The research aims at investigating the ability level of mathematics male and female teachers of the mathematical conceptions, and is there a statistical difference in the ability level of mathematics male and female teachers of the mathematical conceptions? By answering the questions made in the research’s problem, such as:
1. What is the extent of the mathematics male and female teachers’ ability in giving a whole definition of the mathematical conceptions?
2. What is the extent of the mathematics male and female teachers’ ability in giving a correspondence and un-correspondence examples of the mathematical conception?
3. What is the extent of the mathematics male and female teachers’ ability in making questions about the conception?
(60) mathematics male and female teachers were selected (28) male teachers and (32) female teachers, the two researchers used a tool to estimate the extent of treating with the mathematical conception by giving a whole definition of the conception and also giving a correspondence and an un-correspondence examples and making questions concerning the mathematical conception.

This research aims at the investigation of "The effect of two patterns of mastery learning (the computational Educational program/ the cooperative learning), in the achievements of fifth literary female pupils in mathematics and their orientation towards it. To achieve the aim of the research, the researcher has put six null hypotheses. The sample of the study consists of (31) female pupils of fifth literary class in Mosul, where the researcher has intentionally chosen Al-Andalus secondary school for girls. The pupils were divided into two experimental groups. Each group includes (13) female pupils after excluding failure pupils. The equivalence was carrieaout between the two experimental groups in a number of variables (the age, the general average of the pupils degrees of the previous year, pupils degrees in mathematics for the general fourth class, intelligence, parents educational level, inclination towards mathematics and the possession of personal).

This research aimed at discovering the effect of using of metacognitive teaching on metacognition strategies and achievement of fifth stage students in chemistry .The society consisted of student of fifth stage in secondary schools in Mosul in (2005-2006).The sample was divided into two groups : experimental (33) students and control group (32) students .The researcher used (Mahmoud and Zakaria,2005) inventory to measure metacognition strategies .It consisted of (7) situations in (35) items , beside all item there were two selections (yes , no).He also prepared achievement test consisted of (20) items (15 of them were subjective items ,5 of them were essay items),and he prepared teaching plans for the groups. T-test was used to treat data . The results of the study showed that there were differences between experimental and control group in metacognition strategies and achievement in chemistry

The present study aims at assessing the experiment of open College in Mosul city through answering the following questions:
1. Evaluation level of open educational colleges form teachers point of the view compared with theoretical percentage.
2. Evaluation level of open educational colleges form students point of the view compared with theoretical percentage.
3. Is there a statistically significant difference between the level of the assessment of the open university from the teachers point of view and theoretical average of (67%) as a whole ?
4. Is there a statistically significant difference between the level of the assessment of the open university students and the theoretical average of (67%) as a whole ?
5. Is there a sadistically significant difference between the teachers and students points of view of the open educational college ?

The study aimed to answer the following questions
1. What is the level of comprehension of the College of Education / Department of Geography students for geographic concepts ?
2. What is the level of motivation of learning of the Department of Geography students in this college?
3. Does a significant statistical relationship exist between the rate of comprehension and the motivation of learning .
4. Does a statistical significant differences exists between the rate of comprehension for geographic concepts and the motivation of learning for the College of Education / Department of Geography students according to the variable of grade (fist class , third class) ?

The researcher was made a testing study aimed at investigating the effect of self programming strategy in developing self – consciousness of preparatory stage students ,for achieving the aim of the study many hypotheses were made. The main research sample was consisted of (40) students of the fourth preparatory stage. They were divided in to two equal groups (20 per group),one of them was experimental and the other was regulating .The strategy of self programming was applied on the experimental group out of the regulating one and the prior and after experimental design has been selected .

The issue of modernity is one of the lend marks that interests societies especially the ones that witness changes in the educational, psychological and social areas. The necessitates the study of this phenomenon through inducing the interactions that place among these aspects. The study aims at defining the relationship between the psychological phenomena of modernity and the psychological adjustment for the Mosul University students. The sample of the study consists of 300 students' camels and females of the college sciences and the college of basic education of Mosul University. Two methods were used: the first one for measuring the psychological aspects of modernity; the second one for measuring the psychological adjustment. The statistical analysis of the data was carried out by the statistical bag SPSS. The results show a link between the psychological aspects of modernity and the psychological adjustment of the students of Mosul University. There was a significant difference for some variables as Sep, specialization whether humanitarian or scientific.

Research sample : After the definition of the original research community a random class sample Of Women Teacher in Preparatory (210) Women Teacher that Shaped (9.425%) from the actual Society The researchers extracted - Validity factors for of Spinsterhood measurement with two kinds: - Face-Validity and Intrinsic - Validity , and Reliability by Re-test method :
It has been calculated by applying Spinsterhood measurement on a sample of (30) Women Teacher then to re- apply again for same persons after tow week. Value of correlation coefficient was , between both applications (0.868), it is a high coefficient stability, The researcher employed in data analysis the appropriate statistical means, such like

This research aims at identifying the effect of using linguistic games on developing certain creative thinking skills (namely , fluency and flexibility) by fifth primary school pupils . The sample consisted of (24) pupils . The researcher made (10) linguistic games characterized by linguistic activity . A test of (10) items has been made , five of which measure fluency and the other five measure flexibility . Visual validity was verified by showing them to a panel of experts , the researcher also found out the reliability by using re-test reaching (0.86) . Pre-test was applied on the sample , the researcher presented linguistic games to the class for (6) weeks, after that he used post-test and the (t-test) as a statistical means to process the data.

The sample was(24) pupils divided in to an experimental and control group comprise ing (12) pupils each of fourth grade classes of special education for the year(2006-2007)
To achieve the aim the researcner put the follow ing hypotheses; Are there any statisti cally significant differences for this educational program in developing knowledge abilities for special education pupils depending on gender.

There is a vital link between all branches of Arabic language representing a whole body. The link between linguistics and literature is like the relation between the body and spine. Literature role became important to build Arabic language and evaluate the other branches. Literature is the record of its heritage and literary capabilities and studying language is a Career enhancing its worker specially the one who devolt himself to it and give it his mind and life. The prize is giving him some of its beauty and gives him some of his secrets, eternalizing him. Literature is one component of language and the river flowing in its ocean.

This study aims at:
1. Setting up appropriate criteria for evaluating the efficiency of the M.A. final tests of "New Trends to Teaching EFL".
2. Evaluating the identified tests on the basis of the developed criteria from the points of view of specialists in Education, Methodology of Teaching English, and Curriculum Construction.
This study confines itself to evaluating the efficiency of end-of-course achievement tests of "New Trends to Teaching EFL" to which M.A. students are subjected at Baghdad and Al-Mustansiriya Universities, during the last seven years: 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005.
