This study is a try to read the manner of writing for the female Arab pre-Islamic poets and their poetic language, where our method was the study of the pioneer phenomena in their lingual use and how they invest the different and various styles and mixing them to mark their styles and poetic language and with a special pattern showing their ability and unique creativeness.
The research is an analytical study for the styles for the language of the poets basing on the applying some of lingual and stylish standard to distinguish the poetic performance in its speech, grammatical, phonolitical preference levels to explore their ability to mold their stylish and imaginative abilities to transfer the lingual reality to poetic reality raising their poetic texts to the ultimate level of the poetic art.

The talk about miracles in the systematic wording of the Quran is Old, as scholars left us a great legacy to draw from, over the centuries and for all the years to come. But that book’s facts are consistent, and its meanings are harmonic and its verbal structures and constructions are elevated by the Knowing Master, therefore all selves will always fall for it, reflect and study it till the end of time.
God’s will bestowed on me the gift of ability to study a subject that has a connection to the esteemed book and perceive its miraculous verbal structures to comprehend the language of the precious quoran and its phonetic similarities exclusively, through analyzing the lingual structure which is based on the context to discover its purposes and truth.
So this title (Significant structural transformations of the Phonetic similarities in Surat AlBaquara) is to clarify that the research lines pour in :
1-.Connotation and meaning contained in what is distinguished of being similarities in the Holy Quran
2- The field Applied for this study will only be in Surat AlBaquara , because the study of all similarities cannot be contained in a small research.
3- Full understanding of the repeating of similar verses can only be by linguistic functions analysis : syntax, morphology, significance and vocals. So that we can notice the subtle differences between one verse and another that is similar to it. In all that I lean on the Koranic context and its significance, and perhaps that was the hardest of what I had to face, because it requires an updated understanding of the Quranic text.

One cannot find any temporal or political period in the modern political Iraqi history wrote about the historical prospect concerning the joining of both the Communist and Ba`ath parties in a united patriotism front because of the difference of their ideological roots and their movement styles . So , this research traces the attitude of the Communist party according to the historical procedure towards the appeal of the Ba`ath party to participate in the government and entering into the progressine patriotism front within a specific period from June 17 , 1968 upto July , 1973 .
The researcher , in this study , depended on various sources , in relation to the political side , The sources varied and differentiated in the intellectual and political directions . He mainly depended on the documents and etiquettes of The Communist and the sociulist Arab Ba`ath parties . The researcher also depended on a number of correspondances and personal interviews of some leaders of Communist and Arab socialist movement who participated in the events .
As for the historical side, the researcher depended on different sources such as : a number of university theses and dissertations , secret and public Iraqi newspapers and magazines . He also depended on some other historical sources and on an evidence of a leader in the Ba`ath party documented in AL- Jazeera channel of Qatar listed in the footnotes and sources and considered as personal autobiographies and as one of the important sources of history .

Pollution in developed industrial countries is considered one of the important matters that engages the attention of the interested in political and ecological geography. Pollution draw the attention of states, govern. Mentis and international organizations because of the direct risk it causes on the humankind and his surrounding. Environment is balanced system and any disorder in this balance might lead to a clear deterioration.
The pollution of oceans, seas, and rivers increased too much after the Second World War due to industrial expansion and nuclear experiments. However, the pollution of air in carbon monoxide, sulfur monoxide, dust, and other gases increased due to human uses and discoveries.
Concerning radioactive pollution which is produced by nuclear reactors, whether to the air , from the leaking of the radiation from the internal of the reactor to the external , or to the water or from the using of nuclear weapons in the wars against Japan and the middle east, all of them influences the ecological balance, and they are considered serious geopolitical challenges .
The main goal of the research is to highlight the connection of industry to the political aspects and the goals of ecological policies, as well as, to make the efforts of international society obvious in decreasing the risks of pollution, and the role of conferences which are interested in ecological pollution, challenges, and economical, political, and security risks reflection on the developing world.
The problem of the research is summarized by a bunch of questions including the reasons of the ecological problems that happened among world countries, and how the problems of pollution in industries, countries, turned from ecological geography to political geography and geopolitics.
And did these problems turn, to international disputes, do the problems of pollution resulting from military and nuclear industry to the developed industrial world make a real danger on develop pedants developing countries together. Territorial, analytic, and functional methods have been used to do ermine the strategies of international coalitions.
Concerning the structure of the research, it includes four chapters; the first one studied the pollution resulting from industrial countries, and its relation with political aspects. The second one studied the economical challenges resulting from ecological pollution. The third one studied political and security challenges, and the fourth one studied nuclear challenges of developed industrial countries and their effect on developing countries.

