Using Programs Budget and Performance in Rationalization the Governmental Spending A practical study on the sector of the primary health care in Al-Dijail

Abstract

The research aims at making an awareness about the budget of programs and performance, and the current structure of the Iraqi budget, which presents the revenues and expenditures of the State and expenditures allocated to each sector during the financial year. studying how the budget of programs and performance minimizes the governmental spending in Iraq by applying on the sector of health care in Al-Dijail. The research adopts the explanation method through reviewing the theoretical frame of preparing the state budget with the traditional way and with the way of programs and performance then a practical study through which a comparing will be done between distributing the spending for one of the service units of the government by the traditional way then distributing them by the method of programs to find the effect of budget of programs and performance on minimizing the governmental spending. The researcher came to a few results, the most important of them: failure of items budget in activating the function of planning and ideal distributing of resources on the activities of the Iraqi governmental units, budget of programs and performance helps minimizing spending and assignation of resources in a way that allows achieving total goals of the Iraqi state.

يهدف البحث إلى التعريف بموازنة البرامج والأداء، والتعريف بهيكل الموازنة العامة العراقية، والتي يُعرض بها الإيرادات والنفقات للدولة والنفقات المخصصة لكل قطاع خلال السنة المالية، ودراسة الكيفية التي ترشد بها موازنة البرامج والأداء الإنفاق الحكومي العراقي بالتطبيق على قطاع الرعاية الصحية الأولية بالدجيل. ويعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي من خلال استعراض الإطار النظري الخاص بإعداد موازنة العراق بالشكل التقليدي، ثم دراسة تطبيقية سيتم من خلالها عمل مقارنة بين توزيع النفقات على إحدى الوحدات الخدمية الحكومية بالشكل التقليدي ثم توزيع النفقات بأسلوب البرامج والأداء لمعرفة أثر موازنة البرامج والأداء على ترشيد الإنفاق الحكومي. وتوصل الباحث لعدة نتائج من أهمها: فشل موازنة البنود في تفعيل وظيفة التخطيط والتوزيع الأمثل للموارد على أنشطة الوحدات الحكومية العراقية، بينما تساعد موازنة البرامج والأداء الحكومة على ترشيد النفقات وتخصيص الموارد بشكل يسمح بتحقيق الأهداف الكلية للدولة العراقية.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to evaluate the phenomenon of money laundry on Economic Performance and ways to compact this phenomenon .
To achieve the objective of this study, it has been divided into three issue:
The first issue is to define the concept of money laundering ,The second issue is to know the impact of this phenomenon , and the last section is to know the ways of treatment and how to face this phenomenon.
The major responsibility lies on the banking sector and financial institutions, because banks are the main channel for any Economic transaction and accepting any deposits. This study found that, there are different ways to deal with this phenomenon ,The government must do great job and to intensify its effort in fighinting the corruption and money laundry .More over, the government must tighten its control and strictly enforce the laws, especially laws related to foreign trade and the movement of capital abroad.

يهدف البحث إلى دراسة ظاهرة ما يعرف بغسيل الأموال من جانب الآثار الاقتصادية وسبل المكافحة لهذه الظاهرة. ولتحقيق الهدف من هذا البحث فقد تم تقسيمه إلى ثلاث مباحث رئيسية وكما يلي : المبحث الأول حيث تم إفراده ليكون مدخل مفاهيمي لغسيل الأموال ، أما المبحث الثاني فقد تم دراسة الآثار الاقتصادية لهذه الظاهرة ، وأما سبل مكافحة هذه الظاهرة فقد تم دراستها في المبحث الثالث وصولا إلى نتائج البحث والتي أهمها: إن العبء الأكبر لظاهرة غسيل الأموال يقع على عاتق المصارف والمؤسسات المالية ، لان هذه المصارف هي القناة الرئيسية التي يصب فيها غاسلوا الأموال أموالهم , كما توصل الباحث إلى إن هناك عدة وسائل لمكافحة هذه الظاهرة ، منها قيام الدولة بتشديد الرقابة وتنفيذ القوانين بشكل حازم خاصة القوانين المتعلقة بالتجارة الخارجية وحركة انتقال رؤؤس الأموال إلى الخارج .

