This study aims to identify the effectiveness of using an interactive virtual learning environment in developing artistic creativity among students of the Institute of Fine Arts – Department of Plastic Arts. To achieve this objective, the researcher adopted the experimental method using a quasi-experimental design that included an experimental group and a control group, with a post-test for artistic creativity. The research sample consisted of (60) male and female students intentionally selected from the second-year students in the Department of Plastic Arts. They were randomly distributed into two groups: (30) students in the experimental group who studied using the interactive virtual learning environment, and (30) students in the control group who received instruction through traditional methods.
The researcher developed a test to measure the students' level of artistic creativity, comprising a set of artistic tasks assessed according to scientific indicators, including originality, flexibility, fluency, and elaboration. The test was verified for validity and reliability and was applied both pre- and post- to the experimental group, and post-only to the control group. After statistically analyzing the data using the t-test for independent and paired samples, the results revealed statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group in the post-test. This indicates the effectiveness of the interactive virtual learning environment in developing artistic creativity.
The researcher concluded that integrating digital technologies with interactive artistic teaching methods effectively stimulates students' creative abilities. The study recommends employing interactive virtual environments in teaching art subjects within fine arts institutions to enhance students' artistic and innovative performance.

The research idea affirms that a work of art is not limited to its decorative function or aesthetic dimension alone, but transcends this to carry a conceptual structure that contributes to deepening its meanings and intensifying its expressive discourse. It is an artistic message encompassing human concerns and societal issues that necessitate contemplation and in-depth interpretation. The artist embodies this structure through multiple expressive manifestations, relying on experimental performance and a diversity of styles, materials, and objects. This prioritizes the idea and content over form, making the artwork a vehicle for the concept rather than an aesthetic end in itself.
Based on this, it becomes clear that the artist's focus is no longer on form as an ultimate goal, but rather art has become a vessel for ideas and concepts, through which intellectual and expressive visions are embodied. The research also confirms that conceptualism did not originate with conceptual art as a specific artistic movement, but rather was present in numerous artworks across different historical periods. However, it was intensified and crystallized within conceptual art, and its expressive manifestations and methods of conveying its content diversified. Iraqi art, through the experiences of art scholars, has contributed to establishing this conceptual structure and activating its expressive manifestations. This is clearly reflected in subsequent artistic output, particularly in the drawings of students in the Department of Art Education. Therefore, this study was conceived to uncover the conceptual structure and its expressive manifestations in the drawings of art education students.

This research includes a study of the significance of color in the scenes of strange worlds, using the works of Sirwan Baran as a model. It consists of four chapters. The first chapter contains the research problem, its importance and the need for it, and its objective, which was to identify the significance of color in the scenes of strange worlds, using the works of Sirwan Baran as a model. The spatial, thematic, and temporal boundaries of the research were defined as (2014-2024) within Iraq. This chapter also includes a definition of the terms used throughout the research.
Chapter Two addressed the theoretical framework of two sections: the first section covered the conceptual and aesthetic framework of color symbolism, and the second section examined the semantic structure of color in the surreal spaces of Sirwan Baran's works. Chapter Three discussed the research procedures, including the research population (25 models), the research sample, the research instrument, the analysis of the research sample, and the research methodology, which relied on descriptive methodology (content analysis) and statistical methods. The chapter concluded with the analysis of three sample models, representing the primary research sample, spanning the years 2014-2024 and encompassing the works of the artist Sirwan Baran.
Chapter Four presented the research results, conclusions, recommendations, and suggestions. Among the findings were:

Chapter Three included the research procedures, the research population, the research sample, and the research methodology (where the researchers adopted a descriptive approach using sample analysis). The fourth chapter addressed the results, conclusions, recommendations, and suggestions, followed by the sources and references. Among the most important findings of the researchers was the clear presence of entropy in postmodern art productions, embodied in their philosophy, ideas, and artistic movements. This is evident in samples (1, 2, and 3). The most important conclusion was that philosophical thought in the postmodern era contributed to ideological, cultural, and social transformations in Western societies, which in turn facilitated changes and diversification in the structural and aesthetic forms of visual art.

