This research aims to determine the extent of applying the readiness of e-governance in the southern of Directorate General of Electricity Distribution and to identify the most important indicators of readiness of e-governance, this research depends on the case study method to investigate the reality of applying the e-governance in the southern Directorate General of electricity distribution. Different tools of scientific research have been used in the practical aspect of the study to reach the desired results, including the conduct of interviews with the decision maker and the field visits to the Directorate, as well as viewing the relevant official documents and design checklist to collect necessary data to determine the current reality of the Directorate ,and used Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy hierarchical analysis (F-AHP) to identify the most important indicator (Readiness to Directorate), which requires focusing on them and available to the purpose of implementing e-governance. The research found a number of conclusions, the Director ateready partially to implement e-governance, and human resource index has a greater relative importance to implement e-governance.

The present research aims to explore the impact of high involvement management in Attitudinal outcomes in their two dimensions job satisfaction and organizational commitment . The deductive approach has been used in this study as a research method while the strategy that is adopted here represented in an analytical survey. The sample population included those who work for south oil company divisions of fifteen ones (operation division, transportation division, oilfield division, drilling and rehabilitation division, Thy Qar oilfields division, engineering division, planning and following division, project division, commercial division, materials division, administrative division, water division, West Qurna 1 and Zubeir field operation division) who were about 453 employees. The researchers based on a number of tools to gather information and data that support the topic of the current study which was among them the field coexistence and face to face interviews as well as the survey form.

This research aims to provide a model for a quantitative measurement of earnings information quality reported in the financial reports, through utilizing a model derived from the accounting literature and consistent with the qualitative characteristics of accounting information in the joint conceptual framework of financial accounting. The sample of this research consists of 13 private commercial banks listed in Iraq Stock Exchange ISX for the years between 2005-2014.
In order to examine the hypotheses of the research using simple and multiple regression, t test, and time prediction model, the statistical software SPSS, and Excel have been used.
After the application of the proposed model the findings of the research reveal that accounting earnings reported by the financial reports of the sample banks have a poor quality. In addition, the findings indicate that there are some earning disclosures of certain banks have unique qualitative characteristics not contained in other banks’ disclosures. Finally, based on the previous researches, the research argues that it is necessary for the Iraqi accounting legislation to be constructed in accordance with the qualitative characteristics of accounting information. Furthermore, the findings represent a guide for investors to identify the banks that have a high quality of earning disclosures and avoid those with low quality of earning information.

This study aims to improve the comprehensive performance in Al- Faihaa Ready Construction limited Co. by using the interactive relationship between the supply risk management and external integration of supply chain the and discuss the results that reinforce this trend the interactive relationship between the supply risk management and the external integration of supply chain, Using approved methods Descriptive analysis on the questionnaire to test the moral relationship and influence (of the interaction of supply chain risk management with external integration of supply chain) in the level of overall performance of the company . Based on questionnaire with 98 participants, have analyzed the total sample using Descriptive Statistics, R Square .

This research aims to study the mechanism of application of international specification requirements (ISO 9001: 2015) at the Iraqi Center - Korean Vocational Training which belongs to vocational training department at the Ministry of Labourand Social Affairs for the purpose of preparing the center to get a certificate of conformity with the requirements of the standard (ISO 9001: 2015) that would elevate the level of performance and services provided in the respondent Center identifying and studying of the reality of the quality management system by identifying strengths and weaknesses in the system to diagnose the gap and find ways to address that gap the case study method was adopted to conduct the research, and was the use of checklists (CHICK LIST) private international has been stated (IS0 9001: 2015) and through the field of cohabitation and conducting interviews and access to records and documents were necessary data collection as it has been to measure the application and documentation based on percentages, the arithmetic mean is likely, he found a number of results most notably the adoption of the senior leadership of the practices of quality and willingness to apply the international standard requirements, owning a place basic infrastructure to qualify from the application requirements of the standard, and the possession of employees at the center of expertise and skills that will qualify them to provide better services, but the failure of the center using a practical approach and thinking is based on the risks and opportunities as a context work practice in all actions within the center, particularly in the training process provided for the trainees that, there is a difference in perception employing the concepts of measures to meet labor market needs in terms of identifying needs and speed of response to changes in the external environment as well as an overlap in the planning process for the system of quality management center

