Search purpose to design and build a data warehouse to support the operations performance. In addition to using a set of quantitative measures to measure the dimensions of the performance of the processes (delivery, quality, cost, and flexibility) and analyze the results by employing them in a computerized program designed for this purpose based on (MySQL). The results of the study showed a statistical relationship between the data warehouse, the performance of operations and the implementation of the rapid response manufacturing system. Therefore, the laboratory needs to rely on a data warehouse to support the performance of operations in order to implement the rapid response manufacturing system. Limitations of study the difficulty of selecting and determining the laboratory field of study, in addition to difficulties in obtaining quantitative data, specifically in terms of financial aspects to support the study of cost performance for laboratory considerations. practical implications the results of the study can be useful, through the use of data warehouse in the laboratory, which leads to support the performance of operations, and thus increase the chances of the laboratory to achieve its goals and objectives.

This study aims to select the best indicators model to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the management of maintenance operations through the indicators produced by the Department of spare parts inventory with the determination of the contribution of these indicators in achieving the competitive priorities of the Iraqi Drilling Company. The structured interview was used as a main tool for data collection of the study. The AHP method was used to analyze the data which obtained from a sample, which consisted of the experts concerned with the management of the maintenance operations and spare parts inventory of (10) experts. The study reached to a set of conclusions in the light of the results of a study of the most important that the best indicators model to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance management that is appropriate to the working conditions of the company is the model of indicators of engineering reliability.

This study aimed at determining the financial management practices applied in Iraqi industrial companies and determining their impact on financial performance and the obstacles to their application. For the purpose of achieving the objectives of the study The selection of Baghdad Company for Carpets and Furniture from industrial companies listed in the Iraqi market for securities as a sample of the case study, because of the importance of the industrial sector in economic development, and its success depends in large part on the importance of applying financial management practices in these companies. The study found that the financial performance of the industrial sector is weak in general. However, the Baghdad Company for Carpets and Furniture, the sample of the study that applies financial management practices have a relatively better financial performance than companies that do not apply financial management practices and therefore there is an impact of management practices on the financial performance of companies The study recommended the application of modern financial management practices and make them an integral part of the strategy of one of the study sample companies, which has an impact on the financial performance.

The research aimed to test the effect between the development of human capital and competitive strategies in its dimensions (cost leadership, differentiation and focus). The research was conducted in the General Company for Fertilizer Industry on a sample of the working staff which consists of (75). The questionnaire was used as a key tool in collecting Data. The main conclusions of the research were statistically effect found between the development of human capital and dimension of differentiation.

This research aims to test the relationship between the reverse logistics and sustainable manufacturing in LUKOIL which is one of the licensing companies in Basrah city. The study hypothesized that there is a positive impact of reverse logistics on sustainable manufacturing. The data were collected from a sample of (45) employees. The appropriate statistical tests were conducted through SPSS.V.20 and AMOS.V.20. The results indicated There is a positive correlation of reverse logistics on sustainable manufacturing. In the light of the results, the researchers developed a set of conclusions and recommendations.

This research aims to identify the relationship and impact between the behavior of the intelligent customer through its dimensions (Understanding, perception, awareness, excellence) and customer addiction through its dimensions (repetition of purchasing situations, purchasing habits, technology addiction, repurchase products). The research problem identified by a major question as to whether the customer's intelligent behavior plays a role in customer addiction, (i.e., the more intelligent the customer be haves, the less it will reduce the incidence of customer addiction, and to develop a Theoretical for the research that translates the main hypothesis and the subsidiary hypotheses. All hypotheses were subjected to statistical tests. The questionnaire was used as a tool of obtaining data. The research community had a number of customers at the Jabal Amel shopping center in Najaf Governorate. The random sample was used in selecting (220) customers in the shopping center. The data were analyzed using a set of statistical methods by using (SPSS v.20) and (Smart pls). The research has arrived to a number of conclusions and recommendations, such that the behavior of the customer is a smart investment summit of knowledge and experience and diligence within the market environment, specifically in relation to the addiction of many customers to repeat cases of purchase. And the importance of reflection and insight in the issue of the relationship between intelligent behavior and consumer addiction and development on objective grounds maximize the benefits of both sides, the seller and the buyer in the shopping center sample research.

The aim of the current research is to determine the extent of the adoption of the lean management approach in applying quality management system (ISO/TS 29001:2010) for oil and gas in AL- Qayara oil refinery. According to the research problem, there is a lack of awareness among administrative leadership related to up-to-date managerial approaches for removing unnecessary procedures, which help refinery to be more qualified for international standards especially (ISO/TS 29001:2010). Questionnaire was used as a tool to determine the role of variables among them, and the distributed questionnaire was including (40) person the administrative staff in the refinery, the which has been tested statistically using (SPSS V.23). The researchers reached a number of conclusions, the most important one was, that there is a significant positive correlation and effect between lean management and quality management system (ISO/TS 29001:2010) in the oil refinery of AL-Qayara oil refinery. The researchers recommended presented several recommendations, the most prominent one is the coordination of managerial processes inside the company, which contributes to the leanness its operations and the reduction of waste.

The research aims to examine the level and effect of person- environment fit with its four dimension (person-organization fit, person-job fit, person-group (PG) and person-supervisor (P.S)); on job stability through intention to stay. Data were collected from 61 faculty members at Al-Maarif university college. Data were test by (SPSS)program. Result were revealed that. There is a significant correlation between person-organization fit, person-Job fit, person-supervisor fit and job stability, while person-group fit have no significant correlation with job stability. the Multiple linear regression shows that person-organization fit and person-job fit have significant effect and best predictor for job stability, while P-G fit and P-S fit have no effect on Job stability. The research concluded with a number findings and recommendations.

The world is witnessing today a major change in all scientific and theoretical fields where organizations are racing to provide the best possible services to be the best in the public and private sector. This depends on the level of technology used and the level of performance of the employees. The organizations seek to achieve organizational efficiency that makes them distinctive and effective and this depends on employee's motivation and raising their scientific abilities. The study consisted of two main variables: the motivation of the employees and the organizational effectiveness. The study was conducted at the collage of Israa University in Iraq and a random sample of the employees was taken. The data were collected through the questionnaire as a main tool of data collection. The results indicate to strong statistical relationship between employee motivation and organizational effectiveness. It also indicates that employee motivation affects organizational effectiveness and the effect of significant statistical significance. Results show that motivation employees plays a significant role in achieving organizational effectiveness.
