This study examines the politics of voice and silence in contemporary feminist poetry, emphasizing the ways in which poets address issues of representation, power, and resistance through language. Both subversion and reclamation take place in feminist poetry. It is where voices that are often ignored fight patriarchal norms while dealing with the limits of cultural and linguistic repression. Through critical analysis of a few poems, this study demonstrates how feminist poets use poetry (poetic) form, imagery, and narrative techniques to express experiences that have been suppressed. The study looks at the relationship between voice and silence in feminist poetry using feminist literary theory, postcolonial discourse, and trauma studies. The findings demonstrate that feminist poetry is a form of embodied resistance that uses artistic and political acts to regain power.

Leisure time is considered a vital period in a child's life, as it directly contributes to shaping their personality and developing their social and cognitive skills. The family, being the primary educational institution in the child's life, plays a fundamental role in guiding this time toward beneficial activities that enhance the child's abilities and protect them from negative behaviors. This research aims to highlight the methods families can adopt to positively invest children's free time through planning recreational and educational activities, strengthening family interaction, encouraging reading, and fostering hobbies.

This critical study examines Carl Brockelmann’s History of the Islamic Peoples from a literary and analytical perspective, focusing on four main axes: pre-Islamic poetry, Islamic literature, popular narrative, and Sufi literature. The aim is to reveal Brockelmann’s vision of these literary issues, assess the objectivity of his approach, and highlight the Orientalist biases embedded in his work. The study adopts an analytical and comparative critical method, drawing on cultural criticism and postcolonial theories to deconstruct Brockelmann’s discourse. It also compares his perspective with Arab critical approaches, both classical and modern, in order to underline the differences and limitations. The findings show that Brockelmann’s Orientalist reading emphasized historical and descriptive aspects at the expense of aesthetic and intellectual dimensions, which calls for the development of an independent Arab critical framework to reread Islamic literary heritage with renewed critical awareness.

The current research aims to identify the flexible organizational structure and its role in achieving organizational attractiveness. The researcher used the descriptive-analytical approach to investigate and analyze the problem, demonstrating the relationship between its variables in selected Iraqi universities, as a field for research and testing its hypotheses. The researcher adopted a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. This included obtaining the opinions of a sample of employees in the organizations under study. (120) questionnaires were distributed, of which (118) were returned. (110) valid questionnaires were found to be suitable for measurement, after excluding (8) invalid questionnaires, out of a total research population of (166) individuals. The data were analyzed using appropriate statistical methods to test the research hypotheses. One of the most important findings of the research is the significant influence and correlation between the dimensions of the flexible organizational structure in achieving organizational attractiveness.

This research aims to establish the legal framework of medical liability from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, with a particular focus on emergency departments as high-pressure environments where urgent decisions often lead to medical errors. The study explores the conditions under which medical liability is established, distinguishing between errors permitted by Islamic law and those resulting from negligence or misconduct. It further examines the concept of Darura (necessity) in Islamic law and its role in reducing or eliminating liability in emergency cases where standard procedures cannot be followed. The researcher employed an analytical and jurisprudential methodology, relying on classical Islamic sources and contemporary medical realities. The study concludes that the jurisprudence of necessity offers a flexible legal tool that balances patient rights with physician protection, and that applying well-defined legal criteria in emergency contexts can reduce conflict and promote a safer clinical environment.

Every religion has its temples, places, times, people, books, or sacred texts that are free from any deficiency, which surround them with an aura, dazzle, mystery, and excessive sanctity in sanctifying them. The Jewish holy temples for the Children of Israel, or what is called the alleged temple and the Wailing Wall, are they pagan worship or sacred ritual rites? For this reason, the Children of Israel believed that it was their duty to preserve their alleged sanctities, even if it was at the expense of the rest of the true heavenly religions. This important place deserves that the Children of Israel should do everything they can to control it, its capabilities, and its maps, and to use all available means in order to control and occupy it, especially since the Children of Israel consider it a sacred place for worship and spirituality, the capital of their kingdom, a means of conveying their heritage, and a memory for them, as if it were a flag of fire that appeared to them throughout their long-term wandering on the face of the earth. It also had a role in raising the Jewish religion and making it a firm, intolerant belief. It is the most important edifice of Israelite worship, and the center of Worship is to perform offerings and sacrifices, perform rituals and give absolute loyalty to the Temple and the Wailing Wall, as stated in the beliefs of the Children of Israel and their leaders, or as stated in their books, that the Lord Yahweh had asked the Jews, especially their messengers and rabbis, since ancient times to establish a holy place, temple or sanctuary in the Promised Land called the House of the Lord Yahweh, according to their beliefs. We notice this a lot in the Torah, especially the Old Testament, and it was the slogan and religious factor that nourished this matter and called for it, especially in Jewish society.