The research aims to current calendar school of Islamic education in the light of the quality of their performance education in middle school, and to achieve the objectives of the study used a descriptive approach, and applied a questionnaire composed of ( 39) is an indicator, was sure of its sincerity to the test, and included seven areas, and applied to a sample reconnaissance of school education Islamic and Madrsadtha in the schools of the Directorate General for Education Rusafa the second and the number of members of the core sample in the current research (50) teachers and (50) School, and the researchers used a measure of the Likert, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, and the weighted average, the weight percentage of data analysis, and access to the results, have reached to study the results of several of the most important:
1 - The performance of Islamic education teachers who are studying in schools in the province of Baghdad was relatively weak.
2 - it turned out that the performance of teachers in the areas of (educational goals, planning and preparation for the lesson, stimulate motivation, teaching aids, evaluation) is weak in general.
In light of the results of the study researchers recommended a number of recommendations including:
1 - Adoption of the indicators that have been identified in current research and to utilize them in the evaluation of teachers of Islamic education and Madrsadtha in middle school.
2 - Provide teachers of Islamic education and Madrsadtha middle school who are studying a list of indicators that have been identified in this study in order to utilize them in their performance self-evaluation.
The researchers also presented a set of proposals, including:
1 - a study to evaluate the performance of teachers of Islamic education and Madrsadtha in Iraq in light of indicators of teaching and building program to improve performance.
2 - to conduct a study to evaluate the performance of the student / in applicable sections of Islamic education in colleges of education.

Child theatre is one of the most important educational and entertaining means trhat take part in the mental, intellectual, social, psychological, scientific and ethical development of a child. Therefore, the researchers have chosen this issue due to the importance of this age (the primary school age) which is an important stage in the child's life and in constructing their personality as well. It is also the stage of free fiction, free playing, adventure and heroism whose future effects will show up clearly in the individual's character, behaviour, habits, likes and dislikes and their directions towards themselves and the people in their community. The ethical aspect is important in the child's life; it helps prevent them from wrong behaviours as well as build a good basis abd a safe grow. Hence, educational institutions should plant good lifestyles and proper directions in children through experts, activities and educational means including the child theatre due to its moral, psychological, mental and social importance in child education, in addition to developing their creative and ethical abilities and constructing their personality.
Children are great immitators, especially of the non-familiar and interesting situations which give them new things they find interesting. "Stillness and non-renewal make children bored and lazy; they become continuous criers and complainers when there is nothing intersting in their life". So, they invent situations to make fun. They do not automatically absorb information; they grow socially and mentally and they may be highly affected (positively and negatively) by the behaviours and attitudes of the parents, teachers and friends. Children are spontaneous and intuitive. They interact with the image, the machine and the tale positively or negatively. Theatre feeds them with the social values and traditions. It is therefore an important part to achieve one's goals, behaviours, directions and activities.