This research examines the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in designing commercial advertisements and explores their impact on enhancing the creative process, improving production efficiency, and strengthening visual communication with the target audience. The research problem is centered on the following question: To what extent does artificial intelligence contribute to improving the quality of commercial advertisements and accelerating the design process?
The study reviews the most prominent AI tools used in advertising design, such as Midjourney, DALL•E, and Adobe Firefly, highlighting their ability to generate innovative visuals and customize advertising messages based on consumer data analysis. The research adopts a descriptive–analytical methodology through reviewing relevant literature and analyzing selected AI-generated advertisement samples.
Findings indicate that AI significantly contributes to reducing time and cost, expanding creative possibilities, and enabling the customization of advertisements according to consumer interests. AI-generated outputs also show high levels of accuracy, flexibility, and the ability to produce multiple design variations efficiently. However, the study concludes that complete reliance on AI may result in the loss of human creative sensitivity; therefore, an integrated interaction between the designer and the machine is essential for achieving optimal outcomes.
The research emphasizes that AI serves as a powerful supportive tool in the field of advertising rather than a replacement for human designers and recommends increasing awareness of its use in advertising education and modern marketing practices.

This research aimed to analyze the impact of social media on the content and style of talk shows in Iraq. It examined the nature of the interaction between traditional and digital media, and the extent to which social media platforms are utilized in the production, broadcasting, and viewing of these programs. A simple random sample of 130 students was selected from various colleges within Iraqi universities to ensure a diverse range of perspectives and accurate representation of reality. Among the most significant findings was that social media has become an essential component of the university media landscape, with the majority of students using it daily for various purposes beyond entertainment to include news consumption and participation in public discussions. A key recommendation was the development of interactive media strategies within television channels that analyze audience trends on social media and leverage their opinions and feedback to improve program content and presentation methods.

This study aims to examine the effect of the Reciprocal Teaching Strategy on enhancing the achievement of students in the Department of Art Education in the subject of Design Principles. The researcher employed an experimental method, involving two groups: an experimental group taught using the reciprocal teaching strategy, and a control group taught using the traditional method.
The results indicated a statistically significant difference in favor of the experimental group, reflecting the strategy's effectiveness in improving cognitive achievement, critical thinking, and students' self-directed skills. Based on these findings, the researcher recommends avoiding traditional teaching methods and adopting the reciprocal teaching strategy to promote interactive learning and enhance comprehension and application skills. Furthermore, future studies are suggested to apply this strategy to other art subjects and to investigate its impact on additional educational and behavioral variables, such as creative thinking, motivation, and student inclinations.

The research examines the concept of foresight in graphic design as a cognitive practice that moves beyond aesthetics toward shaping and directing collective awareness. It explains how institutions use designs based on real data to construct future images that are gradually implanted in the receiver’s memory, preparing them to accept and even defend these ideas once they occur. Thus, the individual shifts from a passive consumer to an active participant in shaping public opinion and realizing the institution’s goals.
The study defines graphic foresight as a visual discourse that addresses both the mind and the subconscious through a staged persuasion mechanism: capturing attention, stimulating interest, creating desire, and achieving behavioral response. It also activates psychological triggers such as fear, hope, guilt, and responsibility. The research identifies three types of foresight: interrogative, which stimulates thought; informational, which transforms data into future-oriented visuals; and speculative, which relies on weak signals and guided imagination.
The research links foresight to both traditional and digital forms of collective consciousness, arguing that re-producing shared symbols in futuristic forms grants design a symbolic power capable of reshaping social concepts and guiding the community’s perceptual future. Thus, graphic foresight becomes a knowledge tool that influences collective behavior.