Abstract

The current research has dealt with identifying the main risks that encompassed the situations of food security in Arabic countries, represented with fluctuations of food prices in global markets, the changes in petroleum prices, manufacturing vital fuel, and depending on global markets. Then the food reality in these mentioned countries has reflected the recession of its indicators in several countries especially these countries that have depended on one resource and the countries with low income, through the indicator of food security risks reflecting the ability of financial countries to sustain their food security, so it showed high level in the countries with low income. The quantitative analysis has showed that lack in the local production, and deficit in the balance of payments in addition to another variables contribute in increasing the risks which the food situations have been witnessed, leading into inability of these mentioned countries to provide their main food needs at long-range.

تناول البحث تشخيص اهم المخاطر التي تحيط بأوضاع اﻻمن الغذائي في البلدان العربية، والتي تتمثل بتقلبات اسعار الغذاء في الاسواق العالمية، وتغيرات اسعار البترول، وصناعة الوقود الحيوي، واﻻعتماد على اﻻسواق العالمية. اذ عكس الواقع الغذائي للبلدان المذكورة تراجع مؤشراته في العديد من البلدان ﻻسيما تلك التي تعتمد على مورد واحد والبلدان منخفضة الدخل، وذلك من خلال مؤشر مخاطر الامن الغذائي والذي يعكس قدرة البلدان المالية على استدامة امنها الغذائي، اذ ظهر بقيم مرتفعة في البلدان منخفضة ومتوسطة الدخل. واظهر التحليل الكمي ان قصور اﻻنتاج المحلي وحالة العجز في ميزان المدفوعات الى جانب متغيرات اخرى تساهم في زيادة المخاطر التي تواجهها اوضاع الغذاء وتقود باتجاه عجز البلدان المذكورة عن توفير احتياجاتها الغذائية اﻻساسية على المدى الطويل.

Abstract

Financial and administrative corruption is one of the major problems facing many countries of the world, whether developed or developing. The size and effects of this phenomenon vary according to the different political, economic and social structure of each country.
The research aims to measure the impact of financial and administrative corruption for 2013 on the economic growth indicators for 2015, ie, two-year lag by using cross-sectional data.
According to the statistical test (Pearson correlation coefficient), there is an inverse relationship between financial and administrative corruption and both gross domestic product (GDP), per capita working GDP, gross national income (GNI), GNI per capita and FDI, , While the correlation between administrative financial corruption and the rate of unemployment.
The results of the standard analysis were as follows: The increase in financial and administrative corruption in one unit leads to a decrease in GDP (US $ 0.049 million), a decrease in per capita GDP (US $ 1577.8) and a decrease in national income (US $ 0.049 million) (US $ 1,937), foreign direct investment (US $ 0.048 million), unemployment (3.354%), and the HDI Index (0.036%).
He recommended to discuss the need to work to combat financial and administrative corruption in all its forms. It has a great impact on the economy, supporting and activating the regulatory bodies in all its forms and formations by means of advanced and advanced means to combat administrative financial corruption.

يعد الفساد المالي والإداري من المشاكل الكبيرة التي تعاني منها الكثير من بلدان العالم سواء كانت متقدمة أو نامية على حد سواء ويختلف حجمه وآثاره تبعاً لاختلاف التركيبة السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية لكل بلد .
يهدف البحث إلى قياس أثر الفساد المالي والإداري لعام 2013 في مؤشرات النمو الاقتصادي لعام 2015 ، أي بتخلف زمني عامين من خلال استخدام البيانات مقطعية .
توصل البحث بحسب الاختبار الإحصائي ( معامل ارتباط بيرسون),إلى وجود علاقة عكسية بين الفساد المالي والإداري وكلاً من إجمالي الناتج المحلي ونصيب الفرد العامل من إجمالي الناتج المحلي ، وإجمالي الدخل القومي ، ونصيب الفرد من إجمالي الدخل القومي والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، مؤشر ودليل التنمية البشرية ، في حين كانت العلاقة الطردية بين الفساد المالي الإداري ومعدل البطالة .
وأما نتائج التحليل القياسي فكانت كالتالي :أنَّ زيادة الفساد المالي والإداري بنسبة (100%)فهذا يؤدي إلى انخفاض الناتج المحلي الإجمالي (0.049) مليون دولار أمريكي والى وانخفاض نصيب الفرد العامل من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي (1577.8) دولار أمريكي ، والى انخفاض الدخل القومي(0.049)مليون دولار أمريكي ، وإلى انخفاض في نصيب الفرد من الدخل القومي(1.937) دولار أمريكي ،وإلى انخفاض الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بمقدار(0.048 ) مليون دولار أمريكي ، وزيادةمعدل البطالة بنسبة (3.354 %)، وانخفاض مؤشر دليل التنمية البشرية بنسبة (0.036%).
وأوصى البحث بضرورة العمل على محاربة الفساد المالي والإداري وبجميع أشكاله ، لماله من تأثير كبير على الاقتصاد ،ودعم وتفعيل الأجهزة الرقابية بكل صنوفها وتشكيلاتها بالوسائل المتقدمة والمتطورة من اجل محاربة الفساد المالي الإداري ،وتفعيل القوانين وإصدار العقوبات المشددة التي تحد من انتشار الفساد المالي والإداري .