Art in general, and design in particular, were influenced by intellectual changes and transformations of aesthetic and visual visions, and by the philosophy of analysis thereof, which change rapidly, timelessly, and locativelessly. Graphic design had been through distinguished influences of various artistic schools, especially plastic schools (like schools of abstractism, cubism, and surrealism.) Therefore, graphic design forms a middle point in transforming the idea with an imagination, suspense, and excitement which are undoubtedly connected to surrealism which is, in turn, about to erase the role of time, place, what is reasonable, and what is real. In so doing, surrealism enters into visual address burdened with bizarreness, unconsciousness, and absurdness so as to disseminate the idea and stimulate the receiver. This will be clearly utilized by the graphic designer in order to benefit the society and develop its intellectual, cultural, and cognitive perceptions.
Based on what is mentioned above, the importance of this study becomes clear as an attempt to penetrate into the surrealism's world with its extraordinary ideas of the design's visual address; because of its being a pragmatic, expedient and important art for the society.
The research includes four chapters.
The first chapter tackled the problem of the research via asking several questions as follows: Does the surrealism of visual address contribute to stimulating the receiver(s) and directing their attention to the constructional, aesthetic, and functional components of the graphic design? How can the surrealism of graphic design be able to clarify the importance of the idea and convey it to the receiver(s) so as to fulfill its required function? Will the surrealism of visual address have an aesthetic function in the graphic design? What is its relation to modern techniques of direction? Then the first chapter proceeded in showing the importance of the current research and its objective. We determined the said objective to be the discovery of surrealism's effect as a thought, an art, and a style via the visual address of modern graphic design and its techniques (poster as an example.) Afterwards, the time, spatial and objective limits of this research were determined where five posters were chosen which are selected from Iraq, Europe (Holland), and the United States of America, especially those which were graphed between 2010 - 2012. Then, the most important terms of the research were introduced which are "surrealism" and "address", especially visual address because of its vital importance in graphic design.
The second chapter included theoretical framework and previous studies. The theoretical framework, in this study, was divided into two themes. The first theme included studying surrealism as a thought in art and design. The second theme dealt with studying visual address in graphic design. This is considered the first study which shows the effect of surrealism in the visual address of graphic design.
The third chapter included the research's procedures which are: the determination of the scientific methodology of analysis (that is, the descriptive-analytical methodology); and the determination of the research's samples which were selected from the research community determined according to the time and spatial limits. A form was developed to analyze the selected samples, which included the literatures of the research's theoretical framework. It was given to a number of specialists to examine it and to make sure that it was valid for the artistic analysis process. Five samples were analyzed for posters of various purposes, functions, and characteristics.
The fourth chapter included the results of the artistic analysis of the selected samples, including:
1. Surrealism of visual address of graphic design (poster as an example) has a significant impact on expressing the reality via a style that depends on surrealism in the variation of visual address to get to the truth. This is one of the most important communicative functions of the design.
2. Surrealist visual address varies with regard to imagination and unconsciousness in using design elements in the poster and their role in clarifying the importance of the idea in its cognitive and cultural form and content; and then the success of the communication process in transferring that idea.
3. Being a general concept, surrealism was used by the designer in the execution and presentation of the idea in the design to stimulate the receiver(s) and attract them towards the design's components and achieving the response to the visual message and the interaction therewith.
4. Surrealism of graphic design has a significant influence on treating directional techniques of the design (which include reduction and condensation). In addition, it showed the aestheticism of the design with regard to design relations among constructional design components which are determined in accordance with the design bases.
Then, a list of reference-books and bibliography, which were used by the researcher in his current study, were included.

Evaluating the performance skills on the violin to students in the Department of Musical Arts researchers Dr.m. Maan Jassim Mohammed.M.Firas Yaseen Jasiem
Is the basis of the evaluation process of the task in the development of any skill of performance skills as well as performance skills on the violin. Through the evaluation process can detect the strengths and weaknesses in the performance skills of the students. For this purpose, has identified researchers performance skills on the violin in (33) paragraph, each paragraph includes a target educationally behaviorally, promising them a tool to evaluate the performance skills on the violin, has offered to experts and won honesty, were examined stability. After applying Calendar tool on society Search shows that there is a difference in the performance of skills, was the percentage of estimates research community is 58.63 ranged between arithmetic means (2.10-5.23) was confined paragraphs between (weak, medium and good and very good). ratio was weak 12.12% and good 12.12% and a very good 18. 18% while the average was the highest percentage won 57.57%. has appeared high dispersion in the performance of some skills, and because of the variety of experiences and level among students.

Folklore is the greatest common denominator between the masses of the masses. For the musical folk play an important role and a senior Iraqi society, though not free of drawbacks and disadvantages, it stems from the people affected by them and affects them, in terms of participation of the people in their dreams and happiness and sadness, be it on religious occasions or mundane they are many and varied in Iraqi society and this needs for study, research and analysis on this subject, which may reflect a positive or negative direction to students in the Department of Musical Arts to folk musicians in Iraq.
The research consists of five sections; we dealt with it in the first section the research methodology and previous studies. Turning to the second section; oral heritage of music and singing the Iraqi, popular music and its role in the transfer of oral heritage of Iraq. The third topic in pop music and in the various environments of Iraq, the western region (area and the desert island), the northern region (mountain), the central region (Baghdad), the southern region. The fourth section dealt with the research procedures; research community, the research sample, the search tool, the application of the tool, the paragraphs of positive, negative paragraphs, honesty, consistency, the search results. Search and finally concluded Balambges V, which we set a number of conclusions and recommendations as well as a number of scientific references that we have adopted them in the achievement of research.

