The research addresses the irregular readings that have an impact on Arabic dialects
as mentioned by Muhammad ibn Abi Nasr Al-Nuzawazi in his book “Al-Mughni,”
which is considered one of the most comprehensive works collecting irregular readings.
The study begins with a brief overview of the author’s life, followed by a collection
of irregular readings that contribute to the preservation of Arab dialects, analyzed
analytically. The readings are then attributed to their respective tribes, and scholars’
opinions on dialectal phenomena are presented.
The aim is to show the extent to which the irregular readings align with the Arabic
language. Through research and follow-up, no one was found to have written specifically
on this subject except for a study titled: “The Irregular Readings Contrary to the
Drawing of the Quran in Terms of Pronunciation and Meaning in the Book ‘Al-Mughni
fi al-Qira’at’ by Al-Nuzawazi - Presentation and Study” by Dr. Muhammad bin
Saeed Al-Ghamdi.

which is the jurisprudence of digital transformations. It highlights the impact of the
digital revolution on transactions and lifestyle, such as artificial intelligence, smart
contracts, and others. The research demonstrates the flexibility of Islamic jurisprudence
in dealing with this development while maintaining the objectives of Shariah.
The research also clarifies the universality of Islamic law and its applicability in all
times and circumstances. Additionally, the study emphasizes the necessity of utilizing
this development for the benefit of Islamic law.

Paradox is a prominent stiylistic technique in the ancient and modern Arabic poetry,
as it contributed to enriching the poetic text with many interpretations that open up
new horizons for the recipient to interact with the text , it reflects the poet’s ability to
portray, his thoughts and vision hirough a contrasting structure based on paradox and
other rhetorical images through which the paradox proceeds and highlights the poet’s
competence in choosing distinct linguistic structures that make the text rich in distinct
interpretations, I chose the poetry of Abdul Razzaq Al-Rubaie to be the focus of my
study as the paradox in his poetry played a prominent role to arouse the recipient’s
surprise and sympathy as much as the poet’s pain and experience, therefore, I dealt
with his poetic texts by studying and analysing the style of paradox in these texts with
its verbal and contextual types, and reaching not able result of his poetry.

The relationship between the parliament and the president of the republic develops
significantly in exceptional circumstances compared to normal times. The relationship
between the parliament and the president of the republic is considered one of the most
important relationships in any political system and its importance increases in exceptional
circumstances that require quick and decisive decisions. This relationship varies
greatly between countries, and differs according to the political system and legal
system of each country. The state of emergency represents a temporary exceptional
state that requires the executive authority to be provided with exceptional powers. As
a result of the expansion of the powers of the executive authority that may accompany
this, constitutions have worked to regulate this state by setting regulatory restrictions
that determine the mechanism for declaring it and its competencies.

The research addresses the study of the phenomenon of astrology and future prediction
through a social analysis of this phenomenon, aiming to develop an understanding
of its ancient and modern concepts, the ongoing debate over the legitimacy
of astrology in scientific circles, the ruling of Islamic Sharia regarding belief in it, the
reasons behind people’s attraction to it, and shedding light on its social effects and
repercussions through a descriptive-analytical approach.
The results of the study show that today, astrology is no longer confined to the study
of planetary movements and the appearance and disappearance of stars and their relationship
with humans. Its concept has expanded to include all forms of talking about
future predictions, fortune-telling, and the unseen, and practicing it as a form of business
aimed at fame and material gain, using social media and other forms of media.
Islamic Sharia’s stance is clear with a consensus on the prohibition of all forms
of astrology. There are many social and psychological hypotheses about the reasons
behind people’s belief in astrology, all of which provide partial explanations, but no
single theory explains all aspects of this phenomenon. As for its effects, they are not
limited to just belief, but also affect many social and psychological aspects of humans,
especially the social relationships among individuals. Societies characterized
by tyranny, lack of equality, and social justice are fertile grounds for fortune-tellers,
astrologers, and practitioners of magic and deception. In contrast, societies that offer
individuals the opportunity to work based on effort and creativity are less susceptible
to the falsehoods propagated by astrologers.
The research concludes that higher levels of education, income, the spread of knowledge,
and logical reasoning, whether in educational institutions or the media, correlate
with a decrease in people’s inclination toward the falsehoods spread by astrologers,
thus limiting their freedom.

This research aims to explore the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing
the rehabilitation processes of drug addicts through the application of smart therapy
techniques. Addiction is a complex social and health phenomenon that requires innovative
methods for treatment. AI is considered a promising tool in this field, capable
of improving the effectiveness and quality of rehabilitation services. The first chapter
of this research examines the role of AI in analyzing addicts’ behavior through data
analysis techniques. The first section focuses on how machine learning algorithms are
used to understand behavioral patterns associated with addiction, helping to identify
high-risk groups. The second section discusses how to design customized rehabilitation
programs based on data extracted from behavior analysis, thereby enhancing
the efficiency of therapeutic programs. The second chapter highlights practical applications
of AI in smart therapy programs. The first section emphasizes the role of
intelligent robots in providing emotional and behavioral support through programmed
therapeutic sessions that help patients cope with the psychological challenges of addiction.
The second section explores the use of virtual reality and AI technologies to
provide simulated therapeutic environments, allowing addicts to practice interactions
with real-life situations without risks.

