The words of Lady Al-Zahra (may God’s peace be upon her), her speech, and her texts occupy a distinguished position in the cognitive system of Islamic heritage since the emergence of this speech with the emergence of its author. Her speech (may God’s peace be upon her) is very distinct in its structures, connotations, and dimensions. Her speech embodied the speech of the heavenly message, that is, the fruit of the entire Islamic religion. The addressee (the sender / the speaking self) was embodied in the person of Lady Al-Zahra (may God’s peace be upon her), while the addressee (the addressee / the recipient) varied according to the topic, purpose and goal that the sender seeks to reach. Through his speech; Hence, the relationship between them was one of power, influence, and communication with the recipient, despite the difference in time. Her speech (may God’s peace be upon her) came carrying within it messages of communication with the reader across generations, which in turn will be multiple and different. Evoking the person of Lady Zahra (peace be upon her) in her speeches.
Therefore, this research came to reveal the mechanisms of discourse in the speech of Lady Al-Zahra (may God’s peace be upon her), by examining the concept of discourse linguistically and terminologically, and its mechanisms from the pragmatic perspective, as it is concerned with studying the language during its actual use. It is also considered one of the most specialized curricula due to its focus on what It was not said within the speech that was intended to be examined and analyzed.
The speech of Lady Al-Zahra (may God’s peace be upon her) came laden with the types of laws that speech or dialogue adopts and its requirements, which reveal to us the depth of her speech and the ramifications of its semantic aspects over time, which is fertile material for study and research to determine its dimensions in various sciences, knowledge, and trends.

The glorious Islamic Sharia has proven itself valid for all times and places. One of its most prominent characteristics is its combination of stability and flexibility. Sharia is fixed in its principles and does not change, yet at the same time it is flexible, capable of finding solutions to every incident, event, or calamity.
Of the new issues, Imam al-Shafi’i (may God have mercy on him) said: “No issue befalls anyone of God’s religion except that there is evidence in God’s Book to guide him to it.” ( ). While researching and examining the book “Tahqiq fi al-Fiqh” by Imam al-Nawawi, I found a number of contemporary issues that Imam al-Nawawi had mentioned in this book, including medical issues and issues related to worship, and they apply to the new issues that have occurred.
In our time, many issues that were rare in one era have become common in another. Therefore, I wanted to study these new issues in a contemporary, scholarly, jurisprudential manner. I have documented them under the title: «Contemporary New Issues Referenced by Imam al-Nawawi (d. 676 AH) in his book, «Al-Tahqiq fi al-Fiqh - A Comparative Jurisprudential Study» The importance of researching new issues and developments lies in the fact that it develops the researcher›s legal skills and trains him to study facts and incidents and find the legal rulings for them, based on the texts of the Qur›an and Sunnah and the statements and interpretations of scholars in accordance with the rules and objectives of Sharia.

The aim of the research is to identify the effectiveness of an educational program in improving social integration among students returning from displacement. The research community consisted of all students returning from displacement and continuing to attend secondary schools in Diyala Governorate, of both sexes. The sample size was (30) male and female students. The researcher prepared the educational program in light of the literature and other educational programs, as well as preparing a social integration scale, and verified its psychometric properties of validity and reliability. He used appropriate statistical methods for this, and applied the program and scale to the research sample. The researcher concluded that the program had led to improving the level of integration of the research sample in society, and that there were no differences between male and female students in social integration. The researcher also came up with a number of recommendations and suggestions.

Violence against children is a horrific social phenomenon that affects millions of children around the world annually. It includes various forms of physical, psychological and sexual assaults, which cause serious psychological and physical effects that can last a lifetime. Violence against children is a significant challenge that requires immediate and comprehensive intervention by the international and local community to ensure the protection of children’s rights and safety.Studying violence against children is an urgent necessity to understand its nature, causes and effects, and to develop effective strategies to combat it. The challenges faced by children who are exposed to violence range from immediate health and psychological consequences to long-term effects on the personal and social development of these children.
The research consists of two chapters with two requirements for each of them.

The second: The effects of violence and its treatment, and then the opinions of Islamic jurists on the issue of violence.

The current research aimed to identify the development of systematic intelligence in adolescent children of the age groups («10-11», «12-13», «14-15») years, and for both genders. To achieve the research objectives, the researcher relied on the systematic intelligence scale of Tormanen (2012). The scale consisted of (50) paragraphs distributed over the dimensions that Tormanen reached in his theoretical model. The research sample consisted of (180) children and adolescents present in government schools in Baghdad. After applying the scale, the researcher reached the following results:
- Children and adolescents enjoy systematic intelligence according to their age groups and for both genders.
- The emergence of statistically significant differences between children and adolescents in systematic intelligence according to the age variable, in favor of the older age group.
- No statistically significant differences appeared between children and adolescents according to the gender variable.
Based on the results reached, the researcher developed a set of conclusions, recommendations and proposals.