The methods of training in achieving good results in the production of energy and preparing the physical hardware configuration to meet training requirements are different, so researcher sought to use the training according to the Anaerobic Distinctive Threshold as a new method which was not used by football coach.
This study aims to:
1. Applying a training program according to Anaerobic Distinctive Threshold.
2. Knowing the values of variables of the energy production capabilities and some of the biochemical variables (LA, LDH) and hormone Cortisol.
3. Knowing the impact of the training program on the variables of energy (aerobic and anaerobic capacity).
4. Knowing the impact of the training program on the value of the activity of enzyme (LDH) as well as lactic acid (LA).
5. Knowing the impact of the training program on hormone of Cortisol.
The researcher used the experimental approach being the way that contributes to the solution of the problem. as it used to so an intentional sample of (16) players of football is used. Two reconnaissance sample and other (14) players were divided into two groups, control and experimental, each numbering (7).Several methods and tools as well as tests have been used to form research procedures such as laboratories and medical arenas and stadiums. In addition to the usage of the training curriculum for (12) weeks for three training weekly units, the period of which is (60-70 m).
The researcher has reached many conclusions:
1. The emergence of moral values in a posteriori tests reported in the tribal control sample in the test (enzyme LDH, LA, anaerobic capacity).
2. The absence of significant differences in dimensional tests reported than the previous ones within the controlling sample in the tests (Cortisol and aerobic capacity).
The researcher the researcher also reached several recommendations, including:
1- Adopting of the mechanism which was adopted by the researcher in the formation of the training load after examining the sample physically and healthily.
2- Conducting similar researches by using periods of hospitalization as a criterion for the success of the training method according to the Anaerobic Distinctive Threshold

The study aimed to know the effect of opposite sequence learning that who have global and local attitudes of thinking in promoting self offering of defeating shot in volley boll . besides knowing best groups in study alternatives thus the tow scholars used the experimental method of the global design (2*2) on as ample wnsis of (21) students in college of sports for girls – Baghdad University locating the sample according to the Int-local thinking attitudes ,and after toleration testing ,the experimental teaching course by using opposite sequence .way which took (8) teaching or learning units actually two units weeks duration time for each learning unit (90) minutes .the two scholars concluded many results . most important among them was learning by using the opposite sequence and it had largly affected in self control and skill of defeating shot in volley boll ,for most researches groups with viral degree. But it didn’t contribute in promoting soft offering of most leaning except the group that used the opposite sequence the global attitude . besides the success of the experimental group vs the adjust self control group and victorious shot in volley boll.

The aim of this research to identify relationship to the level of performance skills the fronting transmission from up and hitting the ball to the skill spike Front of the volleyball.

Researcher used the emotional response measure as a way to collect the date after checking the reliability and Validity for this measure, used correlation coefficient tostatisticaldata processing.
Researcher finding as following;
1- There isno significantrelationshipbetweenemotionalresponseto the level of performance skills to the transmission and hitting spike in the volleyball, aswellasboth tests for skills the fronting transmission from up and hitting the ball to the skill spike Front of the volleyball.
2- There is no significant relationship betweenallsevendimensionsofemotionalresponse and the level of performance skills to the transmission and hitting spike.
Researcher recommendations as following;
1- Emphasis to usethe Styles andmodern methods that used in the psychologicalpreparation that Contribute in emotionalresponse such as relaxationtypes.
2- Accustom players during training on athletic performance in competitions environmentespecially in the transmission and hitting spike.
3- Further studies on sample ofgirls players.

The importance of research can change the results of basketball games by mastering up the offensive and defensive and invested by players being given a second chance for the team to record two points after the failure of one of the attackers in hitting the target, and that most matches decide the results on the skills of successful goal basketball because one point that filed by one team over another to make it a winner matches, but the research problem become clearer in the weakness of the application follow-up offensive and defensive is substandard compared others teams which leads to missed opportunities up and lose a lot of points in the match and this is an obstacle to progress to win and progress difference, and the importance of research in the design form of follow-up offensive and defensive to the West Asian Championship basketball 2010, and analytical study of the follow-up offensive and defensive to the West Asian Championship basketball 2010, in Part III was chosen descriptive method style screening for relevance to the nature of the research problem, and included Part IV display and analyze the results and discussion, the main conclusions instability follow-up offensive defensive game to another due to differences in specifications physical and physical and skills and tactical players and teams participating in the tournament to give enough time to train on my skills up the offensive and defensive units in training for their role in the development of the offensive and scores the most points, and then develop the defensive side and prevent a rival takeover on the bouncing balls.

The experiment was carriedout to study the effect planting dates on some yield characters of two cultivars of bread wheat ( IPA99 and ABU Graib ).
The two cultivars planted in date16th Oct. 1Nove. 16 th , Nov. and 1 Dec.
The experiment was design as Randomized Completed Blook Design,using split plots,by three replicates . Results indicated that the sewing date 16 th , Nov gave the highest average of No.of spikes/ m2, No.of spiklets /spike, No.of grains /spike and the weight of 1000grain (gm).while the cultivars did not affected significantly on the mentionts characteristics studied.

