Artificial intelligence has become a major part of our contemporary reality, especially in the field of scientific research, as it is considered a major revolution in managing and analyzing data, and deducing results accurately and quickly, and this technology has become applied in Islamic sciences in general and hadith sciences in particular, especially in explaining the hadith. This article came to highlight the extent of the possibility of employing artificial intelligence in explaining the noble hadith and analyzing it through a review of one of the most important artificial intelligence tools for the science of hadith. (Hadith platform application) to know its effectiveness in this aspect and to identify the most prominent negatives and positives that it can offer in the field of explaining hadith, in addition to the suggestions and recommendations that can be made through this brief article. One of the most prominent features of the application is that it is one of the first applications that applied artificial intelligence tools and matured them in the field of hadith and its explanation. It is characterized by accuracy and speed in research, which saves time and effort. As for the most prominent disadvantages of applying the platform, it is the lack of resources, in addition to the fact that relying on it completely discourages the researcher and hinders him from developing the research skill and reading electronic and paper books, especially in the field of the noble hadith and its explanation.

The science of rhetoric (Balagha) is a branch of Arabic language that focuses on studying linguistic styles and structures used to convey meanings in an effective and beautiful way. Rhetoric is divided into three main branches: the science of eloquence (Bayan), the science of meanings (Ma’ani), and the science of rhetorical embellishments (Badi’).
Rhetoric helps people express their thoughts and feelings in a more impactful and attractive way, enhancing their ability to persuade and influence others, as well as understand literary and religious texts more deeply, revealing the aesthetics of language and clarifying hidden meanings behind words.
I discovered an unverified rhetorical manuscript in a library in Istanbul, Turkey, titled “Guidance for Beginners” by Muhammad Jawad bin Mustafa Al-Hamdi, known as Mufti Zadeh (alive in 1298 AH). It is a unique handwritten copy kept in the Hasan Husni Turkish Library under number (1474) and consists of twelve folios, containing aspects of grammar, language, and mostly rhetoric.
Through the use of rhetorical methods, one can improve their speaking and dialogue skills, which enhances self-confidence and the ability for social interaction.

This research focuses on clarifying and highlighting the role of Islamic faith and thought in formulating government program strategies. It explores how Islamic principles can be inspired by governance, public policies, and resource management to achieve sustainable development and social justice. The research relies on an analytical approach based on traditional Islamic models and attempts to Comparing them to modern contemporary models, it demonstrates how the Islamic perspective can contribute to improving government performance and strengthening trust between the state and society. The study also discusses some of the challenges facing these values ​​in contemporary political and administrative environments, offering proposals for achieving a balance between authenticity and innovation in government policies.

Research Plan
My study of the topic (availability of social security tools and their impact on the development of creativity in the light of Islamic thought) was divided into two researches preceded by the introduction and followed by the conclusion, which are as follows:

The second section focuses on the emergence and administration of the state, as Aristotle believes that the state arises from the development of the family and the village into the city, and emphasizes the necessity of a political system that achieves stability and justice. While the third section studies systems of government, classifying them into good (monarchy, aristocracy, and moderate republic) and corrupt (tyranny, oligarchy, and extreme democracy).
The research concludes that Aristotle did not invent a new political philosophy as much as he collected and classified the political ideas prevalent in his time, which made him a major reference for Western political thought.

The current research aims to examine the effect of the Rally strategy on achievement and self-confidence among students of the Department of Art Education in the subject of Art History. The researcher adopted a quasi-experimental design. To achieve the research objective, a sample of 65 first-year students from the Department of Art Education was selected and randomly distributed into two groups: the experimental group (33 students), which was taught using the Rally strategy, and the control group (32 students), which was taught using the traditional method. The researcher developed two research instruments: An achievement test consisting of 32 multiple-choice objective questions. and A self-confidence scale comprising 22 graded response items distributed across four domains. The validity and reliability of both instruments were statistically verified before their application at the end of the experiment. The collected data were analyzed using the t-test for independent samples, which revealed statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in both the achievement test and the self-confidence scale, favoring the experimental group. Based on the research findings, it was concluded that implementing the Rally strategy in teaching had a significant impact on students› achievement and self-confidence compared to the traditional method.

