method. The groups are equivalent according to the following variables: Age (in months). Intelligence (mental age), previous knowledge in physics of the first Class Intermediate and the level instructional also pre- knowledge test. And persons teaching level .
The researcher using instruments for measurement , the first achievement test consist of (40) item objective (a multiple choice test for each one four alternates one the test moral Judgment this make ready (maliky,2013) Therefore that the importance of this research focused on identifying the problem of the Chemical concepts, which are understood wrongly, To study that the researcher has put the following aims

لذا أخذت الأمم تسعى بكل طاقاتها لتطوير مجتمعاتها ماديا وفكريا على أساس المعرفة العلمية المتنوعة والرصينة وكيفية الحصول عليها ونقلها وفهمها لذا أخذت تقاس حضارة البلد وثقافته بمدى تقدمها في ميدان العلوم والتكنولوجيا
ومن هنا جاءت فكرة البحث حيث هدف البحث التعرف إلى اثر التدريس بمنحىSTSE في التحصيل والحكم الخلقي لدى طالبات الصف الثاني المتوسط في مادة علم الأحياء/ مركز كربلاء.
لتحقيق هدف البحث وضع الباحث الفرضيتين الصفريتين الآتيتين:-
1- لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسط درجات طالبات المجموعة التجريبية اللاتي يدرسن على وفق منحىSTSE ومتوسط درجات تحصيل المجموعة الضابطة اللاتي درسن على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في اختبار التحصيل.
2- لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) في مراحل الحكم الخلقي بين طالبات المجموعة التجريبية اللاتي يدرسن على وفق منحىSTSE وبين طالبات المجموعة الضابطة اللاتي درسن على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في اختبار الحكم الخلقي.
تم استخدام التصميم التجريبي ذا الضبط الجزئي للمجموعتين المتكافئتين احدهما تجريبية والأخرى ضابطة في اختبار التحصيل البعدي ، اختار الباحث ثانوية الرفاه للبنات في محافظة كربلاء المقدسة وهي من المدارس الحكومية والنهارية ضمن مديرية تربية كربلاء المقدسة للعام الدراسي 2012/ 2013 قصديا والتي احتوت على ثلاث شعب لمرحلة الثاني المتوسط تضم (100) طالبة ،تم اختيار شعبتين بطريقة عشوائية (السحب العشوائي) لتمثل شعبة(ب) المجموعة التجريبية وشعبة (ج) المجموعة الضابطة،بلغ حجم العينة (60) طالبة، مثل (30) طالبة منهم المجموعة التجريبية درست على وفق منحى STSE، ومثل (30) طالبة منهم المجموعة الضابطة درست على وفق الطريقة التقليدية. كوفئت المجموعتين بالعمر الزمني، الذكاء، درجة مادة الأحياء للصف الأول متوسط المعدل العام والمستوى التعليمي للوالدين.
كذلك قام الباحث بضبط المتغيرات الدخيلة التي يحتمل تأثيرها في نتائج البحث (مثل تدريس المجموعتين بالصف- وفي اليوم والوقت نفسه..... الخ).
حدد الباحث المادة العلمية التي درسها وهي الفصول الخمسة الأولى من كتاب علم الأحياء للصف الثاني المتوسط (ط3، 2012) وصاغ لهذه المادة (102) هدفا سلوكيا وللفترة من 1/10/ 2012 ولغاية 13/1/ 2013 وعدد الخطط (30 خطة).
اعد الباحث أداتين الأولى اختبار التحصيل وتألف بصورته النهائية من (40) فقرة من اختيار من متعدد ذي ثلاث بدائل تم التحقق من صدقه الظاهري بعرضه على مجموعة من المحكمين ذوي الاختصاص ومن صدق محتواه والثبات باستخدام معادلة كيودر- ريتشاردسون -20 إذ بلغ (81%) وتم حساب معامل الصعوبة ومعامل التمييز وفعالية البدائل الخاطئة لجميع فقرات الاختبار.
إما الأداة الثانية فهي اختبار الحكم الخلقي وتبنى الباحث اختبار تحديد القضايا(D.I.T.) لـ (المالكي، 2013،ص:68-75) لغرض معرفة الحكم الخلقي لدى الطالبات.
وجهه الباحث إحدى المدرسات من حملة شهادة الماجستير في طرائق تدريس الأحياء بالتدريس تحت أشرافه حيث قام بعدة زيارات ميدانية لها كما تبنى الباحث عمل الخطط الدراسية للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة.
بعد الانتهاء من التجربة تم تحليل النتائج إحصائيا باستخدام الاختبار التائي( T.TEST) لعينتين مستقلتين،اختبار مربع كاي للاستقلالية.
أظهرت النتائج تفوق طالبات المجموعة التجريبية اللاتي درسن على وفق منحى STSE على طالبات المجموعة الضابطة اللاتي درسن على وفق الطريقة الاعتيادية في اختبار التحصيل ومراحل الحكم الخلقي.
وفي ضوء نتائج البحث أوصى الباحث ببعض التوصيات منها:-
1- استخدام منحىSTSE في تدريس مادة علم الأحياء لمرحلة المتوسطة وذلك لزيادة جودة ثقافة الطلبة وكيفية توظيفهم للمعرفة.
2- ضرورة اهتمام المدرسات برفع مستوى الإحكام الخلقية لطالباتهن من خلال استخدام منحىSTSE .
3- ضرورة أبلاغ وتوجيه هيئة الأشراف والإعداد والتدريب الاطلاع على مثل هذه البحوث لغرض عمل دورات مستمرة لهيئات التدريس لغرض الاطلاع عليها.
واستكمالا لبحثه اقترح الباحث ما يلي:-
1- أجراء دراسة مما ثلة على مواد علم الأحياء في المرحلة الإعدادية.
2- أجراء دراسات تكشف فاعلية منحى STSE في متغيرات متعددة مثل التنور العلمي، الثقافة العامة، التفكير الإبداعي،الثقة بالنفس،الاتجاه نحو الأحياء.

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على قيم بعض المتغيرات البايوميكانيكية (السرعة المحيطية والسرعة الزاوية وكمية الحركة للذراع الضاربة) وكذلك مستوى الادرك الحس – حركي ودقة الضرب الساحق القطري للاعبين الشباب بالكرة الطائرة وكذلك التعرف على العلاقة بين المتغيرات البايوميكانيكية ( قيد البحث) للذراع الضاربة ومستوى الادراك الحس – حركي واخيرا التعرف على العلاقة بين بعض المتغيرات البايوميكانيكية (قيد البحث) للذراع الضاربة ودقة اداء الضرب الساحق القطري للاعبين الشباب بالكرة الطائرة ،ومن اجل تحقيق هذه الاهداف اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي بطريقة ايجاد العلاقات الارتباطية بين متغيرات البحث وتم اختيار اللاعبين الكابسين (الضاربين) الذين يلعبون في اندية محافظة بابل لفرق الشباب اذ تم اختيار (6) منهم كعينة للبحث وقد تم قياس متغيرات البحث (قيد الدراسة) والمبينة في اعلاه وبعدها تم ايجاد العلاقات الارتباطية للتوصل الى نتائج البحث والتي من اهمها:
- هناك علاقات ارتباطية معنوية بين المتغيرات البايوميكانيكية ومتغيرات الإدراك الحس-حركي للذراع الضاربة لدى افراد عينة البحث.
- هناك علاقات ارتباطية معنوية بين المتغيرات البايوميكانيكية ودقة الضرب الساحق القطري بالكرة الطائرة لدى افراد عينة البحث.