In this study new ligand of (5-(2-hydroxy benzylidene)-2-Mercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole) have been prepared in the presence of a catalyst. This new ligand was used for the preparation of a series of complexes with some transition metals ions Pd (II), Rh (III), Mn (II), V (IV) and Cd (II) to study the effect of metal ion in the presence of ligand in biological activity. These compounds were characterized in solid state by the appropriate physical measurements using flame atomic absorption, elemental analysis (C.H.N.S), FT-IR, UV-vis Spectroscopy, conductivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements. The nature of the complexes formed in ethanolic solution was studied following the molar ratio method also was studied stability constant and the molar absorptivity for these new complexes. From the spectral studies, monomer structures were proposed for all metal complexes except rhodium (III) has dimeric structure. Square pyramidal geometry was suggested for vanadium complex and octahedral geometry was suggested for rhodium complex while cadmium and manganese have tetrahedral geometry and square planner geometry was suggested for palladium complex. Biological evaluation of considerable number of these compounds were maintained using organisms (Pseudomonas aeruginos, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans), by using three concentration and they were found to exhibit the expected synergetic effect of activity. This was be attributed to the impact of the Schiff base and the metal present in these complexes

The effect of (aqueous and alcoholic) extracts of Punic granatum cover was studied against some of pathogenic isolates of gram positive and negative bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermis, Eschrichia coli, Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp. Both of extracts showed highest inhibition activity as compared with effect of hight antibiotics include Streptomycin, Vancomycin, Imipenen, Piperacillin, Gentamycin, Amoxicillin and Chlororamphenicol. This result showed that the two extracts more effect than the effect of the antibiotics

This study addressed the problem of the products side as a result of the interaction of natural organic matter with chlorine used for disinfection, where these products cause, according to research and intensive studies of many cancer diseases. Therefore it was necessary to conduct an assessment of the presence of these compounds in drinking water, specifically the city of Baghdad. We have worked assess the extent of (7) months, starting from "(April until October) and we have noted there are several areas with concentration of Chloroform , which is one of the group triglyceride Halo methane and composite the first in the group high and then click to the limit. And we dealt with my way of dealing with the reduction of these compounds They use (activated carbon) and technical (coagulation enhanced), where the results showed the effectiveness of these methods and efficiency, as well as we dealt with two types of Almktherat IT coagulation improved substitutes for alum, which is commonly used in our stations are iron compounds and polymeric materials such as poly aluminum chloride (PACL).

Elision is among these productive connected speech aspects especially when colloquial form of a language is taken into consideration. It is simply defined as the deletion of a vowel or a consonant, which should be realized by the listener if a better communication is aimed at. Different types and patterns are existent in both English and Colloquial Iraqi Arabic. Elision in both languages is realized frequently to be associated with assimilation; despite the differences in such realizations .Idiosyncratic features of each language are found to be the main source of differences between English and Arabic. Similarities are found in the general types like consonant elision, vowel elision , and historic elision , but the actual realization of each one of these three types comes to be relatively different from the other language.

Objective (s): The study aimed to investigate the sero-prevalence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) and hepatitis C virus (HCV) among pregnant women in Baghdad.
Methodology: During the study period, sera were collected from 321 presgnant womens, and they were tested for markers of hepatitis B virus antigen (HBVsAg) and hepatitis C virus antibody (Anti-HCV) by using ELISA technique.
Results: HBsAg was detected in 18 (5.6%), Anti-HCV was detected in 1 (0.3%) out of 321 women. More cases HBsAg positive in age group> 40 years. Significant difference between infectious of hepatitis B and history of blood transfusion, jaundice and home delivery. But no significant difference with parity, surgical operation and dental manipulation.
Recommendation: All pregnant women should be tested for HBV and HCV as standard routine test. And other studies are urgently need to investigate HCV and HIV co-infections and their vertical transmission. Other viruses (Hepatitis E) should be investigated.

A field survey was conducted among 2097 female unmarried, university-students, age from 19 to 22, from all levels of the society were interviewed from three Colleges.
It appears that headache, lower abdominal ache, backache, temper, and digestive upsets are regular symptoms during the first five days precede the onset of menstruation. The pain increases gradually, but disappears in most cases by the fifth day according to their own statement.
It appears, also, that the bleeding varies throughout the cycle. The commonest is the bleeding of the first and last two days (31.6%); psychological factors cause the irregularity of the cycle (57%). Side effects appear like diarrhea (12.6%), fainting (12.6%), and temporary paralysis (1.9%).
Elder sisters were the mean source of information about the period followed by mothers. Only small percentage of the girls showed abnormal periods. The mean age of menarche was 12-13 years old
Self-medications was practiced by the majority of the girls