The goal of the current research is to identify psychological flow among a sample of university students. The descriptive approach was used in the research. Psychological flow is defined as (he defined it as a state of self-forgetting and immersion in performance with a feeling of pleasure and enjoyment, which is the motivation and motivator that contributes to alleviating emotional disturbances). The Jackson scale was used, which is characterized by good validity and reliability and consists of (36) items. After analyzing the data and using statistical methods, the results showed that university students are characterized and have psychological flow. As for the results of the second objective, it appears that females More than males in psychological flow, and the reason may be due to the fact that females are distinguished by a number of characteristics and personal skills more than males. The results were interpreted in light of previous literature, studies, and the theoretical framework, and through those results, the researcher came out with a number of recommendations and proposals, including that the university should adopt the establishment of courses and programs to develop positive skills among university students. Those in charge the educational process must provide factors in the educational environment that work to increase psychological flow in the educational field.

The importance of the book lies in several matters, the first of which is its collection and detailing of critics’ definitions of the critical process, explaining and discussing these definitions. Second, it presents a precise detail of the steps for analyzing and criticizing any literary text without restricting or specifying a particular method. The author presents in the book a practical application of some creative texts, which facilitates the understanding of the process of analyzing texts by the recipient. The fourth matter, which is important, is that it is the goal of writing the book, which is to facilitate the critical process and make it an easy and simple process, especially for the novice student. The author has excelled in this aspect in particular.

This research discusses the issue of the permissibility of a waqif (endower) revoking a waqf (endowment) after it has come into effect, from both the Islamic jurisprudential and legal perspectives. The study presents the views of scholars from the various Islamic schools of thought regarding the legitimacy of revoking a waqf after its enforcement, as well as the position of Iraqi law on this matter. To achieve this objective, the main topic of the research was divided into three sections. In the first section, we examined the concept of waqf and the ruling on its temporality — that is, the condition of revocation after a specified period set by the waqif. The second section discussed the position of Islamic jurisprudence on revoking a waqf after it has taken effect. Finally, the third section addressed the stance of Iraqi law on this issue. The study concludes with a summary of the main findings and recommendations drawn from an in-depth analysis of the topic, relying on credible jurisprudential sources.

The current study aims to know the effect of teaching by the talkative groups strategy on the achievement of geography for fourth-grade literary students. The researcher adopted the experimental study method. The study sample amounted to (40) students who were chosen by random method. It reached (30) items after the tool’s validity and stability were extracted. After collecting the data, the results of the study showed that the students of the experimental group who studied the topics of geography with the strategies of the talkative groups were superior to the students of the control group who studied in the usual way, and the researcher concluded that teaching according to the strategies of the talkative groups is more An effect of the usual method of achievement, and the researcher recommended the necessity of training teachers of geography in the preparatory stage on modern teaching strategies, including the method of teaching according to the strategies of chatty groups.

The study aims to identify the impact of international accounting standards on financial transparency in development projects in Iraq. An analytical descriptive approach was applied using a questionnaire tool on a sample of 94 participants selected from 100 forms, after excluding 6 invalid forms. The study found results indicating that the application of international accounting standards has a significant impact on enhancing financial transparency in development projects and reducing financial corruption in Iraq. The data showed that 85% of participants believe that adopting these standards enhances the clarity of the financial information provided, which increases investor confidence and promotes the sustainability of projects. The results also indicated a positive relationship between the application of international accounting standards and the improvement of financial performance in projects, as the sample noted a significant improvement in the efficiency of financial resource management and a reduction in financial corruption. The research recommended the necessity of strengthening the application of international accounting standards in Iraqi development institutions and providing continuous training for accountants and financial auditors to ensure financial transparency and combat financial corruption.
