Abstract
The rapid development of information and communications technology and the Internet have contributed to the transfer of information, data, and services, and this has been reflected in a comprehensive change in all aspects of life in cities and at all levels, especially in cities. The field of services provided to residents of all types. High speed Internet services have made it possible to connect cities. In communicating data and information and its impact on improving decision-making to improve living conditions in cities. Accordingly, the aim of the study was the possibility of investing in web technology in transferring and transforming the city of Ramadi into a smart city that relies on new technologies in managing its business and workflow in an advanced technological manner.

ساهم التطور المتسارع في تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وما وفرته شبكه الانترنت في نقل المعلومات والبيانات والخدمات وانعكاس ذلك في تغيير شامل في كل نواحي الحياة في المدن وبجميع مستوياتها ولا سيما في مجال الخدمات المقدمة للسكان بكافه أنواعها فقد عملت السرعة الفائقة في خدمات الانترنت على أمكانيه الربط بين المدن في إيصال البيانات والمعلومات وانعكاس ذلك على صناعه القرار الأفضل في تحسين الظروف الحياتية في المدن وانطلاقا من ذلك جاء هدف الدراسة في أمكانيه استثمار تقنيه الشبكات ألعنكبوتيه في نقل وتحويل مدينه الرمادي إلى مدينه ذكيه معتمده على التقنيات الجديدة في ممارسه إعمالها وسيرها بشكل تكنولوجي متقدم .