The research aims to shed light on the role of technology in helping students face
the difficulties they face in learning the Arabic language. The research also aims to
find out the opinions of subject teachers and their point of view regarding the technical
method in education. The requirements of the current research call for choosing
one of the primary schools in the city of Baghdad, where the fifth grade of primary
school must include at least two classes. The Yarmouk Basic School affiliated with
the General Directorate of Education in Baghdad/Al-Rusafa II was chosen, and the
research sample amounted to 61 students. There are several convincing reasons for the
superiority of the students in the experimental group who studied the Arabic language
using programmed instruction compared to the control group that studied the subject
in the traditional way, including that programmed instruction made the students more
interactive with the academic material, as they benefited from the advantages of the
computer in employing the social and moral values that they possess and applying
them in their practical lives.Programmed instruction stimulated students to participate
actively in the classroom and made them interesting for the lesson, which increased
the effectiveness of the educational process.

The aim of the current research is to identify (mental wandering and its relationship
to the academic self among students at the University of Mosul), as the researcher
adopted the descriptive correlational approach, and the research sample consisted of
(420) male and female students, and to achieve the research objectives, the researcher
built two research tools represented by the mental wandering scale consisting of (40)
The item and the Academic Self Scale, consisting of (36) items, were confirmed for
their validity and reliability. The researcher applied the two research tools to the research
sample. The data was transcribed and processed using the statistical package
system (spss), and the results showed the following:
1- The research sample is characterized by not having mental wandering.
2- There is no statistically significant difference between the research sample according
to the variable (gender, stage of study, specialization).
3- The students of the University of Mosul have a high level of academic self-esteem.
4- The relationship is positive and statistically significant between mental wandering
and the academic self, as the two variables reinforce each other, and the higher the
psychological fitness, the higher the academic self, and vice versa.

The aim of the current research is to identify the effect of the Coscrov model on
the achievement of second-year intermediate students in social studies and generative
thinking. The experiment began on Tuesday, 10/18/2022, and ended on Thursday,
12/1/2022. The research sample was chosen randomly, which It was represented by
students of Al-Atheer Middle School for Boys affiliated with the Baghdad / Al-Karkh
Second Education Directorate. The sample size was (36) students, and the experimental
design with partial control was chosen for the two equal groups (experimental
and control), and the sample was distributed into two groups: the experimental (18)
students, who are those who study according to Coskov model, and the control group
(18) students, who study according to the usual method, An experimental design with

content that included two chapters from the social studies book for the second intermediate
grade. Then the research tool represented by the achievement test was built,
and the results were treated statistically and showed the superiority of the group’s students.
The experimental group who studied according to the Coscroft model over the
control group students who studied according to the usual method in their achievement
test and generative thinking test.

Muslims have distinguished themselves from other previous nations in criticizing
news and evaluating history. Critics and scholars - may God have mercy on them all
- have excelled in criticizing news and antiquities, and they have spent every effort
to do so, so they arranged the hadiths and differentiated between the rubbish and the
valuable. And clarifying what is ambiguous, and refuting and explaining falsehood.
The science of jarh and modification was one of the most prominent sciences, and
men such as Imam Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi, Yahya ibn Ma’in, Ali ibn al-Madini,
Imam Ahmad, al-Bukhari, Muslim, al-Nasa’i, and al-Daraqutni excelled in this art -
may God have mercy on them all Each of them has its own style and expressions, and
among these expressions is the term “to be considered,” and this term has been specific
to weak narrators. Not every weak person has his hadith thrown out. Among the
weak, his hadith has been taken into consideration in the Two Sahihs, so this research,
God Almighty willing, will deal with Imam al-Daraqutni’s phrase “to be considered”
regarding weak, unknown, and abandoned narrators.
The research was entitled (The unknown, the weak, and the abandoned, who are
considered by Al-Daraqutni as applied examples of his sayings in Al-Jarh and Al-
Ta’deel).

Islamic law came to establish the foundations of social peace and secure life by
emphasizing the necessity of protecting the lives of individuals and the importance of
respecting human dignity and the right to life, while prohibiting any form of assault on
a person, whether physically or spiritually. Assaulting individuals and taking lives are

commonly referred to by jurists as “al-Jaifah,” which refers to injuries affecting the

are significant due to the urgent need to know their value, especially with the frequent
incidents leading to damage to such organs and the disruption of their functions.

emerging country. The topic of the research will deal with the development of agriculture
in Pakistan in the period (1950-1985 AD), by identifying land ownership,
agricultural reform in Pakistan, and the establishment of the Pakistan Agricultural
Research Council. The research will also deal with different irrigation methods, and
