Abstract
Each of the sports has its own basic skills, as volleyball is one of the
Olympic sports that has spread widely in the world, for its aesthetic and
aesthetic skills, for its reliance on the basic skills that represent the basic
aspect of learning any game as the pillar on which this game is built, and
attracts many From the audience of viewers through the wonderful
combination of artistic and aesthetic performance that appears while the
learners move on the playground, so it is necessary to direct the total
care to the stage of learning it, and to overcome difficulties by following
the steps of educational learning in terms of gradation from easy to
difficult, which makes it more exciting, and interesting And a competition
based on sound scientific foundations that help speed learning. The aim
of the research is to identify the effect of the interaction strategy with
others in learning some basic volleyball skills for second intermediate
students. The researcher used the experimental method for the

experimental and control groups. The research was conducted on the
students of the second grade intermediate - girls / intermediate Umm
Salamah for girls for the academic year 2020-2021, and their number is
(20) students, within the divisions (A - B), and thus each group included
(10) Female students, and thus the proportion of the sample from the
research community constituted (25%) and after conducting the tribal
tests, parity was conducted with all the research variables. The strategy
of interaction with others was implemented, which included (16),
educational units, and actually, two educational units per week, and the
time of the educational unit was (40 d). After extracting the data, and
processing it statistically, it was presented, analyzed, and discussed,
depending on the scientific sources. The researcher concluded that the
interaction strategy with others has a positive impact and a significant
role in learning some basic volleyball skills for female students, which led
to an improvement in their level. In light of the conclusions she reached,
the researcher recommends that the Ministry of Education should pay
attention to the establishment of development courses for physical
education teachers on modern teaching methods because of their
importance in learning basic mathematical skills. And the necessity of
providing students with sufficient cognitive information when teaching
them the practical aspect, because it constitutes an important aspect in
improving their skill performance

Abstract
إِنَّ لكُلّ لعبة من الألعاب الرياضية مهارات أساسية خاصة بها، فالكُرة الطائرة إحدى الألعاب الرياضية التي انتشرت على مدى واسع في العالم، لجماليتها وجمالية مهاراتها، لاعتمادها على المهارات الأساسية التي تمثل الجانب الأساس لتعلّم أي لعبة بوصفها الركيزة التي تبنى عليها هذه اللعبة، وتجذب العديد من جمهور المشاهدين عن طريق المزيج الرائع من الأداء الفني، والجمالي الذي يظهر في أثناء تحرك المتعلّمات في الملعب، لذا يتوجب توجيه العناية الكليّة إلى مرحلة تعلّمها، وتذليل الصعاب بإتباع خطوات التعلّم التربوي من حيث التدرج من السهل إلى الصعب، مِمَّا يجعلها أكثر إثارة، وتشويقًا وتنافسًا بالاعتماد على أسس علمية صحيحة تساعد على سرعة التعلّم. هدف البحث التعرف على تأثير استراتيجية التفاعل مع الآخرين في تعلّم بعض المهارات الأساسية بالكُرة الطائرة لطالبات الثاني متوسط. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي للمجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة ، أجري البحث على طالبات الصف الثاني متوسط – بنات / متوسطة أم سلمة للبنات للعام الدراسي 2020-2021، والبالغ عددهم (20) طالبة، ضمن شعبتي (أ – ب)، وبذلك ضمت كل مجموعة (10) طالبات، وبهذا شكلت نسبة العينة من مجتمع البحث (25%) وبعد إجراء الاختبارات القبلية تم إجراء التكافؤ بمتغيرات البحث كافة. وتم تنفيذ استراتيجية التفاعل مع الآخرين الذي اشتمل على (16)، وحدة تعليمية وبواقع، وحدتين تعليمية في الأسبوع، وكان زمن الوحدة التعليمية (40 د).وتم إجراء الاختبارات البعدية بعد الانتهاء من تنفيذ الوحدات التعليمية جميعها. وبعد استخراج البيانات، ومعالجتها إحصائيًا تم عرضها، وتحليلها، ومناقشتها، اعتمادًا على المصادر العلمية . واستنتجت الباحثة إِنَّ استراتيجية التفاعل مع الآخرين لها أثر إيجابي، ودور كبير في تعلّم بعض المهارات الأساسية بالكُرة الطائرة للطالبات مِمَّا أدى إلى تحسن مستواهن.وإِنَّ استراتيجية التفاعل مع الآخرين عملت على زيادة فاعلية الطالبات في أثناء الدرس، وزادت من تشويقهم للدرس، لأَنَّها تتيح لهم الحرية الكافة للمشاركة الإيجابية فيه، وجعلهم محور العملية التعليمية.وفي ضوء الاستنتاجات التي توصلت إليها، توصي الباحثة ضرورة عناية وزارة التربية بإقامة دورات تطويرية لمدرسات التربية الرياضية حول طرائق التدريس الحديثة لأهميتها في تعلّم المهارات الأساسية الرياضية. وضرورة تزويد الطالبات بالمعلومات المعرفية الكافية عند تعليمهم الجانب العملي، لأَنَّها تشكل جانبًا مهمًا في تحسين أدائهن المهاري.
