This research deals with wisdom poetry in Persia in structure and transformation, by monitoring the presence of wisdom in the poetic space In Persian culture at the level of the artistic components of the poetic text, as the poets of the second Abbasid era in Persia were able to open up their poetic texts In forming the two patterns of transformation and the function that constitutes their texts. So that it provides a new wise direction for understanding the poetic text, and it seems that the care in the concepts of transformation and function in wisdom poetry came as a result of the intellectual and economic recovery that was witnessed in the second Abbasid era, which was greatly reflected In the literary movement. In fact, many of the Abbasid poetic texts were based on them, whichh indicates their influence by the Persian civilization in many of Its aspects.
I adopted the descriptive and analytical approach in studying the formations of wisdom poetry In Persia, studying structure and transformation. The research came in an introduction that dealt with the topic and its Importance, and then talked about the two topics of transformation and function In wisdom poetry in Persia in a way that suits the poetic forms of expression and formation, as the research contains In two sections, the first section was conducted to study (transformation), where the transformation is based on (animal tongue, wisdom in axioms, strange wisdom, wisdom and medical commandments) in a way that suits the vision of the Abbasid poet in Persia, governed by Its emotional, psychological and formative source, so that It contributes to supplying the poetic experience. With many values, meanings and symbols.
While the second topic was (the job), which In turn reflected the Abbasid poet’s own vision and view of life and society, through (the social function and the political function).
This was followed by a conclusion with the most important findings of the research, then footnotes of the research and documented with sources and references

جاء بحثنا الموسوم بـ (التعسُّف في استعمال الحقِّ في القرآن والسُّنَّة ـ الحقوق الزوجيَّة إنموذجاً) كدراسة قرآنيَّة تختص ببيان موقف القرآن الكريم من التعسُّف في استعمال الحقِّ في الحقوق الزوجيَّة؛ لكون الأُسرة المتمخِّضة عن الزوجين تشكِّل اللبنة الأساسيَّة في بناء المجتمع الإنساني.
والدراسة تهدف إلى معرفة الحدود التي بيَّنها القرآن الكريم في كيفيَّة استيفاء الحقِّ وعدم تجاوزها دون تعسُّف وتعدٍّ على حدود الآخرين، وفي الوقت نفسه تكمن أهمِّيَّتها في معرفة حقيقة التعسُّف في استعمال الحقِّ؛ كونه من المواضيع المهمَّة التي تأخذ مساحة واسعة في المجتمع، إذ إنَّ الإنسان قد يُخطئ في استعمال الحقِّ على وجه يكون مغايراً تماماً لما أراده الله تعالى، الأمر الذي يؤدِّي به إلى التجاوز على حقوق الآخرين من خلال استيفاء حقٍّ أكثر من الحقِّ الذي يستحقه، ولهذا أصبح من الضرورة بمكان بيان حدود التعسُّف في استعمال الحقِّ، خصوصاً فيما يخصُّ الحقوق بين الزوجين.
وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج التوصيفي التحليلي، فالتوصيفي يقوم على استقراء آيات القرآن الكريم وأحاديث السُّنَّة النبويَّة، ثمَّ إثبات فرضيَّات البحث من خلال الاستفادة من المنهج التحليلي لتلك النصوص والروايات.
لقد ثبت من خلال البحث أنَّ القرآن الكريم كانت له مواقف عدَّة في مواجهة أنواع التعسُّف في استعمال الحقوق الزوجيَّة، وأنَّ الغاية من ذلك هو الحفاظ على وحدة المجتمع وبنائه عن طريق الحفاظ على العلاقة الأُسريَّة بين الزوجين وتعزيزها، ومن ثمَّ تحقيق السعادة بينهما، وتأمين كافة الحقوق الشرعيَّة لهما في ظل الوئام والانسجام النفسي والروحي دون أنْ يكون للتعسُّف مكانة في استعمال حقوقهم الشرعيَّة

قُسم البحث إلى مقدمة ومبحثين ،تناول المبحث الأول عقوبة الجلد في الحضارات الشرقية واقتصرت الدراسة على حضارة بلاد وادي الرافدين وحضارة بلاد وادي النيل والحضارة الفارسية، وفقاً لما جاء حول عقوبة الجلد بالقوانين القديمة والآثار التي تعود لتلك الحضارات، إما المبحث الثاني فقد خصص لدراسة عقوبة الجلد في الحضارات الغربية القديمة وبالتحديد الحضارة اليونانية والحضارة الرومانية ،وختم البحث بخاتمة أُجملت فيها أهم الإستنتاجات التي تم التوصل إليها

Deriving land cover information from earth observation satellite data is one of the most common environmental monitoring, evaluation, and management applications. Land cover mapping with remotely sensed data is more efficient when employing a robust classification approach. This study uses the Spectral Vector Machine Classification (SVM) technique to analyze remote sensing information from the 2015-launched Sentinel-2 satellite program run by the European Space Agency. SVM method and Sentinel 2 data for the date March 2023, with a spatial resolution of 10 m were used to in capturing land cover. Four land cover classes were recognized in Al-Kut: vegetation, water, barren soil, and urban area. Then, the area of each class was computed as follows 1136.7,159.2,3349.7, and 174.3 Km2 Respectively. The classification accuracy was computed based on 160 ground truth points; the overall accuracy was 75%.