Abstract

FDI is one of the variables influencing the development and growth of countries and a sign of the openness of the economy and its ability to cope with global developments, under the rule of globalization, the increasing shift towards market mechanism and the control of multinational companies on the movement of goods and services, opening markets and increasing the volume of financial flows. Economic freedom to increase foreign direct investment.
The research aims at showing the impact of the index of economic freedom in 2013 on foreign direct investment as a variable for the year 2015, ie, a two-year time lag by using the simple linear and nonlinear regression analysis of the surveyed countries, using a cross-sectional sample of 60 countries.
According to the Pearson correlation coefficient, there is a significant correlation between the index of economic freedom and foreign direct investment. It is clear from the estimation of regression equations that if the index of general economic freedom increases by one unit, foreign direct investment will increase by 30.15 million dollars American.
The study recommended that countries should increase economic freedom. The impact of economic freedom on foreign direct investment is positive and work to be free from administrative and financial corruption because this will encourage the economic activities of the private sector and increase the flow of foreign direct investment.

يشكل الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر أحد المتغيرات المؤثرة في تطور البلدان ونموها ومؤشر على انفتاح الاقتصاد وقدرته على التعامل والتكيف مع التطورات العالمية، في ظل سيادة ظاهرة العولمة وزيادة التحول نحو آلية السوق وسيطرة الشركات المتعددة الجنسية على حركة السلع والخدمات، وانفتاح الأسواق وزيادة حجم التدفقات المالية ،وتساهم الحرية الاقتصادية في زيادة الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر.
يهدف البحث لبيان أثر مؤشر الحرية الاقتصادية لسنة 2013 في الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر كمتغير تابع لسنة 2015 ، أي بتخلف زمني لمدة عامين من خلال استخدام تحليل الانحدار البسيط الخطي واللاخطي لبلدان العينة المبحوثة إذ استخدمت عينة مقطعية من (60) بلد .
توصل البحث بحسب الاختبار الاحصائي (معامل ارتباط بيرسون)، ان هناك علاقة ارتباط معنوية وطردية بين مؤشر الحرية الاقتصادية والاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر واتضح من خلال تقدير معادلات الانحدار انه في حالة ازدياد مؤشر الحرية الاقتصادية العام بوحدة واحدة مع ثبات العوامل الاخرى على حالها فإنَّ الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر سوف يزداد بمقدار( 30.15 ) مليون دولار امريكي .
وأقترح البحث: ان على البلدان أنَّ تعمل على زيادة الحرية الاقتصادية , فأثر الحرية الاقتصادية في الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر ايجابي ، وعليها العمل على التحرر من الفساد الاداري والمالي لان ذلك سوف يشجع الانشطة الاقتصادية للقطاع الخاص وزيادة تدفق الاستثمارات الاجنبية المباشرة

Abstract

Trade of technological services, telecommunications and information engaged the attention of economists, decision makers and those who concerned with foreign trade. The free trade has made chances for different countries including the selected countries in this research paper. It has also dominated the huge amount of its international trade. This research aims to identify the implications of trade, technical services, communication and information, as well as the qualification of the impact on the economic performance of the countries of the study sample and research. The research problem concerns with question, is the trade of technology services , communication and information have an impact on the economic performance of the selected countries of the duration of the research and what is the benefit of it with the foreign world. The research is based on the hypothesis that says there is an effect of trade, technological services and communication and information in the economic performance of the selected countries. Abstract