Parallel texts are one of the structural aesthetic patterns of textual transcendence, forming a textual structure parallel to the original text. as they are based on a narrative structure that interacts with the original text in a comprehensive semantic unit in order to attract the viewer to the structure of the films as an influential and influenced recipient. Given the poetic nature of parallel texts in Iranian Films, this research was entitled “The Poetics of Parallel Texts in Contemporary Iranian Films.” The first chapter covers the research procedures, including the research problem, which led to the following question: What is the poetics of text in contemporary Iranian Films? It also covered the research objective, the importance and necessity of the research, the research limitations, and the definition of terms. The second chapter covered the theoretical framework, which the researcher divided into two sections: the first was the poetics of parallel texts (concepts and mechanisms), and the second was the poetics of parallel texts in film scripts and indicators of the theoretical framework. This study examines the process of cultural coding as a semiotic system and its role in shaping meaning within the actor’s vocal performance on the theatrical stage. It focuses on clarifying the techniques, mechanisms, and artistic, expressive, and aesthetic formulations through which cultural codes operate within dialogic performance, enabling the construction and formation of theatrical discourse. The research proceeds from the assumption that vocal performance constitutes a primary medium for generating and circulating cultural codes, thereby contributing directly to the production of meaning within the performative context.
The study is grounded in a central hypothesis that cultural coding plays a fundamental role in structuring and composing theatrical discourse by enhancing its expressive power and deepening its aesthetic, artistic, social, psychological, and cultural dimensions. Through vocal performance, cultural codes transcend literal linguistic meaning, revealing implicit and explicit connotations that enrich the audience’s interpretive experience and intensify the overall impact of the performance.
Methodologically, the research adopts a descriptive–analytical approach. This research examines abstraction in contemporary ceramic sculpture as one of the most prominent aesthetic and intellectual trends that emerged from postmodern thought. This trend has contributed to redefining the concept of ceramic work from a closed entity to an open visual system that interacts with the environment, space, and recipient. The research aims to reveal the abstraction of postmodern art in contemporary ceramic sculpture by analyzing contemporary global models represented by the works of Paul Shelev, Angel Gizan, and Jack O'Leary. The journey of thought, or the human self in general, has developed in literature and art, and particularly in theater, through stages characterized by a general intellectual framework representing humanity's stance towards the universe, its relationship with it, its relationship with others, and the extent of influence and being influenced. Arab theater was initially influenced by Western theater (the theater of the Other), which transmitted this art to the Arabs through the earliest journeys that contributed to the emergence of theater in its initial form. Drugs ravage the lives of community members, especially if their future effects on future generations are ignored. The advancement of science and modern technological development has facilitated the treatment of addiction cases under the supervision of health and medical institutions. This study analyzes the critical role of "Irony" and "Distortion" as fundamental visual and intellectual strategies within the Abstract Expressionism movement, transcending traditional interpretations that limit the movement to the scope of pure emotional expression. The research aims to reveal how prominent artists—primarily Willem de Kooning, along with Jackson Pollock, Arshile Gorky, and Adolph Gottlieb—employed formal distortion and ironic approaches to challenge artistic traditions and critique the socio-cultural context of the post-World War II era.
Adopting a descriptive-analytical methodology, the study examines selected artworks to demonstrate how irony functions as a visual mechanism based on paradoxes between figuration and abstraction, and between order and chaos. The research concludes that distortion in these works was not merely an emotional discharge or technical deficiency, but a conscious critical strategy intended to undermine the authority of classical aesthetic values. This is evident in the satirical distortion of the human figure, particularly in de Kooning’s works, and the subversion of conscious control in Pollock’s action painting. Ultimately, the study posits that Abstract Expressionism utilized these approaches to redefine art appreciation, transforming the canvas into a space for open intellectual and critical discourse

This research aimed to identify the effect of the Beyer strategy on knowledge acquisition and application in the subject of pictorial composition among students of the Institute of Fine Arts. The population consisted of students of the Institute of Fine Arts, while the sample consisted of fourth-year students (15 students in each group). The researcher administered a knowledge acquisition test and an application test (artworks) to the students after they were exposed to six teaching plans based on the Beyer strategy in the subject of pictorial composition. After using the Mann-Whitney U test, differences were found in both the knowledge acquisition test and the art application test. These differences favored the experimental group, which studied using the Beyer strategy.

Printed advertising is a message to the recipient that is sent to him in the form of connotations, signs, and symbols related to its subject and understandable to him so that he can be affected by it and adopt some behavior towards it. It is expressed through compatibility and cohesion of a set of semantic and symbolic signs that are proportional and complementary to each other to form an advertising print that has a (semantic) dimension and is complementary. For its function achieved in advertising, and based on a set of typographical semantic elements that constitute its sign and content according to a design theme for which this sign or connotation originated, and which the designer of the publication sought to invest in to build the communicative connotation between the advertising message and its recipient.

The first chapter, which is the methodological framework, establishes the importance, problem, need, and objective of the research. The research question is formulated as follows: "How is the children's theatrical scene shaped through the duality of deconstruction and construction?" The research aims to define the duality of deconstruction and construction and its representations in shaping the children's theatrical scene.
The second chapter, the theoretical framework and previous studies, consists of two sections: "Deconstruction and Construction in the Theatrical Scene" and " Deconstruction and Construction At the Directors." The chapter concludes by outlining the theoretical framework indicators adopted by the researcher as an analytical tool for the research samples. Among these indicators, the researcher formulated a questionnaire to establish the standard, which was presented to the experts.
The third chapter covers the research procedures. The research community consists of seven performances within the theatrical shows of the Shihab International Festival for Children's Theatre held in 2023. The research sample, the play "Raindrop," was deliberately chosen.