This study aims to provide a practical and theoretical framework on " the impact of synergy effect on improving the performance effectiveness of self managed team work :Social loafing a moderating", The theoretical framework and then hypothetical diagram have been build, according to the three variables of the study, which were developed against which the basic hypotheses for this study applied and tested this study in the Iraqi Drilling Company in Basra province, The study included a number of sections, which included self managed team work (fishing department, the department of Mechanical First maintenance, section II mechanical maintenance, the Department of Electrical Maintenance, Engineering Section examination, and the Department of Safety). The questionnaire used to collect data and study from a sample size of 100 self-managed teams work members. It was used Pathanalysis using software (Amous V20) is used to test the hypotheses of the study. The results showed that there is a direct effect of positive synergy in the self managed teams work, and a impact of negative moderating variable social loafing an a self-managed work teams

The oil industry is different widely in it's economic characteristics, competitive situations, and future perspectives. So this study is very important specially in the analysis of activities in order to determine which the activity is adding value and reducing costs, Judgment about which approach was pursue through good application and have to ground in the probing assessment of company value chain parts situation and company's own drivers :-
The way of selected the activities was depend on the necessary of the activities, so that way gave company margin to make contract with the others vendor to supply the ram material or serviced in low cost.
The research divided into four grand points, first to the methodology and reference studies, second to conceptual of approaches, third of the choice and the way use in the case study, fourth for application of opinion in South Oil company. Conclusion: that the activity – cost-budget value chain will reduction cost in three direction, so that the researchers made table and calculated the cost, which will be useful for the company.

The aim of this research contributes is to identify the extent to which the strategic leadership contributed to the increase organizational renewal in Dhi Qar Water Directorate, The main hypothesis of tis research to demonstrate the impact of the first variable: strategic leadership with its dimensions (determining strategic direction, exploiting and maintaining core competencies, developing human capital, sustaining an effective corporate culture, emphasis on ethical practices and Establishing strategic controls) in the second variable: organizational renewal with its dimensions (Innovation, openness, interactive cooperation, discipline, and constructive confrontation). The random sample of (60) staff members was selected as senior supervisory and super visory positions in the organization. The questionnaire was adopted as a research tool, and the research reached a number of results, most of which confirmed the existence of a correlation relationship and a significant effect on strategic leadership in organizational renewal.

This research aims to identify the importance of employing transformational leadership behaviors (Idealized Influence, Individualized Considerations, Intellectual stimulation, inspirational Motivation) in building Learning organization, as it represent the modern orientation of modern organizations in the scope of higher education The problem of the research was represented the level of employment of transformational leadership behaviors in the organization under research, being as a model of an educated organization. For the purpose of realizing the objective of the research, two types of statistical analyzes were applied: the descriptive statistics represented by, arithmetic mean, the standard deviations, the various coefficients, the relative importance, and the analytical statistics of the questionnaire. This has been done by extracted the alpha- Cronbach and the t-test to determine the direction of the responses as well as the analysis of correlation and effect relationships. The most important results of the research were the strong significant correlations of transformational leadership in building the Learning organization. Based on the results of the research, the most important recommendation was, the necessity to encourage and build transformational leadership behaviors at the University of Maysan.

This research has been designed and applied a software program to plan a production process at Waladi firm in Mosul. A Computer-aided process planning has been designed by using Visual C# Language, Microsoft Project Management program to prepare a plan process, and Microsoft Access program to create database for this system, The system have been applied on work-suit product which belong to New Padosh Cement firm and prepare a process plan for it The results of practical application shows that the using and applying a CAPP system to the searched firm led to prepare a standard process plan, store it with organize form where it could be restored and edited in easy way, in addition to, efficient use of time , before that to get rid of handwriting routine processes which are dependent on preparation ,which preceding the application of the program which has been used by the research. That program provided a wide database through the all models of data which could be stored, return to it when, it's necessary modified and updated easily.
