and to know the impact of that relationship on achieving Organizational Renewal as an approved variable, and within that framework Is it necessary to answer a basic question that is there a relationship and influence between Strategic Vigilance, Strategic Ambidexterity, and Organizational Renewal? For this purpose, private sector banks were chosen in the city of Erbil. The study sample included a group of managers of private sector banks in the city of Erbil, who numbered (203) managers.
The research adopted the descriptive analytical method. The questionnaire promised the main tool for collecting the required data, which was analyzed by adopting the statistical software (pct v.25 SPSS).
The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the existence of a relationship and an effect of strategic vigilance in strategic ambidexterity, which has proven its direct impact on achieving organizational renewal.
The research recommended the necessity of preserving the levels of marketing vigilance technological vigilance and competitiveness vigilance available in the private sector banks in the city of Erbil, especially with regard to strategic vigilance and employing it to increase levels of strategic ambidexterity and achieve organizational renewal.

The research aims to know the availability of the pillars of the smart manufacturing system in the Crown Pet Company. And what is the company's location of this system. and focus on clarifying what the smart manufacturing system is and mentioning some conclusions and recommendations that the company can benefit from the research sample in this aspect. The research aims to identify the fact that the Ramadi municipality has a strategic vision and a suitable mission through which it can implement its work, And to restore life to the city of Ramadi after the war in light of the difficult circumstances that it went through and the extent of the senior management possessing the ability and willingness to implement on time and the impact of this on the municipality's attainment of the stage of institutional excellence. The study adopted the case study method, a descriptive approach through which data are presented, analyzed, and then results are found, as it is a suitable research approach to know the relationships between the research variables. And the municipality of Ramadi was chosen as a field of study, as it is the first city liberated from the filth of terrorism and the most affected by the war. As for the research sample, it included (50) individuals representing all the senior leaders (the municipality director, his assistants, public officials and their agents) who were selected according to the comprehensive inventory. The researcher adopted the questionnaire as a tool to collect data that was distributed to the sample, and he sought through it the answers from those who contributed to developing, implementing and supervising plans. The researcher used statistical programs (SPSS, AMOS, Microsoft Excel) to analyze the data and test hypotheses. The most important findings of the study is that the distinction in the municipality was caused by the presence of an implicit vision and message with the municipality that the leadership and workers seek to achieve and adopt, each according to his powers and capabilities despite not being properly documented, The study recommends developing a written, documented, clear and declared vision and mission that will be a source of pride for employees and a tool to motivate them to strive for success and excellence.

The aim of the research was to diagnose the situation in the General Company for Medicines and Medical Supplies in Samarra, which has an ISO 9001 certificate and the level of application of the fundamentals of total quality in this company. This goal emanated from a problem that it has become imperative for the company in question to work on completing the components and systems of quality in order to gain global acceptance according to internationally agreed quality standards and thus to be able to walk in the direction of globalization, which will accept only companies that are distinguished by quality in their products and services.
To ensure the validity of the hypotheses and to achieve the research objectives, the research relied on many statistical methods such as measures of central tendency, measures of dispersion, And the level of application and analysis of factors, and the research community consisted of an industrial company that applied the ISO system to study the level of application of the fundamentals of total quality using a questionnaire covering six basic principles, including quality requirements, quality tools, quality of production and services, and each principle contains five elements, One of the most important findings of the study is that the industrial company for the sample of the study applied to the ISO 9001 system does not apply all the fundamentals of total quality, and the fundamentals of total quality are linked between them despite not applying the fundamentals of total quality, and in light of the research results, a set of proposals has been developed. The aim of this research is to study the nature of the relationship between the flow of foreign aid and poverty in Lebanon during the period (1990 - 2018). The research has used the unit root and common integration test. The research aims to identify the effect of the exchange rate and the interest rate on the growth of the gross domestic product in Algeria, as some statistical and standard tools were used, represented by the static test to find out the stability of the time series for the period (1990-2017), based on the Extended Dickie Fuller method. This paper aims to identify the relationship between government spending and economic growth in some non-oil Arab states. It also examines the direction of this relationship, which is argued by two theoretical viewpoints, namely Wagner's Law and the Keynesian hypothesis. The study uses cross-panel data during the period 1970-2017 for 10 countries. The research aimed to study and analyze the current demand for meat consumption (poultry, red meat, and fish) in Iraq. and identifying the most important factors affecting the demand for meat, as the demand for meat in Iraq was estimated during the period (2004-2018), using Almost Ideal Demand System (AIDS), Is estimated by Seemingly Unrelated Regression (SUR). The research found a set of results, the most important of which are: There is an increase in the percentage of consumer spending in Iraq on red meat compared to the consumption expenditure on poultry and fish. As it reached about 75%, 14% and 11%, respectively. This means that the Iraqi consumer prefers red meat over poultry and fish to meet his needs of animal protein. The results of estimating the Uncompensated Own Price indicate that the demand for poultry and fish is inelastic, as the response of the consumed quantity of these commodities to price changes decreases, while the demand for red meat is elastic, as the consumed quantity of this commodity increases in response to price changes. As for the results of the estimation of Compensated Own Price Elasticity, through the indication and value of the elasticity modulus, it is clear that poultry, red meat and fish are considered complementary goods, Except for red meat with poultry prices, the substitution relationship was As for the indication and value of the expenditure elasticity factor, each of the meats (poultry, red meat, and fish) are considered essential commodities for the Iraqi consumer during the study period and in view of the increase in spending elasticities on poultry, fish and red meat, The research recommended the need for attention and expansion to increase production of poultry. and focus on fish farming, to ensure that the two commodities are available at reasonable prices to consumers with limited incomes, In addition to encouraging the raising and production of red meat, Also, the necessity to encourage breeders and provide them with fodder at reasonable prices. This research provides an analysis of the effect of shifts in gross domestic product on general spending in Iraq for the period 2003-2016.