In a world that is becoming more and more visual, it is imperative that we take all necessary steps to increase our competence in this area, as vision is a primary driver of our actions. Blended learning enables us to apply visual e-learning strategies to various learning situations, allowing us to adapt them to varying learning styles and motivating learners. Blended learning-based training course projects conducted in student training courses are the focus of our research. The focus is on creating virtual collaborative environments for arts and creative thinking skills. The studies focus on the World Wide Web. The sample consisted of fifty-six selected tenth grade students. They were randomly divided into two groups: experimental (26 students) and control (30 students). To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers prepared the BLBTP. They also used the Torrance Scale for Creative Thinking - Model A, which contains three skills (fluency, flexibility and originality).

Classical patterns are the cornerstone of men's fabric and fashion design. The research problem lies in the scarcity of clear and direct studies that reveal the importance of classic patterns in men's fabric and fashion design, as they are one of the design tools that designers use to achieve their goals.The utilitarian and aesthetic aspects, as well as the role of these patterns in highlighting shared expressive relationships with design elements, led to the research question: What are the classic patterns in men's fabric and fashion designs? The research aimed to build a theoretical framework describing the classic patterns that achieve creativity and communication in fabric and fashion design.The research focused on menswear, specifically on classic patterns and their applications in men's fabric and clothing designs available in local markets for the year 2025. Chapter Two addressed the following topics: (The Concept and Approaches to Classic Patterns), (Artistic Influences of Classic Patterns), and (Style Techniques for Classic Designs).The research adopted a descriptive-analytical approach to describe and analyze the sample models available in local markets, which numbered (20) after excluding duplicate models at the level of concept, implementation, and final design output. The research sample of (4) was intentionally selected, as it was compatible with the nature of the research. A set of research results and conclusions emerged based on this.The analysis highlighted, most importantly, that the sample models confirmed the potential for technical transformation in presentation, with its artistic references and design methods remaining within the familiar contexts of classic men's clothing and fabric design elements, and incorporating them into the overall design structure of the garment. Following this came the recommendations and suggestions that emerged from the research

Modern arts are grounded in systems of signs that constitute the language of artistic expression within aesthetic production. These systems operate through the artist’s application of scientific and philosophical concepts rooted in social and cultural themes, carrying human values related to environment, culture, and knowledge. Accordingly, the researcher undertook a study of these sign systems and organized the research into four chapters.
The first chapter addressed the research problem, formulated around the following question: What are the sign systems in modern arts, and how are they manifested in the artworks of students in the Department of Art Education? This chapter also outlined the importance of the study and its objective, which is to identify sign systems in modern arts and their representations in the artworks of Art Education students.
The second chapter presented the theoretical framework, divided into two sections. The first section examined the concept of system, while the second focused on the concept of the sign in art. The chapter concluded with a set of indicators derived from the theoretical framework.
In the third chapter, the researcher detailed the research procedures, including the research population and the purposive sample, which consisted of artworks produced by third-year students in the Department of Art Education. The study adopted a descriptive–analytical approach, relying on sample analysis as its primary method.
The fourth chapter presented the research findings, followed by the conclusions, as well as recommendations and proposed suggestions.

This research is concerned with studying the representations of the social system in the drawings of the Japanese Muromachi period (1185-1603 AD), and it is divided into four chapters. The first chapter presents the research problem, its importance, and the need for it. The research aims to: identify the representations of the social system in the drawings of the Japanese Muromachi period. The research limits include the objective limits: which are the representations of the social system in Japanese painting during the Muromachi era; the temporal limits: (1338-1573 AD); and the spatial limits: Japan. It also defines the most important terms mentioned therein. The current research problem was involved through exploring the social system in Japanese painting in the Muromachi era, and in light of this, the researcher formulated the problem through the following question: What are the representations of the social system in Japanese painting during the Muromachi era?
The second chapter, the theoretical framework, included three sections as well as extracting indicators of the theoretical framework to benefit from them in analyzing the samples. The first section dealt with the concept of the social system in cultural studies. The second section dealt with the social and cultural context of the Muromachi era. While the third section studied the schools of Japanese painting in the Middle Ages. The third chapter (Procedures) dealt with the research community, the research sample amounting to (3) models, the research tool, the research methodology, and the analysis of samples. The fourth chapter included the research results, conclusions, recommendations, and suggestions. Among the results reached by the researcher are:
1. The representation of the social system in Japanese painting of the Muromachi era appears through animal modeling that reflects the division of society into a thinking class (sitting with dignity and writing) and a servant class (moving and cooking), which confirms the deep-rootedness of the concept of class in the collective consciousness.
2. The social system is manifested in (integration) and not just separation; where the religious and political elite meet with the general public in one space to achieve an urban achievement, which represents the cohesion of the social structure behind the major goals.