This study addressed the proof of contracts concluded through the internet (electronic proof), defining proof and its rules, as well as the dispute in proving electronic contracts. It also introduced the electronic editor, its conditions, characteristics, and the validity of the paper extract of the electronic document in proof. The study concluded several results, the most important of which was a clear inconsistency in most legal texts related to proving electronic contracts in particular and electronic editors in general, requiring organization and rephrasing comprehensively beyond the conflicts between laws on one hand and laws and regulations on the other. There is confusion and obstruction of some legal texts, including those that were in effect before the Electronic Transactions Law. They need to be activated after amending the affected texts that have disrupted their effectiveness in the practical application of legal texts, especially in the field of proof. This study recommended several points, the most important of which is proposing amending the Electronic Transactions Law to keep pace with advancements in modern communication methods, ensuring it is more comprehensive for the global practical reality, and formulating its texts to address any gaps and avoid conflicts between laws and regulations while preventing the obstruction of effective legislation.

This research aims to examine the impact of strategic orientation of top management on human resource flexibility in selected organizations in Baghdad, The research problem stems from the fact that Iraqi organizations are facing rapid challenges in both internal and external environments, which require clear strategic directions that enhance the adaptability and flexibility of human resources, being the most critical asset for sustainability and competitive advantage. The study focuses on four dimensions of strategic orientation: differentiation, innovation, cost leadership, and growth, which are matched with four dimensions of human resource flexibility: numerical, functional, skill-based, and temporal flexibility, The research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, employing a structured questionnaire as the main tool for data collection from a purposive sample of top-level managers (general directors, deputy general directors, deans of colleges, and heads of departments), Descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis will be applied to test the hypotheses, The expected findings are anticipated to highlight the significant role of top management’s strategic orientation in enhancing the levels of human resource flexibility, thus improving the ability of organizations in Baghdad to cope with environmental changes and disturbances while achieving sustainable competitive advantage.

This study examines the impact of authentic leadership on the psychological safety of employees at the Central Bank of Iraq. The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the relationship between authentic leadership and employee psychological safety. The statistical population included Central Bank employees who were selected using a simple random sample. A questionnaire was developed to collect data, consisting of two parts: a questionnaire related to authentic leadership and a questionnaire related to psychological safety. A total of 308 questionnaires were completed for employees and heads of divisions and departments at the bank. The data was then processed using the AMOS statistical program. The study results showed that authentic leadership is significantly associated with employee psychological well-being. The results also showed that various aspects of authentic leadership, including leader transparency, self-awareness, and internal ethical perspective, all have a significant positive impact on employee psychological well-being. Based on the results of this study, we suggest that organizations strive to develop authentic leadership skills and adopt appropriate training systems to increase employees' sense of psychological well-being, thereby improving performance and organizational value.

In this research, I have highlighted the revival of the heritage related to Qur’anic sciences, specifically the science of Qur’anic readings (Qirā’āt). I chose to study and edit the manuscript titled “The Schools of the Seven Qur’ānic Readers in the Yā’s of Annexation and Additions” by Shaykh Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad ibn al-Ḥasan ibn Salmān al-Mutawallī (d. 1313 AH). I have verified and edited the chapters of Sūrat Yūnus and Sūrat Hūd. This manuscript is a unique, original copy handwritten by the author himself.
I divided my work into two main sections: The first section: the study. The second section: the critical edition of the text.
I transcribed the text in accordance with modern orthographic conventions and adhered to the proper use of punctuation marks.

The study entitled “Islamic Creed and Confronting the Phenomena of Atheism and Skepticism in the Digital Age” addresses the doctrinal challenges imposed by the modern digital revolution, which has created a new knowledge environment that facilitated the spread of atheism and skepticism through open media platforms. The researcher explains that these phenomena are not usually based on solid philosophical arguments but rather rely on emotional appeals, digital mockery, and the rapid circulation of doubts, all of which weaken the doctrinal immunity of youth.
The research focuses on demonstrating the capacity of the Ashʿarī and Māturīdī methodologies to provide rigorous rational responses that harmonize authentic revelation with sound reason. It refutes claims of conflict between religion and science and responds to epistemic relativism and digital nihilism. The study also calls for the reformulation of ʿilm al-kalām in a contemporary digital language, the use of modern media in disseminating creed, and the institutional strengthening of faith immunity through education, media, and interactive discourse, so that belief may effectively confront the challenges of the digital age.