The research entitled included ( The role of Islamic organization in spreading Islam in The United States of America ) included an introduction, tow chapter, a conclusion, and a list of sources used in the research.
The introduction addressed the reasons for choosing the research and a simplified explanation of how the research topic was addressed. The first chapter ( The demographic composition of the united states of America ) included an explanation of the land, location, and nature of the United States of America, climatic geography and its natural boundaries, then a study of its population and the most important nationalities present and coexisting there.
As for the second chapter ( The United States of America and Islam) it clarified several points included in the chapter, including: the first Muslims who spread Islam, the most important Islamic organizations, mosques and the emographic nature of Muslims in the United States of America.
The conclusion came as a brief conclusion of the role of Muslims individuals and groups in spreading Islam, and how they were able to integrate with the multi-religious society, their involvement in social and political functions, and their role in American decision-making, than a list of the most important sources relied upon in the research.

The research focused on Qatrib’s linguistic views on a phenomenon that was a source of controversy between the Basris and the Kufians, which is the phenomenon of substitution between the letters of meanings. The Kufians permitted the alternation between the letters, while the Basris claimed that there should be no alternation unless it was subject to the controls and analogy. Qatrib was one of the followers of the Basri school of thought, which permitted a letter to have the meaning of another letter, such as the substitution of the preposition (min) for the letter (ala) and the substitution of the letter (illa) for the letter (lakin). This phenomenon had a clear effect on his linguistic interpretation of what was mentioned of these letters in the Holy Qur’an, relying on what was heard from the speech of the Arabs, including poetry and prose. The truth is that Qatrib did not contradict his school of thought in permitting substitution between the letters, because it is a substitution that was required by the context of the Qur’anic text.

The Islamic economic system is one of the effective systems for the practical life of society, in harmony with the principles of morality and ideal spiritual values. Islamic law is distinguished by a distinct economic policy that is not based primarily on the individual, like the capitalist economy, but rather takes into account the interests of the individual and society. Therefore, the failure to apply the Islamic economy has affected the lives of individuals and the Muslim state in general. Here, the economic theory based on this approach represents a set of ideas and concepts that aim to understand and analyze the economic relations of the various elements within the standards of contemporary economic policy. Economic theory is an important means of understanding the trends and work of the market. Economic theories vary according to the decisions and trends of economic policy for various economic systems and according to the methodologies used. The title of the research may be represented by the concept of theories in Islamic economics between reality and application and ways of its contemporary applications, considering that economic theories have an important positive role in understanding and analyzing economic behaviors in improving economic performance in life and maintaining the stability of the economies of countries and working within a system that works to make economic theory a tangible reality that simulates various economic theories with contemporary frameworks that help peoples flourish and achieve integrated economic growth that can be applied at all times and places, despite the intellectual differences between economists and their various theories. The research was divided into Three topics: the first topic is related to the concept of the economic system in Islam and evidence of its legitimacy. The second topic is the economic theory in Islam. In the third topic, I talked about the contemporary application of Islamic economics and ways to achieve this principle according to the approach of our true Islamic religion and its pure Sharia.

This research critically and analyzes Muhammad Shahrour›s ideas related to the differences between «the book» and «the Qur›an» and between «prophecy» and «message», which he presented in his renewal project. The research reviews Shahrour›s approach to reading religious texts, analyzes the consistency of his vision with the linguistic and cognitive origins of the Qur›anic discourse, and the extent of its harmony with the Islamic heritage and traditional interpretations, and the research criticizes some of the interpretations presented by Shahrour, while highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of his methodology, by comparing his views with traditional and contemporary interpretation methods, trying to present all of this in an objective scientific way away from preconceived projections that do not serve sober scientific research.

This research aims to examine the grammatical objections raised by Ibn Abi al-Rabiʿ against earlier grammarians in his exegesis titled Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim (The Exegesis of the Holy Quran). The study seeks to elucidate the value of these objections, their orientations—such as weakening, favoring, or rejecting certain views—and their significance within the field of Arabic grammar.
The scholars whose views were subject to these objections are the early grammarians, particularly those from the Kufian school and al-Akhfash.
The study also reveals that al-Ishbili was not always precise in his objections; however, some of his views are well-founded and have been adopted. Moreover, he made significant contributions by directing, analyzing, and evaluating opinions, as well as refuting their proponents.

The current research aims to identify competitive intelligence among university students and study the potential impact of both gender variables (males - females) and specialization (scientific - humanities). The research community may be students of Tikrit University for the academic year 2023/2024.
The researchers prepared a competitive intelligence scale, which is an essential part of the basic requirements of the current research. If it consists in its initial form of (44) paragraphs, its apparent validity was verified by presenting its paragraphs to a group of arbitrators, as well as extracting the discrimination coefficient and the correlation coefficient for the paragraphs. Thus, the scale in its final form became composed of (38) paragraphs. After collecting the information and processing it statistically using the t-test, Pearson›s correlation coefficient, and three-way variance analysis, the researchers concluded that the level of competitive intelligence among university students is good. In light of the results, the researchers came out with a number of recommendations and proposals.