Quantitative analysis of the demand patterns in housing market using typical methods is regarded as one of the most important topics. Those models are regarded as tools that help predict the face value and its movement over time as well as its participation in preparing housing policies and evaluating the strategies that aim at eliminating the housing problems. Data and information form a basic aspect in quantitative analysis that precedes preparing mathematical structure of the model. This information gives us a comprehensive picture about the nature of the variables affecting the housing sector and how they co-interact inside the model. It also enables the researchers to interpret the results and compare them with the previous projections about the effect of the variables of the phenomenon in question. So, the typical models used in planning housing demand has to be as comprehensive as possible to ensure the success of the aims of a housing policy and to predict the size, direction and future effects of the phenomenon.

إن التحليل الكمي للسياسات الاقتصادية بالطرق القياسية يعتبر من المواضيع المهمة جداً ، إذ تعد تلك النماذج أداة توضيحية تساعدنا في التنبؤ بقيمة الظاهرة وتحركاتها عبر الزمن وكذلك في إعداد السياسات المناسبة وتقويم الاستراتيجيات التي تستهدف القضاء على مشكلة ما ، وتشكل المعطيات والمعلومات في الدراسات الكمية ركناً أساسيا يسبق مرحلة إعداد الهيكل الرياضي للنموذج ، إذ تعطينا تلك ألمعلومات والمؤشرات صورة واضحة عن طبيعة المتغيرات المؤثرة في الظاهرة وطبيعة تفاعلها بشكل مترابط داخل النموذج وتمنح الباحثين قدرة على تفسير النتائج وإجراء مقارنات بينها وبين التوقعات المسبقة عن طبيعة تأثير المتغيرات فيها ، لذلك يتطلب أن تكون النماذج القياسية المستخدمة شمولية قدر المستطاع ضماناً لنجاح الأهداف المتوخاة منها والتنبؤ المستقبلي بحجم واتجاه الظاهرة وتأثيراتها المستقبلية.

Abstract

The study aims at determining the impact of both foreign direct investment FDI and external debt (Two patterns of international economic activities) on economic growth in a number of developing countries for the period 1995-2012. This period coincided with a major event at the global level, WTO and its end in 2012. based on the hypothesis that FDI (the first pattern) had a positive effect on economic growth, while external indebtedness (The second pattern of the international economics) Has a negative effect on this growth.
In order to reach the objective of this research and test its hypothesis, the method of quantitative economic analysis based on the characterization of an econometric model was adopted to estimate the impact of these two types on economic growth.
As a result of the assessment, foreign direct investment has had a positive effect on economic growth in the sample of counters study, As for the impact of external indebtedness (the second pattern), it was found that this impact negatively affected economic growth .
These results were consistent with the theoretical framework and the hypothesis of research, and the research reached a number of conclusions and recommendations that are fixed at the end.

يهدف البحث إلى تحديد اثر كل من الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر والمديونية الخارجية (نمطي فعاليات الاقتصاد الدولي) على النمو الاقتصادي في عدد من البلدان النامية للمدة 1995-2012, هذه المدة التي تزامنت بدايتها مع حدث كبير على المستوى العالمي وهي تطبيق العمل بموجب مبادئ منظمة التجارة العالمية WTO ونهايتها عام 2012 وهي المدة التي قيدت إمكانية الباحث في الحصول على البيانات الدقيقة لمعظم البلدان النامية, منطلق من فرضية مفادها: ان الاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر (النمط الاول) اثره ايجابي على النمو الاقتصادي, في حين ان للمديونية الخارجية ( النمط الثاني من فعاليات الاقتصاد الدولي) اثر سلبي على هذا النمو.
ومن اجل الوصول إلى هدف البحث واختبار فرضيته تم تبني اسلوب التحليل الاقتصادي الكمي المستند الى توصيف نموذج قياسي اقتصادي لتقدير اثر هذين النمطين على النمو الاقتصادي.
ومن نتيجة التقدير تبين ان للاستثمار الاجنبي المباشر اثر ايجابي على النمو الاقتصادي في بلدان عينة الدراسة, في حين وجد أن للمديونية الخارجية أثراً سلبياً على النمو الاقتصادي.
جاءت هذه النتائج منسجمة مع الاطار النظري وفرضية البحث , وقد توصل البحث الى جملة من الاستنتاجات والتوصيات المثبتة في نهايته.