لمعرفة وتحديد السبب والفوائد التي دفعت بوزارة التربية العراقية الى تحديث كتاب اللغة العربية للصف السادس الاعدادي حاولنا تحليل الكتابين تحليلا شكليا وتقنيا لمعرفة الفرق بين الوصف الخارجي لشكل الكتابين بعد اعتماد منهج تحليل المحتوى وكذلك تثبيت الفرق بين المحتوى العام للكتابين لذلك فقد هفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن مميزات وعيوب كتابي اللغة العربيى للصف السادس الاعدادي في العراق وحساب الفروقات المظهرية لمحتوى الكتابين .أظهرت نتائج الدراسة الحالية وجود فروقات معنوية في معيار الاخراج الفني ووضوح الطباعة بين الطبعتين فقد توافرت عناصر الجذب والتشويق في غلاف الكتاب للطبعة الحديثة وارتباط صوره بمضمةن الكتاب وكانت الطباعة عالية الجودة والوضوح مع ضبط الكلمات بالشكل المناسب واستعمال علامات الترقيم في الطبعة الحديثة للكتاب في حين خلت الطبعة القديمة من هذه المعايير

The study aimed at improving the quality of Arabic language education in kindergarten and first grades according to specific criteria or according to comprehensive quality standards - a case study in primary schools. هدفت الدراسة إلى تنمية المهارات التدريسية لمعلم الصفوف الأولى في تدريس الرياضيات على وفق أساليب حديثة ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم الاجابة عن اسئلة البحث التي تضمنت عن السؤال الرئيس الأتي : (ما هي الأساليب الحديثة لتنمية المهارات التدريسية لمعلم للصفوف الأولى في تدريس الرياضيات), تمثل مجتمع البحث من معلمي ومعلمات الصفوف الاولى في المدارس الابتدائية في مديرية تربية ميسان التابعة لوزارة التربية العراقية، للعام الدراسي 2022- 2023م , وقد اختيرت عينة البحث بطريقة عشوائية من معلمي ومعلمات الصفوف الاولى حيث بلغ حجم العينة (300) معلم ومعلمة , ولتحقيق هدف البحث قام الباحث بإعداد قائمة تتضمن (18) فقرة موزعة على ست مجالات : مهارات الفلسفة والأهداف التربوية, مهارات تخطيط الدرس, مهارات تنفيذ الدرس , مهارات العلاقات الإنسانية وإدارة الصف , مهارات الجانب العملي والنمو المهني , مهارات التقويم ), في ضوء النتائج اوصت الدراسة بالاتي: ان مجموعة الاساليب الحديثة من المهارات التعليمية تفيد المعلمين والمعلمات الصفوف الأولى في مادة الرياضيات , وفي ضوء ذلك اقترح الباحثون توفير التدريب اللازم الذي يركز على تكوين المهارة لدى معلم الصفوف الاول في كيفية اكساب المعلمين لمهارات التدريس التعلم من خلال تقنيات ووسائل ومصادر التعليم المختلفة

The research deals with the political weight enjoyed by the religious authority in the contemporary political history of Iraq, in addition to its great social weight that is not hidden from anyone, specifically the role of Ayatollah Al-Uzma Sheikh Muhammad Hussein Al-Kashf Al-Ghita (1876-1954), in directing and guiding the tribes in the tribal uprisings that broke out in the Middle Euphrates and continued for more than a year, and how his presence was a safety valve for the Iraqi people and the Iraqi government at the same time, as well as the role played by some tribal sheikhs in mediating between the religious authority and the tribes of the Middle Euphrates in order to direct the uprising in a manner that serves their personal interests, the most important of which is the overthrow of the Ministry of Ali Jawdat Al-Ayyubi (1934-1935), and between the religious authority and the government of Yassin Al-Hashemi (1935-1936) in order to end the uprising and also in a manner that serves the interests of this group, and this happened A sharp division among the tribes of the Middle Euphrates due to their position on the Ministry of Yassin al-Hashemi and its sectarian and arbitrary audacity, especially after its use of violence and cruelty in suppressing the tribal uprisings

The Umayyad’s caliphate system pivoted on two basic pillars; the first is the support of Levant tribes represented by the Yamani and Qaisi tribes, with which Mu’awiyah could make allies through the privileges he gave them and affinity relationships as he was the governor of Levant for a long time, in order to consolidated his ambition to be the caliph and the second is introducing the determinism principle, which is based on the fact that the Umayyad caliphate was based on the will of Almighty Allah to give a religious legitimacy to his caliphate against his opponents. The early (Rashideen) caliphs adhered to the principles of the caliphate and could balance between them, but the latter caliphs committed disbalance that resulted in the destabilization of the system through several factors that led to the weakness and the collapse of the system