The antibacterial effect of rind of pomegranate extract and Luteoline on the growth was evaluated in vitro serial dilution method was used to the growth of various Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. The bactericidal activity of this extract was analyzed by serial dilution in tubes. In this study it was found that Gram positive bacteria are susceptible to very low pomegranate and luteoline concentrations. On the other hand, Gram negative bacteria were more resistant, with minimal bactericidal concentration of this extract ranging between 5 - 10 mg ml-1 pomegranate and 2,4 mg ml-1 of luteoline , for Gram-positive bacteria and were ranging between 10 - 20 mg ml-1 pomegranate and 4,8 mg ml-1 of luteoline for Gram-negative bacteria. The results of this study suggest that crude extraction of pomegranate and luteoline is effective in controlling of many diseases as a natural resource to prevent many bacterial infections.

This research starts from the assumption that anthropological linguistics is a distinct discipline that deserves to be studied for its past accomplishments as much as for the vision of the future presented in the work of a relatively small but active group of interdisciplinary researchers. Their contributions on the nature of language as a social tool and speaking as a cultural practice have established a domain of inquiry that makes new sense of past and current traditions in the humanities and the social sciences and invites everyone to rethink about the relationship between language and culture.
Anthropological linguistics studies the relationship between language and culture in a community. It has studied the ways in which relationships within the family are expressed in different cultures(kinship terminology),and it has studied how people communicate with one another at certain social events,e.g.ceremonies,rituals,and meetings, and then related this to overall structure of the particular community.

The new Co(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) complexes with a multidentate Schiff-base ligand [Benzen1,4-dicarboxaldehyde bis-Semicarbazone] [H2L] are reported. The ligand H2L was derived from the condensation reaction of Benzen1,4-dicarboxaldehyde and Semicarbazidehydrochloride. The complexes were prepared from the reaction of the corresponding metal chloride with the ligand. The ligand and its metal complexes were characterised by spectroscopic methods (FTIR, UV-Vis,1H NMR, A.A), chloride content, conductance and melting point measurements. These studies revealed complexes of the general formulae [M2(L)2] with tetrahedral geometries for CoII, ZnII and CdII complexes while square planar geometries have been suggested for CuII complex. Biological activity of the ligand and its metal complexes against gram positive bacterial strain Bacillus (G+) and gram negative bacteria Pseudomonase (G-) revealed that the metal complexes become less resistive to the microbial activities as compared to the free ligand.

The aim of this work is synthesis of Poly (Vinyl-4-AminoBenzoate) (PVAB) from reaction of Poly Vinyl Alkohol PVA with 4-aminobenzoyl chloride in alkaline media. We also prepare the metal complexes of poly (vinyl-4-aminobenzoate) and antimicrobial properties were evaluated by dilute method against five pathogenic bacteria (Escherichia coli, Shigella dysentery, Klebsiella pneumonae, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus Albus) and two fungal (Aspergillus Niger, Yeast). All polymer metal complexes showed different activities against the various microbial isolates. The polymer metal complexes showed higher activity than the free polymer.

The aims of this study are to identify the adults of flesh flies that attract to the yellow sticky traps and studying prevalence of these species in some Iraq provinces. The results showed that Sarcophaga africa ( Wiedemann) was the most abundant species caught in all studied provinces during November 2010, and highly occurrence of all studying species was 37.5% in Baghdad , the lowest was 1.5% in Missan in this month; while it was in Nijef , Babylon ,and Diyala are : 24.2 , 19.1 and 17.7 in sequences .

Lactic acid production during growth of probiotic bacteria (L.acidophilus &Bifidobacterium sp.) in model MRSB media has been monitored using HPLC. HPLC evaluation showed that L.acidophilus achieved lactic acid concentration (44.6)%and Bifidobacterium achieved concentration (2.6)% (after 24 h of fermentation) .The acetic acid content was higher in MRS broth with Bifidobacterium sp. (4.1)% while the MRS broth with L.acidophilus nil from acetic acid .The inhibition activity of this probiotic bacteria filtrates was studied against some pathogenic bacteria included Proteus sp., Staphylococcus epidermidis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa ,Klebsiella sp. The results showed inhibition activity of both L.acidophilus &Bifidobacterium sp. filtrates against pathogen bacteria.

In order to obtain an estimation of the kinetic temperature of the molecular gas for the supernova S140, the spectra of the symmetric-top molecule methyl acetylene (CH3C2H) lines and spectra of the molecules carbon monoxide (CO) and its isotopic variant 13CO were analyzed to compare the results on temperature with those got from methyl acetylene.
This study had done depending data from radio telescope (20-meter sub-mm) in Onsala Space Observatory on the web site: http://www.oso.chalmers.se/ , the data are in two different observation modes, frequency- and beam switching, respectively. The results obtained rather similar which is equal to 32.2 K and 36 K.

