interest, avoidance of futile disputation, and the preservation of public order.
Freedom of opinion and expression in the Prophetic era is considered one of the

of dialogue and pluralism that Islam established from its earliest beginnings.

alongside guidelines that safeguard the dignity of both the individual and society and

التأصيل لحرية التعبير في عصر الرسالة قائم على احترام العقل والنقاش المفتوح، ومبدأ
الشورى، والحق في النصيحة. فالضوابط تتعلق بالأدب، والمصلحة، وترك الجدال، والحفاظ
على النظام العام.
حرية الرأي والتعبير في عصر الرسالة تُُعد من الموضوعات المهمة في دراسة السيرة النبوية،
إذ تكشف عن أسس الحوار والتعددية التي رسّّخها الإسلام منذ بداياته.
في هذا العصر، وُُضعت مبادئ مهمة لحرية التعبير، مع ضوابط تحافظ على كرامة الفرد
والمجتمع وتمنع الإساءة إلى الآخرين.
وقد وردت عن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم الأحاديث النبوية التي تضمنت حرية الرأي واقرار مبدأ الشورى
وما لذلك من اهمية في حياة الأمة .