Abstract

This paper investigates the determinants of corruption in 53out of 63 Islamic Developing Countries, the data of control of corruption index is taken from the World Bank Kaufmann, et al, Version 2011.More recent data set from 2000 to 2010 concerning the determinants of corruption has been used and employed in the (Balanced Panel Data Regression Model). The empirical results indicate that the: (Rule of Law, Real GDP per capita, Consumer Price Index, Gross Government Expenditure and Democracy Index), these determinants had a real and significance in corruption. Therefore, these determinants are considered as the major variables affecting the control of corruption in the Islamic countries. It has become clear that the authoritarian regimes governing%65 in 52 Islamic countries had the major role in spreading corruption in a certain level but it was (curbed corruption)ready for exploding as soon as these authoritarian regimes vanish, which may turn into democratic flawed or hybrid regimes.

تتقصى هذه الدراسة محددات الفساد في 53 بلدا من63 بلدا إسلاميا، واعتمدنا فيها على بيانات البنك الدولي الخاصة بمتغير السيطرة على الفساد الذي تم بناؤه من قبل كوفمان- (Kaufmann)، وآخرون في الإصدار المنشور عام 2011، فيما تم استخدام البيانات الأكثر حداثة للمدة من 2000 حتى 2010 عن العوامل المؤثرة في الفساد، لقد تم توظيف البيانات في (أنموذج انحدار البيانات التجميعية المتوازن). وكانت نتائج التطبيق تشير إلى أن ( حكم القانون، متوسط دخل الفرد الحقيقي، الرقم القياسي لأسعار المستهلك، إجمالي الإنفاق الحكومي (المركزية الحكومية) كما أشار إليها الخبير والكاتب Lambsdorff في الفساد، الرقم القياسي للديمقراطية). هذه المحددات كانت ذات معنوية عالية التأثير في الفساد، ولهذا تم اعتبارها من اهم العوامل المؤثرة والمحددة في السيطرة على الفساد للبلدان الإسلامية، كما تبين بان الأنظمة التسلطية تحكم 65% من مجموع 52 بلدا إسلاميا، والتي لها الأثر الكبير في تفشي الفساد عند مستوى معين، ولكنه في الوقت نفسه مكبوتا قابلاً للانفجار حال زوال هذه الأنظمة التسلطية، التي قد تصبح فيما بعد أنظمة ديمقراطية متصدعة (هشة) او هجينة.

Abstract

Environmental pollution in its various forms became an international problem that experts and specialists should be more interested in and should be concerned about. Policies and legislations should be created to prevent environmental pollution from spreading out. Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious because of foreign direct investment flows in many countries, especially the investment that is not restricted or prohibited for environmental purposes.
To achieve the aim of study and its hypothesis, Singapore is chosen (as a model), because it is one of the 20 greatest countries in the world that attracted a large amount of foreign direct investment. In the present study, the researcher used the multiple regression analysis for a time series of (20) observations, via ordinary least squares (OLS) method to show the environmental impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) during the period of 1991–2010. The results of study showed a positive correlation between the foreign investment flows and emissions of organic water pollutants, as well as an negative correlation between foreign direct investment (FDI) and CO2 emissions and forests area.

أصبحت مشكلة التلوث البيئي بأشكاله المختلفة مشكلة عالمية تستوجب انتباه المهتمين بهذا المجال ووضع السياسات والقوانين التي تحد من انتشاره، ولعل من بين الأسباب التي أدت إلى تفاقم المشكلات البيئية هي تدفق الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر للعديد من البلدان، ولاسيما الاستثمار غير المقيد بالإجراءات الكفيلة بحماية البيئة. ولغرض تحقيق هدف البحث واثبات فرضيته تم اختيار سنغافورا كأنموذج للبحث كونها جاءت من بين اكبر عشرين بلداً مضيفاً للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، واستخدم الباحث تحليل الانحدار المتعدد لسلسلة زمنية مكونة من (20) مشاهدة باعتماد طريقة المربعات الصغرى الاعتيادية OLS لتوضيح تأثير الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في التلوث البيئي خلال المدة (1991- 2010). وتوصل البحث إلى جملة من الاستنتاجات أهمها، وجود علاقة طردية بين تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي وانبعاث ملوثات المياه العضوية وعلاقة عكسية بين FDI وانبعاث ثاني اوكسيد الكربون ومساحة الغابات.