In this research we consider a design at beam line system consisting of magnet mass analyzer and electrostatic quadruple lenses where changing the parameter (entrance angle α, exit angle β, the distance between the lenses LD and quadruple lens length Lq) .Also we study the action of the system focusing or defocusing by using the beam liner system.

Thirty nine bacterial species were identified among forty one samples that were collected from patients suffering from otitis media. These species were Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphyllococcus aureus, Proteus mirabilis, Klebsiella pneumonia and E. coli. Antibiotic sensitivity test was performed to these isolates. Then the antibacterial activity of two plant aqueous extracts was performed. The extracts were from Solanum nigrum (black nightshade) and Allium cepa (onion). Both extracts affect negatively on the growth of selected bacterial isolates but at different levels and at different concentrations. The aqueous extract of black night shade predominate at onion extract especially at concentration 1000mg/ml at P<0.05. S. aureus was the most affected bacteria especially with black nightshade while P. mirabilis was the least. Klebsiella pneumonia, P. aeruginosa and E.coli came as second , third and fourth respectively according to their sensitivity to black nightshade extract.

Where L-Leucine (C6H13NO2)symbolized as( LeuH) as a primary ligand and 8-hydroxyqinoline,(C9H7NO2) symbolized as (8-HQ) as a secondary ligand .
The ligands and the metal chlorides were brought in to reaction at room temperature in ethanol as solvent. The reaction required the following molar ratio [(1:1:2) (metal): Q-:2Leu-] with M(II) ions, were M(II)=Mn(II), Fe(II),Co(II),Ni(II),Cu(II),Zn(II),Pd(II),Sn(II) and Pb(II).

The Pyocyanin was extracted from clinical isolate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa that isolated from patient suffering from cystic fibrosis ; and the Klebsiella pneumoniae and Klebsiella oxytoca isolates werecollectedfrom Catheter Associated Infections (CAI) and Urinary tract infection (UTI) patients with 25 (20.49%) and 3 (2.54%)of total 122 urine specimens respectively; represented the degree of the biofilm thickness among 25 isolates of K. pneumoniae, 3(12%) isolates (K21, K42 and K129) were considered as good producers of biofilm after incubation for 24 h at 37ºC and evaluated by using crystal violet staining solution technique and their optical density (O.D) was determined at 540 nm. The susceptibility pattern ofantibiotics against K. pneumoniae isolates (K21 and K42) were showed resistant to Ceftriaxon, Cefotaxime, Piperacillin, Metronindazole, Cephalothin and Ceftazidime whereas sensitive to Imipenem, Gentamicin, Tobramycin, Amikacinand Ciprofloxacin; However, K129 was shown different behavior against same antibiotics. The biofilm of K21, K42 and K129 were reduced significant differences (P<0.05) after treatment with (2048µg/ml) of the pyocyanin solution comparatively with differences MIC values of sensitive antibiotics for these isolates after incubated for 24 h at 37 ºC; the viablecells count of these isolates were shown insignificant differences (P<0.05). The pyocyanin solution has an inhibitory effect on planktonic isolates K21, K42 and K129 were shown increased diameter of inhibition zones with increased concentration after incubated for 24 h at 37 ºC

Aselenyl oxide deritives as a dienophile react with fresh cyclopentadiene as diene to give adduct which is a specific kind of Diels-Alder reaction , the result of this reactions is very important in the organic reaction because of its ability to cyclization and retention (1) of its configuration, this work describes their reactivity in a particular Diels-Alder reaction , and covers the synthesis and characterization of the products by H1NMR,elemental analysis , chromatography melting points and IR.

24 Awassi lambs were used in an individual feeding experiment to investigate the effect of supplementation with baker's yeast (SC) on their performance. Concentrate diets containing 0, 6, 8 or 10 g/head/day of SC were offered to lambs twice a day at rate of 3% of body weight (BW), in addition to free choice of barley straw. Results revealed that straw dry matter (DM) and organic matter (OM) intakes were increased (P<0.05) due to supplementation with 8 and 10 as compared to supplementation with 0 and 6 g/day of SC. Similarly, total digestible DM, OM and nitrogen intakes were improved (P<0.05) for the same reason. Lambs received SC gained higher (P<0.05) weight as compared to those fed control diet. Average daily gain (ADG) values were 195.42, 187, 179.57 and 162.71 g/day for lambs fed diets supplemented with 10, 8, 6 and 0 of SC respectively. Results also showed that supplementation with SC improved feed conversion ratio (FCR), however, significant (P<0.05) response was limited to higher level of SC as compared to control, and appeared only when FCR was expressed on basis of total DM and OM intakes (6.25 vs. 6.75 g DM/g gain and 5.58 vs. 6.02 g OM/g gain). Regarding digestibility, results revealed that supplementation lambs diets with yeast improved (P<0.05) digestibility of DM and its organic components regardless to level of supplementation, though, digestibility of EE was not affected.

