كشفت العلاقات المكانية التي ترتبط بها المستوطنات الريفية بالمراكز الإدارية سواء تلك التابعة ليها ام المجاورة عن طبيعة توجهات السكان في الحصول على ما يحتاجونه من خدمات تعليمية وصحية وإقتصادية ، فضلاً عن معاناة كثير من سكان المقاطعات من تبعيتهم الإدارية ، إذ يرتبطون إداريا بمركز الزبيدية بسبب قرار مركزي رسمي، ولكن واقع الحال يرتبطون وظيفياً بمركز آخر وذلك بسبب قرب المسافة او لعلاقات السكان الإقتصادية والخدمية والتجارية والثقافية والاجتماعية القوية مع قضاء النعمانية او مع قضاء الصويرة . وبناءً على ذلك توصلت الدراسة بمنهجها الإقليمي وبإسلوبها الميداني للحصول على بياناتها وباستعمال معاييركمية لقياس علاقات السكان وتوجهاتهم ورغباتهم بالارتباط الاداري الى الأقاليم الآتية:
1-إقليم الروابط الفعالة مركزيا : وهو الإقليم الذي تظهر فيه الرغبة قوية جداً في الاحتفاظ بعلاقات مع المركز الإداري التابعة له إداريا وهي ناحية الزبيدية وتتراوح فيه نسبة الراغبين بالإنتماء بين (66.6-100%) من مجموع السكان الريفيين ويشمل عشر مقاطعات ريفية ، إذ تحيط بمركز ناحية الزبيدية غربها وشرقها وجنوبها . وهذا الاقليم يعتمد سكانه الى حد كبير على المركز الإداري في حصولهم على الخدمات التعليمية والصحية فضلاًعن تسويق إنتاجهم من المحاصيل الزراعية الى سوقه . ولهذا اصبح سكانه يترددون يومياً لتعدد العلاقات التي يرتبط بها مع مركز الناحية فلاغرو ان اصبحت تلك العلاقات فعالة ومتطورة .
2-إقليم الخدمات المتعادل التأثير : ويشمل هذا الإقليم المستوطنات الريفية التي يظهرسكانها موزعين في رغباتهم الى حد ما بين أكثر من مركز إداري ولكنها تظل قريبة من المتوسط العام إذ تتراوح بين (33.3-66.5%) من مجموع السكان فيها . الا انه يضم مقاطعتين الاولى تقع غرب منطقة الدراسة والثانية في شرقها .
3-إقليم الارتباط الإقليمي الخارجي : وهذا الإقليم يظهر في طرفي منطقة الدراسة الغربية في مقاطعة برينج والشحيمية الوسطى والغربية ومقاطعات الجهات الشرقية إذ تشمل ام سنيم الشرقية والغبيشي الشرقي والغربي وتصل نسب السكان الراغبين في الانضمام الى أدناها أي أقل من33.2% من مجموع السكان في تلك المقاطعات . وهي نتيجة طبيعية لما تعكسه العلاقات المكانية المختلفة من ارتباط واضح بين مستوطنات هذه المقاطعات من جهة ومركز قضاء العزيزية والنعمانية من جهة اخرى ، وتشمل جميع مايعتمد عليه السكان في خدماتهم الصحية والتعليمية والتسويقية وكذلك السكانية انما تتم من مراكز ادارية خارجية لقرب المسافة منها ولتطور تلك الخدمات المختلفة فيها .
وهذه الدراسة بعد أن أثبتت صحة فرضياتها القائمة على أن تحديد العلاقات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والخدمية من خلال العلاقات المكانية للسكان ستحدد ارتباط السكان وتبعيتهم الادارية ، وهي في الوقت ذاته تحمل خلال فرصة كبيرة للمخطط او صاحب القرار دراسة ما توصلت اليه في تحديد تبعية المناطق ادارياً ، ذلك ان المخطط والإداري هدفه حصول السكان على خدماتهم الأساسية بكفاءة عالية . فالفلاح الذي يستنزف يومه كاملاً ويبذل جهوداً مضنية في الحصول على خدماته الصحية او التجارية يعاني من تعطله عن العمل والإنتاج بل ان المشكلة أكبر اذا ما كان إرتباطه الإداري في مدينة وارتباطه وعلاقاته الوظيفية مع مدينة أُخرى إذ تتوزع جهوده مابين إنجاز المعاملات الرسمية وبين التسوق والحصول على خدماته المختلفة . وبهذه الدراسة الأمل من الجهات الرسمية المعنية الأخذ بما في فائدتها سيما وانها اعتمدت الدراسة الميدانية وعدها المصدر الأساسي لبيانات المشكلة ومعالجتها .
