In this paper, we have provided some examples motivating the use of Lie
symmehies. Also, we have discussed the properties of one- parameter groups of
transformations (Lie groups) and introduced the ideas of invariants of the group of
t t"*forro"tio*.
In the case of ordinary differential equations use of Lie qmmetries
resulted in a separable ODE when the goveming DE was first order and a reduction of
order when the goveming DE was of order greater tlan one.

In this papers have designed the fractal optical modulator of circular aperture with
various radius R and thickness 5mm and with consists of eighteen sectors, has been
designed using visual basic language. As well as, nine opaque sectors and other nine
transparent of light sectors in other regions of elecko-magnetic wave spectrum.
The modulation transfer function is important key to know the optical system
efficiency depend on the testing and evaluating of the image efficiency ofpoint object
in image plane at different wavelength.
The results revealed that at transmittance equal to 87%, the Barium Fluoride
(BaF2) material optical modulator has highest modulate and the maximum value of
modulation transfer function was 0.87 at wavelength j'=220 nm. While tle lowest
modulation was at transmittance equal to 64%o. The minimum value modulation
transfer function was 0-64 at wavelength I=140 nm. In addition the modulation
transfer firnction of the proposed optical modulator decreasing with increasing of
radius.

The study was designed to show any association between psychological stress and
cellular immune response by determined the expression of CD56 NK and CD3 T cell
markerinbladdercancerpatients.Fiftyparaf|rn-embeddedtissueblocksof
bladdertissuefromaAl.yarmoukteachinghospitalinBaghdadwereselected,and
assessedbyusingimmunohistochemiskyfordetectiontheexpressionsofCD56and
CD3.Tenbenignand40malignantbladdertumorswereincludesinthisstudy,
monoclonal antibodies cD56 anal cD3 were used to determine the expressions of
thembyusingimmunohistochemicalstaining.CD56washighexpressedn.lt%of
benign specimens and in only 47.5 % of malignant types without significant
differences , while CD3 was highly significant expressed in 80% of benign
specimens and in only 42.5 % of malignant Epes (PJ 0'05) ' Also' the results
showed a low cellular immune response for both markers (CD56 and CD3) in BC
patients suffering from negative psychological sffess (47'5,34'3, respectively ) '

The cuffent study showed the effect of the microwaves rays on testicular tissue in
laboratory rats, Experimental animals were divided into groups , the control group
includes (6) animals and test group ( 18) animals, divided into (A,B,C ) . each group
of ( 6 ). They were exposed to microwaves rays with different frequencies , group (A)
exposed to frequency ( 8 ) GHz, and group ( B ) to frequency (g) GHZ,the second
group (C) for the frequency ( 12 ) GHz. The animals were exposed ( 2 hours ) for a
total peroid for ( 10 days ). The curent results demonstrated that the control group has
no abnormal observations in histological changes because don\'t exposue !o
microwaves , the test group (A) showed that histological changes that reveals
hyposper motogenesis sperrnatocytes and some spermatids , and losed primary and
secondary spermatocyte. The test group ( B ) reveals that effect of shape on
spermatozoa and decrease primary spermatocyts and spermatoyenesis. The test group
( C ) showed hypospermatozoa and spermatogenesis and changes in morphological
finding of spermatozoa, but the shape of spermat ozoa ate simple compare to group (A
and B). The results of microwaves exposure after (10 days) showed that the changes
in interstitial tissue and necrosis befween seminiferous tubules . Appearance distances
and loss ofthe connective tissue for group (A) . The aim ofthis study was to show the
effect of microwaves with frequency (12 , 10 ,8)GHz on the testis tissue and the
changes which obtain in spermatogenesis . This study contributes to open future
prospects to other researchers and may help in the functional and pathological studies

Antiparasite a ctivity of the microalgae Hapalosiphon aureus from Basrah river
in southern haq was studied. water samples were collected from shatt-Alarab river in
the southem of Basrah , the algae cultured in BG-II medium. supematants , alkaloidic
and hexane extracts from biomass are isolated and screened against the Hydatidosis
and compered with albendazole drug. The present study has resulted that 2- Methyl - lpyrroine
and Ethylhexyl phthalate compounds have activity against the protoscolices of
hydatid cyst similar to the activity of albendazole from the mean of weight of mice ,
mean of hydatid cyst number, mean of dimeter and weight of hydatid cyst.

Collected the fruits of different plant species (Orange Cftus, Pomegranate
Punica gnnafrim L. and Kiwi Actinidia) From local markets to the city of
Nasiriyah an extracts and alcoholic for these fruits and studied the effectiveness of inhibiting
the grolvth of bacterial isolates four loca!, two of which were negative for dye
Cram are: E' coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, And two positive dye Cram are:
Bacillus cereus and staphllococcus aureus. And found that the alcoholic extract
of the fat pomegranate was the highest efficacy in inhibition (40 ml) for all
bacterial species studied, followed by alcoholic extract of the peels of
pomegranate (32 mI) with the exception of the bacteria Bacillus cereus, and was
the lowest concentration of inhibitor due to the aqueous extract and alcoholic
orange.

The cunent study included estimating the lipicls and lipoproteins level in the
blood serum of laboratory rats' females those treated with phosphoric acid and noting
buflalo and goat milk inlluence in these parameters' This study was conducted on a
herd of buffalo and another of goat in Dhi-Qar province-south of Iraq' The results of
thisstudyshowedsignificantincreaseinthelevelofcholesetrole'triglyceridesTG'
low density lipoproteins LDL, very low density lipoproteins VLDL and level of
atherogenic index for the second group(phosphoric acid group) compared with the
first group(control group).While the results showed signifrcant decrease in the level

The present study survey the intestinal parasites which cause diarrhea in
590 stool sample from children consulting to Shatrah hospital and number
clinics in different areas for a period of 7 months using direct smear method .
Total percentage of infection was Vo52,54 among those referreil to the laboratory
for stool examination . Two species of parasites recorded from phylum protozoa
namely Enbmoebahistolytica 7o83.54 and Giarilia lamblia Yol7.09 the
percentage of infection in female more than in male also the study extended to
knowledge the factors that effect on percentage infection like year months and
sex of child.

changes in quails infected with nematoda worm Ascadia galli a'nd compared with

The Immunocapture ELISA (IC_ELISA) test was used to detect the
Capripoxuirus antigens pneumonic lung suspension. The IC_ELISA was performed
on (142) lung samples and the ovet all rate of Capripoxvirus antigen (CpVA) was
(28.9 %) and the higher rate of CpVA positivity was obsewed in the first age grcups
(5 I year) (39.7%) of goats. there was a significant difference betwoen the two age
group conceming the OD mear + SD value of IC ELISA. Depending on sex , there
was no significanr difference in the cpVA positiviry in both sex of IC ELISA .The
CPVA based IC-ELISA positive results were highly significant among the period of
the study, the higher rate of antigen positivity was observed rn march (4g.6 %.). ln
concem to OD mean + SD ,the higher value was observed in the lungs of goats that
was collected in April (0.104*0.039)

Thi-Qar province dwing period fiom Septemb er in 2014 until March in
2015 , These birds belong to 2 species: (63) birds of Fulica atra(43
female and 20 male ) ,(a5) birds of Egretta gararetta (29 female 16
male).
The examend birds were found to be infected with 2species of
Helmithes: Two sPecies belong
To Trematoda ;Cyclocaelummutbile ' Echinostoma chlotopodis and Two
species belong to Nematoda;D espofies invaginatus ' Amidostomum fulica
,one species belong to Cestoda ; Diorchis ransom'The infectin rates were
discussed with host sex in both birds.