A new ligand 3-[benzothiazolyl]-2,4-pentadione (HL) has been prepared by sequence reactions of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (I) by methylation and oxidation reactions, then substitution of derivative (III) using sodium hydride as strong base. The product was isolated, studied and fully characterized by appropriate physical measurements; F.T.I.R., UV/Visible, and determination of molecular weight by the depression in freezing point (TF) in nitrobenzene as solvent. The new ligand (HL) has been used to prepare a series of complexes with Cr(III), Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II) & Cu(II).
All the prepared complexes have been studied and characterized in solid state by micro elemental anaylsis (C.H.N.M), F.T.I.R. UV/Visible, magnetic moment (μeff), and measurement of molar conductance (Λm) in D.M.F. Molar ratio measurements in solution gave comparable results with those obtained from solid state study

This study presents the effects of gestation periods on the concentration of T3, T4 and TSH concentration in blood of pregnant rats.
Forty adult albino female albino rats were divided randomly into four groups (10/group), first group was not matted considered as control group and the other groups (G1, G2 and G3), G1: pregnant rats at the first third of gestation (0-7 days of gestation), G2: pregnant rats at the second third of gestation (7-14 days of gestation) and the G3: pregnant rats at the last third of gestation (14days-end of gestation).
Blood samples were collected to determine serum T3, T4 and TSH level.
The results showed that there was significant (P<0.01) increase in serum T3, T4 and TSH concentration in samples calculated from pregnant animals, in comparison with the non-pregnant ones. That’s related with normal increment in metabolic rate in pregnants in contrast with non-pregnant.

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common inflammatory skin disease characterized by several clinical , immunological and biochemical alterations . Comparing the patients with Extrinsic and Intrinsic forms of AD, we investigate the role of immunological markers in the pathogenesis of AD. Serum concentrations of IL-12, IL-13, IL-18 and IgE were measured using ELISA method and severity was detected by a special scoring system (SCORAD Index). Serum IgE and IL-13 concentrations were both elevated in the EAD group compared to IAD and control group, whereas, serum IL-12 and IL-18 concentrations were decreased in EAD group compared to IAD and control group, this may suggest a specific cytokine profile involved in each form of AD which need further investigation.

A survey of prevalence of intestinal parasites among the Erbil citizen was performed during the year of 2011. The setting is a community inendemic area of parasites infections without the recent previous history of antihelminthic drug distribution. Stool specimen examined for 1505(992(65.9%) male and 513(34.1%) female)were performedfor the period of 12 months (January to December) in the year 2011 in the Erbil province.A total of 1009samples gave positive diagnoses of parasitic infection,including 494 (63.0%) males, 513 (62.2%) females patients.The common parasites found namely wereEntamoeba histolytica, Giardia lambelia, Trichomonas hominisandHymenolips. While the percentage of infection with those parasites within the positives cases were 776 (76.9%),226(22.4 %), 6(0.6%), 1(0.1%)respectively during the year.
Results showed no significant differences (P. value ≥0.05) among the average parasitic infection in both sexes, while there were significant differences among months.An increase in the rates of most parasitic infection found in summer than others seasons and that’ explains the effect of high temperature in this season on increasing the parasitic growth.Highest degree of Entamoeba histolytica andGiardia lambeliaseen in the 8th and 6th months respectively, while Trichomonas hominisandHymenolipis nana investigated in low rate during the year.

The effect of nano silica particles (Fused silica) 12nm on some mechanical properties of epoxy resin was investigated ( Young's modulus, Flexural strength). Also study the effect on fracture structure by using scanning Electron Microscopy. The nano-composites were prepared by using three steps process with different volume fraction of nano-particles (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10, 15, and 20 vol. %). Flexural strength and Young's modulus of nano composites were increased at low volume fraction (max. enhancement at 4 vol.% ). However at higher volume fraction both Young's modulus and flexural strength decrease. Moreover, above, the mechanical properties are enhanced more than that of neat epoxy resin. Fracture structure topography shows more rough and lesser uniform surface compared with that of neat epoxy resin, more than one crack propagation directions, river lines are lesser long and crowded together compared with neat epoxy resin. Silica nano-particles agglomerations are very obvious in the fracture surface.