Abstract

Iraq economic is passing through an important temporary period to change from socialistic economy to free economy in which the private sector plays an active role. The partnership between general and private sectors is one of the most important necessaries in Iraq because of a lot of reasons that are discussed in details in this study. A brief listing of the most known types of partnerships are also mentioned, in addition to the main obstacles facing this activity in Iraq. The research includes review of some international experiments in this field to get benefit of in Iraq.

يمر الاقتصاد العراقي بمرحلة انتقالية مهمة للتحول من الاقتصاد الاشتراكي المعتمد على القطاع العام بشكل رئيسي إلى الاقتصاد الحر الذي يساهم فيه القطاع الخاص مساهمة فعالة ومؤثرة. ويعد موضوع الشراكة بين القطاع العام والخاص من أبرز ضرورات المرحلة في العراق لأسباب كثيرة يتناولها هذا البحث بشيء من التفصيل. كما يتناول شرحاً سريعاً لأهم أنواع الشراكات الممكنة بين القطاعين، وأبرز التحديات التي تواجه اعتماد الاقتصاد العراقي على هذا النوع من النشاط الاقتصادي. ويتضمن البحث استعراضاً لبعض التجارب العالمية في مجال الشراكة الاقتصادية بين القطاع العام والخاص في دول نامية ومتقدمة للإفادة منها في المرحلة القادمة في العراق.

Abstract

In light of the data surrounding contemporary business organizations, which are very complex and rapid change, which requires many of these organizations to respond quickly to these changes in order to put products in a manner that qualifies them to take the site in the business sector and achieve competitive superiority to competitors and respond to the demands and needs of customers .The research deals with identifying and diagnosing the dimensions of competitive superiority (cost, quality, innovation, core Capability, customer retention, reputation of the organization) in a number of business organizations.
A number of private banks operating in the city of Mosul have been selected as a research area , The researchers adopted the questionnaire method as a main tool for collecting data and information in the practical aspect of the study, As well as personal interviews in order to achieve the objectives of the study, A default model was developed showing the availability of competitive superiority dimensions in the surveyed banks. Based on the description and diagnosis of the study variables and testing hypotheses, a number of conclusions were reached, the most important of which is that the organizations concerned have full knowledge of the dimensions of competitive superiority, In addition to a relationship between the dimensions of competitive superiority, and a set of proposals were put in line with the conclusions.

في ظل المعطيات البيئية المحيطة بمنظمات الاعمال المعاصرة المُتسمة بشدة التعقيد والمتسارعة في التغير الامر الذي تترتب على الكثير من هذه المنظمات الاستجابة السريعة لهذه التغيرات بهدف طرح منتجاتها بالشكل الذي يؤهلها على تبوء موقع الصدارة في قطاع اعمالها وتحقيق التفوق التنافسي على منافسيها والاستجابة لطلبات واحتياجات زبائنها. ويتناول البحث تحديد وتشخيص أبعاد التفوق التنافسي المتمثل (الكلفة ،الجودة ،والإبداع ، القدرات الجوهرية ،الاحتفاظ بالزبائن ،سمعة المنظمة) في المصارف الاهلية العاملة بمدينة الموصل التي تم اختيارها ليكون مجالاً للبحث ،واعتمد الباحثان على اسلوب الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات في الجانب العملي للدراسة ،فضلاً عن المقابلات الشخصية من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة وفرضيته تم وضع أنموذج افتراضي يوضح مدى توافر ابعاد التفوق التنافسي في المصارف المبحوثة. وبناءً على وصف وتشخيص متغيرات الدراسة واختبار فرضياته تم التوصل الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات ومن اهمها ان لدى المنظمات المبحوثة الاطلاع بأبعاد التفوق التنافسي ،بالإضافة الى وجود علاقة ارتباط بين أبعاد التفوق التنافسي ،وتم وضع مجموعة من المقترحات المنسجمة مع الاستنتاجات.