Jacobite Syriac thought is one of the most significant branches of Eastern Christian thought, characterized by its theological depth and philosophical richness. It evolved over centuries in a diverse cultural environment, influenced by the ancient Greek heritage on the one hand, and interacting with Islamic thought on the other. This thought manifested in various forms, one of the most prominent being Ali ibn Dawud al-Arfadi. This research focuses on his book «Ijmāʿ al-Amāna wa ‘Unṣur al-Dīn,» which represents the culmination of a long journey of intellectual and methodological development in Syriac heritage. This book is a distinctive model of organized Syriac thought that combines theological depth with philosophical methodology. It also reflects the level of maturity reached by Syriac thought at that time. This study will discuss the author, his intellectual position in his time, his book, and compare it with other works.

The field of education is one of the most important fields that help educate students and improve health and nutritional aspects, and this is clearly shown through the development of the concept of good education, which is based, on the one hand, on a comprehensive strategy for improvement and development through monitoring and analyzing reality and determining the required level.
This research was conducted to estimate the degree of social awareness of society and some nutritional and healthy diets among 70 teachers, including principals, who were randomly selected from public schools for private classes. Some unhealthy eating habits have also been identified, which cause many nutritional and health problems Teachers were also asked about the intake of beneficial and harmful foods for private grade students, and data was collected on education, consumption of some harmful and beneficial foods, choice of food and drinks, the prevalence of obesity, and the degree of physical activity and exercise. The search results showed the following:
1. The statistical results revealed that there were differences in the level of nutritional knowledge among the sample members due to the gender variable, as the results were in favor of females.
2. The statistical results showed that the level of nutritional knowledge among sample members is related to the type of food, as there were noticeable differences between preserved foods and sugars on the one hand, and healthy foods on the other hand, and the results were in favor of healthy foods.
3. The results showed that healthy foods have a significant impact on academic performance, as the more regular the diet, the higher the levels of concentration and performance compared to irregular food.

The current research aims to identify the effect of the Hill Climbing strategy on acquiring the concepts of measurement and evaluation subject among students of the College of Basic Education. The research sample was represented by students of the Mathematics Department at the College of Basic Education at Maysan University for the second semester of academic year (2022-2023), amounting to (100) students distributed evenly into two groups: the experimental who studied according to the hill climbing strategy, and the control group who studied according to the usual method. The equivalence was conducted between the members of the two research groups in the variables (previous information, chronological age in months, intelligence test), and the research tool was a 30 paragraph test of acquiring the concepts of the measurement and evaluation subject. The findings showed that the students of the experimental group outperformed the students of the control group. In light of the results, the researcher recommended some recommendations and some proposals were also mentioned for future research.

It is no secret that every school, whether religious or non-religious, has general and specific features that
distinguish it from the rest of the other schools. It also has its own characteristics and benefits that benefit the society and environment in which it arises in particular, and the Islamic nation in general. The Samarra religious seminary was not far from these matters. Its emergence had factors, reasons, goals, objectives, and importance that are reflected through a statement of its features. As it had a status and importance that made it the focus of attention of scholars and researchers, it became a landmark of the Islamic and cultural heritage, after travelers traveled to it from the farthest cities and countries, It brought forth the greatest scholars and religious authorities, and even became a starting point for reform and change, in addition to its other characteristics. It was the starting point for the flourishing of the scientific movement at the hands of the great innovator Muhammad Hassan Al-Shirazi, who moved there in the year 1291.Then his students and students of religious sciences flocked to it from various Islamic countries, and thus it continued to enjoy prosperity and progress until the year (1312 AH), the year in which the great Mujaddid died, and the authority and leadership were transferred to the possession of Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf, so its role began to diminish and its light was gradually extinguished.
The transfer of leadership to It at that time had many factors, some of which will be mentioned later on in the search . The study presented tangible recommendations to optimize performance, emphasizing factors such as prioritizing user experience and implementing diverse strategies to enhance the efficacy of marketing campaigns. In light of these findings and recommendations, the research advocated for further exploration to deepen our understanding of the potential ramifications of e-marketing in the sports and entertainment sector. Additionally, it underscored the significance of conducting in-depth analytical studies and experiments to ascertain best practices in this dynamic field.

Nominalization and hidden agents have shifted attention in critical linguistics and Discourse Analysis (DA), in which mystification of reader comprehension exists. the role of social actors in depictions of events, particularly in news media discourse. This study aims to discover the role nominalization in newspapers discourse and the way hidden social powers are included implicitly. The use of nominalization strategy reveals that sentences may be made more or less prominent or completely left implicit. The study makes use of Huddleston and Pullum (2000) as a model of analysis. This model divides nominalization into four types; gerund, deverbal noun, suffix in verb and those comes from adjective. The selected data includes (20) texts of two American newspapers; New York Times and Washington Post, as they mostly reflect public opinion in United States.
The study concludes that Editorialists deploy nominalization in newspaper discourse. The analysis of the selected data shows that different types of nominalization are used to hide the powerful agents such as USA, Britain, and other countries. Words such as support, effort and shift are nominalized to avoid the process or action of the verb. It reflects the capacity of textual features to mystify social actors to readers.
